Abstract

Beschrieben wird ein mit Si, Al, Ca, O und mindestens einem von Na und K gebildeter Festkörper, der im 27A1-MAS-NMR Spektrum ein zu dem 27A1-MAS-NMR Spektrum von reinen Calciumaluminat zusätzliches Signal mit einer chemischen Verschiebung aufweist, die zwischen der des Hauptpeaks von Calciumaluminat und dem zu höherem Feld hin dem Hauptpeak am nächsten liegenden Peak des Calciumaluminats liegt. Der Festkörper ist unter anderem als Baumaterial mit Zuschlagstoffen, als Beschichtung, als Kleber zur Verbindung zweiter Bauelemente für Sanitärkeramikelemente, für Hochtemperaturanwendungen, zur Ausbesserung bestehender Bauwerke, insbesondere zur Unter-Wasser- Ausbesserung, für die Errichtung und/oder die Reparatur von Baukörpern verwendbar, insbesondere wenn große Druckfestigkeiten benötigt werden oder chemisch aggressiven Bedingungen auftreten. Er ist durch Inkontaktbringen von Wasserglas, Natrium- und/oder Kaliumhydroxid, Calciumaluminat, einem oder mehreren Zuschlagstoffen und gegebenenfalls zusätzlich Wasser, insbesondere Meerwasser, herstellbar und zwar selbst bei Temperaturen unter 0°C ohne Erwärmung.
