Description
Four-season usable textile product
Technical Field
The invention relates to a textile product which is developed to be used in the home textile sector.
The invention particularly relates to a textile product to be used in a double-sided manner by means of reversing the same, which comprises front surface fabric woven with coarser count cotton yarns for use in cool and/or cold weather, back surface fabric woven with finer count yarns for use in warm and/or hot weather and connection yarns that connects said front surface fabric to the back surface fabric.
State of the Art
The textile product group created by the combination of quilt covers that are put on covers such as quilt, blanket, pique etc. and the pillowcases that are put on the pillows is called a duvet cover set. These textile products are widely used by the users since they can be easily replaceable and can be easily cleaned.
Currently duvet cover sets with different features and patterns are manufactured and sold in order to provide duvet cover sets which appeal to both the seasonal conditions and the tastes of each user. A quality sleep provides people better feeling and being energetic themselves. Thus, preferring proper duvet cover sets is an important factor for a relaxing and comfortable sleep. Particularly, the material/fabric of the duvet cover set is very important. When duvet covet sets which are particularly manufactured for summer both appeal to the eyes with their lively colors and patterns, cool the skin with cotton thin fabrics. The duvet cover sets made of thick fabrics with warm touch that wrap softly are preferred in the cold nights. Today home textile products are designed suitable for seasonal usage. For this reason, users need to purchase new products for each season.
As a result, due to the abovementioned disadvantages, deficiencies, there is a requirement to make an innovation in the relevant technical field.
Aim of the Invention
The present invention is related to a textile product that can be used during four seasons which fulfills the abovementioned requirements, eliminates all disadvantages and brings some additional advantages.
The main aim of the invention is to provide a textile product which eliminates the requirement of purchasing new product for each season.
The aim of the invention is to provide a textile product which can be used in a double-sided manner by means of reversing the same by having a front and a back surface with different patterns.
The aim of the invention is to allow the four-season usage of the double layered textile product obtained by means of weaving with yarns whose one side is finer yarn and one side is coarser yarn.
In order to fulfill the abovementioned aims, the invention is a textile product developed to be used in the home textile sector, characterized in that; in order be used in a double-sided manner by means of reversing the same, it comprises the following;
• front surface fabric woven with coarse count cotton yarns for use in cool and/or cold weather,
• back surface fabric woven with fine count yarns for use in warm and/or hot weather,
• connection yarns that connects said front surface fabric to the back surface fabric.
In order to fulfill the above mentioned aims, the invention is a textile product developed to be used in the home textile sector, characterized in that; in order be used in a double-sided manner by means of reversing the same, it comprises the following process steps;
• weaving the front surface fabric with a coarse count weft yarn on the weaving loom by using a double layered draft, simultaneously weaving the back surface fabric with a fine count weft yarn,
• by means of applying finishing process to the woven textile product or leaving the front surface fabric flat, making the back surface fabric flannel or printing the front surface fabric, leaving the back surface fabric flat or making the front surface fabric flannel, leaving the back surface fabric flat or making the front surface fabric flat, printing the back surface fabric.
The structural and characteristic features of the present invention will be understood clearly by the following detailed description and therefore the evaluation shall be made by taking the detailed description into consideration.

Detailed Description of the Invention
In this detailed description, the preferred embodiments of the textile product (10) to be used in the home textile sector is described only for clarifying the subject matter in a manner such that no limiting effect is created.
A top general view of the textile product (10) is given in Figure-1 . The textile product (10) to be used in a double-sided manner by means of reversing the same, comprises front surface fabric (1 1 ) woven with coarse count cotton yarns for use in cool and/or cold weather, back surface fabric (12) woven with fine count yarns for use in warm and/or hot weather and connection yarns (13) that connects said front surface fabric (1 1 ) to the back surface fabric (12).
Front surface fabric (1 1 ) woven with coarse count cotton yarns form the front flannel section of the textile product (10). Back surface fabric (12) woven with fine count yarns is a poplin like fabric.
The thin and thick yarns used in the weaving of the textile product (10) exit from the weaving loom in a combined manner as the front surface fabric (1 1 ) and the back surface fabric (12) by means of the double layered draft entered into the weaving loom. Therefore, a double
layered textile product (10) with two sides having different texture and thickness, with double sided usage is provided.
The draft provides the coarse count and fine count yarns to be separated from each other and to weave two fabrics together on a single warp. Therefore, the textile product (10) seems like the thick flannel fabric and the thin poplin fabric are attached to each other in garment. However, the textile product (10) is woven at once in real. As a result of this, combining with garment is not required.
A double layer draft is used in the weaving loom in weaving the inventive textile product (10). Weaving the front surface fabric (1 1 ) with a coarse count weft yarn on the weaving loom by using a double layered draft, simultaneously weaving the back surface fabric (12) with a fine count weft yarn, while the front surface (1 1 ) is woven, the front surface fabric (1 1 ) is provided not to be seen on the back surface. Together with the finishing process applied to the textile product (10) after weaving process, the following processes can be carried out; printing different patterns to the front surface fabric (1 1 ) and the back surface fabric (12) or leaving the front surface fabric (1 1 ) flat, making the backs surface fabric (12) flannel or printing the front surface fabric (1 1 ), leaving the back surface fabric (12) flat or making the front surface fabric (1 1 ) flannel, leaving the back surface fabric (12) flat or making the front surface fabric (1 1 ) flat, printing the back surface fabric (12). Thus the textile product (10) can be used in a double-sided manner by means of reversing the same.
The textile product (10) mentioned in the preferred embodiment of the invention can be used in four seasons.
The textile product (10) mentioned in the preferred embodiment of the invention is quilt, pillowcase and/or sheet.
