如图2所示,推杆50包括第一杆体51与第二杆体52,第一杆体51与第二杆体52通过弹性件40连接,弹性件40例如是弹簧,弹簧的一端套设于第一杆体51上的凸柱,弹簧的另一端套设于第二杆体52上的另一凸柱,第一杆体51上的凸柱与第二杆体52上的另一凸柱相对。在本发明其他实施例中,弹性件还可以是金属弹片,金属弹片设置第一杆体与第二杆体之间,且金属弹片的两端分别焊接或者粘贴于第一杆体的表面与第二杆体的另一表面,所述表面与所述另一表面相对。
其中,弹性件40提供弹性力供把手杆复位。具体来讲,使用者施加作用力拉动把手部10,使得把手部部10及杠杆部11沿着转轴20逆时针转动,杠杆部11的凸部12推抵第一杆体51的前端,第一杆体51压缩弹性件40,弹性件40作用于第二杆体52的前端,使得第二杆体52在导向槽90中移动,第二杆体52的远端伸出导向槽90远端的开口并推 抵箱体102,进而门体101相对箱体102打开。在上述门体101打开的过程中,弹性件40被压缩而处于压缩状态,当门体101打开后,第二杆体52的远端抵靠箱体102,使用者不再施加作用力于把手部10上,继而施加于弹性件40上的作用力被移除,此时,处于压缩状态的弹性件40恢复至伸展状态产生弹性力,弹性力作用于第一杆体51,第一杆体51推动杠杆部11的凸部12朝向使用者移动,杠杆部11沿着转轴20顺时针转动,把手部10一并顺时针转动,进而把手部10被复位。
另外,门体101闭合于箱体102上,箱体102推抵第二杆体52的远端,第二杆体52压缩弹性件40,使得第二杆体52伸出导向槽90的部分回缩至导向槽90内部。
本实施例中,第一杆体51及弹性件40位于门体101的前侧,第二杆体52位于导向槽90中,但不以此为限。在本发明其他实施例中,第一杆体、弹性件及第二杆体可同时设置于导向槽中。
继续参照图1与图2,为了提高助力把手使用的舒适度,助力把手还包括阻力结构60,其设置于推杆50的一侧,用以提供阻力。阻力结构60包括相互啮合的第一齿状结构61及第二齿状结构62,第一齿状结构61设置于第一杆体51的一侧,与第一杆体51固定连接,其可随着第一杆体51的移动而移动;第二齿状结构62位于第一齿状结构61的下方。本实施例中,第一齿状结构61例如是齿条,第二齿状结构62例如是齿轮,齿轮与齿条相互啮合,齿轮啮合于齿条的远端,其中,当第一杆体51朝向门体101的后侧移动时,齿条随着第一杆体51朝向门体101的后侧移动,齿轮逆时针转动逐渐与齿条的近端相互啮合;当第一杆体51在弹性件40的作用下朝向门体101的前侧移动时,齿条随着第一杆体51朝向门体101的前侧移动,齿轮顺时针转动逐渐与齿条的远端相互啮合。
由于杠杆部11的转动及弹性件40提供的弹性力使得第一杆体51能够往复移动,进而齿条随着第一杆体51一并往复移动,因此,在齿条往复移动的过程中,齿轮在齿条的表面进行顺时针或者逆时针转动,齿轮的转动提供适当的转动阻力,一方面,在拉动把手部10打开门体101的过程中,所述转动阻力降低推杆50的第一杆体51的移动速率,使得第二杆体52缓慢的沿着导向槽90移动逐渐推抵箱体102,门体101逐渐打开以提升使用者的开门舒适度;另一方面,门体101打开后,在弹性件40的作用下第一杆体51朝向门体101的前侧移动,所述转动阻力可减缓第一杆体51的移动速率,使得杠杆部11缓慢的枢转复位,进而把手部10不会撞击门体101的前侧,减小把手杆复位的噪音。
本实施例中,第一齿状结构61与第二齿状结构62设置于门体101的前侧,第一齿状结构61结合与第一杆体51上,随着第一杆体51的移动而移动,但不以此为限。在本发明其他实施例中,第一齿状结构及第二齿状结构可设置于门体的内部,第一齿状结构结合于第二杆体上。
继续参照图1及图2,为了避免门体101上的导向槽90产生漏气结霜的问题,导向槽90设置导向套70及一对波纹管80,其中,导向套70容置于导向槽90中,且第二杆体52穿设于导向套70中;一对波纹管80位于导向槽90两端的开口处,一对波纹管80的外侧分别与导向套70两端处的内壁相连接,一对波纹管80的内侧分别套设于第二杆体52近端的外表面和远端的外表面,即,一对波纹管80可视作分别填充于第二杆体52的端部与导向套70的端部之间,进而使得一对波纹管80之间的空间为密封的空间,所述密封的空间可起到保温隔热的功用。
此外,靠近门体101后侧的波纹管80填充于导向套70的远端及第二杆体52的远端,于门体101闭合于箱体102上,可阻挡箱体102中的冷气自门体101的导向槽90中溢出,避免门体的助力把手处结霜的问题。
另外,门体101包括第一壳体、隔热层及第二壳体,隔热层设置于第一壳体与第二壳体之间,导向槽90依次贯穿第一壳体、隔热层及第二壳体,其中,导向套70填充于导向槽90中,导向套70的近端与第一壳体相互连接,导向套70的远端与第二壳体相互连接。
本发明还提供一种冰箱100,其包括门体101和箱体102,门体101可相对箱体102打开或者闭合,门体101的前侧设置助力把手,助力把手为如上所述的助力把手。
综上,本发明的助力把手及冰箱,助力把手包括阻力结构,阻力结构随着推杆的移动而移动并产生转动阻力;于使用者拉动把手杆打开门体时,转动阻力提升了开门的舒适度;于把手杆复位时,转动阻力降低把手杆复位的噪音。
应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施方式中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。
上文所列出的一系列的详细说明仅仅是针对本发明的可行性实施方式的具体说明,它们并非用以限制本发明的保护范围,凡未脱离本发明技艺精神所作的等效实施方式或变更均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种助力把手,安装于冰箱的门体的前侧,其特征在于,该助力把手包括:
    把手杆,其设置于该门体的前侧;
    转轴,其与该把手杆枢接;
    导向槽,其设置于该门体中,且贯穿该门体;
    推杆,其穿设于该导向槽中,该推杆的远端靠近该冰箱的箱体,该推杆的近端靠近该把手杆的前端;以及
    阻力结构,其设置于该推杆的一侧,该阻力结构包括相互啮合的第一齿状结构与第二齿状结构,该第一齿状结构结合于该推杆;
    其中,该把手杆沿着该转轴转动,该把手杆的该前端推抵该推杆的该近端,该推杆于该导向槽中滑动,该推杆的该远端推抵该冰箱的该箱体,以及,该推杆带动该第一齿状结构相对该第二齿状结构移动。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的助力把手,其特征在于,该第一齿状结构与该第二齿状结构其中之一为齿轮,该第一齿状结构与该第二齿状结构其中之另一为齿条。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的助力把手,其特征在于,该阻力结构设置于该门体的前侧。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的助力把手,其特征在于,还包括弹性件,该弹性件设置该推杆中,用于提供该推杆复位的弹性力,其中,该推杆包括第一杆体与第二杆体,该弹性件设置于该第一杆体与该第二杆体之间,且该弹性件的两端分别连接该第一杆体与该第二杆体。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的助力把手,其特征在于,该弹性件为弹簧。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的助力把手,其特征在于,该把手杆包括拉手部及杠杆部,该拉手部及该杠杆部分布于该转轴的两侧,其中,该拉手部的长度大于该杠杆部的长度,且拉动该拉手部使得该把手杆整体沿着该转轴转动,该杠杆部推动该第一杆体,该第一杆体压缩该弹性件,该弹性件推抵该第二杆体滑动,以推抵该冰箱的箱体,进而打开该门体。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的助力把手,其特征在于,还包括基座,该基座扣合于该门体的前侧,该弹性件、该第一杆体、该杠杆部及该阻力结构分别容设与该基座中。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的阻力把手,其特征在于,该基座为一端开口的盒体,该盒体的开口贴合于该门体的前侧。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的助力把手,其特征在于,还包括导向套及波纹管,该导向套设置于该导向槽中,且套设于该推杆上,该波纹管设置于该导向套与该推杆之间。
  10. 一种冰箱,包括门体、箱体及助力把手,其特征在于,该助力把手设置该门体的前侧,该助力把手为如权利要求1-9中任意一项所述的助力把手。
