2、其具有的一种发热体自带水腔,其可通过发热丝对水腔进行加热,水腔内呈高温状态,此时注水至水腔内,瞬间产生蒸汽,且水腔内多个水道可减缓水流,水可更加均匀的与发热丝接触,产生蒸汽量更多,蒸汽可由烫板上的多个蒸汽出孔导出进行蒸汽烫,且由于水腔内的蒸汽可持续产生,因而可以实现持续的蒸汽烫。另外,蒸汽腔与水腔隔开,水腔内的水只有在高过蒸汽导管才会进入蒸汽腔内,因而不易漏水;且在不需要蒸汽烫时,可在水腔内不加水,发热丝直接产生高温,烫板便可直接进行高温烫。
3.其另一种发热体由于发热丝内置于发热壳体的固定腔内,发热丝通过接线端子与外部电源接通,发热丝发热,通过发热壳体进行传导,对安装腔的水腔内水进行加热,其可将发热丝内置于导热材质制 成的壳体内,避免水与发热丝直接接触,避免发热丝表面结垢,提供使用寿命;且安全性能较好。

具体实施方式
下面,结合附图以及具体实施方式,对本实用新型做进一步描述:
如图1-6所示的一种多功能家用电熨斗,包括壳体10、烫板20、发热体以及消毒装置,在壳体10内部形成为安装腔11,该安装腔11的顶端设有开口。上述烫板20可封装于开口。另外,在安装腔11内设有发热体,发热体用于对水加热并产生蒸汽;烫板20上设有多个蒸汽出孔21,蒸汽由所述多个蒸汽出孔21导出;消毒装置设于开口处并用于在烫板20熨烫时消毒。
在上述结构基础上,可在通过发热体对水进行加热产生蒸汽,蒸汽由烫板20上的蒸汽出孔21导出,由烫板20进行蒸汽熨烫;与此同时,安装腔11开口处设置的消毒装置可在蒸汽熨烫的同时对待熨 烫的衣物进行消毒。
在本实施例中,上述的消毒装置为紫外灯22,紫外灯22设于烫板20的后方并用于发射紫外光线,紫外光线由蒸汽出孔21透出。如此,在熨烫衣物的过程中,紫外灯22发射紫外光线,可随着烫板20的移动在衣物上移动,对衣物的不同位置进行消毒杀菌。
当然,上述紫外灯22可由现有市面购买所得。而消毒装置除了选用上述紫外灯22外,也可用现有技术中的负离子发生装置来实现,通过负离子进行消毒杀菌也可。
进一步的是,可在安装腔11内设有控制面板,紫外灯22的电源线可由烫板20后方穿入安装腔11并与控制面板电性连接;壳体10外设有控制开关;控制开关与控制面板电性连接。如此,在熨烫过程中,需要进行消毒杀菌时,可通过控制开关控制控制面板启动紫外灯22,操作方便。需要说明的是,上述控制开关以及控制面板均可选用为现有技术中的普通开关组件来实现。而控制面板可通过螺钉固定在安装腔11内部。
参见图3、图4所示的一种发热体结构,将发热体安装于开口内并与烫板20固接。具体发热体内设有水腔12以及蒸汽腔15,蒸汽腔15和水腔12由靠近烫板20的一侧至与远离烫板20的一侧依次分布,烫板20上设有多个与蒸汽腔15的蒸汽出孔21。另外,水腔12内设有发热丝13,水腔12内设有多个隔板121,多个隔板121绕水腔12的中心轴线圆周间隔分布,相邻两个隔板121之间可间隔形成水道122,且多个水道122相互贯通。上述水腔12内设有蒸汽导管 14;蒸汽导管14沿水腔12的高度方向延伸;蒸汽导管14的一端连通至蒸汽腔15内;蒸汽导管14的另一端连通至水腔12远离蒸汽腔15的端部;安装腔11内设有与电热丝电性连接的PCB板。
在上述结构基础上,使用本实用新型的多功能家用电熨斗时,可将PCB板引出电源线与外部电路连接,可通过发热丝13对水腔12进行加热,水腔12内呈高温状态,此时注水至水腔12内,瞬间产生蒸汽,产生的蒸汽可由烫板20的多个蒸汽出孔21导出,通过烫板20对外部衣物进行蒸汽烫。且水腔12内多个水道122可减缓水流,水可更加均匀的与发热丝13接触,产生蒸汽量更多。另外,蒸汽腔15与水腔12隔开,水腔12内的水只有在高过蒸汽导管14才会进入蒸汽腔15内,因而不易漏水;且在不需要蒸汽烫时,可在水腔12内不加水,发热丝13直接产生高温,直接通过烫板20进行高温烫即可。
此外,需要说明的是,本实施例中发热体的水腔12可直接导入水,瞬间产生大量蒸汽,且由于水腔12内的蒸汽可持续产生,因而可以实现持续的蒸汽烫。而相较于现有市面上的蒸汽由壳体10底部的导出而蒸汽的可持续性较差来说,本申请的蒸汽烫效果显然更好,速度更快。
优选的,还可在安装腔11内设有水管,该水管的一端与水腔12连通;水管另一端伸出于安装腔11并用于与外部供水装置连通,如此,可在发热丝13将水腔12加热至高温状态时,通过水管导入水至水腔12,水与高温的水腔12瞬间产生蒸汽,便于水腔12内供水。 需要说明的是,为了便于控制,可在安装腔11内设置现有技术中微型水泵,微型水泵与PCB板电性连接,其进水口和出水口连接在所述水管上,通过控制微型水泵便可控制水腔12内的进水。
优选的,本实施例中的烫板20的顶端呈尖头状,尖头状结构便于烫板20伸入至一般圆头的无法烫到的位置。
优选的,在发热腔靠近烫板20的端部内形成为发热腔;发热丝13设于发热腔内;蒸汽导管14的端部穿过发热腔导通至蒸汽腔15内。如此,可将发热丝13与水隔开,避免发热丝13与水直接接触,提高发热丝13使用寿命。
优选的,发热丝13呈环形分布于发热腔内。加大发热丝13与水腔12的接触面积,加热更加均匀。
优选的,蒸汽腔15的靠近烫板20的内壁上设有多个筋条151;多个筋条151在蒸汽腔15的内壁上交错间隔分布。如此,蒸汽在进入蒸汽腔15内后,可经多个筋条151引导流动,避免蒸汽集中,使蒸汽熨烫更加均匀。
优选的,水腔12中部设有注水道123,多个水道122绕注水道123圆周间隔分布并均与注水道123连通。如此,上述水管可与注水道123连通,注水道123内注水可均匀分布在多个水道122内,水流分布均匀,加热均匀,进而蒸汽产生情况更加均匀。
优选的,壳体10的外部设有把手,便于手持把手进行熨烫作业,操作方便。
进一步的,本实施例中,除选用上述自带水腔的发热体以外,也 可在安装腔内设有水腔以及发热体,在水腔内导入水,发热体对水腔内的水进行加热,并产生蒸汽,产生的蒸汽便可由烫板的蒸汽出口导出。
参见图5,上述电熨斗的发热体可选用图5中的结构,发热体包括安装底座41以及发热壳体40,安装底座41用于固定于水腔12的底壁,发热壳体40固定于安装底座41上。具体发热由导热材质制成,发热壳体40的内部形成为固定腔,在固定腔内部固定有发热丝13,将发热丝13的接线端子由发热壳体40的底端引出,且经发热壳体40底端引出的接线端子可经安装底座41的底端穿出。
在上述结构基础上,将本实用新型的发热体用于电熨斗时,可将安装底座41固定在水腔12的底壁上,同时由安装底座41上底端引出的接线端子可经水腔12的底壁引出并通过密封圈进行密封处理(该部分内容不属于本申请要保护的内容,详细结构不进行赘述)。由于发热丝13内置于发热壳体40的固定腔内,发热丝13通过接线端子与外部电源接通,发热丝13发热,通过发热壳体40进行传导,对水腔12内的水进行加热,其可将发热丝13内置于导热材质制成的壳体10内,避免水与发热丝13直接接触,避免发热丝13表面结垢,提供使用寿命;且安全性能较好。
需要说明的是,本实施例中的发热壳体40由合金铝压铸成形,而发热丝13则可选用内嵌于安装腔11的铁铬丝或镍铬丝。
当然,本实施例中的发热体也可选用图6中的结构,本实施例中的电熨斗也可选用另一种结构的发热体,同样的发热体包括发热壳体 30以及发热丝13,发热壳体30固接于开口处并与烫板20固定。而发热壳体30的内部设有上述水腔以及发热腔,即在该种结构中,无需在电熨斗的壳体10内另设水腔,直接在发热体的发热壳体30内设置水腔即可。
具体将发热丝13内置于发热腔内;发热丝13的接线端子由发热腔的端壁引出;发热腔位于水腔的下方并用于对水腔内的水进行加热以产生蒸汽;水腔内设有多个相互贯通的水道31;水腔12的端壁设有多个蒸汽通道32;蒸汽通道32与蒸汽出口连通。
在上述结构基础上,可先将发热丝13的接线端子与外部电源连通,发热丝13加热,此后在水腔内注水,发热腔内置的发热丝13可对水腔内的水进行加热,水腔内水与发热丝13分开,防止发热丝13产生水垢,使用更加安全,且无需在电熨斗的壳体10内另外设置水壶,简化结构。另外,水流在不同的水道31内流动,水流方向不断改变,可缓和水流,汽化效果明显,且水流被分散也可防止水漏出。
对本领域的技术人员来说,可根据以上描述的技术方案以及构思,做出其它各种相应的改变以及形变,而所有的这些改变以及形变都应该属于本实用新型权利要求的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种多功能家用电熨斗,其特征在于,包括壳体、烫板、发热体以及消毒装置,所述壳体内部形成为安装腔,安装腔的顶端设有开口;所述烫板封装于所述开口;安装腔内设有发热体,发热体用于对水加热并产生蒸汽;烫板上设有多个蒸汽出孔;所述蒸汽由所述多个蒸汽出孔导出;所述消毒装置设于开口处并用于在烫板熨烫时消毒。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的多功能家用电熨斗,其特征在于,所述发热体安装于开口内并与烫板固接;发热体内设有水腔以及蒸汽腔,蒸汽腔和水腔由靠近烫板的一侧至与远离烫板的一侧依次分布;蒸汽出孔所述水腔内设有发热丝,水腔内设有多个隔板,多个隔板绕水腔的中心轴线圆周间隔分布;相邻两个隔板之间间隔形成水道;多个水道相互贯通;所述水腔内设有蒸汽导管;蒸汽导管沿水腔的高度方向延伸;蒸汽导管的一端连通至蒸汽腔内;蒸汽导管的另一端连通至水腔远离蒸汽腔的端部;安装腔内设有与电热丝电性连接的PCB板。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的多功能家用电熨斗,其特征在于,所述发热体靠近烫板的端部内形成为发热腔;所述发热丝设于发热腔内;所述蒸汽导管的端部穿过发热腔导通至蒸汽腔内。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的多功能家用电熨斗,其特征在于,发热丝呈环形分布于发热腔内。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的多功能家用电熨斗,其特征在于,所述蒸汽腔的靠近烫板的内壁上设有多个筋条;多个筋条在蒸汽腔的内壁上交错间隔分布。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的多功能家用电熨斗,其特征在于,所述水 腔中部设有注水道,多个水道绕注水道圆周间隔分布并均与注水道连通。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的多功能家用电熨斗,其特征在于,所述安装腔内设有水腔以及所述发热体,发热体用于对水腔内的水进行加热并产生蒸汽。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的多功能家用电熨斗,其特征在于,所述发热体包括安装底座以及由导热材质制成的发热壳体,安装底座用于固定于水腔的底壁;发热壳体固定于安装底座上;所述发热壳体的内部形成为固定腔;所述固定腔内部固定有发热丝,所述发热丝的接线端子由发热壳体的底端引出并经安装底座的底端穿出。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的多功能家用电熨斗,其特征在于,所述发热体包括发热壳体以及发热丝,发热壳体固接于开口处并与所述烫板固定;发热壳体的内部设有水腔以及发热腔,所述发热丝内置于发热腔内;发热丝的接线端子由发热腔的端壁引出;所述发热腔位于水腔的下方并用于对水腔内的水进行加热以产生蒸汽;所述水腔内设有多个相互贯通的水道;所述水腔的端壁设有多个蒸汽通道;所述蒸汽通道与蒸汽出口连通。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的多功能家用电熨斗,其特征在于,所述消毒装置为紫外灯,紫外灯设于烫板的端面上并用于发射紫外光线。
