请参阅图1及2、图6至图8,图1为本发明的智能锁的锁头的结构示意图;图2为本发明的智能锁的锁头的剖视图;图6为本发明的智能锁的锁头移去上壳后的结构示意图;图7为本发明的智能锁的锁头的下壳的结构示意图;图8为本发明的智能锁的锁头的下壳另一方向的结构示意图;如图所示,在本实施例中,壳体1包括下壳11和上壳12,下壳11包括座体111、第一侧板112和第二侧板113,座体111设有第一腔室1111,第一腔室1111贯穿座体111,第一侧板112设于座体111顶部并位于座体111的左侧,第二侧板113分设于座体111顶部并位于座体111的右侧,第一侧板112设有避让槽1121,上壳12设于下壳11并与第一侧板112和第二侧板113围成第二腔室,电机总成21设于第一腔室1111,电机总成21的输出轴从第一腔室1111伸入第二腔室,凸轮22设于电机总成21的输出轴伸入第二腔室的部分,锁销3设于第二腔室,复位件4设于第二腔室,复位件4被锁销3压设于第二腔室的右侧。
请复阅图2至5,如图所示,在本实施例中,锁销3包括锁块32和锁舌33,锁块32置于第二腔室,锁块32底部设有轮槽321,轮槽321罩设于第一腔室1111的上方,凸轮22置于轮槽321,拨块31设于轮槽321的内侧壁;锁舌33与锁块32连接,锁舌33的宽度与避让槽1121的宽度适配,电机总成21带动 凸轮22转动时,凸轮22在轮槽321内转动并拨动拨块31,锁舌33通过避让槽1121向第二腔室内移动;凸轮22越过拨块31时,复位件4推动锁块32沿第二腔室滑动,锁舌33通过避让槽1121伸出第二腔室。
请复阅图6,如图所示,在本实施例中,座体111上设有开锁检测开关113和锁闭检测开关115,锁销3上设有感应块34,当需要将处于锁闭状态的智能锁打开时,电机总成21带动凸轮22转动,凸轮22在轮槽321内转动并拨动拨块31,使锁块32向第二腔室内移动并挤压复位件4,当开锁检测开关113检测到感应块34时,锁舌33全部退回第二腔室,智能锁开锁到位;当需要将处于开锁状态的智能锁锁闭时,电机总成21驱动与拨块31接触的凸轮22继续在轮槽321内转动并使凸轮22越过拨块31,复位件4带动锁块32复位,使锁舌33向壳体1外移动,当锁闭检测开关115检测到感应块34时,锁舌33伸出壳体1,智能锁锁闭到位。
请复阅图7及8,如图所示,在本实施例中,座体111上表面设有开槽1112,开锁检测开关113和锁闭检测开关115设于开槽1112两侧,感应块34从开槽1112伸出,在凸轮22拨动拨块31使锁销3移动时,感应块34沿开槽1112在开锁检测开关113和锁闭检测开关115之间移动。
请复阅图6至9,图6为本发明的智能锁的锁头移去上壳后的结构示意图;图7为本发明的智能锁的锁头的下壳的结构示意图;图8为本发明的智能锁的锁头的下壳另一方向的结构示意图;图9为本发明的智能锁的锁头的开锁检测开关/锁闭检测开关的结构示意图。如图所示,在本实施例中,座体111上设有第一卡槽1113和第二卡槽1114,第一卡槽1113和第二卡槽1114底部设有安装槽,开锁检测开关113和锁闭检测开关115设有与安装槽适配的安装块,开锁检测开关113设于第一卡槽1113并使其上的安装块安装于第二卡槽1114的安装槽,锁闭检测开关115设于第二卡槽1114并使其上的安装块安装于第二卡槽1114的安装槽;确保开锁检测开关113和锁闭检测开关115在壳体1内安装牢固。
请复阅图7,如图所示,在本实施例中,座体111设有限位块1116,限位块1116位于避让槽1121两侧并沿锁块32长度方向设置,锁块32上设有与限位块1116适配的限位台阶35,当复位件4推动锁块32沿第二腔室向壳体1外移动时,锁块32连接锁舌33的一端在两限位块1116之间移动,两限位块1116对锁块32的移动其限位作用,可以使锁舌33顺利通过避让槽1121,当锁块32移动 到时限位台阶35与限位块1116接触时,智能锁锁闭到位,锁块32停止移动。
请复阅图7,如图所示,在本实施例中,复位件4优选为复位弹簧,复位弹簧与锁块32远离锁舌33的一端连接,锁块32与复位弹簧的连接端设有弹簧槽322,第二侧板113设有限位槽1131,复位弹簧一端置于弹簧槽322内,复位弹簧另一端置于限位槽1131;在锁块32沿第二腔室移动时,限位槽1131对锁块32向第二腔室内移动的最大行程限位。
请复阅图7,如图所示,在本实施例中,座体111上设有与第一腔体连通的凹槽1115,电机总成21的输出轴上设有密封圈23,密封圈23上设有密封环231,密封圈23置于凹槽1115,密封圈23的下部伸入第一腔体,凹槽1115的环壁卡于密封环231,密封圈23将第一腔室1111与第二腔室之间密封,可以使第一腔室1111防水,对设于第一腔室1111的驱动组件2起到保护作用。
与本发明的锁头适配的智能锁设有线路板和控制器,智能锁的锁头的电机总成21、开锁检测开关113和锁闭检测开关115与控制器连接,开锁检测开关113和锁闭检测开关115检测到感应件后将信号发送给控制器,控制器控制电机总成21的作动。
以上仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换或改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种智能锁的锁头,其特征在于,包括:
    壳体;
    驱动组件,所述驱动组件设于所述壳体,所述驱动组件包括电机总成和凸轮,所述凸轮与所述电机总成的输出轴连接;
    锁销,所述锁销设于所述壳体,所述锁销上设有拨块;
    复位件,所述复位件设于所述壳体,所述复位件与所述锁销一端连接;
    其中,当需要将处于锁闭状态的智能锁打开时,电机总成驱动所述凸轮转动,所述凸轮拨动所述拨块,所述锁销向所述壳体内移动进行开锁;当需要将处于开锁状态的智能锁锁闭时,所述电机总成驱动与所述拨块接触的所述凸轮转动并使所述凸轮离开所述拨块,所述复位件带动所述锁销复位,所述锁销另一端伸出所述壳体进行锁闭。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的智能锁的锁头,其特征在于,所述壳体包括下壳和上壳,所述下壳包括座体、第一侧板和第二侧板,所述座体设有第一腔室,所述第一腔室贯穿所述座体,所述第一侧板和所述第二侧板分设于所述座体顶部的两相对侧,所述第一侧板设有避让槽,所述上壳设于所述下壳并与所述第一侧板和所述第二侧板围成第二腔室,所述电机总成设于所述第一腔室,所述电机总成的输出轴从所述第一腔室伸入所述第二腔室,所述凸轮、锁销和所述复位件置于所述第二腔室。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的智能锁的锁头,其特征在于,所述锁销包括锁块和锁舌,所述锁块置于所述第二腔室,所述锁块底部设有轮槽,所述轮槽罩设于所述第一腔室的上方,所述拨块设于所述轮槽的内侧壁;所述锁舌与所述锁块连接,所述凸轮置于所述轮槽。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的智能锁的锁头,其特征在于,所述座体上设有开锁检测开关和锁闭检测开关,所述锁销上设有感应块,所述开锁检测开关检测到所述感应块时,开锁到位;所述锁闭检测开关检测到所述感应块时,锁闭到位。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的智能锁的锁头,其特征在于,所述座体上表面设有开槽,所述开锁检测开关和所述锁闭检测开关设于所述开槽两侧,所述感应块从所述开槽伸出并在所述驱动组件带动所述锁销移动时沿所述开槽移动。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的智能锁的锁头,其特征在于,所述座体上设有第 一卡槽和第二卡槽,所述开锁检测开关和所述锁闭检测开关分设于所述第一卡槽和所述第二卡槽。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的智能锁的锁头,其特征在于,所述第一卡槽和所述第二卡槽底部设有安装槽,所述开锁检测开关和所述锁闭检测开关设有与所述安装槽适配的安装块,所述安装块安装于所述安装槽。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的智能锁的锁头,其特征在于,所述座体上设有与所述第一腔体连通的凹槽,所述电机总成的输出轴上设有密封圈,所述密封圈上设有密封环,所述密封圈置于所述凹槽,所述密封圈的下部伸入所述第一腔体,所述凹槽的环壁卡于所述密封环。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的智能锁的锁头,其特征在于,所述座体设有限位块,所述限位块位于所述避让槽两侧并沿所述锁销长度方向设置,所述锁销上设有与所述限位块适配的限位台阶。
  10. 根据权利要求2所述的智能锁的锁头,其特征在于,所述第二侧板设有限位槽,所述复位件一端与所述锁销连接,所述复位件另一端置于所述限位槽。
