一种可折叠电动轮椅 技术领域
本发明涉及轮椅及其配件领域,特别是涉及一种可折叠电动轮椅。
背景技术
轮椅是肢体伤残者和行动不便人士的代步工具和常用医疗康复器械,也是使用者借助进行身体锻炼和参与社会活动。一般轮椅可以通过折叠来方便用户的使用。
但是目前轮椅在折叠和展开的时候,往往需要双手操作才能对轮椅进行折叠和展开,操作起来非常的不方便,而且现在市场上的轮椅在稳定性和承重能力方面还存在问题,另外,现轮椅的控制器和电池因为轮椅结构的限制,不能直接连接,存在安全性问题。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种折叠电动轮椅,具有可靠性能高、使用方便、折叠效果好等优点,同时在轮椅及其配件的应用及普及上有着广泛的市场前景。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:
提供一种可折叠电动轮椅,其包括:坐垫、靠背、主架、与所述主架交叉设置的前臂以及用于对轮椅进行折叠锁定或解锁的折叠调节装置,
所述坐垫与所述靠背活动连接,所述靠背的底端通过折叠调节装置与所述前臂活动连接,两个所述前臂之间设置有限位架,所述主架的上部设置于所述坐垫的底面,所述主架活动设置于所述限位架上,所述前臂下端和所述主架的两侧设置有滚轮。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,两个所述前臂之间设置有支架,所述支架上设置有踏板,所述踏板沿着所述支架翻转,所述靠背上活动设置有扶手,所述坐垫与所述扶手之间设置有用于调节扶手和靠背的扶手调节装置,所述主架内设置有电池以及与所述电池相连接的控制器,所述控制器与设置于扶手上的操控手柄相连接。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述扶手调节装置包括气弹簧、固定座、卡条、按压手柄、复位块,所述坐垫侧边设置有所述固定座,所述固定座的下端设置有卡条,所述气弹簧的上端与所述扶手活动连接,下端与所述固定座活动 连接,所述按压手柄活动设置于所述气弹簧上,所述按压手柄的底面设置有复位块,所述复位块与所述气弹簧相接触并推动按压手柄的上部向外运动复位,所述按压手柄的下端设置有与所述卡条配合连接的卡勾。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述折叠调节装置包括第一调节装置和第二调节装置,所述坐垫通过所述第一调节装置与所述靠背活动连接,所述前臂通过所述第二调节装置与所述靠背活动连接。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述第一调节装置包括车架锁定件、车架解锁销、外销座、内销座、解锁弹簧、固定头、连接拉绳,所述车架锁定件设置于所述坐垫的两侧,所述外销座设置于所述靠背的两侧,所述内销座设置于所述外销座内,所述连接拉绳的两端设置有所述固定头,所述固定头穿过所述外销座和所述内销座与所述车架解锁销相连接,所述车架解锁销与所述车架锁定件为活动连接,所述内销座和所述固定头之间设置有用于推动车架解锁销的解锁弹簧。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述第二调节装置包括第一固定件、第二固定件、解锁弹销、推块、按钮、回弹弹簧、锁定弹销,所述第一固定件设置于所述靠背的下部,所述第二固定件设置于所述前臂的上部,所述第一固定件上设置有活动槽以及与所述活动槽相连通的锁定孔,所述按钮设置于所述活动槽内,且所述活动槽与所述按钮之间设置有所述回弹弹簧,所述解锁弹销的一端与所述按钮相连接,另一端穿过活动槽与所述推块相连接,所述锁定弹销的一端通过所述回弹弹簧设置于所述第二固定件内,另一端与所述锁定孔活动连接。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述前臂通过所述折叠调节装置与所述靠背的底部活动连接,所述折叠调节装置包括外壳、转轴、展开锁定单元和折叠锁定单元,所述靠背的底端通过所述转轴与所述前臂旋转连接,所述外壳设置于所述靠背的下端,且所述外壳与所述转轴相连接,所述展开锁定单元和所述折叠锁定单元设置于所述外壳上。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述展开锁定单元包括解锁槽、解锁拉绳、限位孔、弹簧、固定销,所述解锁槽设置于所述外壳上,所述前臂端部设置有所述限位孔,所述固定销穿过所述限位孔并与所述解锁槽活动连接,所述限位孔与所述固定销之间设置有用于复位所述固定销的所述弹簧,所述解锁拉绳带动两个所述固定销前后运动。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述固定销的前端活动设置于所述解锁槽内,所述固定销的后端突出于所述限位孔,且所述固定销的后端连接有限位块,所述解锁拉绳的两端分别与所述限位块相连接,所述固定销上设置有卡槽,所述弹簧设置于所述卡槽内。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述折叠锁定单元包括锁定按钮、锁定槽、 锁定销、弹簧,与所述固定销配合连接的所述锁定槽设置于所述外壳上,所述锁定槽内设置有推动所述固定销的锁定销、对所述锁定销进行运动限位的卡块,所述锁定销的外端连接有推动其前后运动的锁定按钮,用于复位锁定销的所述弹簧设置于所述锁定按钮和所述卡块之间。
本发明的有益效果是:突破了传统轮椅的结构和折叠方式,利用曲柄摇杆四连杆的极限位置形成死点,简化了机构,减轻了重量,且达到了结构的最佳稳定效果,并利用折叠调节装置等来完成折叠锁定和解锁的工作,更加方便用户的折叠和使用。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1-14,本发明实施例包括:
一种可折叠电动轮椅,其包括:坐垫1、靠背2,主架3、前臂4、后臂5、限位架6以及用于对轮椅进行折叠锁定或解锁的折叠调节装置7,所述坐垫通过座椅关节9或者折叠调节装置与所述靠背活动连接。所述坐垫下固定架、靠背上的固定架、主架和前臂构成了轮椅的曲柄摇杆四连杆机构,四连杆机构之间可以互相活动旋转,从而完成轮椅的折叠和展开。
1)关于主架和限位架
所述靠背与所述前臂活动连接,两个所述前臂之间设置有限位架,所述主架(所述主架可以为方管结构)的上部设置于所述坐垫的底面,且所述主架的端部不能突出于坐垫,方便用户乘坐。当轮椅展开时,所述主架带动坐垫运动打开直至所述主架架在所述限位架上,限位架可以提高轮椅的承重力和稳定性,防止用户坐下时轮椅向下坍塌,所述主架的下部设置有与所述主架相连通的所述后臂,所述前臂下端和所述主架的两侧设置有滚轮8,用于驱动和控制滚轮的管线均设置于前臂和后臂内,不仅可以让整个轮椅更加的整洁,而且可以杜绝管线外露造成的安全隐患。
2)关于滚轮
滚轮(主要是前轮)可以采用避震轮,也可以采用无轮毂避震轮。
2.1)所述避震轮包括轮子、避震弹簧、叉臂、上避震座、下避震座、避震垫片,所述叉臂设置于所述下避震座的底面,所述轮子活动设置于两个叉臂之间,所述上避震座与所述下避震座通过轴活动连接,所述上避震座的底部设置有第一凹槽,所述下避震座的顶部设置有第二凹槽,所述第一凹槽和所述第二凹槽组成了用于放置避震弹簧的弹簧槽,所述第一凹槽的两侧设置有与所述第二凹槽侧壁相配合限位的第三凹槽,所述上避震座的顶面设置有所述避震垫片 和轮子连接轴。
当遇到起伏不平的道路时,前轮抬高并通过叉臂带动下避震座向上压缩避震弹簧,下避震座的顶面与第三凹槽的上槽面形成一个夹角,可以对下避震座进行限位,当下避震座的顶面碰到第三凹槽的顶面时,即达到了避震的最大行程,防止下避震座位移过度,即提高了轮子的避震性能,提高轮椅的舒适性,而且使得延长了避震轮的使用寿命,提高了实用性。
2.2)所述无轮毂避震轮包括避震轮座、避震弹簧、轮毂左盖板、轮毂右盖板、中置滑动圈、滑动轴承、轴承固定圈、轮胎。
所述避震轮座的顶面设置有轮胎连接轴,所述避震轮座的下部设置有一上弹簧卡槽,所述避震轮座(即所述弹簧卡槽的两侧)两个侧壁上各设置有一限位槽。所述轮毂左盖板和所述轮毂右盖板的顶面与所述限位槽相配合,对所述轮毂左盖板和所述轮毂右盖板进行向上运动的限位,当轮胎带动盖板向上时,避震弹簧起到缓冲的作用,同时限位槽的上限位面与盖板的顶面接触限位,防止盖板和轮胎向上过度运动,提高避震轮的稳定性和舒适性。
所述轮毂左盖板的顶部设置有左槽体,所述轮毂右盖板的顶部设置有右槽体,所述左槽体和所述右槽体组成与所述上弹簧卡槽相配合的下弹簧卡槽,所述避震弹簧设置于所述上弹簧卡槽和所述下弹簧卡槽内。为了防止弹簧脱出,还可以在上弹簧卡槽的顶面和下弹簧卡槽的底面上设置弹簧卡块,提高整体结构的稳定性。
所述轮胎设置于所述轴承固定圈的外壁上,所述轴承固定圈上设置有轴承插孔,所述滑动轴承设置于所述轴承插孔内,并在轴承插孔内轴向旋转,所述中置滑动圈的外圈壁上设置有滑动槽,所述轴承固定圈通过所述滑动轴承沿所述滑动槽转动,所述中置滑动圈的左右两个侧面设置有与所述轮毂左盖板和所述轮毂右盖板配合连接的盖板槽。在组装完成后,所述中置滑动圈位于所述轴承固定圈的内圈中,所述轮胎设置于所述轴承固定圈的外圈上,当轮胎在底面滚动时,轮胎带动轴承固定圈旋转,轴承固定圈通过滑动轴承在所述中置滑动圈上转动,从而实现无轮毂避震轮的顺畅运行。
2.3)在每个滚轮的传动轴上(特别是后轮)可以设置一防倾轮结构,所述防倾轮结构包括轮子、防倾轮支架、座体和轮子解锁装置,所述座体设置于所述传动轴上,所述座体上设置有一凹槽,所述防倾轮支架的一端通过销轴平行活动设置于所述凹槽内,并在所述凹槽内轴向旋转,另一端的侧壁上设置有所述轮子。所述轮子解锁装置设置于所述座体上,并与所述座体配合锁定或者解锁所述防倾轮支架。
轮子解锁装置可以采用拉式解锁装置或者按式解锁装置。
拉式解锁装置包括拉销、固定外壳、锁定块,所述固定外壳设置于所述座 体上,所述固定外壳内设置有活动槽,所述拉销的下部穿过所述活动槽与所述锁定块相连接,活动槽与所述锁定块之间设置有推动锁定块向下复位的弹簧,所述防倾轮支架上设置有与锁定块配合锁定或解锁的锁定通孔(或者所述座体上和所述防倾轮支架上设置有互相连通的锁定通孔)。
当需要使用防倾轮时,将所述拉销向上拔起,拉销带着锁定块向上直至脱离防倾轮支架上的锁定通孔,这时防倾轮解锁,可以将支架展开90°进行使用。当需要使用防倾轮时,可以将防倾轮支架向内90°折叠,当折叠到位后,锁定块对准并插入锁定通孔中,这时防倾轮就被锁定,减少折叠后的体积。
3)关于主架、电池单元和控制器单元
所述主架通过主架固定座与所述坐垫相连接,所述主架内设置有电池单元以及控制器单元,所述电池和所述控制器通过电池插头和控制插孔进行插拔式的直接电性连接。
所述电池单元包括电池壳体、电池限位座、提拉槽、电池本体、电池插头、导向座,所述电池固定设置于所述电池壳体内,所述电池插头的一端与所述电池相连接,另一端穿过所述电池壳体,所述导向座设置于所述电池壳体的底面,且所述导向座环绕设置于所述电池插头的四周,所述限位座设置于所述电池壳体的顶面,所述提拉槽设置于所述限位座上。
所述限位座的截面面积大于所述轮椅支撑架的截面面积,所述限位座上设置有与所述轮椅支撑架顶部开口相连接的密封圈,这样可以有效的防止外部杂物进入到轮椅支撑架中损坏电池和控制器,延长电池和控制器的使用寿命,提高安全性,同时当电池需要充电或者维护时,用户直接握住提拉槽进行提拉,既可以将电池抽取出来,方便用户的使用。
所述控制器单元包括控制器壳体710、控制器、控制器插孔、导向槽,所述控制器设置于所述控制器壳体内,所述控制器插孔的下部连接于所述控制器上,上部与所述电池插头插拔连接,所述导向槽设置于所述控制器壳体的顶面,所述导向槽环绕设置于所述控制器插孔的四周,所述导向槽和导向座互相配合进行导向和定位,可以让电池更加准确快速的与控制器连接,防止因为插入位置偏差而导致设备零件损坏,所述控制器壳体的底面设置有与控制器相连接的控制接头。
所述控制器壳体通过螺栓与所述轮椅支撑架相连接,这样既可以保证控制器壳体被稳定的固定在轮椅支撑架内,当控制器需要维修检测时,可以打开底盖,然后拆除掉螺栓等紧固件,就可以轻松的将控制器壳体取出。
所述电池单元活动设置于所述轮椅支撑架内,所述控制器壳体与所述轮椅支撑架为可拆卸连接。所述主架的底部设置有一底盖711,所述底盖与所述支撑架为可拆卸连接,这样可以有效的防止外部杂物进入到轮椅支撑架中损坏电池 和控制器,延长电池和控制器的使用寿命,提高安全性。
所述主架的侧壁上设置有用于使外部连接线与控制器接头相连接的导线孔。所述导线孔与用于安装固定滚轮的连接架相连接,外部连接线穿过所述连接架与所述控制器接头相连接。
4)关于踏板
两个所述前臂之间设置有弧形结构的支架,所述支架上设置有安装架,所述安装架上设置有与支架相贴合的槽体,踏板设置于U型架上,所述U型架底面的两侧设置有踏板连接架,所述踏板连接架为U型结构,所述安装架的端部卡在所述踏板连接架的开口内,并通过螺栓将安装架和踏板连接架连接起来,使得U型架可以绕着螺栓轴向旋转,当使用时,可以将踏板打开,当折叠时,可以将踏板翻转,以减少折叠后轮椅的体积。
5)关于扶手
所述靠背上设置有扶手10,所述扶手上设置有与所述控制器相连接的操控手柄,所述坐垫与所述扶手之间设置有用于调节扶手和靠背的扶手调节装置,所述扶手和所述靠背始终为活动连接,所以只需要依靠所述扶手调节装置就可以同时对靠背和扶手进行联动的固定和限位,帮助靠背和扶手的折叠和展开,操作更加方便快捷。
所述扶手内设置有用于控制轮椅的控制器,所述扶手的顶面设置有控制面板、控制按钮和摇杆,所述摇杆和所述控制按钮与所述控制器相连接,控制面板、控制按钮和摇杆可以同时设置于一个扶手上,也可以分开设置在两个扶手上,满足不同的使用需求。所述摇杆的下部直接设置于所述扶手内,不在扶手上或者侧边额外安装控制架,这样可以有效的防止控制架在存放或者行驶过程中被撞击掉落,降低车轮、行人等接触掉落摇杆而产生错误控制的几率,大大提高了轮椅的安全性和实用性。
所述扶手包含但不限于两种结构:
5.1)所述扶手调节装置包括气弹簧11(也可以采用其他弹性或拉伸设备)、固定座12、卡条13、按压手柄14、复位块15,所述复位块具有一定的弹性,其可以采用橡胶等材料制作而成。
所述坐垫两侧侧边和扶手的的底部均设置有所述固定座,所述气弹簧与所述固定座通过螺栓相连接,气弹簧的端部与固定座可绕螺栓旋转运动,所述固定座的下端设置有卡条。
所述按压手柄的两侧垂直设置有两个翼板,所述翼板活动设置于所述气弹簧上,所述按压手柄的底面设置有复位块,所述复位块与所述气弹簧相接触并推动按压手柄的上部向外运动复位,所述按压手柄的下端设置有与所述卡条配 合连接的卡勾16。
在折叠、展开轮椅,或者为了满足用户的不同乘坐方式时,就需要调整扶手和靠背的位置,可以先按住按压手柄的上部,使得按压手柄压迫复位块,同时利用杠杆原理使按压手柄的下端翘起,推拉气弹簧调整好扶手的位置,然后松开按压手柄,复位块向外推动按压手柄的上部,同时使得按压手柄的下部向内运动,从而使得按压手柄下端的卡勾卡在固定座的卡条上,完成扶手和靠背的固定。
5.2)所述扶手调节装置包括第一滑动组件401、第二滑动组件402、扶手连杆403、扶手连接座404、滑动过渡件405、扶手解锁按钮组件406,所述扶手设置于所述扶手连杆的顶面,所述扶手连接座设置于所述扶手连杆的底面,所述滑动过渡件设置于所述第一滑动组件顶部的开口处,所述第二滑动组件的上部通过防松螺母与所述扶手连接座相连接,所述第二滑动组件的下部穿过所述滑动过渡件并活动设置于所述第一滑动组件内。与所述第二滑动组件配合限位的所述扶手解锁按钮组件设置于所述第一滑动组件上,所述第一滑动组件的底部通过扶手下周套与所述坐垫相连接。
所述扶手解锁按钮组件包括扶手解锁座4061、扶手解锁销4062、解锁按钮4063、扶手解锁弹簧4064、扶手限位卡块4065,所述限位卡块的直径大于所述扶手解锁销的直径,这样限位卡块可以更好的与扶手限位块进行配合,将扶手固定在相应的位置,方便调节扶手的位置。
所述扶手解锁座设置于所述第一滑动组件上,所述扶手连接座内设置有用于复位按钮的扶手解锁弹簧。所述第二滑动组件上设置有滑动槽407,所述滑动槽的两端各设置有一限位卡槽408,所述限位卡槽与所述滑动槽相连通,且所述限位卡槽的直径大于所述滑动槽的直径。
所述第一滑动组件、所述第二滑动组件和所述滑动过渡件上设置有供扶手解锁销穿过的通孔,所述扶手解锁销的一端与所述解锁按钮相连接,另一端穿过所述扶手解锁座、通孔和滑动槽(或者限位卡槽)后与限位卡块相连接。所述扶手解锁销在所述滑动槽内来回运动,所述限位卡块与所述限位槽活动连接。
当需要解锁扶手机构的时候,先按下所述解锁按钮,按钮推动扶手解锁销向前,从而带动所述限位卡块脱出位于滑动槽上方的所述限位卡槽,这时可以向上拉动扶手,第二滑动组件会从第一滑动组件中拉出,直至扶手解锁销运动至位于滑动槽下方的限位卡槽中后,所述限位卡块不再受到滑动槽的阻挡而重新落入到限位卡槽中,进行扶手调节锁定。
6)关于折叠调节装置
具体实施例一
所述坐垫通过座椅关节9与所述靠背活动连接、所述前臂通过所述折叠调 节装置7与所述靠背活动连接时,所述折叠调节装置包括外壳、转轴71、展开锁定单元和折叠锁定单元,所述靠背的底端通过所述转轴与所述前臂旋转连接,所述外壳包括第一壳体72和第二壳体73,所述第一壳体外壳设置于所述靠背的下端,所述第二壳体设置于所述前臂的上端,所述第一壳体和所述第二壳体设置于所述转轴的两端,所述展开锁定单元和所述折叠锁定单元设置于所述外壳上。
所述展开锁定单元包括解锁槽701、解锁拉绳702、限位孔703、解锁弹簧704、固定销705,所述解锁槽设置于所述第一壳体上,所述限位孔设置于所述第二壳体上,所述固定销的前端穿过所述限位孔并与所述解锁槽活动连接,所述固定销上设置有卡槽,所述限位孔与所述卡槽之间设置有用于复位所述固定销的所述解锁弹簧,所述固定销的后端突出于所述限位孔,且所述固定销的后端连接有限位块,所述解锁拉绳的两端分别与所述限位块相连接并带动两个所述固定销前后运动。
当轮椅折叠后,解锁拉绳会被卡在靠背和主架之间,所以在外壳上增加一个折叠锁定单元,所述折叠锁定单元设置可以设置于轮椅两侧的外壳上,也可以只设置在轮椅一侧的外壳上,这样可以简化轮椅结构,用户只需要单手就可以进行锁定和解锁,更加方便用户操作。
所述折叠锁定单元包括锁定按钮706、锁定槽707、锁定销708、锁定弹簧709,与所述固定销配合连接的所述锁定槽设置于所述外壳上,所述锁定槽内设置有锁定销以及对所述锁定销进行运动限位的卡块712,所述锁定销的内端连接有一凸块,所述凸块的直径大于所述锁定销的直径,防止凸块被固定销过度顶入,所述锁定销的外端连接有推动其前后运动的锁定按钮,所述凸块直接接触并推动所述固定销,用于复位锁定销的所述锁定弹簧设置于所述锁定按钮和所述卡块之间。
折叠车时,拉动解锁拉绳,固定销压迫弹簧向限位孔方向缩进,使得固定销从解锁槽中脱出,四连杆机构解锁,向上抬起坐垫并将靠背向后翻转,坐垫带动主架向上向前运动,靠背带动前臂向后翻转,且带动外壳旋转,当四连杆机构和外壳旋转完毕至折叠锁定位置时,固定销受到弹簧的推力向外顶出并插入锁定槽中,对折叠完的车进行锁定。
展开车时,向内按动锁定按钮,锁定销向内缩进并把固定销从锁定槽中推出去,四连杆机构解锁,所有关节再次处于解锁活动状态,整车可以向前拉动至展开锁定位置,固定销再次对准并插入解锁槽内,对展开完的车进行展开锁定。
具体实施例二
所述坐垫和所述前臂都通过所述折叠调节装置与所述靠背活动连接时,所述折叠调节装置包括第一调节装置20和第二调节装置30,所述坐垫通过所述第一调节装置与所述靠背活动连接,这样第一调节装置的位置靠上,方便老人或者行动不便的人拉动拉绳进行解锁,所述前臂通过所述第二调节装置与所述靠背活动连接。
所述第一调节装置包括车架锁定件201、车架解锁销202、外销座203、内销座204、解锁弹簧205、固定头206、连接拉绳207,所述车架锁定件设置于所述坐垫的两侧,所述车架锁定件上设置有与车架解锁销相配合的连接孔,所述外销座设置于所述靠背的两侧,所述内销座设置于所述外销座内,所述内销座可以用来减少解锁销来回运动时对销座带来的磨损,所述连接拉绳的两端设置有所述固定头,固定头靠近拉绳的端部设置有起到限位作用的挡块,防止固定头和解锁销在弹簧张紧力的作用下脱出销座,所述固定头穿过所述外销座和所述内销座与所述车架解锁销相连接,所述车架解锁销与所述连接孔为活动连接,所述内销座和所述固定头之间设置有用于推动车架解锁销的解锁弹簧。
所述第二调节装置包括第一固定件301、第二固定件302、解锁弹销303、推块304、按钮305、回弹弹簧306、锁定弹销307,所述第一固定件设置于所述靠背的下部,所述第二固定件设置于所述前臂的上部,所述第一固定件与所述第二固定件为可旋转连接(可通过转轴连接)。所述第一固定件上设置有活动槽308以及与所述活动槽相连通的锁定孔309,且所述活动槽和所述锁定槽的连接处设置有用于限位推块的限位卡块,防止按钮整个弹出活动槽,所述按钮设置于所述活动槽内,且所述活动槽与所述按钮之间设置有所述回弹弹簧,所述解锁弹销的一端与所述按钮相连接,另一端穿过活动槽与所述推块相连接,所述锁定弹销的一端通过所述回弹弹簧设置于所述第二固定件内,另一端与所述锁定孔活动连接。
当需要折叠轮椅时,拉动所述连接拉绳,所述车架解锁销在连接拉绳的拉力下带动车架解锁销向内销座内缩进,直至车架解锁销彻底脱离所述连接孔,靠背和座椅完成第一步解锁,然后向后转动靠背,从而第一固定件旋转,直至第一固定件上的锁定孔对准锁定弹销,锁定弹销在弹簧的作用下向前弹出卡入锁定孔中,此时,轮椅整车就完成了折叠的锁定。
当需要展开轮椅时,按下按钮,推块在按钮和解锁弹销的作用下推入锁定槽,直至锁定弹销被推块完全推出锁定槽,这时前臂和靠背解锁可以活动,旋转靠背使得车架解锁销运动到连接孔的位置时,车架解锁销在弹簧的作用下弹入到连接孔中,完成轮椅的展开锁定。
在折叠轮椅、且完成靠背和座椅的第一步解锁时,拉动所述连接拉绳,所 述车架解锁销在连接拉绳的拉力下带动车架解锁销向内销座内缩进,直至车架解锁销彻底脱离所述连接孔,这时,靠背和座椅完成第一步解锁。当展开轮椅、旋转靠背使得解锁销运动到连接孔的位置时,车架解锁销在弹簧的作用下弹入到连接孔中,坐垫和靠背的锁定。
本发明一种可折叠电动轮椅的有益效果是:突破了传统轮椅的结构和折叠方式,利用曲柄摇杆四连杆的极限位置形成死点,简化了机构,减轻了重量,且达到了结构的最佳稳定效果,并利用折叠调节装置等来完成折叠锁定和解锁的工作,更加方便用户的折叠和使用。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种可折叠电动轮椅,其特征在于,包括:坐垫、靠背、主架、与所述主架交叉设置的前臂以及用于对轮椅进行折叠锁定或解锁的折叠调节装置,
    所述坐垫与所述靠背活动连接,所述靠背的底端通过折叠调节装置与所述前臂活动连接,两个所述前臂之间设置有限位架,所述主架的上部设置于所述坐垫的底面,所述主架活动设置于所述限位架上,所述前臂下端和所述主架的两侧设置有滚轮。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可折叠电动轮椅,其特征在于,两个所述前臂之间设置有支架,所述支架上设置有踏板,所述踏板沿着所述支架翻转,所述靠背上活动设置有扶手,所述坐垫与所述扶手之间设置有用于调节扶手和靠背的扶手调节装置,所述主架内设置有电池单元以及与所述电池相连接的控制器单元,所述控制器单元与设置于扶手上的操控手柄相连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种可折叠电动轮椅,其特征在于,所述扶手调节装置包括气弹簧、固定座、卡条、按压手柄、复位块,所述坐垫侧边设置有所述固定座,所述固定座的下端设置有卡条,所述气弹簧的上端与所述扶手活动连接,下端与所述固定座活动连接,所述按压手柄活动设置于所述气弹簧上,所述按压手柄的底面设置有复位块,所述复位块与所述气弹簧相接触并推动按压手柄的上部向外运动复位,所述按压手柄的下端设置有与所述卡条配合连接的卡勾。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3中任一所述的一种可折叠电动轮椅,其特征在于,所述折叠调节装置包括第一调节装置和第二调节装置,所述坐垫通过所述第一调节装置与所述靠背活动连接,所述前臂通过所述第二调节装置与所述靠背活动连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种可折叠电动轮椅,其特征在于,所述第一调节装置包括车架锁定件、车架解锁销、外销座、内销座、解锁弹簧、固定头、连接拉绳,所述车架锁定件设置于所述坐垫的两侧,所述外销座设置于所述靠背的两侧,所述内销座设置于所述外销座内,所述连接拉绳的两端设置有所述固定头,所述固定头穿过所述外销座和所述内销座与所述车架解锁销相连接,所述车架解锁销与所述车架锁定件为活动连接,所述内销座和所述固定头之间设置有用于推动车架解锁销的解锁弹簧。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种可折叠电动轮椅,其特征在于,所述第二调节装置包括第一固定件、第二固定件、解锁弹销、推块、按钮、回弹弹簧、锁定弹销,所述第一固定件设置于所述靠背的下部,所述第二固定件设置于所述前臂的上部,所述第一固定件上设置有活动槽以及与所述活动槽相连通的锁定孔,所述按钮设置于所述活动槽内,且所述活动槽与所述按钮之间设置有所述 回弹弹簧,所述解锁弹销的一端与所述按钮相连接,另一端穿过活动槽与所述推块相连接,所述锁定弹销的一端通过所述回弹弹簧设置于所述第二固定件内,另一端与所述锁定孔活动连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1-3中任一所述的一种可折叠电动轮椅,其特征在于,所述前臂通过所述折叠调节装置与所述靠背的底部活动连接,所述折叠调节装置包括外壳、转轴、展开锁定单元和折叠锁定单元,所述靠背的底端通过所述转轴与所述前臂旋转连接,所述外壳设置于所述靠背的下端,且所述外壳与所述转轴相连接,所述展开锁定单元和所述折叠锁定单元设置于所述外壳上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种可折叠电动轮椅,其特征在于,所述展开锁定单元包括解锁槽、解锁拉绳、限位孔、弹簧、固定销,所述解锁槽设置于所述外壳上,所述前臂端部设置有所述限位孔,所述固定销穿过所述限位孔并与所述解锁槽活动连接,所述限位孔与所述固定销之间设置有用于复位所述固定销的所述弹簧,所述解锁拉绳带动两个所述固定销前后运动。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种可折叠电动轮椅,其特征在于,所述固定销的前端活动设置于所述解锁槽内,所述固定销的后端突出于所述限位孔,且所述固定销的后端连接有限位块,所述解锁拉绳的两端分别与所述限位块相连接,所述固定销上设置有卡槽,所述弹簧设置于所述卡槽内。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的一种可折叠电动轮椅,其特征在于,所述折叠锁定单元包括锁定按钮、锁定槽、锁定销、弹簧,与所述固定销配合连接的所述锁定槽设置于所述外壳上,所述锁定槽内设置有推动所述固定销的锁定销、对所述锁定销进行运动限位的卡块,所述锁定销的外端连接有推动其前后运动的锁定按钮,用于复位锁定销的所述弹簧设置于所述锁定按钮和所述卡块之间。
