Description

一种除尘器 技术领域
本发明涉及一种除尘装置,具体涉及一种除尘器。
背景技术
现有的除尘器使用最多的是袋式除尘器,而袋式除尘器一般包括喷吹脉冲清灰袋式除尘器和分室反吹清灰袋式除尘器。袋式除尘器通常由底部钢结构支架、灰斗、箱体、进出风口、滤袋、喷吹清灰装置和控制装置等几部分组成。
袋式除尘器一般包括两个气箱,成本增加,如专利号CN201120520511.8公开了气箱脉冲式除尘器,尽管在左右气箱室之间设有进气室和出气室,但是不利于在含尘浓度较大的工作环境下工作,往往存在清灰强度不够的缺陷,清除的灰尘很可能再次从出风口漏出,且除尘器存在清灰和过滤同时进行的问题,导致其应用范围相对较小,并且喷吹脉冲清灰袋式除尘器和分室反吹清灰袋式除尘器都存在耗能较大、效率较低的缺点。
发明内容
1.发明要解决的技术问题
本发明的目的在于克服上述技术不足,提供了一种设计简单,低耗循环使用的除尘器,可实现在含尘浓度较大的工作环境下高效工作,避免过滤的灰尘又从出风口漏出,提高了除尘效率。
2.技术方案
为达到上述目的,本发明提供的技术方案为:
本发明的一种除尘器,包括出风口、高压喷水管、干燥室、进风口,溢水口,箱体,排污口,灰斗;
所述的出风口位于干燥室的顶部;
所述的高压喷水管位于干燥室的底部;
所述的箱体位于干燥室和灰斗之间;
所述的进风口位于箱体的侧面;
所述的溢水口位于的箱体的侧面且高于灰斗;
所述排污口位于灰斗底部。
进一步的技术方案,所述的箱体的侧面还设置有检修门。
进一步的技术方案,所述的高压喷水管上还设有多个水管,所述的水管之间的距离相等。
进一步的技术方案,所述的排污口还设有可旋转盖子。
进一步的技术方案,所述的箱体和灰斗之间设有过滤网。
3.有益效果
采用本发明提供的技术方案,与现有技术相比,结构简单,低耗循环,借鉴了传统洗衣机的除尘原理,将灰尘牢牢固定在灰斗中,避免灰尘从出风口漏出。具有如下有益效果:1、高压喷水管上设有多个水管,能够根据实际需要打开,避免水资源浪费;
2、箱体的侧面设有检修门便于维修箱体内部部件;
3、排污口设有可旋转盖子,是便于拆卸更换灰斗及清理灰斗中的脏污;
4、箱体和灰斗之间设有过滤网能够牢牢将灰尘固定在灰斗中,防止灰尘溢出。

实施例
如图1所示,本实施例的一种除尘器,包括出风口1、高压喷水管2、干燥室3、进风口4,溢水口6,箱体7,排污口8,灰斗9;出风口1位于干燥室3的顶部;高压喷水管2位于干燥室3的底部;箱体7位于干燥室3和灰斗9之间;进风口4位于箱体7的侧面;溢水口6位于的箱体7的侧面且高于灰斗9;排污口8位于灰斗9底部。
箱体7的侧面还设置有检修门5,便于维修箱体内部部件;
高压喷水管2上还设有多个水管10,水管10之间的距离相等,能够根据实际需要打开,避免水资源浪费;
排污口8还设有可旋转盖子,便于拆卸更换灰斗及清理灰斗中的脏污;
箱体7和灰斗9之间设有过滤网11,能够牢牢将灰尘固定在灰斗中,防止灰尘溢出

  1. 一种除尘器,其特征在于,包括出风口(1)、高压喷水管(2)、干燥室(3)、进风口(4),溢水口(6),箱体(7),排污口(8),灰斗(9);
    所述的出风口(1)位于干燥室(3)的顶部;
    所述的高压喷水管(2)位于干燥室(3)的底部;
    所述的箱体(7)位于干燥室(3)和灰斗(9)之间;
    所述的进风口(4)位于箱体(7)的侧面;
    所述的溢水口(6)位于的箱体(7)的侧面且高于灰斗(9);
    所述排污口(8)位于灰斗(9)底部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种除尘器,其特征在于,所述的箱体(7)的侧面还设置有检修门(5)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种除尘器,其特征在于,所述的高压喷水管(2)上还设有多个水管(10),所述的水管(10)之间的距离相等。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种除尘器,其特征在于,所述的排污口(8)还设有可旋转盖子。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种除尘器,其特征在于,所述的箱体(7)和灰斗(9)之间设有过滤网(11)。
