Description

一种自动布卷轴端识别装置 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种自动布卷轴端识别装置,是对布匹输送方式的改进,属于染整工业设备技术领域。
背景技术
布匹通常是卷绕在一支塑胶管轴上, 造成一条布卷。布卷的普遍宽度约为1.5米, 而管轴的长度则约为 2米, 露出管轴的两端用来将布卷吊起, 以方便布卷的运送。若果从管轴的其中一端看,布匹是以顺时针方向卷绕的话,则在管轴的另一端便会看到布匹是以逆时针方向卷绕。由于在染整过程中,每个工作站都必须以固​​定的旋转方向将布匹开卷出来进行处理,完成处理时,又要以固定的旋转方向,将布匹收卷在管轴上,因此管轴在生产操作上有左端和右端的分别。传统的手工染整工厂是倚靠操作员辨认管轴的端向, 但要将染整过程自动化,则必须有方法能自动辨识管轴的端向,及有需要的情况下作出端向调整。因此,特提出本创新设计的自动布卷轴端识别装置,以实现染整工业自动化的需要。
技术问题
本实用新型在于针对现有的布卷输送处理过程费时费力的缺点,提出一套创新设计的布卷轴端识别装置, 实现自动分辨布卷管轴的左右端向,以配合自动控制染整工序的动作要求。
技术解决方案
本实用新型提供的一种自动布卷轴端识别装置,是使用数据捕获技术(AIDC - Automatic Identification and Data Capture)来辨别布卷轴端,并将收集的辨别结果传送给有关的染整工序控制系统,用来控制布卷的吊运动作。
本实用新型所述的自动布卷轴端识别装置,包括设置在布卷轴一端的识别传感器和设置在吊运装置上与所述识别传感器对应的感应器。
进一步的, 所述识别传感器设置在布卷轴一端的管内,位置接近管口,以方便相应的感应器检测到识别传感器的讯号。由于识别装置是装设在轴管内, 可受到布卷轴管的保护, 不易受损。
更进一步的, 所述识别传感器通过胶贴或机械固定的方式设置在布卷轴内。
更进一步的, 所述识别传感器设置在布卷轴管的内壁或外壁上。
进一步的,所述感应器设置在吊运装置的钳钩附近, 令感应器能尽量接近布卷轴的识别传感器, 以利于感应器稳定地接收识别传感器的讯号。
进一步的,所述的识别传感器和感应器的数量可以是一个或两个以上。
识别传感器是应用物理学方法来产生物理变化作为传感讯号的微型器。在自动化工业界己有多种识别传感器供应,例如有磁、电、光、热、声、幅射和微波等不同的传感器, 以配合不同设计情况而选用。所选用的识别传感器种类以非接触方法将传感讯号传递给感应器为最理想。例如以磁、光和微波等无线方式。所选用的传感器种类和大小也要基于染整生产实际情况来考虑, 例如操作温度、酸碱度、和压力等,还要达到安全和准确可靠控制的要求。所述的识别传感器和感应器的数量亦不限。感应器是用来感应传感器所产生的讯号。选用适当的无线传感器时便一同考虑选用相应兼容的感应器。
有益效果
所述的布卷轴端识别装置可令生产上布卷轴端方向能排列固定一致, 布匹卷入、卷出方向也可以一致, 继而令整个染整工序都可以使用方向一致的布卷为基础。所以本实用新型所述的布卷轴端识别装置,是配合染整车间综合自动化方案而设计的。

本发明的最佳实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本实用新型所述的技术方案进行非限制性的描述。
如图1所示,本实用新型所述的自动布卷轴端识别装置,包括设置在布卷轴一端的识别传感器和设置在吊运装置上与所述识别传感器对应的感应器。
如图2所示,吊运装置4 将布卷轴1吊起,如此时识别传感器2是在布卷轴1上感应器3那一端的位置,由于感应器3是装设在吊运装置4 接近钳钩位置,感应器3会检测到识别传感器2的讯号,因而知道布卷轴1装有识别传感器2的一端管口是在正确的一方,则吊运装置不需作出有关调整。
如图3所示,吊运装置4 将布卷轴1吊起,假设此时识别传感器2不在布卷轴1有传感器那一方的位置。感应器3便检测不到识别传感器2的讯号, 因而便知道布卷轴1装有识别传感器2的一端管口是在另一端,需要作出纠正。这时控制系统会将吊运装置4旋转180度,令布卷轴1装有识别传感器2的一端管口转到正确的一方。
所述的布卷轴端识别装置可令生产上布卷轴端方向能排列固定一致, 布匹卷入、卷出方向也可以一致, 继而令整个染整工序都可以使用方向一致的布卷为基础。
所以本实用新型所述的布卷轴端识别装置,是配合染整车间综合自动化方案而设计的。
应该理解的是,上述内容包括附图均非对所述技术方案的限制,事实上,凡以相同或近似原理对所述技术方案进行的改进,包括结构的尺寸、形状、所用材质的改变,以及功能相似传感组件的替换,都在本发明申请所要求保护的技术方案之内。

  1. 一种自动布卷轴端识别装置,其特征在于:包括设置在布卷轴一端的识别传感器和设置在吊运装置上与所述识别传感器对应的感应器。
  2. 根据权利要求1自动布卷轴端识别装置,其特征在于:所述识别传感器设置在布卷轴一端的管内,位置接近管口。
  3. 根据权利要求2自动布卷轴端识别装置,其特征在于:所述识别传感器通过胶贴或机械固定的方式设置在布卷轴内。
  4. 根据权利要求2自动布卷轴端识别装置,其特征在于:所述识别传感器设置在布卷轴管的内壁或外壁上。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的自动布卷轴端识别装置,其特征在于:所述感应器设置在吊运装置的钳钩附近, 令感应器能尽量接近布卷轴的识别传感器, 以利于感应器稳定地接收识别传感器的讯号。
  6. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的自动布卷轴端识别装置,其特征在于:所述的识别传感器和感应器的数量为一个或两个以上。
