所述云桌面服务器,包括台式电脑,笔记本电脑,云电脑等任选之一。
一种云桌面投屏电话,还包括如下软件:
云电话APP,运行在主叫终端及被叫终端。
云桌面管理程序,运行在云桌面服务器。
所述云电话APP,由于内嵌有云电话模块,故具备云桌面上的电话或网络电话功能,还 具备投屏操作功能。
所述云电话APP,还支持管理云桌面,包括调整云桌面的大小及透明度。
所述云桌面管理程序,运行在云桌面服务器上,具备电话系统的程控交换机的功能,同时还具备管理及服务投屏操作的功能。
用户在操作主叫终端时,随时可以激活云桌面并展开云桌面上的云电话模块。
点击所述云电话模块中的通讯录,选择被叫名称或头像,即可呼叫对方。在对方应答后,展开语音对话。这种语音对话,简称为云对话。
所述云对话,是基于云桌面的对话,并不影响主叫终端及被叫终端原有的桌面上的应用。
所述云对话在进行过程中,可随时终止,也可进一步展开投屏任务。
所述投屏任务,就是在云对话过程中,调用所述投屏模块,将主叫终端桌面投屏到被叫终端桌面,供双方观看及操作,直至任意一方停止所述投屏任务为止。
双方观看及操作的对象是主叫终端桌面,双方的语音对话也是建立在云桌面之上。
停止所述投屏任务,并没有停止所述云对话。
点击云电话的挂机,可终止云对话。
优先地,为安全起见,特别设定,只能在被叫终端同意的情况下,才能将主叫终端的桌面投影到被叫终端桌面上,而不允许主叫终端用户远程操控被叫终端。
本申请提出一种云桌面投屏电话,有两个层面的应用:
第1层面,在云桌面上,建设语音对话。
第2层面,双方在对话过程中,可进一步选择投屏。此时,主叫终端桌面将投影到远方
的被叫终端桌面并供双方观看及操作。
当然,我们也可先投屏,然后再语音通话。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式,结合附图对本申请作进一步详细说明。下文所述的云桌面投屏电话可以参照图12所示的系统。
实施例1
本实施例的一种云桌面投屏电话,如图1所示。
主叫终端是一台安卓手机1,被叫终端是一台IOS手机2。
两台手机都装有云电话APP。
手机1的桌面上漂着悬浮球。
点击悬浮球创建云桌面3,并在云桌面3上展示主叫拨号窗口4。
云电话主叫模式(主叫拨号窗口4)如图2所示。
在图2中,点击通话记录,或点击通信录,将展开一系列被叫头像或名称,点击被叫头像或名称即可呼叫对方。
对方应答后,云桌面3上展示主叫通话窗口。
主叫通话窗口,如图3所示。
在图3中,也就是手机1与手机2展开云对话时,可以点击发起投屏。此时发起投屏按键将高亮闪烁,等待对方应答。收到应答后,手机1的桌面将投射到对方手机桌面,双方可同时操作手机1的桌面。操作过程中,若点击终止投屏,则投屏任务终止,但云电话仍在继续,直至点击挂机或对方挂机。
手机2接收到云电话后,将激活云桌面5,振铃并在云桌面5上展示被叫接听窗口6。
被叫接听窗口6,如图4所示。
在图4中,点击拒接,退出云桌面。点击接听,则展开云对话。
云对话之时,云桌面上展示被叫通话窗口。
被叫通话窗口,如图5所示。
主叫发起投屏后,被叫终端振铃,并在被叫通话窗口的接受投屏按键上高亮闪烁。
点击接受投屏,表示接受主叫终端的投屏任务。点击终止投屏,将中断投屏任务,但没有中断云对话,直至点击挂机或对方挂机。
实际上,手机1将被选中的被叫名称或头像送到云桌面服务器7。云桌面服务器管理程序在注册数据库内查找被叫名称或头像对应的IP地址,并连线此IP地址上的被叫手机2。
手机2收到呼叫后,振铃通知被叫用户。点击应答后,双方展开云对话。
此时,任一方挂机都将结束云对话,退出云桌面。也可以进一步点击投屏,展开投屏任务。
实施例2
本实施例的一种游戏教练平台的示意图,如图6所示。
系统硬件包括:玩家手机21,教练手机22,平台服务器23
系统软件包括:
游戏教练APP,预装在手机21和手机22桌面。
平台管理程序,运行在平台服务器23。
一种游戏教练平台,还包括如下软件:
游戏教练APP,运行在主叫终端及被叫终端。
云桌面管理程序,运行在云桌面服务器。
所述游戏教练APP,由于内嵌有云电话模块,故具备云桌面上的网络电话功能,还具备投屏操作功能。
所述游戏教练APP,还支持管理云桌面,包括调整云桌面的大小及透明度。
所述平台管理程序,运行在平台服务器23上,具备电话系统的程控交换机的功能,同时还具备管理及服务投屏操作的功能。
玩家手机21特置1个物理开关24,按下开关24将直接在手机21的桌面上激活云桌面 25。
本实施例中,云桌面25上展示教练窗口26。
教练窗口如图7所示,点击教练记录,显示最近教练记录清单,点击清单中教练名称或头像,开始呼叫教练。
也可点击挂牌教练榜,选择平台推荐的教练名称或头像,开始呼叫教练。
教练手机22收到呼叫后,激活云桌面27振铃并展示被叫窗口28。
被叫窗口28如图8所示的,点击拒接则退出云桌面。点击接听,双方展开云对话。
在双方云对话时,玩家手机21的云桌面上展示主叫通话窗口,如图9所示。教练手机22的云桌面展示被叫通话窗口,如图10所示。
玩家手机21发起投屏后,教练手机22振铃,并高亮闪烁接受投屏按键。
点击接受投屏按键,表示接受主叫终端的投屏任务,将玩家手机21的桌面,投屏到游戏手机22的桌面,供双方共同操作和观看,并由教练实时指导玩家或枪击或格斗或通关。
点击终止投屏,将中断投屏任务,但没有中断云对话,直至点击挂机或对方挂机。
云电话结束后,玩家手机21及教练手机22均立刻停止图像及声音传送。
实施例3
本实施例的一种网店客服平台的示意图,如图11所示。包括:
系统硬件包括:客人手机31,客服手机32,网店服务器33。
系统软件包括:
网店APP,预装客人手机31之上。
客服APP,预装客服手机32之上。
客服程序,运行在网店服务器33之上。
客人手机31的桌面上运行着网店APP。
网店APP中有客服按钮。点击客服按钮,激活云桌面34及客服窗口35。
点击客服窗口35中的呼叫键,即可呼叫客服。
客服手机32收到呼叫后,激活云桌面36并展示被叫窗口37。
被叫窗口37中含有应答/挂机,接受投屏/中止投屏等按键。
点击应答,客服手机32与客人手机31展开云对话。点击接受投屏将进一步展开投屏任务,将客人手机31整个桌面,也就是当下的购物场景传送给客服手机33的桌面上。
此时,双方同时面对客人的购物场景,由客服人员实时引导客人购物或聊天。
实施例4
本实施例,是将所述一种云桌面投屏电话,应用到群投屏电话平台。
在实施例1基础上拓展一步,将被叫终端增加到2台或以上。
主叫终端是一台安卓手机1,
被叫终端有两台,手机2-1和手机2-2。
与实施例1一样,手机1的桌面上漂着悬浮球。
点击悬浮球创建云桌面,并在云桌面上展示主叫拨号窗口。
此时云电话主叫窗口将增加”通讯群”按键。
点击通信群,将展开一系列被叫头像或名称,点击两个或以上被叫头像或名称,再点击”拨号键”,即可同时呼叫两个或多个对象。
对方应答后,云桌面上展示主叫通话窗口。
在主叫通话窗口中,也就是手机1与手机2-1和/或手机2-2展开云对话时,可以点击发起投屏。此时发起投屏按键将高亮闪烁,等待对方应答。收到应答后,手机1的桌面将投射到对方手机桌面,双方或多方可同时观看手机1的桌面。操作过程中,若点击终止投屏,则投屏任务终止,但云电话仍在继续,直至点击挂机或对方挂机。
手机2-1和/或手机2-2接收到云电话后,将激活云桌面,振铃并在云桌面上展示被叫接听窗口。
在被叫接听窗口中,点击拒接,退出云桌面。点击接听,则展开云对话。
云对话之时,云桌面上展示被叫通话窗口。
主叫发起投屏后,被叫终端振铃,并在被叫通话窗口的接受投屏按键上高亮闪烁。
点击接受投屏,表示接受主叫终端的投屏任务。点击终止投屏,将中断投屏任务,但没有中断云对话,直至点击挂机或对方挂机。
以上4个实施例,只是用于帮助理解本申请,并不用以限制本申请。
云桌面电话的应用场景,数不胜数。对于本申请所属技术领域的技术人员,依据本申请的思想,还可以做出若干简单推演、变形或替换。比如说,先投屏后通话。这种调换功能先后次序的方法,应该也在本专利保护范围之内。

  1. 一种云桌面投屏电话,其特征在于,包括
    云电话模块,设置在云桌面上。
  2. 一种云桌面投屏电话,其特征在于,还包括
    云桌面,
    云桌面激活模块。
  3. 一种云桌面投屏电话,其特征在于,还包括
    云电话APP,
    云桌面管理程序。
  4. 根据权利要求1中所述的一种云桌面投屏电话,其特征在于:
    所述云电话模块,包括:
    电话模块,
    投屏模块。
  5. 根据权利要求4中所述的一种云桌面投屏电话,其特征在于:
    所述电话模块,内含:呼叫,挂机,最近通话记录,通讯录,接听,拒接等子模块;
    所述投屏模块,是一种功能软件;它能将主叫终端的桌面显示图像以及键盘鼠标操作数据进行远程投射处理;将主叫终端的桌面投屏到被叫终端桌面,并通过传输键鼠操作数据,使双方都能操作同一桌面上的应用。
  6. 根据权利要求4中所述的一种云桌面投屏电话,其特征在于:
    所述云电话模块,还包括:
    主叫拨号窗口,包括:最近通话记录,通讯录,挂机;
    主叫通话窗口,包括:发起投屏,中止投屏,挂机;
    被叫接听窗口,包括:接听电话,拒接电话;
    被叫通话窗口,包括:接受投屏,中止投屏,挂机。
  7. 根据权利要求6中所述的一种云桌面投屏电话,其特征在于:
    所述最近通话记录,包括最近通话对象的姓名或头像以及相应的IP地址或电话号码;点击通话对象的姓名或头像,开始呼叫对方;
    所述通讯录,含有一系列姓名或头像以及相应的IP地址或电话号码;点击姓名或头像,开始呼叫对方;
    所述挂机,就是结束任务,退出云桌面;
    所述接听电话,表示被叫同意接听电话;
    所述拒接电话,表示被叫拒绝接听电话;
    所述发起投屏,表示主叫要发起投屏;
    所述接受投屏,表示被叫同意接受投屏;
    所述中止投屏,表示立即结束投屏任务。
  8. 根据权利要求2中所述的一种云桌面投屏电话,其特征在于:
    所述云桌面,是在终端桌面上激活的,几乎不影响桌面的,本身又可以观看及操作的介面;
    所述云桌面,可以像终端桌面一样,放置各种应用软件;
    所述云桌面,其桌面大小及透明度是可以调整的。
  9. 根据权利要求2中所述的一种云桌面投屏电话,其特征在于:
    所述云桌面激活模块,包括:
    物理按键激活子模块,
    悬浮球激活子模块,
    通知栏激活子模块,
    工具栏激活子模块,
    应用激活子模块。
  10. 根据权利要求9中所述的一种云桌面投屏电话,其特征在于:
    所述物理按键激活子模块,是在移动终端上特别地设置一个物理按键;任何时候,用户按下此键,就可激活云桌面;
    所述悬浮球激活子模块,是在移动终端桌面上用软件特别地设置一个小白球;小白球悬浮在桌面上时,点击悬浮球,就可激活云桌面;
    所述通知栏激活子模块,是在移动终端的桌面边沿某处,轻轻拖动一下,激活另一个称为通知栏的操作界面的方法;不同移动终端不同操作系统,激活的动作有可能不同,但原理和方法都一样;
    所述工具栏激活子模块,是在移动终端的桌面边沿某处,轻轻拖动一下,激活另一个称之为工具栏的操作界面的方法;不同移动终端不同操作系统,激活的动作有可能不同,但原理和方法都一样;
    所述应用激活子模块,是在移动终端的桌面上,专门设置一个应用图标;点击应用图标,就可激活云桌面。
  11. 根据权利要求3中所述的一种云桌面投屏电话,其特征在于:
    云电话APP,内嵌有云电话模块,具备云桌面上的电话或网络电话功能和投屏操作功能。
  12. 根据权利要求3中所述的一种云桌面投屏电话,其特征在于:
    所述云桌面管理程序,运行在云桌面服务器上,具备电话系统的程控交换机的功能。
  13. 根据权利要求6中所述的一种云桌面投屏电话,其特征在于:
    所述主叫通话窗口及被叫通话窗口,是在主叫与被叫打通电话,建立云对话时,在云桌面展现的操作窗口;这样状况可表示为:打云电话,可以不投屏。
  14. 根据权利要求6中所述的一种云桌面投屏电话,其特征在于:
    所述主叫通话窗口及被叫通话窗口,可在云对话基础上更进一步,展开投屏操作;
    所述投屏操作,包括:
    主叫通话窗口中发起投屏时,双方振铃或相关按键高亮闪烁;
    被叫通话窗口中接受投屏时,双方停止振铃及停止高亮闪烁。
  15. 根据权利要求1中所述的一种云桌面投屏电话,其特征在于:
    所述云电话模块,还包括:
    群电话子模块,即1个主叫终端对多个被叫终端的电话功能;
    群投屏子模块,即1个主叫终端对多个被叫终端的投屏功能。
