[0032] 需要折叠吋, 一手操纵解锁幵关 15通过拉线 16把弹销 7从轴座弧底的销孔 8内拖 出, 底盘 5可以相对于轴座 3向上进行闭合运动, 实现解锁效果, 一手向上拉起 座椅带动座椅杆 4朝着车把架 1的方向闭合, 此吋斜撑连杆 6随之向上运动, 底盘 5的后端与后轮架 18的前端是通过折叠轴连接的, 斜撑连杆 6向上运动拉动后轮 架 18的前端向上运动, 底盘 5的后端也向上运动, 底盘 5和后轮架 18以折叠轴为 轴向上拱起, 形成一个向下的夹角, 该夹角的角度随着整车的折叠运动不断减 小, 折叠到位吋成为角度最小, 由稳固的三角结构变形为可折叠变化的四边形 ; 底盘 5的后端向上运动, 底盘 5的前端轴接于轴座 3, 即底盘 5向上不断朝着车 把架 1的方向闭合, 即座椅杆 4带动着底盘 5也一起向上闭合, 座椅杆 4向着车把 架 1闭合完成的同吋, 底盘 5和前把架 1之间也随之折叠完成, 此吋后轮架 18向下 翻折, 向着底盘 5贴合。
[0033] 当弹销 7被从轴座弧底的销孔 8内拖出幵始折叠吋, 弹销 7脱离了销孔 8的位置, 在弹簧作用下紧贴轴座弧, 并被迫沿轴座弧向上滑行, 折叠到位吋, 弹销 7与轴 座弧顶的销孔 8位置相对, 弹销 7正好弹入轴座弧顶的销孔 8, 底盘 5贴合前把架 1 并被锁定; 相应的整车保持折叠的锁定状态。

[0035] 还可以使用折叠锁链实现解锁与锁定: 需要折叠吋, 首先踩下或按下解锁顶片 23固定连接的操纵端 21, 与操纵端 21固定连接的转轴转动, 解锁顶片 23脱离原 状态顶住的链臂, 折叠锁链 22可以自由折叠, 底盘 5可以相对于轴座 3向上进行 闭合运动, 实现解锁效果, 一手向上拉起座椅带动座椅杆 4朝着车把架 1的方向 闭合, 此吋斜撑连杆 6随之向上运动, 底盘 5的后端与后轮架 18的前端是通过折 叠轴连接的, 斜撑连杆 6向上运动拉动后轮架 18的前端向上运动, 底盘 5的后端 也向上运动, 底盘 5和后轮架 18以折叠轴为轴形成一个向下的夹角, 该夹角的角 度随着整车的折叠运动不断减小, 折叠到位吋成为角度最小; 底盘 5的后端向上 运动, 底盘 5的前端轴接于轴座 3, 即底盘 5向上不断朝着车把架 1的方向闭合, 即座椅杆 4带动着底盘 5也一起向上闭合, 座椅杆 4向着车把架 1闭合完成的同吋
, 底盘 5和前把架 1之间也随之折叠完成, 此吋后轮架 18向下翻折, 向着底盘 5贝占 合。

一种带减振装置的折叠车架, 包括轴座,轴座包括竖轴孔和侧轴孔, 其特征在于, 车把架通过转向轴连接于所述轴座的竖轴孔, 以实现转 向动作;座椅杆、 底盘通过横轴连接于轴座的侧轴孔, 可相对于车把 架进行翻折幵合转动;底盘与安装后轮的后轮架分体设置,后轮架通过 折叠轴与底盘转动连接;座椅杆和后轮架之间设置斜撑连杆, 所述斜 撑连杆由内套管和外套管套接而成, 弹簧设置于外套管内并与内套管 相顶, 内套管和外套管的外端部设置转轴, 内套管套接在外套管内的 端部放大, 外套管与之配合的端部相应收紧。
根据权利要求 1所述的一种带减振装置的折叠车架, 其特征在于, 所 述斜撑连杆设置减振装置, 所述减振装置包括弹簧。
根据权利要求 1所述的一种带减振装置的折叠车架, 其特征在于, 所 述底盘设置弹销, 轴座弧相应的设置销孔, 所述轴座的弧底和弧顶分 别设置与弹销适配的销孔。
根据权利要求 1所述的一种带减振装置的折叠车架, 其特征在于, 所 述斜撑连杆连接于后轮架的前端部并且与座椅杆、 底盘、 后轮架构成 可折叠变形为四边形的三角结构, 其中底盘、 后轮架构成三角结构的 底边。
根据权利要求 1所述的一种带减振装置的折叠车架, 其特征在于,所述 内套管和外套管的接触面设置耐磨层。
根据权利要求 3所述的一种带减振装置的折叠车架, 其特征在于, 所 述弹销包括弹簧, 弹销通过拉线连接解锁幵关。
根据权利要求 6所述的一种带减振装置的折叠车架, 其特征在于, 所 述解锁幵关设置于车把架的手把。
根据权利要求 1所述的一种带减振装置的折叠车架, 其特征在于,所述 底盘与轴座之间设置折叠锁链, 所述折叠锁链包括两轴接的链臂, 解 锁顶片与所述折叠锁链相顶, 所述轴座设置挂钩, 后轮架相应的设置 挂杆。 [权利要求 9] 根据权利要求 1所述的一种带减振装置的折叠车架, 其特征在于, 所 述内套管设置行程限位孔, 横杆穿过所述行程限位孔两端固定于外套 管。
