上述技术方案中,优选的,还包括设置在所述罐与/或壳体上的背负系统以及为所述的真空电风机提供电源的充电电池包。
本发明通过将高效过滤器直接套设在集尘袋的外侧,一方面通过套装结构,提高空间利用率,使高效过滤器的有效过滤面积成倍提高,进而提高空气流量,延长集尘袋的使用寿命;另一方面,高效过滤器设置在抽吸电机的上游,进入抽吸电机的气体已经经过净化,可以避免电机室被污染。
通过增设气压报警单元,工作人员可根据需要,设定吸尘器工作效率指标(比如空气流量20L/S),当吸入一定灰尘后,吸尘器空气流量降到20L/S,吸尘效率低于工作人员要求的下限指标,吸尘器的气压检测元件会启动工作,报警器基于气压检测元件的检测结果来向外发出报警信号,从而提示工作人员,需要及时更换尘袋或过滤器,以保证在吸尘器高效吸尘效率状态下作业,从而保证操作人员的工作效率,减少不必要的人工浪费。

具体实施方式
为详细说明发明的技术内容、构造特征、所达成目的及功效,下面将结合实施例并配合附图予以详细说明。
背包式真空吸尘器包括吸尘器主机体和背负系统。背负系统与真空吸尘器主机体相固定连接,其通常的结构为包括背带和肩带等连接结构,以供用户将吸尘器主机体背负在后背上,真空吸尘器的供电系统可以通过电池供电或者与外接电源相连。此一节为现有技术中已知的知识和结构,在此不做赘述。
如图1-图2所示,吸尘器主机体包括集尘部分1、底座部分18、真空电风机15以及气压报警单元21。
集尘部分1包括罐11,罐11包括上部开口的罐体111、盖在罐体111上部的罐盖112。罐体111和罐盖112的连接结构为锁扣式的,具体的,罐体111上安装有卡钩,罐盖112的外缘设置有周向的卡槽,使用时,通过卡钩卡进卡槽内将罐盖112固定在罐体111的上部。罐盖112上设置有进尘口12,自进尘口12设有向下延伸的进风短管,罐体111内部中空。
底座部分18包括邻接在罐下方的壳体,壳体上设置有与外界相连通的排气口。壳体与罐11一体设置。
真空电风机15用于将含尘气流从进尘口引入到集尘袋内以及将进入排气空间内的空气引导到所述的排气口处。真空电风机安装在底座部分18上或罐体111内, 真空电风机15的入风口13与进尘口12在一条轴线上。底座部分18上设置有与真空电风机15电连接的插头19,插头19可通过拖线板等输电线和家用市电相电连接。为了便于用户的移动吸尘作业,可在底座部分18上或者背负系统上设置与真空电风机15电连接的充电电池包来替代上述的插头19。真空电风机15包括叶轮组件和驱动叶轮组件转动以产生负压的电机,电机设置在壳体内,叶轮组件设置在罐11内。当然,叶轮组件也可全部设置在壳体内,或部分伸入到罐内。
气压报警单元21,包括设置在罐11上并且用于对排气空间的压力进行检测的气压检测元件211以及用于向外部发出报警信号的报警器212,报警器212能够基于气压检测元件211的检测结果来决定是否向外发出报警信号。
如图3-图6所示,罐11内部安装有灰尘收集容器14以及高效过滤器17。
灰尘收集容器14包括由透气材料制成的集尘袋16,高效过滤器17呈圆筒状并且套设在集尘袋16的外侧,高效过滤器17和罐11的内壁面之间具有排气空间;进尘口12、集尘袋16、高效过滤器17以及排气空间依次相连通。具体的,集尘袋16为双层尘袋结构;其中,位于内层的尘袋为易于替换的可抛弃型纸尘袋161,位于外层的尘袋为清洗后可重复使用的布尘袋162。纸尘袋161通常选用即抛的一次性的纸袋,纸袋由单层无纺布制成,集满灰尘后丢弃。布尘袋162为尘布袋,尘布袋是由双层无纺布表层和夹在双层无纺布表层内的芯棉组成,过滤效果更好。纸尘袋161套设在布尘袋162的内侧,其上端部具有向外侧径向延伸的安装板,第二过滤器162和高效过滤器的上边缘均固定具有边框,高效过滤器的边框与罐体之间、高效过滤器的边框与纸尘袋的安装板之间还设置有密封垫圈20。高效过滤器和尘袋的这种套装结构,空间利用率较高,可以快速安装和拆卸,能够在一定程度上提高尘袋的集尘容积,用户无需频繁更换集尘袋,能够满足用户的日常使用,增加用户使用的便利性。用户在安装灰尘收集容器14时,将高效过滤器、布尘袋、纸尘袋依次安装在罐体上,然后将罐盖112盖上,使罐盖的进风短管伸入到纸尘袋的开口内,进风短管、进尘口12与吸尘地刷等附件相连,将罐盖和罐体之间锁紧,使纸尘袋的安装板、布尘袋以及高效过滤器的边框被压紧固定在罐盖与罐体之间。
高效过滤器17包套在布尘袋162的外周侧,本实施例中,纸尘袋、布尘袋以及 高效过滤器均为圆柱形,高效过滤器17具有沿上下方向延伸的第一竖向中心线,所述的集尘袋16具有沿上下方向延伸的第二竖向中心线,所述的第一竖向中心线与所述的第二竖向中心线重合。可以显著增大高效过滤器17的有效过滤面积,提高过滤效率和清洁效果。高效过滤器17包括以褶皱折叠方式围成一周的圆筒状过滤芯以及固定在圆筒状过滤芯内侧的支撑部件。具体的,高效过滤器17为上部开口、下部密封的圆筒状结构,支撑部件包括一对呈圆柱形的支撑网171,该支撑网171采用金属拉网首尾相接形成圆柱形的支撑结构,支撑网的下部固定有底盖172,圆筒状过滤芯以褶皱形态被夹在一对支撑网171之间。一对支撑网之间的空隙用来安放褶皱状折叠的高效过滤芯(HEPA),皱状折叠的过滤芯可以最大程度的增大过滤面积,分散灰尘。为防止金属拉网的接缝处形成锋利的毛刺或凸起刮坏高效过滤芯或者刮伤手指,所述的支撑网还在接缝处采用光滑的塑料拼接条封边并固定。当然,在其他实施例中,支撑部件也可设置在圆筒状过滤芯的外侧,或者内外两侧均设置支撑部件,以增加其安装结构的支撑强度。
工作时,含尘气流在真空电风机15的抽吸力作用下通过进尘口12进入吸尘器主机体内部,依次经过纸尘袋161、布尘袋162后,大部分的灰尘颗粒物都被收集在纸尘袋161内,部分细灰被布尘袋162收集,少量更细小的灰尘被高效过滤器17收集,最后过滤后的洁净空气从电机入风口13经电机室、排风口排出至吸尘器主机体1外部,纸尘袋161作为一次性用品集满灰尘后可以丢弃,布尘袋可以定期清洗或更换,而本实用新型中的高效过滤器,由于显著的增大了有效接触面积,因此更换周期更长,可以长久的使用。
为了更好的起到过滤作用,提高高效过滤器的过滤效果,在本实用新型的其他实施例当中,还可将高效过滤器设计成多层过滤结构,或者可将高效过滤器的底盖也设置成与其外周侧壁相同的过滤结构,即高效过滤器的底盖上也可设置褶皱的高效过滤芯。
需要说明的是,上述所述的真空吸尘器中的滤尘结构,即纸尘袋、布尘袋以及套设在布尘袋外侧的高效过滤器所构成的结构,也可应用在普通的吸尘器上使用,例如手持式吸尘器或卧式吸尘器等。
如图1、图7-图8所示,报警器212包括设置在壳体上的警示灯与蜂鸣器。罐11的壁上开设有与排气空间相连通的孔,气压检测元件211装配在孔处。气压检测元件211包括一气压感应开关,气压感应开关与报警器212被串接在一报警电路中。通过增设气压报警单元,工作人员可根据需要,设定吸尘器工作效率指标(比如空气流量20L/S),当吸入一定灰尘后,吸尘器空气流量降到20L/S,吸尘效率低于工作人员要求的下限指标,吸尘器的气压检测元件会启动工作,报警器基于气压检测元件的检测结果来向外发出报警信号,从而提示工作人员,需要及时更换尘袋或过滤器,以保证在吸尘器高效吸尘效率状态下作业,从而保证操作人员的工作效率,减少不必要的人工浪费。
需要说明的是,上述实施例中所述集尘部分的滤尘结构以及气压报警单元不限于背包式真空吸尘器,在其他实施例中,也能够应用,例如,立式吸尘器、卧式吸尘器等基于负压抽吸原理的真空吸尘器。
上述实施例只为说明本发明的技术构思及特点,其目的在于让熟悉此项技术的人士能够了解本发明的内容并据以实施,并不能以此限制本发明的保护范围。凡根据本发明精神所作的等效变化或修饰,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种真空吸尘器,其特征在于,包括:
    集尘部分(1),包括带有进尘口(12)的罐(11),所述的罐(11)内部安装有灰尘收集容器(14)以及高效过滤器(17),所述的灰尘收集容器(14)包括由透气材料制成的集尘袋(16),所述的高效过滤器(17)呈圆筒状并且套设在所述集尘袋(16)的外侧,所述的高效过滤器(17)和所述罐(11)的内壁面之间具有排气空间;所述的进尘口(12)、集尘袋(16)、高效过滤器(17)以及排气空间依次相连通;
    底座部分(18),包括邻接在所述罐(11)下方的壳体,所述的壳体上设置有与外界连通的排气口;
    真空电风机(15),用于将含尘气流从所述的进尘口(12)引入到所述的集尘袋(16)内以及将进入所述排气空间内的空气引导到所述的排气口处;
    气压报警单元(21),包括设置在所述罐(11)上并且用于对所述排气空间的压力进行检测的气压检测元件(211)以及用于向外部发出报警信号的报警器(212),所述的报警器(212)能够基于所述气压检测元件(211)的检测结果来决定是否向外发出报警信号。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的真空吸尘器,其特征在于:所述的报警器(212)包括设置在所述壳体上的警示灯与/或蜂鸣器。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的真空吸尘器,其特征在于:所述的气压检测元件(211)包括一气压感应开关,所述的气压感应开关与所述的报警器(212)被串接在一报警电路中。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的真空吸尘器,其特征在于:所述的罐(11)的壁上开设有与所述排气空间相连通的孔,所述的气压检测元件(211)装配在所述的孔处。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的真空吸尘器,其特征在于:所述的壳体与所 述的罐(11)一体设置。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的真空吸尘器,其特征在于:所述的真空电风机(15)包括叶轮组件和驱动所述叶轮组件转动以产生负压的电机,所述的电机设置在所述的壳体内,所述的叶轮组件设置在所述的罐(11)与/或所述的壳体内。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的真空吸尘器,其特征在于:所述的高效过滤器(17)具有沿上下方向延伸的第一竖向中心线,所述的集尘袋(16)具有沿上下方向延伸的第二竖向中心线,所述的第一竖向中心线与所述的第二竖向中心线重合。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的真空吸尘器,其特征在于:所述的集尘袋(16)为双层尘袋结构;其中,位于内层的尘袋为易于替换的可抛弃型纸尘袋(161),位于外层的尘袋为清洗后可重复使用的布尘袋(162)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的真空吸尘器,其特征在于:所述的布尘袋(162)由双层无纺布表层和夹在双层无纺布表层内的芯棉组成。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的真空吸尘器,其特征在于:所述的高效过滤器(17)包括以褶皱折叠方式围成一周的圆筒状过滤芯以及固定在圆筒状过滤芯的外侧和/或内侧的支撑部件。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的真空吸尘器,其特征在于:所述的支撑部件包括一对呈圆柱形的支撑网(171),所述的圆筒状过滤芯以褶皱形态被夹在一对所述的支撑网(171)之间。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的真空吸尘器,其特征在于:所述的支撑网(171)采用金属拉网制作而成。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的真空吸尘器,其特征在于:所述的支撑网(171)在接缝处采用光滑的拼接条封边并固定。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的真空吸尘器,其特征在于:所述的高效过滤器(17)还具有一固定在所述的支撑网(171)底部的底盖(172),所述的高效过滤器(17)形成上部开口、下部密封的圆筒状 结构。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的真空吸尘器,其特征在于:所述的罐(11)包括罐体(111)以及可打开的安装在所述罐体(111)顶部的罐盖(112),所述的进尘口(12)设置在所述的罐盖(112)上。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的真空吸尘器,其特征在于:所述的灰尘收集容器(14)和高效过滤器(17)的上边缘被夹紧固定在所述的罐盖(112)与罐体(111)之间。
  17. 根据权利要求1所述的真空吸尘器,其特征在于:还包括设置在所述罐(11)与/或壳体上的背负系统以及为所述的真空电风机(15)提供电源的充电电池包。
