本发明属于智能家居技术领域,具体涉及一种电动床床体结构。
背景技术
目前市面上的电动床具有以下缺陷:
1、因结构设计缺陷,市面上的电动床必须将电机安装位置下降才能达到抬升床板的目的;
2、绝大多数电动床均采用木板和铁架结合的方式,整体产品重量比较重;
3、市场上部分电动床仍旧是整床包装,不方便运输和收纳;
4、目前市场上大多电动床床体的床垫档杆为固定式,客户没有选择的权利且存在安全隐患。
发明内容
针对上述背景技术中存在的缺陷,本发明提出了一种电动床床体。

下面结合附图和实施例进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1:
图1为目前市面上典型的电机驱动横管实现电动床姿态调整的电动床结构示意图,但这类型电动床没有合理设计电机推力分配,导致需要通过占用大量空间来调整电机角度,来防止电机推力分布不均导致电动床床体结构件变形的情况发生;为解决上述缺陷,本实施例的电动床床体的头部电机和腿部电机都处在整床的竖直中轴线上,且在竖直中轴线上安装多个可以直接承受电机推力的金属件,可以直接将电机推力传至床架,本实 施例的床体结构,即使电机角度很小,也不会因为电机的水平推力过大而破坏床体结构件。现结合附图对本实施例的电动床床体进行详细介绍:
结合图2至图7,本实施例的一种电动床床体包括固定床架1、能相对于固定床架1活动的活动床架2和驱动活动床架2活动的驱动机构3,本实施例的活动床架2又细分为依次连接的头部床体21、固定床体22和腿部床体23,固定床体22固定在固定床架1上,驱动机构又细分为驱动头部床体21运动的第一驱动机构31和驱动腿部床体23运动的第二驱动机构32;参见图5,本实施例的第一驱动机构31包括作为出力轴的头部推杆311和给头部推杆311提供动力的第一驱动器312,第一驱动器312的一端与固定床架1连接,另一端与头部推杆311连接;同理,第二驱动机构32包括作为出力轴的腿部推杆321和给腿部推杆321提供动力的第二驱动器322,第二驱动器322的一端与固定床架1连接,另一端与腿部推杆321连接;本实施例的头部推杆311和腿部推杆321可采用铝管,第一驱动器312和第二控制器322可采用电机,通过第一驱动器312/第二控制器322控制头部推杆311/腿部推杆321的伸缩,使头部床体21和腿部床体23相对于固定床体22活动,从而使电动床床体在平躺状态和抬起状态之间变化,本实施例提到的抬起状态包括头部抬起和腿部抬起。
详细的,结合图2至图4,本实施例的头部床体21包括能够相对于固定床架1活动的头部床架211,在由头部床架211框出的区域内设置包括有头部床体竖管212和供第一驱动机构31嵌入的空间框A 213,该空间框A 213是由金属方管构成的圆角矩形框且该空间框A 213设置在头部床架211的上端,具体的,该空间框A 213一上端边与头部床架211的上端边固定,在空间框A 213的下端边上焊死有一连接接头A 21a,头部推杆311与连接接头A 21a转动连接,该连接接头A 21a相当于第一驱动器312对头部床体21的推力点,通过该推力点将推力分配至头部床体竖管212和固定A竖管222上,具体地,该头部床体竖管212的一端与空间框A 213固定连接,此处可选择直接焊死,其另一端与固定A管222转动连接;本实施例的头部床体竖管212与空间框A 213的连接点与连接接头A 21a在空间框A 213上的设置位于相对应,均处在固定床架1的竖直中轴线上;当电动床床体按需变化到头部抬起状态时,第一驱动机构31驱动空间框A 213,空间框A 213带动头部床体竖管212使头部床体21绕头部床体竖管212与固定A管222的连接处仰起,简言之,头部床体21经第一驱动机构31驱动通过头部床体竖管212与固定A竖管222力传递配合实现头部床体21相对于固定床体22转动。
结合图2至图5,本实施例的腿部床体23结构与头部床体21结构相似,其具体包括能够相对于固定床架1活动的腿部床架231,在由腿部床架231框出的区域内设置腿部床体竖管232和供第二驱动机构32嵌入的空间框B 233,该空间框B 233是由金属方管构成的圆角矩形框且设置在尾部床体23的尾端,具体的,空间框B 233的下端边与尾部床体23的下端边固定,在空间框B 233的上端边上焊死有连接接头B 23a和连接接头C 23b,参见图9和图10,连接接头B 23a焊丝在空间框B 233的上端边的内侧,且连接接头B 23a的结构与连接接头A 21a的结构相同,均由两片间隔设置在空间框上的带孔三角状焊片构成,连接接头C 23b采用板凳件,其凳面焊死在空间框B 233的上端边的内侧,凳脚上对应设置连接孔用于转动连接腿部床体竖管232,连接接头B 23a和连接接头C 23b在空间框B 233的上端边上的固定位置相对应,处在固定床架1的竖直中轴线上;连接接头B 23a与第二驱动机构32的腿部推杆321转动连接,连接接头C 23b与腿部床体竖管232的一端转动连接,该腿部床体竖管232的另一端与固定B竖管223转动连接;与头部床体21结构原理相同,连接接头B 23a作为第二驱动器322对腿部床体23的推力点,通过该推力点将推力合理分配至腿部床体竖管232和固定B管223 上,当电动床床体按需变化到腿部抬起状态时,腿部床体经第二驱动机构驱动32通过腿部床体竖管232与固定B竖管223力传递配合腿部床体23相对于固定床体转动22。
本实施例还可在腿部床架231尾部两端下表面处设置腿部连接片234,具体的,腿部连接片234的一端与腿部床架231尾部左右任意一端的下表面转动连接,其另一端与固定床架1转动连接,当电动床床体处于平躺状态时,腿部连接片234收起收纳于腿部床架231与固定床架1之间,从空间位置来看,从上之下腿部床架231、腿部连接片234、固定床架1依次叠放并与地面平行;当电动床床体按需变化到腿部抬起状态时,腿部连接片234展开完成对腿部床架231尾部的支撑,此处的腿部连接片234展开指的是腿部连接片234与固定床架1之间呈一定角度,腿部连接片234与腿部床架231之间呈一定角度,该角度根据腿部床架231抬起状态变化。
如图2所示,本实施例的固定床体22包括横管221和分别设置在横管两侧的固定A竖管222、固定B竖管223,详细的,横管221呈水平状固定在固定床架1上,固定A管222垂直设置在横管221的上侧,固定B竖管223垂直设置在横管221的下侧,该固定A竖管222的一端与头部床体竖管212的另一端转动连接,其另一端与横管221固连,固定B竖管223的一端与腿部床体竖管232的另一端转动连接,其另一端与横管221固连。
头部床体竖管212和固定A竖管222构成A侧竖管链,腿部床体竖管232和固定B竖管223构成B侧竖管链,本实施例通过A侧竖管链和B侧竖管链完成将驱动机构的推力合理分布;当电动床床体处于平躺状态时,A侧竖管链的位置、B侧竖管链的位置、头部推杆的位置和腿部推杆的位置均处在固定床架1的竖直中轴线上,这样的结构设计,可直接将驱动器的推力传至床架,即使电机角度很小,也不会因为水平推力过大而破坏床体结构件。
本实施例的电动床床体处于平躺状态时,第一驱动机构31和第二驱动机构32均嵌入对应的空间框中,此时驱动机构的下表面离地高度不低于电动床床体下表面离地高度;由此,本实施例的电动床床体具有超薄的特性,床体总高度低于9cm,驱动器可直接设计在9cm高的床体中,另外,本实施例无需通过将驱动器安装位置下降来达到抬升床板的目的,故本实施例的床体下表面为平面,可以不使用床脚使用,将其直接放置在地面或用户现有的床架上使用。
实施例2:
本实施例在实施例1的电动床床体的基础上,对床体的排骨架进行了改进,具体为:本实施例的电动床床体采用将金属件与玻璃纤维排骨架相结合的方式,达到床体重量轻、密度小、有韧性、高舒适度等特性。
如图2和图3所示,在头部床体、固定床体和腿部床体上除开竖管等金属件外的部分均等间隔分布有排骨架4,排骨架4根据自身设置位置不同,大小不同,但其结构均一致,参见图11至图15,包括排骨架座42和排骨架主体41,排骨架主体41通过排骨架座42固定在活动床架各处,设置在空间框A 213周围的排骨架,其排骨架主体的一端通过排骨架座固定在头部床架211上,另一端通过排骨架座固定在空间框A的213左端边/右端边上,设置在头部床体竖管212周围的排骨架,其排骨架主体的一端通过排骨架座固定在头部床体竖管212上,另一端通过排骨架座固定在头部床架211上;本实施例的排骨架主体采用玻璃纤维,且排骨架主体与排骨架座并非完全固定死,确保排骨架主体在不脱离排骨架座的前提下,具有一定的形变范围,这样设计的好处在于,当用户躺在床体上时,本实施例的排骨架能够更快的提供形变,提高用户舒适度。具体结构现详细介绍:
本实施例的排骨架主体41包括内部填充有PVC发泡的玻璃纤维管411和包覆在玻璃纤维管外表面并向两侧延伸形成翼部412的pp材质层;排骨架座42为注塑件包括基座主体421、与排骨架主体41连接的连接部一422和与活动床体铆接固定的连接部二423,该基座主体421的上表面向一侧延伸形成一限位板,该限位板与基座主体421的侧壁构成连接部二423,用于与活动床体固定;该连接部一422包括用于放置排骨架主体端部并配合排骨架主体形变的腔室4221,腔室4221具有确保当排骨架主体41达到最大形变量,排骨架主体41端部向腔室4221外移动最大距离时,排骨架主体41端部不从腔室内脱落的安全空间,所述安全空间能满足端部处排骨架主体发生形变时所需的空间,该腔室4221的作用是,当排骨架主体发生形变时,腔室4221能保证排骨架主体端部在不脱离基座主体421的前提下能够随排骨架主体进行变化,故腔室4221的结构形状均与排骨架主体的结构形状对应一致,也就是说,腔室4221为山丘状,中间呈圆弧形凸起两端为水平翼型,本实施例可在腔室4221的上内表面设有防滑机构;该防滑机构为越往外宽度和厚度越小结构,具体可以描述为圆锥状结构;该腔室4221的下表面为与排骨架主体下表面的结构形状一致的斜面4222,越往腔室深处,腔室上表面到斜面的距离越短。
实施例3:
本实施例在实施例1或实施例2的基础上,对驱动机构与电动床床体的连接处进行改进,具体为:
参见图16-18,本实施例的驱动机构3通过可拆卸机构与电动床床体连接,可拆卸机构包括尾部带孔的轴销9和与轴销9配合固定的R型销91;进行驱动机构3装配时,驱动机构的一端通过基座与固定床架1连接,轴销9依次穿过基座一端、驱动机构一端、驱动机构另一端和基座另一端,在轴销9尾部插入R型销完成连接;驱动机构的另一端与空间框连接,轴销9依次穿过空间框和驱动机构的另一端,在轴销9尾部插入R型销91完成连接。
实施例4:
本实施例是在上述实施例的基础上,实现电动床床体的可折叠并且该电动床床体的关节连接处能够快速安装等特点,具体为:
本实施例通过在固定床架的关节连接处设置若干铰链以实现可折叠,基于实施例1的基础上的话,本实施例的铰链设置在横管的一侧边上,具体的,在实施例1的基础上,采用本实施例的铰链3个,其中一个铰链设置在横管与固定A竖管之间,另2个铰链对应设置在横管两端;便于解释,将位于铰链一侧的床体称为床体一,位于铰链另一侧的床体称为床体二,此处所说的床体也包括固定床架,也就是说床体一中包括由半幅固定床架,床体二中也包括有半幅固定床架。在实施例1的基础上,也就是说,与包括横管和固定B竖管对应的床体为床体一,与固定A竖管对应的床体为床体二;进行最大角度折叠时,位于铰链一侧的床体一上表面可直接与位于铰链另一侧的床体二上表面贴合,参见图19。
结合图20和图21,本实施例的铰链5包括固定件51、连接件52和弹珠插销53,在床体一和床体二相对的侧面上分别固定有固定件51,固定件51的顶部向外延伸形成供弹珠插销插入的连接孔一511,连接件52呈工字型结构其四端均向下延伸形成可供弹珠插销插入的连接孔二521,该连接件52两个连接孔二521之间的间距522用于放置固定件51的连接孔一511,进行铰链装配时,弹珠插销53依次穿过连接件52的连接孔二和固定件51的连接孔一511。
固定件51包括固定壁和设置在固定壁顶部的连接部,固定壁与连接部相互垂直, 该固定壁与床体一和床体二相对的侧面固定,所述连接部由连接孔一构成。
在实施例1的基础上,设置在横管与固定A竖管之间的铰链的一个固定件固定在横管的侧壁上,另一个固定件固定在固定A竖管的侧壁上,通过连接件52和弹珠插销53完成连接,其他两个铰链连接方式相同,设置在横管两端的铰链的一个固定件固定在床体一的半幅固定床架的侧壁上,另一个固定件固定在床体二的半幅固定床架的侧壁上。
实施例5:
本实施例是在上述实施例的基础上,在电动床床体上增设可活动床垫档杆6,该床垫档杆6在不使用时可以折叠隐藏,客户可以根据自己的需求来调整,床垫档杆折叠后高度不高过床面,仍然可以正常使用床垫,具体为:
结合图22至图25,在活动床架的一端设有可活动床垫档杆6,在实施例1的基础上,该床垫档杆6具体通过档杆基座63设置在腿部床架231的下端两侧,本实施例的床垫档杆6包括依次连接的止挡部61和弯曲连接部62,该止挡部61由金属圆管围成下开口的圆角矩形结构,该弯曲连接部62包括在床垫档杆使用时能靠住活动床架对止挡部进行限位的结构,该结构具体可以通过由金属圆管构成的直角实现,该弯曲连接部62通过档杆基座63与活动床架的一端连接,详细的,弯曲连接部62的一端与止挡部61的下端连接,另一端通过档杆基座63与活动床架转动连接,该档杆基座63与活动床架固连,其与弯曲连接部活动连接,本实施例的档杆基座63为不规则多边形结构,其中两条边呈直角用于与固定活动床架。本实施例的;床垫档杆使用时,止挡部61打开使其与活动床架之间呈一定能对床垫进行限位的角度,可参见图24,床垫档杆收纳时,止挡部收起与活动床架表面贴紧,可参见图25,在实施例2的基础上,收纳后的床垫档杆与排骨架上表面紧贴。
实施例6:
本实施例是在上述实施例的基础上,在电动床床体的下表面设有若干减震块7,以配合当不采用床脚使用本发明的电动床床体时,通过橡胶减震块可以应对地面或床面不平整的情况,具有良好的减震效果。
实施例7:
本实施例是在上述实施例的基础上,设计了一个能进行上、下双向调节高度的床脚,参见图26、图27和图30,本实施例的床脚采用塑料件,调节高度可达5cm,且通过改进床脚内部的结构,使调整床脚高度不影响床脚强度,具体为:
参见图28、图29和图31,本实施例的床脚8包括上部床脚81、调节中部82和底部床脚83,上部床脚81包括上部壳体811、设置在上部壳体811内的上部轴杆812,调节中部82包括中部壳体821和设置在中部壳体821内的内衬部、正反牙调节轴杆824,底部床脚83包括底部壳体831和设置在底部壳体内的轴套832,正反牙调节轴杆824包括正螺纹端和反螺纹端,正螺纹端表面的螺纹方向与反螺纹端表面的螺纹方向相反,上部轴杆812通过内部设置的螺纹与正反牙调节轴杆824的正螺纹端螺纹配合连接,轴套832通过内部设置的螺纹与正反牙调节轴杆824的反螺纹端螺纹配合连接,本实施例的上部轴杆812顶部向上延伸形成能与固定床体1可拆卸连接的连接部812a。
本实施例在正反牙调节轴杆824的正反牙变化处两侧设置限位端825,内衬部纵截面呈H字形结构,包括空心圆柱件822和设置在空心圆柱件822中部的圆盘件823,正反牙调节轴杆824通过两侧的限位端825与圆盘件823固连,正反牙调节轴杆的正螺纹端穿过空心圆柱件822的上端空腔与上部轴杆咬合,反螺纹端穿过空心圆柱件822的下端空腔与轴套咬合;为方便说明,现将中部壳体从上至下依次分为内衬部上端对应的壳体一、圆盘件对应的壳体二和内衬部下端对应的壳体三,当床脚处于初始状态时,上部 壳体的底部套住壳体一,底部壳体的上部套住壳体三。当中部壳体受外力进行旋转时,带动正反牙调节轴杆旋转,分别驱动上部轴杆和轴套,使上部轴杆带动上部床脚向上高度调整,轴套带动下部床脚向下高度调整。为方便用户进行旋转调节床脚,在壳体三外表面设有防滑花纹。

Claims (25)

  1. 一种电动床床体,其特征在于:包括固定床架、能相对于固定床架活动的活动床架和驱动活动床架活动的驱动机构,所述活动床架上设有可供驱动机构嵌入的空间框、横管和设置在所述横管上下两侧的若干竖管,位于横管上侧的所有竖管之间首尾转动连接整体构成A侧竖管链,位于横管另一侧的所有竖管之间首尾转动连接整体构成B侧竖管链,所述A侧竖管链的一端和B侧竖管链的一端均与横管连接,所述A侧竖管链的另一端和B侧竖管链的另一端分别受驱动机构驱动,带动相应的各竖管进行力分配使电动床床体在平躺状态和抬起状态之间变化;在电动床床体处于平躺状态时,所述驱动机构嵌入所述空间框中,所有竖管的设置位置和驱动机构的出力轴的位置均处于固定床架的竖直中轴线上,该驱动机构的下表面离地高度不低于电动床床体下表面离地高度。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电动床床体,其特征在于:所述活动床架包括依次连接的头部床体、固定床体和腿部床体,所述驱动机构包括驱动头部床体运动的第一驱动机构和驱动腿部床体运动的第二驱动机构;所述固定床体固定在固定床架上,所述头部床体和所述腿部床体均能相对于所述固定床体活动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种电动床床体,其特征在于:所述头部床体包括能够相对于固定床架活动的头部床架、在由所述头部床架框出的区域内设置有头部床体竖管和供第一驱动机构嵌入的空间框A,该头部床体竖管的一端与空间框A固定连接,另一端与固定A竖管转动连接;所述空间框A上固连有连接接头A,该第一驱动机构通过与连接接头A连接将其推力能作用于空间框A上;
    所述腿部床体包括能够相对于固定床架活动的腿部床架、在由所述腿部床架框出的区域内设置有腿部床体竖管和供第二驱动机构嵌入的空间框B,所述空间框B上固定有连接接头B和连接接头C,所述连接接头B与第二驱动机构转动连接,所述连接接头C与腿部床体竖管的一端转动连接,该腿部床体竖管的另一端与固定B竖管转动连接;
    所述固定床体包括横管和分别设置在横管两侧的固定A竖管、固定B竖管,所述固定A竖管的一端与头部床体竖管的另一端转动连接,另一端与横管固连,所述固定B竖管的一端与腿部床体竖管的另一端转动连接,另一端与横管固连,所述横管水平固定在固定床架上;
    所述头部床体竖管和固定A竖管构成A侧竖管链,所述腿部床体竖管和固定B竖管构成B侧竖管链。
  4. 根据权利要求1、2或3所述的一种电动床床体,其特征在于:还包括床板,所述床板上分布有玻璃纤维排骨架。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种电动床床体,其特征在于:所述玻璃纤维排骨架为为组合件结构,包括排骨架主体和将所述排骨架主体固定在活动床体上的排骨架座,所述排骨架座设置在排骨架主体两端,其包括与所述排骨架主体端部连接的连接部一和与活动床体连接的连接部二,所述连接部一包括用于放置排骨架主体端部的腔室,所述腔室具有确保当排骨架主体达到最大形变量,排骨架主体端部向腔室外移动最大距离时,排骨架主体端部不从腔室内脱落的安全空间,所述安全空间能满足端部处排骨架主体发生形变时所需的空间。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种电动床床体,其特征在于:所述腔室包括上表面和下表面,所述下表面为与排骨架主体下表面结构相同的斜面,从腔室内到外,所述斜面与上表面的距离递增。
  7. 根据权利要求4或5所述的一种电动床床体,其特征在于:所述排骨架主体包括内部具有填充物的空心玻璃纤维管和包覆在所述玻璃纤维管外表面并向两侧延伸形 成翼部的pp材质层。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种电动床床体,其特征在于:所述填充物包括PVC发泡材料。
  9. 根据权利要求4所述的一种电动床床体,其特征在于:所述上表面上设有若干防滑机构,所述防滑机构为圆锥状结构,该圆锥状的尖部朝向腔室外。
  10. 根据权利要求3所述的一种电动床床体,其特征在于:所述腿部床架尾部两侧分别通过腿部连接片与固定床架连接,当电动床床体处于平躺状态时,腿部连接片收起收纳于腿部床架与固定床架之间,当电动床床体按需变化到腿部抬起状态时,腿部连接片展开完成对腿部床架尾部的支撑。
  11. 根据权利要求3所述的一种电动床床体,其特征在于:所述第一驱动机构包括作为出力轴的头部推杆和给所述头部推杆提供动力的第一驱动器,所述头部推杆的一端与所述第一驱动器连接,另一端与所述连接接头A转动连接;所述第一驱动器的一端与所述固定床架连接,另一端与所述头部推杆连接;
    所述第二驱动机构包括作为出力轴的腿部推杆和给所述腿部推杆提供动力的第二驱动器,所述腿部推杆的一端与所述第二驱动器连接,另一端与连接接头B转动连接,所述第二驱动器的一端与所述固定床架连接,另一端与所述腿部推杆连接。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电动床床体,其特征在于:所述驱动机构通过可拆卸机构与电动床床体连接,所述可拆卸机构包括尾部带孔的轴销和与所述轴销配合固定的R型销;进行驱动机构装配时,所述驱动机构的一端通过基座与固定床架连接,所述轴销依次穿过基座和驱动机构的一端,在轴销尾部插入R型销完成连接;其另一端与空间框连接,所述轴销依次穿过空间框和驱动机构的另一端,在轴销尾部插入R型销完成连接。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电动床床体,其特征在于:通过在床体关节处采用若干铰链实现床体可折叠,所述床体关节处为横管与固定床架的连接处。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的一种电动床床体,其特征在于:所述铰链包括分别固定在床体关节处的固定件、用于将对应的固定件进行两两连接的连接件和插销,所述固定件的顶部向外侧延伸形成供插销插入的连接孔一,所述连接件的两侧向下延伸形成可供插销插入的连接孔二,所述插销依次穿过连接孔一和连接孔二,使固定件能相对于连接件活动。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的一种电动床床体,其特征在于:所述连接件呈工字型结构,其四端均向下延伸形成可供插销插入的连接孔二,位于同侧的两个连接孔二之间保持间距,所述间距可放置连接孔一。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的一种电动床床体,其特征在于:所述固定件包括固定壁和设置在所述固定壁顶部的连接部,所述固定壁与连接部相互垂直,该固定壁与床体关节处的侧壁相固定,所述连接部由连接孔一构成。
  17. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电动床床体,其特征在于:在所述活动床架尾端设有可活动床垫档杆,所述床垫档杆包括依次连接的止挡部和弯曲连接部,所述弯曲连接部的一端与止挡部的下端连接,另一端与活动床架转动连接;床垫档杆使用时,所述止挡部打开使其与活动床架之间呈一定能对床垫进行限位的角度,床垫档杆收纳时,止挡部收起,且收起后的挡止部高度不高出固定床架的床面。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的一种电动床床体,其特征在于:所述弯曲连接部包括在床垫档杆使用时能依靠活动床架对止挡部进行限位的结构。
  19. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电动床床体,其特征在于:在所述固定床架的下表 面设有若干减震块。
  20. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电动床床体,其特征在于:还包括设置在固定床体下表面的能双向调节高度的床脚。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的一种电动床床体,其特征在于:所述床脚包括上部床脚、调节中部和底部床脚,在所述上部床脚内设有上部轴杆,在所述调节中部内设有正反牙调节轴杆,在所述底部床脚内设有轴套,所述正反牙调节轴杆包括正螺纹端和反螺纹端,所述正螺纹端表面的螺纹方向与反螺纹端表面的螺纹方向相反,所述上部轴杆通过内部设置的螺纹与正反牙调节轴杆的正螺纹端螺纹配合连接,所述轴套通过内部设置的螺纹与正反牙调节轴杆的负螺纹端螺纹配合连接。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的一种电动床床体,其特征在于:所述上部轴杆顶部向上延伸形成能与固定床体进行可拆卸连接的连接部,所述连接部表面设有螺纹。
  23. 根据权利要求21所述的一种电动床床体,其特征在于:在所述正反牙调节轴杆表面螺纹变化处的两侧分别设置一限位端,所述调节中部内还设有内衬部,所述内衬部纵截面呈H字形结构,包括空心圆柱件和设置在空心圆柱件中部的圆盘件,所述正反牙调节轴杆通过两侧的限位端与圆盘件固连。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述的一种电动床床体,其特征在于:所述上部床脚包括对上部轴杆进行外部支撑保护的上部壳体,所述调节中部包括对正反牙调节轴杆和内衬部进行外部支撑保护的中部壳体,所述下部床脚包括对轴套进行外部支撑保护的底部壳体,所述中部壳体从上至下依次包括内衬部上端对应的壳体一、圆盘件对应的壳体二和内衬部下端对应的壳体三,当床脚处于初始状态时,上部壳体的底部套住壳体一,底部壳体的上部套住壳体三。
  25. 根据权利要求24所述的一种电动床床体,其特征在于:在所述壳体三外表面设有防滑花纹。
