一种组合式布袋除尘器 技术领域
本发明涉及除尘技术领域,具体为一种组合式布袋除尘器。
背景技术
目前,随着科技的发展,人们发现环境污染越来月严重,因此国家对环境也越来越重视,开始要工厂排放的废气需要进行先除尘处理,在进行排放,而布袋除尘是除尘中一种常见的方式,但是现有的布袋除尘有一个缺陷,就是需要定期拆下布袋,对布袋表面进行处理再次使用,这个过程比较麻烦,如何设计一种新的布袋除尘器,可以避免拆下布袋处理的麻烦就显得至关重要了。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种组合式布袋除尘器,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种组合式布袋除尘器,包括罐体、检修盖、布袋支架和过滤布袋,其特征在于:所述罐体正面通过合页安装有检修盖,所述检修盖与罐体之间安装有密封条,所述检修盖上安装有旋转轴,所述旋转轴上安装有卡扣,所述罐体上端安装有固定板,所述固定板与卡扣固定连接,所述罐体内部安装有布袋支架,所述布袋支架上套有过滤布袋。
优选的,所述罐体上端安装有连接管,所述连接管通过轴承固定,所述连接管延伸至罐体内部与喷水管连接,所述喷水管上焊接有多个喷头,所述轴承上端安装有大锥齿轮,所述大锥齿轮与小锥齿轮啮合连接,所述小锥齿轮与伺服电机固定连接,所述伺服电机固定安装在固定座上。
优选的,所述罐体内部安装有隔板,所述隔板上安装有进气管,所述进气管延伸至过滤布袋内部,所述进气管上安装有电磁闸阀。
优选的,所述罐体侧面安装有水管,所述水管上安装有气动闸阀,所述罐体上端侧面设有出气口。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过布袋支架上安装过滤布袋,通过灰尘进入到罐体,再利用过滤布袋进行过滤,从而使灰尘吸附在过滤布袋的内侧,通过安装喷水管和喷头可以对过滤布袋表面进行冲洗,以保证过滤布袋表面不会被堵塞,更好的进行过滤,改变传统的过滤方式,只进行过滤而不对过滤布袋表面处理,或者需要定期将过滤布袋取出然后进行清理,通过安装密封条保证整个罐体的密封性,通过安装伺服电机可以使喷水管进行旋转,保证过滤布袋的每个地方都可以被清洗到,且结构简单,易于推广使用。

请参阅图1-2,本发明提供的一种实施例:一种组合式布袋除尘器,包括罐体1、检修盖2、布袋支架19和过滤布袋23,所述罐体1正面通过合页7 安装有检修盖2,所述检修盖2与罐体1之间安装有密封条5,所述检修盖2上安装有旋转轴24,所述旋转轴24上安装有卡扣3,所述罐体1上端安装有固定板4,所述固定板4与卡扣3固定连接,所述罐体1内部安装有布袋支架19,所述布袋支架19上套有过滤布袋23,所述罐体1上端安装有连接管13,所述连接管13通过轴承15固定,所述连接管13延伸至罐体1内部与喷水管17连接,所述喷水管17上焊接有多个喷头18,所述轴承15上端安装有大锥齿轮14,所述大锥齿轮14与小锥齿轮12啮合连接,所述小锥齿轮12与伺服电机11固定连接,所述伺服电机11固定安装在固定座10上,所述罐体1内部安装有隔板16,所述隔板16上安装有进气管22,所述进气管22延伸至过滤布袋23内部,所述进气管22上安装有电磁闸阀25,所述罐体1侧面安装有水管21,所述水管21上安装有气动闸阀20,所述罐体1上端侧面设有出气口8。
具体使用方式:本发明工作中,将进气管22与外部排气管连接,除尘的时候气动闸20阀关闭,电磁闸阀25打开,冲洗的时候,电磁闸阀25关闭,气动闸阀20打开,利用布袋支架19上安装过滤布袋23,通过灰尘进入到罐体1,再利用过滤布袋23进行过滤,从而使灰尘吸附过滤布袋23的内侧,利用喷水管17和喷头18可以对过滤布袋23表面进行冲洗,以保证过滤布袋23表面不会被堵塞,更好的进行过滤,利用密封条5保证整个罐体1的密封性,通过安装伺服电机11可以使喷水管17进行旋转,保证过滤布袋23的每个地方都可以被清洗到。

  1. 一种组合式布袋除尘器,包括罐体(1)、检修盖(2)、布袋支架(19)和过滤布袋(23),其特征在于:所述罐体(1)正面通过合页(7)安装有检修盖(2),所述检修盖(2)与罐体(1)之间安装有密封条(5),所述检修盖(2)上安装有旋转轴(24),所述旋转轴(24)上安装有卡扣(3),所述罐体(1)上端安装有固定板(4),所述固定板(4)与卡扣(3)固定连接,所述罐体(1)内部安装有布袋支架(19),所述布袋支架(19)上套有过滤布袋(23)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种组合式布袋除尘器,其特征在于:所述罐体(1)上端安装有连接管(13),所述连接管(13)通过轴承(15)固定,所述连接管(13)延伸至罐体(1)内部与喷水管(17)连接,所述喷水管(17)上焊接有多个喷头(18),所述轴承(15)上端安装有大锥齿轮(14),所述大锥齿轮(14)与小锥齿轮(12)啮合连接,所述小锥齿轮(12)与伺服电机(11)固定连接,所述伺服电机(11)固定安装在固定座(10)上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种组合式布袋除尘器,其特征在于:所述罐体(1)内部安装有隔板(16),所述隔板(16)上安装有进气管(22),所述进气管(22)延伸至过滤布袋(23)内部,所述进气管(22)上安装有电磁闸阀(25)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种组合式布袋除尘器,其特征在于:所述罐体(1)侧面安装有水管(21),所述水管(21)上安装有气动闸阀(20),所述罐体(1)上端侧面设有出气口(8)。
