一种用于料理机的机盖结构 技术领域
本发明涉及食品领域的厨房器具,尤其涉及一种用于料理机的机盖结构。
背景技术
水果指的是多汁且味觉上为甜味或者酸味的可食用的植物果实,水果不但含有丰富的营养,而且能够促进消化,故而深受人们的喜爱。通常人们在对水果进行食用时,会选择直接食用或者先加工再食用,而目前人们对水果进行相应加工的最常用的方式就是切块榨汁饮用或者与其他食物进行混合后一起食用。但是由于榨汁机的结构设计通常较为复杂,成本较高,进行拆卸清洗的过程也比较繁琐,故而使用非常不便,且现有的对水果进行加工的机器的主要工作部一般集中设计在机盖中或者机体中,为了能够获取一定的功能,现有的水果加工机器的带有功能的机盖或者机体的结构设计非常复杂,重量较大,且生产加工时对精度的要求较高,功能的实现也各不相同,故而生产成本非常高。
发明内容
基于上述现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种用于料理机的机盖结构,该机盖结构设计简单,生产和制造方便,使用便捷,易于进行拆卸维护,成本较低。
基于此,本发明的技术方案为:一种用于料理机的机盖结构,其包括机盖主体和设置于所述机盖主体内部的内芯,所述内芯内部设有用于输送气体的第一通道,所述内芯的第一端部设有进气口,所述内芯的第二端部设有用于连通机体内部的出气口,所述第一通道连通所述进气口与所述出气口,所述机盖主体设有用于将所述机盖结构可拆卸地密封连接于机体上的连接部。
可选的,所述机盖主体内部设有用于连通外界与机体内部的第二通道,所述内芯设置于所述第二通道内,且所述内芯的外侧壁与所述第二通道的内侧壁密封连接。

本发明的用于料理机的机盖结构设计简单,操作方便,在对该机盖结构进 行使用时,通过机盖主体的连接部将该机盖结构可拆卸地密封连接于相对应的机体上,由此使得机盖主体和机体之间形成相应的料理腔,以方便对果蔬等可食用的食物进行容纳和处理,机盖结构的内芯中的设置的第一通道能够用于输送气体,将一定量的压缩二氧化碳气体通过进气口输入第一通道内,再由出气口排出至机体内部,也就是料理腔中,因为机盖结构能够和相应的机体进行密封的连接,故而压缩的二氧化碳气体能够在密封的料理腔中形成高压,料理腔中的水果在高压作用下口感会发生改变,进一步的,二氧化碳气体还能够在高压作用下直接进入果蔬内部,并在一段时间后与果蔬内本身的水分发生充分的反应形成碳酸,从而改变料理腔中的果蔬的口味,将可拆卸地连接在机体上的机盖结构拆除即能够对果蔬直接进行食用,操作过程非常简单,原理可靠,且效率较高。该机盖结构的设计对机体的要求较低,只要机体能够与机盖结构的连接部相配合连接即可,使用方便,成本较低。该机盖结构的设计能够方便直接向相应的机体内部通入压缩的二氧化碳气体从而改变果蔬的口感,提高人们的食用体验感。人们获取定量的碳酸能够有利于消化道的功能,增强食欲,而且碳酸中的二氧化碳能够抑制细菌的繁殖和氧化作用,与其发生反应的果蔬能够存放较长的时间也不会变质,在进行食用时其内的二氧化碳能够蒸发带走热量,起到更好的降温效果,该机盖结构能够有效的对二氧化碳进行利用,保证对气体的可靠输出,为二氧化碳与果蔬之间的配合反应提供可靠的基础。

基于以上结构,该机盖结构的设计非常简单,使用方便,在对该机盖结构进行使用时,将其密封连接于相对应的机体上,使得机盖能够和相应的机体之间形成用于放置果蔬的料理腔,进而通过机盖结构的内芯2中的第一通道3,向料理腔中输入相应的气体,方便气体与果蔬在料理腔中发生反应,改变果蔬的口味和口感,提高食用者的体验感。机盖结构与相应的机体之间的密封连接能 够有效的保证料理腔的密封性,在通入相应的压缩气体时,料理腔中能够形成高压环境,进而便于改变果蔬的属性,更方便气体进入到果蔬的内部进行反应。在对料理腔中的果蔬处理完毕后,因为机盖结构设计为与机体可拆地连接,故而能够轻易的将机盖结构和机体进行分离,而料理腔中的果蔬则能够供人们直接食用,操作过程非常简单,且效果可靠。内芯2采用的是金属件,金属件能够有效的提高内芯2自身的结构强度,为输送高压的气体提供可靠的保证。在本实施例中,机盖结构中的第一通道3用于通入压缩的二氧化碳气体,向料理腔中瞬间冲入压缩的二氧化碳气体能够使得气体迅速的进入到果蔬的内部,料理腔中的压力增大后,静置一段时间,二氧化碳气体能够与果蔬本身的水分进行充分的反应,形成碳酸(CO 2+H 2O→H 2CO 3),使得果蔬能够获得碳酸口味,且果蔬在高压的作用下,会改变本身的口感,进而为人们的食用提供更好的体验感。通过该机盖结构与机体的配合就能够实现对果蔬的改变,人们在对经过处理的果蔬进行食用能够获取一定量的碳酸,食用一定量的碳酸有利于消化道的功能,增强食欲,有益于健康;且碳酸中的二氧化碳能够抑制细菌的繁殖和氧化作用,从而使得与其发生反应的果蔬能够存放较长的时间也不会变质,在进行食用时其内的二氧化碳能够蒸发带走热量,起到更好的降温效果。该机盖结构的设计非常简单,对安装条件的要求较低,与其相对应的机体只要设置有能够和连接部122进行密封连接的相应结构设计即可,容易实现,且机盖结构便于进行拆卸和维护清洗,操作非常方便。

进一步的,机盖主体1包括内盖11和可转动地套设于内盖11外侧的外盖12,内盖11的底端伸出外盖12的底端,连接部122位于外盖12的底部,内芯2和隔挡架9均设置于内盖11中,伸出外盖12底端的内盖11能够用于和机体之间形成密封结构,在对机盖结构进行安装时,内盖11的底部最先抵靠在机体内部,当内盖11无法继续向机体内部进给时,外盖12能够相对于内盖11进行转动,进而继续与机体进行配合连接,外盖12在向机体内进行紧固安装的过程中,能够进一步将内盖11压紧在机体内部,从而保证机盖结构与机体之间的有效密封紧固。内盖11包括支撑架111,支撑架111内设有顺序连通的内径从小到大的第一定位孔111d和第二定位孔111e,内芯2穿设卡接于第一定位孔111d中,隔挡架9设置于第二定位孔111e内,且隔挡架9的外壁与第二定位孔111e的内壁固定连接,支撑架111的第一定位孔111d和第二定位孔111e能够方便对内芯2和隔档件进行可靠的定位安装,固定架61固定连接于支撑架111上,支撑架111定位设置于外盖12内,且外盖12与固定架61可转动地连接,由此,通过支撑架111将内芯2、固定架61和隔挡架9进行有效的连接和固定,以形成完成的内盖11结构。内芯2的外壁上设套设有若干个凸环40,第一定位孔111d内设置有若干个与各凸环40一一对应的卡槽50,凸环40定位卡设于卡槽50中,简化内芯2与第一定位孔111d之间的固定连接,并确保连接的可靠性。支撑架111包括依次顺序连接的第一固定柱111a、第二固定柱111b和底座111c,第一固定柱111a穿设于第二固定柱111b内,第二固定柱111b固定连接于底座111c中,第一定位孔111d位于第一固定柱111a内,第二定位孔111e位于第二固定柱111b内,固定架61与第二固定柱111b固定相连接,底座111c上设有第一凹部111f,第一凹部111f的底部设有与第二定位孔111e相对布置的第一通孔111g,第一固定柱111a固定连接于第一通孔111g处,支撑架111内设置有第一通孔111g、第一定位孔111d和第二定位孔111e,有效的确保内芯2在其中的连通性,保证内芯2的出气口22能够通向机体的内部。
其中,第二固定柱111b的端面上设有至少一根定位柱60,定位柱60位于第一固定柱111a的外侧,且定位柱60中设置有与第二定位孔111e相连通的第 五通孔601,环形凹槽612中设置有至少一个与各定位柱60一一相对应的第二通孔613,定位柱60固定穿设于第二通孔613内,第五通孔601位于第二通孔613内部,用于连通机体的内部和外界,以便于有效的实现安全阀62处的泄压工作。第二通孔613与安全阀62在环形凹槽612内间隔布置,保证泄压工作的可靠平稳进行,提高泄压的效率。外盖12包括连接部122和固定连接于连接部122上方的盖合部121,盖合部121与连接部122的顶部之间形成有安装腔123,第一固定柱111a、第二固定柱111b和固定架61定位于安装腔123内,连接部122的底部设有定位槽124,定位槽124与安装腔123相连通,底座111c定位在定位槽124内,且定位槽124的内壁与底座111c的相接触,底座111c内部的第一凹部111f下凹的弧形,有利于提高底座111c内部的利用空间,方便机盖内部结构的分布的安装。底座111c的底端伸出连接部122的底端,用于抵靠于机体内部,与机体之间形成密封的料理腔。连接部122的外侧壁上设置有外螺纹,简化该机盖结构的连接方式,便于安装和拆卸。盖合部121的外轮廓面为圆弧形面,且在机盖主体1的纵向截面上,盖合部121的外轮廓为劣弧,使得整个机盖结构的外形的完整性和美观度,且便于机盖结构与机体之间的配合。按键8位于所述盖合部121上,且各所述按键8沿所述盖合部121的周向等间隔分布,保证盖合部121上结构的对称性和美观性,操作更加方便和顺手。
另外,机盖主体1内设置有安全阀装置6,安全阀装置6固定套设在内芯2的外壁上,安全阀装置6包括固定架61和至少一个安全阀62,安全阀62用于对形成高压的机体内的料理腔进行泄压,在对机体的内部进行气体输入的时候,为了保证能够将机体的内部本身的空气挤出,通入的气体的压力稍微大于所需要的压力,故而将该高压的二氧化碳气体通入时,当安全阀62检测到机体内的压力大于机体本身的需求值时,会自动打开进行泄压,从而将机体内原本的空气排出,保证通入机体内的气体的浓度,提高果蔬加工的质量。在本实施例中,安全阀62的数量采用的是三个,三个安全阀62固定安装在固定架61上,且固定架61的中部设置有第三定位孔611,内芯2定位连接于第三定位孔611中,第三定位孔611能够保证对内芯2的定位,并方便内芯2与固定支架之间的连接,多个安全阀62相互配合进行泄压工作能够提高机盖结构的工作效率。固定架61内设有环形凹槽612,安全阀62定位安装于环形凹槽612中,且环形凹槽612环设于第三定位孔611的外周,使得固定架61、安全阀62和内芯2的结构 配合更加紧凑,且将安全阀62的泄压通道与第一通道3进行分离,防止二者产生干扰,保证气体输入和泄压工作的可靠性。各安全阀62沿环形凹槽612的周向等间隔分布,提高泄压的效率。
进一步的,固定架61的侧壁上设有至少一个与各安全阀62相连通的泄压口,机盖主体1内设置有压板7,压板7压设于各安全阀62的泄压口上,机盖主体1的侧壁上穿设有至少一个按键8,按键8穿过机盖主体1的侧壁抵接于压板7上,按动按键8,压板7从安全阀62的泄压口上弹起,使得安全阀62泄压,在本实施例中,按键8的数量优选为三个,当机体内的压力在需求范围内时,安全阀62检测到的压力值属于正常,此时安全阀62不会自动打开,在将果蔬与二氧化碳气体混合静置一段时间后,打开机盖结构才能够进行后续的食用,此时需要先对料理机进行泄压,而泄压工作需要手动操作完成,使用者按下任意一个按键8,能够使得压板7从安全阀62的泄压口上弹起,从而打开泄压口实现泄压操作,简单有效。机盖主体1的侧壁上设有至少一个与各按键8一一对应相配合的第二凹部121a,第二凹部121a内设有限位孔121b,按键8弹性设置于限位孔121b中,使得按键8的外部轮廓不超出整个机盖主体1的外表面,从而保证机盖结构外形的对称性和美观性。且机盖主体1上设置的第二凹部121a还方便人们的手指进行定位,并与对机盖结构进行安装和拆卸。机盖内部设置有隔挡架9,隔挡架9罩设于内芯2的第二端部处,隔挡架9上设置有第三通孔91和若干个第四通孔92,内芯2的第二端部穿设于第三通孔91内,第四通孔92与安全阀62相通,隔挡架9能够对高压下的果蔬残渣进行隔档,防止果蔬残渣溅起直接进入到机盖结构的,堵塞安全阀62的泄压口,避免影响安全阀62的正常工作,降低对料理机进行拆卸清洗维护的概率,提高料理机的工作质量。
参见图6至图8,内芯2的进气口21处设有顶针10,机盖主体1的顶部设有与内芯2的进气口21相对布置的安装孔13,顶针10的头部朝向安装孔13布置,顶针10包括顶穿件102和固定连接于所述内芯2的进气口21内的固定座103,顶穿件102的底端固定连接于固定座103上,顶穿件102的顶端朝向安装孔13布置,固定座103能够保证对顶穿件102可靠的固定安装,顶穿件102的外壁上套设有密封垫片20,防止气瓶30被顶针10顶破后在瓶口处发生泄漏,保证压缩气体通入第一通道3内的密封性。顶穿件102的顶部为圆锥形结构,圆锥形结构的顶端更便于将气瓶30顶破,保证气瓶30内压缩二氧化碳气体输 出的可靠性。顶针10内设有与第一通道3相连通的第三通道101,第三通道101贯通顶穿件102和固定座103,该机盖结构向第一通道3内注入压缩气体的方式有很多种,在本实施例中,通过高压金属气瓶30向其内通入气体,顶针10从机盖主体1的安装孔13穿入第一通道3内,安装孔13对气瓶30进行定位,设置在第一通道3内的顶针10能够刺破气瓶30的瓶口,顶针10内的第三通道101将气瓶30的内腔和第一通道3相连通,有效的保证气瓶30内压缩气体向第一通道3内的输入,操作非常简单方便。顶针10的设计能够简化该机盖结构对气体通入的设计要求,且顶针10对气瓶30的刺破是一次性操作,气瓶30的更换非常简单,有效的简化日常生活中对其的使用。该机盖结构还包括填充有压缩二氧化碳气体的气瓶30,气瓶30的瓶口设有密封盖,气瓶30设有密封盖的一端穿过所述安装孔13插入接气口内并被所述顶针10刺破,以使得气瓶30的内腔与所述第一通道3相连通,气瓶30内的压缩二氧化碳气体通过第一通道3瞬间进入到机体内的料理腔中,使得料理腔中的压力增大,静置一段时间使料理腔中的压力达到平衡后将气瓶30取出,静置的时间中二氧化碳气体能够与果蔬进行充分的反应,进而改变果蔬的口感。气瓶30作为耗材进行使用,结构设计简单,使用方便,便于进行装填和拆卸更换,成本较低。进气口21的内壁上设有内螺纹,气瓶30的瓶口外侧设有与所述内螺纹相配合的外螺纹,所内螺纹与外螺纹相连接,气瓶30的瓶口与进气口21相配合进行螺接,方便将气瓶30逐渐拧紧在机盖主体1内,操作方便,且更加省力可靠,气瓶30的瓶口逐渐拧入进气口21内的内螺纹的过程中被顶针10戳破,释放气体。
本发明的机盖结构结构设计简单,使用方便,在对该机盖结构进行使用时,通过机盖主体1的连接部122可拆卸地密封连接于相对应的机体上,由此使得机盖主体1和机体之间形成相应的料理腔,以方便对果蔬等可食用的食物进行容纳和处理,机盖结构的内芯2中的设置的第一通道3能够用于输送气体,将一定量的压缩二氧化碳气体通过进气口21输入第一通道3内,再由出气口22排出至机体内部,也就是料理腔中,因为机盖结构能够和相应的机体进行密封的连接,故而压缩的二氧化碳气体能够在密封的料理腔中形成高压,料理腔中的水果在高压作用下口感会发生改变,进一步的,二氧化碳气体还能够在高压作用下直接进入果蔬内部,并在一段时间后与果蔬内本身的水分发生充分的反应形成碳酸,从而改变料理腔中的果蔬的口味,将可拆卸地连接在机体上的机 盖结构拆除即能够对果蔬直接进行食用,操作过程非常简单,原理可靠,且效率较高。该机盖结构的设计对机体的要求较低,只要机体能够与机盖结构的连接部122相配合连接即可,使用方便,成本较低。该机盖结构的设计能够方便直接向相应的机体内部通入压缩的二氧化碳气体从而改变果蔬的口感,提高人们的食用体验感。人们获取定量的碳酸能够有利于消化道的功能,增强食欲,而且碳酸中的二氧化碳能够抑制细菌的繁殖和氧化作用,与其发生反应的果蔬能够存放较长的时间也不会变质,在进行食用时其内的二氧化碳能够蒸发带走热量,起到更好的降温效果,该机盖结构能够有效的对二氧化碳进行利用,保证对气体的可靠输出,为二氧化碳与果蔬之间的配合反应提供可靠的基础。
应当理解的是,本发明中采用术语“第一”、“第二”等来描述各种信息,但这些信息不应限于这些术语,这些术语仅用来将同一类型的信息彼此区分开。例如,在不脱离本发明范围的情况下,“第一”信息也可以被称为“第二”信息,类似的,“第二”信息也可以被称为“第一”信息。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和变形,这些改进和变形也视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种用于料理机的机盖结构,其特征在于,包括机盖主体和设置于所述机盖主体内部的内芯,所述内芯内部设有用于输送气体的第一通道,所述内芯的第一端部设有进气口,所述内芯的第二端部设有用于连通机体内部的出气口,所述第一通道连通所述进气口与所述出气口,所述机盖主体设有用于将所述机盖结构可拆卸地密封连接于机体上的连接部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于料理机的机盖结构,其特征在于,所述机盖主体内部设有用于连通外界与机体内部的第二通道,所述内芯设置于所述第二通道内,且所述内芯的外侧壁与所述第二通道的内侧壁密封连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的用于料理机的机盖结构,其特征在于,所述出气口处安装有单向阀。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的用于料理机的机盖结构,其特征在于,所述机盖主体包括内盖和可转动地套设于所述内盖外侧的外盖,所述内盖的底端突出于所述外盖的底端,所述连接部位于所述外盖的底部,所述内芯设置于所述内盖中。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的用于料理机的机盖结构,其特征在于,所述内盖包括支撑架,所述支撑架包括依次顺序连接的第一固定柱、第二固定柱和底座;
    所述第一固定柱穿设于所述第二固定柱内,所述第二固定柱固定连接于所述底座上;
    所述第一固定柱内设置有第一定位孔,所述第二固定柱内设置有第二定位孔,所述底座内设置有第一通孔,所述第一定位孔、所述第二定位孔、所述第一通孔依次相连通;
    所述内芯穿设于所述第一定位孔和所述第二定位孔内,且所述内芯与第一定位孔的内壁相卡接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的用于料理机的机盖结构,其特征在于,所述内芯 的外壁上设套设有若干个凸环,所述第一定位孔内设置有若干个与各所述凸环一一对应的卡槽,所述凸环定位卡设于所述卡槽中。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的用于料理机的机盖结构,其特征在于,所述第二固定柱的与所述第一固定柱相连接的端面上设置有至少一根定位柱,各所述定位柱均位于所述第一固定柱的外侧,所述内盖中设有至少一个与所述定位柱相对应的第二通孔,所述定位件固定穿设在所述的第二通孔内。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的用于料理机的机盖结构,其特征在于,所述外盖包括所述连接部和固定连接于所述连接部上方的盖合部;
    所述盖合部与所述连接部的顶部之间形成安装腔,所述连接部的底部设置有与所述安装腔相连通的定位槽;
    所述第一固定柱和所述第二固定柱位于所述安装腔内,所述底座位于所述定位槽内,且所述底座的底端突出于所述定位槽。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的用于料理机的机盖结构,其特征在于,所述连接部的外侧壁上设有外螺纹,所述盖合部的外轮廓面为圆弧面;
    在所述机盖主体的纵向截面上,所述盖合部的外轮廓为劣弧。
  10. 根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的用于料理机的机盖结构,其特征在于,所述机盖主体内设置有用于检测机体内的压力的安全阀装置,所述安全阀装置固定安装在所述内芯的外壁上。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的用于料理机的机盖结构,其特征在于,所述安全阀装置包括固定架和至少一个安全阀,所述固定架固定在所述机盖本体的内部,各所述安全阀固定安装在所述固定架上,且所述固定架的中部设置有第三定位孔,所述内芯固定连接于所述第三定位孔中。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的用于料理机的机盖结构,其特征在于,所述固定架内设有环形凹槽,各所述安全阀沿所述环形凹槽的周向等间隔安装于所述 环形凹槽中,且所述环形凹槽环设于所述第三定位孔的外周。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的用于料理机的机盖结构,其特征在于,所述固定架的侧壁上设置有至少一个与所述安全阀相连通的泄压口,所述机盖主体内设置有压板,所述压板压设于各所述泄压口上;
    所述机盖主体的侧壁上插设有至少一个按键,所述按键穿过所述机盖主体的侧壁抵接于所述压板上,按动所述按键,所述压板从所述安全阀的泄压口上弹起,使得所述安全阀泄压。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的用于料理机的机盖结构,其特征在于,所述机盖主体的侧壁上设有至少一个与各所述按键一一对应相配合的第二凹部,所述第二凹部内设有限位孔,所述按键弹性设置于所述限位孔中。
  15. 根据权利要求10所述的用于料理机的机盖结构,其特征在于,所述机盖内部设置有隔挡架,所述隔挡架罩设于所述内芯的第二端部处,所述隔挡架上设置有第三通孔和若干个第四通孔,所述内芯的第二端部穿设于所述第三通孔内,所述第四通孔与所述安全阀相通。
  16. 根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的用于料理机的机盖结构,其特征在于,所述内芯的进气口处设有顶针,所述顶针包括顶穿件和固定连接于所述内芯的进气口内的固定座,所述顶穿件的底端固定连接于所述固定座上;
    所述机盖主体的顶部设置有与所述内芯的进气口相对布置的安装孔,所述顶穿件的顶端朝向所述安装孔布置。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的用于料理机的机盖结构,其特征在于,所述顶针内设有与所述第一通道相连通的第三通道,所述第三通道贯通所述顶穿件和所述固定座。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的用于料理机的机盖结构,其特征在于,所述顶穿件的外壁上套设有密封垫片,且所述顶穿件的顶部为圆锥形结构。
  19. 根据权利要求16所述的用于料理机的机盖结构,其特征在于,还包括填充有压缩二氧化碳气体的气瓶,所述气瓶的瓶口设有密封盖,所述气瓶设有密封盖的一端穿过所述安装孔插入所述进气口内并被所述顶针刺破,以使得所述气瓶的内腔与所述第一通道相连通。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的用于料理机的机盖结构,其特征在于,所述内芯的进气口的内壁上设置有内螺纹,所述气瓶的瓶口外侧设有与所述内螺纹相配合的外螺纹。
