技术领域
本发明属于清洁技术领域,尤其涉及一种吸尘器。
背景技术
现有的吸尘器的形态大部分是不可存储附件或软管的手持式、桶式或箱式吸尘器。在吸尘器处于收纳状态下时,上述吸尘器的软管、配件等均不能被吸尘器的主体部分所收纳在上面从而使得整个吸尘器小型化,导致其不便于存储、搬运或携带等。在小型化且保证性能的前提下,大部分情况中,吸尘器的软管、配件等均是连接在吸尘器的吸入口,因此整个吸尘器连接部件不易收拢在一起,其次虽然大多吸尘器的软管、配件都是可拆卸安装的,但是拆卸下来后依然需要额外携带,无法收纳在吸尘器的主体部分上。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供了一种吸尘器,其能够对整机部件的布局进行优化,在小型化的前提下保证吸尘器的性能。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:

本发明提供了一种吸尘器,利用整机部件的布局对附件进行有效的收纳,在小型化的前提下保证吸尘器的性能;将电机单元的轴线和尘杯的轴线处于平行设置且两者沿电机单元的轴线方向排布,如此可以使得两者更为紧凑。在吸尘器不使用时,可以使其进行存储状态,将吸管单元自尘杯一侧的吸入口延伸越过手柄,并沿手柄长度方向延伸至位于所述尘杯的另一侧,通过上述方式节约吸管单元收纳时所占空间。另外,将电池设置在壳体的一侧能够使得电池紧靠着电机单元和尘杯,将电池与电机单元、尘杯的间距缩小到最短,如此,吸尘器壳体上安装的三个体积最大的部件的紧凑性得到了最大化的提升,从而使吸尘器能够达到小型化的目的,与此同时,通过上述结构的优化能够保证电机单元选用合适的型号以输出足够的功率。

本发明提供一种吸尘器,其操作灵活、单次清洁时间长的吸尘器。
下面参照附图描述本发明的示例性实施方式。应当理解,这些具体的说明仅用于示教本领域技术人员如何实施本发明,而不用于穷举本发明的所有可行的方式,也不用于限制本发明的范围。
需要说明的是,当元件被称为“固定于”另一个元件,它可以直接在另一个元件上或者也可以存在居中的元件。当一个元件被认为是“连接”另一个元件,它可以是直接连接到另一个元件或者可能同时存在居中元件。相反,当元件被称作“直接在”另一元件“上”时,不存在中间元件。本文所使用的术语“垂直的”、“水平的”、“左”、“右”以及类似的表述只是为了说明的目的。实施例附图中各种不同对象按便于列举说明的比例绘制,而非按实际组件的比例绘制。
需要说明的是,本申请中本文所使用的术语“下面”指的是靠近支撑吸尘器的支撑面的位置,“上面”指的是靠近手柄位置,“侧壁”指的是壳体的外周壁。
为了能够对整机部件的布局进行优化,在小型化的前提下保证吸尘器的性能,在本申请实施例中提出了一种吸尘器,如图1至图6所示,该吸尘器包括壳体1、设置在壳体1内用于产生吸力的电机单元2、设置在壳体1上的用于收集吸入颗粒的尘杯3、为吸尘器供电的电池4、位于壳体1上的手柄17以及具有存储状态的吸管单元5。电池4为电机单元2供电,尘杯3具有吸入口31。在存储状态时,吸管单元5自尘杯3一侧的吸入口31延伸越过手柄17,并沿手柄17长度方向延伸至位于所述尘杯3的另一侧。吸尘器还具有开关56,开关56上设有控制按钮561。开关56设于手柄17的一端且位于上端面15的上方,如此设置,方便用户单手握持手柄17时能够同时实现开关56的控制,不需要另一只手的操作,不影响握持的情况下,提升了操作的便利性。在一个实施例中,手柄17与壳体1之间围成握持空间,所述控制按钮561朝向手柄17的外侧且远离握持空间。如果用户单手握持手柄17时,可以选择合适的手指从手柄17的侧面按压控制按钮561以启动吸尘器,该侧面为握持空间的两侧中的任一一侧。
如图4及图6所示,电机单元2和尘杯3沿电机单元2的轴线X1方向排 布;电池4设置在壳体1的一侧。在其他实施例中,如果不以电机单元2的轴线X1为参考,仅以某一直线方向为参考,比如相对于水平方向的竖直方向的直线,则电机单元2和尘杯3位于同一直线方向上。在不同的实施例中,电机单元2的轴线X1和尘杯3的轴线X2可以相互平行,也可以重合。本发明实施例中的吸尘器将电机单元2和尘杯3的轴线处于平行设置且两者沿电机单元的轴线方向排布,具体的,电机单元2位于尘杯3的正上方,如此可以使得两者更为紧凑。在吸尘器不使用时,可以使其进行存储状态,将吸管单元5自尘杯3一侧的吸入口31延伸越过手柄17,并沿手柄17长度方向延伸至位于所述尘杯3的另一侧,通过上述方式节约吸管单元5收纳时所占空间。另外,将电池4设置在壳体1的一侧能够使得电池4紧靠着电机单元2和尘杯3,将电池4与电机单元2、尘杯3的间距缩小到最短,如此,吸尘器壳体1上安装的三个体积最大的部件的紧凑性得到了最大化的提升,从而使吸尘器能够达到小型化的目的,与此同时,通过上述结构的优化能够保证电机单元2选用合适的型号以输出足够的功率。
为了能够更好的了解本申请中的吸尘器,下面将对其做进一步解释和说明。如图1、图3及图4所示,壳体1主体部分可以大体呈长方体状,壳体1的相邻面之间的边缘可以具有光滑的倒角,从而使得壳体1的体积减小,同时更为美观。壳体1的主体部分可以包括相对的第一侧壁11和第二侧壁12、相对的第三侧壁13和第四侧壁14、相对的上端面15和下端面16。手柄17位于上端面15上且与上端面15连接,手柄17横跨上端面15。所述开关56设于手柄17与上端面15连接的位置。如此设置,用户单手操作吸尘器时,握持手柄17的同时可以利用其中一个手指启动开关56,无需双手操作,使用便利,操作简单。
如图1、图3及图4所示,电机单元2设置在壳体1内,其在通电状态下用于产生吸力。具体而言,电机单元2位于壳体1的中部区域,电机单元2的轴线X1可以大体处于竖直方向,即垂直于壳体1的上端面15和下端面16,也可以大体处于水平方向,即垂直于壳体1的第三侧壁13和第四侧壁14,如此,电机单元2的周向可以存在空间以安装其它零部件。壳体1内设置的电机单元可以采用有刷电机,也可以采用无刷电机,壳体1内的容纳空间可以足够容纳上述任一一种电机。
如图4所示,当电机单元2的轴线X1可以大体处于竖直方向时,尘杯3的轴线X2大体也处于竖直方向,即垂直于壳体1的上端面15和下端面16,如此,电机单元2和所述尘杯3沿电机单元2的轴线X1方向排布,电机单元2的轴线X1与尘杯3的轴线X2之间相互平行。同理,当电机单元2的轴线X1处于水平方向时,尘杯3的轴线X2大体也处于水平方向。电机单元可以包括电机及风扇,尘杯包括横截面,该横截面可以具有多种情况,例如近似圆形,正方形或长方形等,风扇的直径与尘杯直径或长度或宽度的比值范围可以控制在0.7∶1~0.9∶1。
如图6及图13至图15所示,电机单元2包括风扇21及电机24,风扇21包括风叶221。壳体1的下端面16对应风扇21的位置设有涡流结构及内腔壁58,尘杯3内设有过滤器,过滤器包括第一过滤器34及位于第一过滤器34内部的第二过滤器35,在本发明实施例中,第一过滤器34及第二过滤器35均采用HEPA过滤器,在另一个实施例中,第一过滤器34可以为旋风分离器结构,第二过滤器35采用HEPA过滤器。如图12所示,第一过滤器34上具有若干通孔,气流从通孔进入第二过滤器35。在一个实施例中过滤器为圆形结构,过滤器的外周壁与内腔壁58的位置对应,过滤器设于内腔壁的位置。在一个实施例中,所述风扇的直径与尘杯直径或长度或宽度的比值范围可以控制在0.7∶1~0.9∶1。如图14所示,过滤器上设有旋转手柄351,通过旋转手柄351实现拆卸过滤器,在本发明的实施例中,第一过滤器34及第二过滤器35先安装固定在一起,所以操作旋转手柄351可以同时拆卸第一过滤器34及第二过滤器35。
如图15所示的风扇21和吸入口31之间的位置关系示意图,在本发明实施例中,涡流结构为过滤器与吸入口31之间的位置关系形成的风道,吸入口31的轴线与过滤器的周壁相切,当含尘气流从吸入口31进入尘杯3后,气流不会直接朝向过滤器,而是从切向直接绕过滤器周壁旋转,然后经过第一过滤器34过滤后,经过通孔继续朝向内部的第二过滤器35过滤,最后再向电机单元2的方向流动,由于含尘气流是侧向进风,且在位置关系上,吸入口31的轴线与涡流结构相切,使得气流能够绕过滤器旋转过滤后,最后进入电机单元2,进入电机单元2的气流顺着切线方向运动,通过合理的结构设置,直接形成涡流的风道,避免气流被分散,提升了吸尘效率及整机的性能。
如图1及图4所示,尘杯3可以位于壳体1的下端,即安装在壳体1的下端面16处,电机单元2则位于尘杯3的上方,电机单元2和尘杯3沿电机单元的轴线方向排布,如此可以使得两者更为紧凑。在一个实施例中,尘杯3与壳体1分体设置且尘杯3安装在壳体1上,其用于收集吸入的颗粒,壳体1与尘杯3相互连接。通过将尘杯3与壳体1分体设置,便于从下方安装电机单元2,并且从外观造型角度看,整体比例比较合适,并且,分体设置便于壳体1和尘杯3采用不同的材质,壳体1一般采用非透明材料,而尘杯3为了便于观察颗粒的量通常需要采用透明或半透明材料。
在一个进一步的实施例中,壳体1与尘杯3相互连接后不可拆,通过将尘杯3与壳体1设置为不可拆,相较于现有技术中需要拆卸尘杯3才能倒灰的设计,减少了倒灰的步骤,而且保证了外形轮廓的完整美观,不可拆还能保证壳体1与尘杯3之间的密封效果。
如图1及图4所示,尘杯3的水平横截面可以大致呈与壳体1的下端面16相同的形状,即,壳体1的水平横截面的形状与尘杯3的水平横截面的形状相同。这样,壳体1的整个下端面16设置有一个尘杯3,使得尘杯3的体积最大化,整个吸尘器的体积便能够得到优化,进而小型化。为了方便观察尘杯3内颗粒的量,尘杯3可以采用透明或者半透明材质。在一个实施例中,为了方便尘杯3的倒灰及清洁,尘杯3可以通过可拆卸的方式安装在壳体1上。
如图11和图12所示,尘杯3可以包括位于下端面16下方的倒灰盖32及锁定倒灰盖32的卡扣33,倒灰盖32与下端面16相对设置,倒灰盖32位于尘杯3远离下端面16的下方,即倒灰盖32及卡扣33位于下端面16下方。吸尘器可以包括控制倒灰盖32打开的倒灰按钮19,所述倒灰按钮19设于上端面15上,倒灰按钮19能够实现一键倒灰,即按压一次倒灰按钮19即可实现倒灰盖32打开。具体而言,吸尘器可以包括位于倒灰按钮19与倒灰盖32之间的中间杆20,中间杆20的一端与倒灰按钮19固定连接,中间杆20的另一端与卡扣33位置对应,在倒灰按钮19的作用下,中间杆20能与卡扣33抵接控制倒灰盖32打开。通过将倒灰按钮19设置于上方,保证吸尘器整机外观美观度,如果将倒灰按钮19设置于尘杯3靠近卡扣33的位置,那么倒灰按钮19势必会向外突出于壳体1,影响整机的美观程度,另外,将倒灰按钮19设置于上方,操 作位置更加明显,而且更加便于用户倒灰操作。
如图1及图4所示,电池4设置在壳体1的一侧,电池4呈外露状态,即电池4外露于壳体1,所述上端面15对应电池4安装位置完整无缺口,如此保证了吸尘器整机外形的完整性,提升美观度。电池4与壳体1可拆卸,壳体1上设有电池配接部,电池4安装时与电池配接部滑移配合,电池4的滑移方向与电机单元2的轴线相平行。进一步的,电池4的滑移方向朝向上端面15,进一步的,电池4自下端面16朝向上端面15的方向滑移。如此设置,方便电池4充电,且便于将电池4应用于其他匹配的电动工具上或者吸尘器使用其他可匹配的电动工具的电池4,即,可以多台机器共用一个电池4,节约了成本。将电池4设置为从下端面16朝向上端面15的方向滑移,更加便于将吸尘器的上端面15设置为完整的平面,如果从上端面15朝向下端面16方向滑移插接电池4,势必会使得整机的上表面存在缺口,破坏机器的完整性,而本发明的设计可以解决该问题,保证整机外观的完整性与美观度。
在上述实施例中,电池4竖直的外露于壳体1,在其他实施例中,电池4可以横置于吸尘器的不同位置,也可以竖直的外露于壳体1的其他位置。
如图1、图6及图12所示,所述吸尘器具有凹陷部111,所述电池4收容于凹陷部111中,电池4的轴线X3与电机单元2的轴线X1相平行。所述凹陷部111包括第一凹陷部及第二凹陷部,所述第一凹陷部由壳体1自第一侧壁11向内凹设形成,所述第二凹陷部由尘杯3的外壁向内凹设形成。所述电机单元2与尘杯3共同形成用于收容电池4的收容腔,该收容腔即为凹陷部111。所述壳体1可以大体呈长方体状。凹陷部111未贯穿壳体1的上端面15,凹陷部111具有顶部112,该顶部112的上表面为壳体1的上端面15,从整体观察,壳体1的上端面15为完整的表面,无任何缺口。在一种优选的实施方式中,凹陷部111在第一侧壁11方向上的横截面可以与第一侧壁11的形状相近似,可以呈长方形或正方形,电池4的整体形状则与凹陷部111相近似,如此,电池4可以在最大化的前提下安装至凹陷部111中,整个壳体1的第一侧壁11处空间不会被浪费。整个凹陷部111的深度较小,凹陷部111在第一侧壁11方向上的横截面较大,如此使得壳体1在垂直于第一侧壁11方向的长度相对较小,便于吸尘器的小型化。
图4、如图13及图14所示,在一个实施例中,壳体1为方形或类方形结构,所述壳体的相邻两个侧壁转角处设有圆角,而尘杯3安装于壳体1的下方,且形状与壳体1匹配,尘杯3内具有用于集尘及分离灰尘颗粒的集尘分离腔,该集尘分离腔为圆形或者类圆形(非方形),该种形状设计,在不需要增大结构尺寸的情况下,壳体1可以有电池4的安装空间,同时壳体1与尘杯3上也可以有收纳附件200的收纳槽18(在后叙述)。
如图1及图5所示,吸尘器可以包括吸管单元5,吸管单元5又包括软管51和硬管52,吸尘器设有能收纳吸管单元5的管槽单元22。当需要使用吸尘器时,可以将吸管单元5从壳体1上取下,当使用完毕或将吸尘器存储搬运时,可以将吸管单元5安装到壳体1的管槽单元22处,使得吸尘器进入存储状态,此时,吸管单元5至少部分绕设过所述上端面15,即吸管单元5自尘杯3一侧的吸入口31延伸越过手柄17,并沿手柄17长度方向延伸至位于所述尘杯3的另一侧,吸管单元5的末端部至少部分收容于管槽单元22内。通过上述方式可以将整个吸尘器的零部件安装放置在一起,将其小型化,同时可以防止零部件的遗漏以及便于吸尘器的存储和搬运。
在一种可行的实施方式中,如图1及图5所示,管槽单元22可以包括:形成在第三侧壁13上第一管槽131、形成在第四侧壁14上的第二管槽141。吸管单元5的一端能卡设在第一管槽131中,吸管单元5的另一端能卡设在第二管槽141中,吸管单元5中部绕设过上端面15。第一管槽131大致沿竖直方向延伸,其大体位于第三侧壁13的中部,该处不存在安装电池4的凹陷部,在壳体1上具有足够的空间开设该第一管槽131;同理,第二管槽141大致沿竖直方向延伸,其大体位于第四侧壁14的中部。当需要将吸管单元5进行收纳时,将吸管单元5的一端卡设在第一管槽131中,吸管单元5的另一端能卡设在第二管槽141中,吸管单元5的两端便得到了卡位固定;吸管单元5中部则绕设过上端面15,如此整个吸管单元5便能够收纳在壳体1上。
由于吸管单元5一般均包括软管51和用户用于握持的硬管52,硬管52无法进行弯折,因此,硬管52卡设在沿直线延伸的第一管槽131中。软管51能够进行随意的弯折,所以软管51则绕设过上端面15以及不同面之间的转角处。当然的,吸管单元5的软管51和硬管52可以连接在一起。在一个实施例中, 软管51的一端至少部分能收缩在所述硬管52中,如此设置可以保证使用状态时软管51所需的长度,并且还能在不使用时收纳部分软管51,保证吸管单元5的收纳效果,进一步确保了整机外观布局的小型化。
在一种可行的实施方式中,如图1及图5所示,壳体1的上端面15上可以形成手柄17,手柄17大体可以呈倒U型或者圆弧形,手柄17与壳体1的主体之间具有间隙,用户在握持时,手指插入该间隙中以便握住手柄17。手柄17背离壳体1的一侧上形成有第三管槽171。第三管槽171的一端可以与第一管槽131相连,第三管槽171的另一端与第二管槽141相连,吸管单元5中部能卡设在第三管槽171中。为了能够更好的对吸管单元5的中部(即绕过壳体1上端面15的部分)更好的进行定位,并便于用户拿起吸尘器。在上述方式中,第三管槽171的部分具有弯度,吸管单元5中部的软管51部分能卡设在第三管槽171中进行定位,同时也不影响用户拿起吸尘器。
如图5所示,在一种可行的实施方式中,吸尘器包括出风口113,从吸管单元5吸入的含尘(或颗粒)气流从吸入口31进入尘杯3后,朝向电机单元2的方向流动,然后从出风口113排出吸尘器。出风口113位于电机单元2的旁侧,具体的,出风口113设于第三侧壁13上,更具体的,出风口113设置于第一管槽131的位置,所述吸入口31靠近第四侧壁14。为了合理利用空间,保证吸尘器整体外观的美观度,当吸管单元5进行收纳时,吸管单元5的其中一端卡设在第一管槽131中,吸管单元5覆盖了出风口113,即在存储状态时,所述吸管单元5自尘杯3一侧的吸入口31延伸越过手柄17,并沿手柄17长度方向延伸至位于尘杯3的另一侧,并覆盖出风口113,保证了美观度,当使用吸管单元5时,吸管单元5从第一管槽131内取出,此时,出风口113外露不会影响吸尘器的出风,如此,在保证吸尘器基本性能的同时,通过合理利用空间,使得整机外观更加美观,吸尘器各个主要部件或者结构的设计更加合理。
在一种可行的实施方式中,如图1及图5所示,软管51的一端至少部分能收缩在硬管52中,如此,硬管52内的空间也能够存储部分软管51,在壳体1同等大小的前提下可以使得软管51的长度进一步增长。当吸管单元5被使用时,将软管51从硬管52中抽出,将软管51的长度达到最大化。软管51的端部与硬管52的端部相互固定,所以当向外抽出软管51时,可以确保软管51不会与 硬管52脱离。软管51具有较好的伸缩性,可以具有较长的延伸长度,当不使用时,软管51又能很好的收缩在硬管52中,保证了吸管单元5的收纳效果。
在一种可行的实施方式中,如图9所示,硬管52具有第一管端部522及第一卡扣槽523,软管51具有第二管端部513,所述第二管端部513上设有抵靠部5131及第一卡扣凸部5132,第二管端部513相对于第一管端部522更加靠近灰尘颗粒,当抽拉软管51时,抵靠部5131抵靠在第一管端部522上使得软管51不会与硬管52脱离。在一个实施例中,第二管端部513与第一管端部522为相互固定连接,当硬管52与软管51配合安装后,第一卡扣凸部5132位于第一卡扣槽523内实现硬管52与软管51的相互固定。
在一种可行的实施方式中,如图5、图8及图10所示,吸尘器可以包括:安装在尘杯3的吸入口31的固定管6,固定管6与尘杯3的吸入口31连通。软管51的另一端与固定管6能可拆卸连接并且两者之间可以旋转;软管51的另一端的端部连接有硬质的连接件511,连接件511的外侧壁设置有具有缺口的固定圈512,连接件511能相对固定圈512旋转,该固定圈512的外侧壁上具有卡扣部5121,固定管6的内侧壁具有与卡扣部5121相匹配的卡槽62。当软管51的固定圈512插入至固定管6中后,卡扣部5121嵌入卡槽62中,如此实现软管51与固定管6可拆卸连接。为了保证软管51的固定圈512与固定管6之间的气密性,在固定圈512与固定管6之间可以设置密封圈61。固定圈512上具有一缺口5122,从而使得固定圈512套设在连接件511上比较宽松,如此便于连接件511相对固定圈512和/或固定管6产生一定的转动,进而防止用户在使用时软管51会出现打结、缠绕在一起等问题。
在一种可行的实施方式中,当硬管52收纳在壳体1的第一管槽131中时,为了防止硬管52随意脱离第一管槽131,图7为图6中A处放大后的结构示意图,如图7所示,第三侧壁13的第一管槽131处可以设置有磁体132,吸管单元5的一端上设置有被吸引件53,例如,硬管52上可以设置有被吸引件53,当吸管单元5的一端如硬管52收纳在第一管槽131时,磁体132吸住被吸引件53。被吸引件53可以采用具有吸引铁磁性物质如铁、镍、钴等金属制成,也可以是另一个磁体。硬管52的内部可以设置一具有螺纹的连接管,其用于连接其它吸头,被吸引件53可以夹设在连接管的外壁与硬管52的内壁之间。通过上 述方式,当用户需要将硬管52从壳体1的第一管槽131中取出时,只需稍微用力便可取出。
如图1、图3、图6及图12所示,当电机单元2的轴线X1沿竖直方向延伸时,壳体1上或壳体1内形成有附件收纳槽18,在壳体1上电机单元2与壳体1的至少一个侧壁之间形成有沿电机单元2的轴线延伸的附件收纳槽18。作为优选地,电机单元2与第二侧壁12之间两侧中的至少一侧形成有沿电机单元2的轴线延伸的附件收纳槽18。由于电机单元2的水平横截面大体呈圆形,因此,壳体1的相邻两个侧壁转角处设有所述附件收纳槽18,具体的,第二侧壁12与第三侧壁13的转角处存在一定的空间,第二侧壁12与第四侧壁14的转角处也存在一定的空间,所以可以利用该部分空间在壳体1上形成附件收纳槽18,上端面15上设有所述附件收纳槽18,该附件收纳槽18自上端面15朝向下端面16的方向延伸,当电机单元2的轴线X1沿竖直方向延伸时,附件收纳槽18的延伸方向为与电机单元2的轴线X1相互平行。附件收纳槽18沿垂直于上端面15的方向延伸。在一个实施例中,附件收纳槽18的延伸方向平行于尘杯3的轴线X2,进一步的,附件收纳槽18的延伸方向平行于过滤器的轴线X4,所述过滤器为第一过滤器34或第二过滤器35。通过上述方式对整机部件的布局进行优化,达到壳体1内空间利用的最大化,从而使得吸尘器小型化。电池4设置在壳体1的一侧,附件收纳槽18设置在壳体1与电池4相对的另一侧。手柄17设有握持区1711及连接区1712,电池4与附件收纳槽18分别设于握持区1711的两侧。所述开关56设于连接区1712且位于上端面15的上方,所述手柄17位于上端面15上,所述连接区1712与上端面15连接,所述开关56设于手柄17与上端面15连接的位置。通过该种布局方式可以充分利用壳体1与电机单元2两者之间的空间分别进行电池4与附件收纳槽18的设置,使得吸尘器结构更加紧凑,达到小型化的效果。
如图1和图3所示,附件收纳槽18的开口形成于上端面15上,附件收纳槽18自上端面15朝向壳体1内延伸,所述附件收纳槽18的延伸方向平行于电机单元2的轴线X1。在其他实施例中,附件收纳槽18还可以采用外挂式,挂在壳体1上。
如图13所示,如上所述,在一个实施例中,尘杯3安装于壳体1的下方, 具体的,尘杯3设置在下端面16处,附件收纳槽18延伸入尘杯3内。尘杯3的形状与壳体1匹配。尘杯3具有位于外侧的尘杯外壁36以及位于中部的集尘分离腔37,所述尘杯外壁36与集尘分离腔37的内壁之间设有间隔空间38,所述附件收纳槽18延伸入该间隔空间38内。在一个实施例中,壳体1为方形,集尘分离腔37为圆形或者类圆形。壳体1与尘杯3以横截面形状对应安装,壳体外壁与尘杯外壁36在同一直线共面。如此设置,通过壳体1与尘杯3结构的匹配对应,确保整机外观的协调美观,另,通过将集尘分离腔37的形状设置为与壳体1有差异,便于通过形状的差异形成间隔空间38用于形成部分附件收纳槽18,再则,方形的壳体与圆形或类圆形的集尘分离腔37从模具形成上更加便利,圆形或类圆形的集尘分离腔37更加有利于气流的旋转,通过方与圆的形状差自然形成间隔空间38,结构简单,实现方便,不但使得整机形状美观,保证旋风分离效果,还能间接收纳附件。
如图13所示,在一个实施例中,尘杯3的集尘分离腔37为圆形或者类圆形(非方形),若集尘分离腔为方形容易阻碍气流的运动,而圆形和类圆形具有弧形壁,便于气流的流动,避免给气流造成过多的阻碍,保证了吸尘器的性能。由于尘杯3的外形与壳体1匹配,在本实施例中为方形,而集尘分离腔为圆形或者类圆形,所以尘杯3上在集尘分离腔的外部也存在一定的空间,所以上述的附件收纳槽18可以一直延伸至尘杯3内,如此设置,在达到整机小型化的同时,可以收纳足够长的附件,保证附件的正常使用。
上述实施例中,是利用电机单元2与壳体1之间形状差异形成的空间进行附件收纳槽18的设置,从而实现附件的收纳,保证了整机的美观性及便携性。在一个实施例中,还可以在壳体1上外凸出专门的附件收纳槽,该附件收纳槽虽然外凸出壳体1,但是在整体设计时可以与壳体1一体成型,确保可以收纳更大或更多的附件,提升吸尘器的应用广度及多元化的使用需求。在一个实施例中,还可以在壳体1的外侧设置附件挂架,将附件固定于挂架上,该种方式,可以放置更多的附件,并且对附件的形成尺寸没有过多的要求,大大提升了吸尘器的应用广度。
如图1、图2、图6及图12所示,本申请中的吸尘器特别适用于车载吸尘器,其中,该吸尘器的尺寸小型化能够达到如下参数:长度L的范围达到 150mm~200mm,长度L为前后方向上壳体1的两个侧壁之间的直线距离;宽度W的范围达到是160mm~200mm,吸尘器的吸入功率范围可以达到15W~50W,具体的,吸尘器的吸入功率可以是36W。宽度W为左右方向上壳体1的两个侧壁之间的直线距离;高度H1的范围达到220mm~250mm,该高度H1为包括手柄17的高度,高度H1是上下方向上手柄17的握持区的上表面与位于下方的支撑吸尘器的支撑面之间的直线距离。吸入功率越大吸尘器整机体积越大,本发明通过设置合理的吸入功率,并且通过整机各个零部件之间的合理布局来支持该吸入功率的设置,在不牺牲功能的情况下,实现了吸尘器整机体积的小型化,使得吸尘器整机处于比较合理的尺寸。
如图6所示,手柄17相对于壳体1的上端面15的高度H2的范围达到20mm~40mm,该高度H2是上下方向上手柄17的握持区的下表面与壳体1的上端面15之间的直线距离。
所述吸尘器的流量范围是10L/S~25L/S,具体的,所述吸尘器的流量可以是12L/S。本发明在合理吸入功率的前提下,流量符合吸尘器的使用需求,在小型化的前提下,没有因为体积小型化而流量低,相反,在小型化的前提下,并且在吸入功率及整机合理布局的合理设置下,使得流量可以保证在一个合理的范围。
所述尘杯的有效容积范围是0.1L~0.5L,具体的,所述尘杯的有效容积可以是0.2L。本发明在这么小的整机体积下,没有牺牲尘杯的有效容积,尘杯的有效容积没有过小,也没有过大,在吸尘器整机体积小型化的前提下保证了吸尘器的功能。
所述吸管单元包括硬管及至少部分能收缩在硬管内的软管,所述软管的长度范围是240mm~400mm,所述软管的工作半径范围是0.9m~1.6m,具体的,所述软管的长度可以是300mm,所述软管的工作半径可以是1.2m。本发明通过将软管部分收缩着硬管内,在保证软管工作半径的前提下,使得吸管单元结构更加紧凑,契合吸尘器整机体积小型化的需求,使得吸管单元收纳更加方便。
壳体1与尘杯3的高度比例范围达到1.5∶1~2.5∶1,其中,壳体1的高度是壳体1的上端面15与下端面16之间的直线距离,尘杯3的高度为上下方向上尘杯的上表面与下表面之间的直线距离;吸管单元5相对于壳体1侧壁外露的宽度范围达到12mm~35mm,该宽度为吸管单元5位于最远离该侧壁的切线与 侧壁之间的直线距离;吸尘器中的HEPA过滤器的直径与尘杯直径或尘杯的长度或尘杯的宽度的比值范围达到0.5∶1~0.7∶1;吸管单元5的直径与尘杯3直径或尘杯3的长度或尘杯3的宽度的比值范围达到0.3∶1~0.4∶1;电机单元2中的电机的直径与尘杯3直径或尘杯3的长度或尘杯3的宽度的比值范围达到0.3∶1~0.4∶1;电机单元2中风扇的直径与尘杯3直径或尘杯3的长度或尘杯3的宽度的比值范围达到0.7∶1~0.9∶1;尘杯3的体积与吸尘器的机身的体积的比值范围达到1∶8~1∶20,此处吸尘器的机身的体积不包括手柄17以及吸管单元5。整个吸尘器在达到上述小型化参数目标的前提下,并且电机的输入功率控制在130W至220W之间、电机转速范围控制在30000RPM~40000RPM时,其依然能够使得吸尘器产生较强的吸力,其中,电机的输入功率可以是140W或150W。该吸力的真空度可以达到8kPa-20kPa之间或更高,具体的,对于有刷电机,吸力的真空度可以是10kPa,对于无刷电机,吸力的真空度可以是15kPa或16kPa。吸尘器的吸入功率范围可以达到上述的15W~50W,电机单元2的电机转速与真空度的比值范围可以达到:1500∶1rpm/kpa~5000∶1rpm/kpa;电机单元2的电机功率与真空度的比值范围可以达到:3∶1W/KPa~16∶1W/KPa,吸尘器的真空度与吸尘器的吸入功率的比值范围可以达到:1/2W/KPa~1/6W/KPa。综上,本申请对吸尘器整机部件的布局进行优化,在小型化的前提下依然保证了吸尘器的性能。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种吸尘器,其特征在于,所述吸尘器包括:
    壳体,所述壳体具有上端面;设置在壳体内用于产生吸力的电机单元;设置在壳体上的用于收集吸入颗粒的尘杯,所述尘杯具有吸入口;为所述吸尘器供电的电池;位于所述壳体上的手柄;
    具有存储状态的吸管单元,在存储状态时,所述吸管单元自尘杯一侧的吸入口延伸越过手柄,并沿手柄长度方向延伸至位于尘杯的另一侧;
    所述电机单元和所述尘杯沿电机单元的轴线方向排布;所述电池设置在所述壳体的侧方。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的吸尘器,其特征在于,所述上端面上设有附件收纳槽,所述电机单元与壳体的至少一个侧壁之间设有沿电机单元的轴线方向延伸的所述附件收纳槽。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的吸尘器,其特征在于,所述壳体的相邻两个侧壁转角处设有所述附件收纳槽。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的吸尘器,其特征在于,所述壳体包括与上端面相对的下端面,所述尘杯设置在下端面处,所述尘杯具有尘杯外壁以及集尘分离腔,所述尘杯外壁与集尘分离腔的内壁之间设有间隔空间,所述附件收纳槽延伸入该间隔空间内。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的吸尘器,其特征在于,所述电池外露于壳体,所述吸尘器的一侧具有凹陷部,所述电池收容于所述凹陷部中。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的吸尘器,其特征在于,所述凹陷部设有顶部,所述顶部位于上端面之下。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的吸尘器,其特征在于,所述凹陷部包括第一凹陷部及第二凹陷部,所述第一凹陷部由壳体凹陷形成,所述第二凹陷部由尘杯凹陷形成。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的吸尘器,其特征在于,所述尘杯包括倒灰盖及锁定倒灰盖的卡扣,所述吸尘器还包括控制倒灰盖打开的倒灰按钮以及位于倒灰按钮与倒灰盖之间的中间杆,所述倒灰按钮位于上端面上,所述倒灰盖位于尘杯下底面,所述中间杆一端与倒灰按钮固定连接,所述中间杆另一端与卡扣位置对 应,在所述倒灰按钮的作用下,所述中间杆能与卡扣抵接控制倒灰盖打开。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的吸尘器,其特征在于,所述吸管单元包括软管和用于握持的硬管,所述软管的一端至少部分能收缩在所述硬管中。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的吸尘器,其特征在于,所述壳体具有第一管槽及位于第一管槽位置的出风口,所述第一管槽处设置有磁体,所述吸管单元的一端上设有被吸引件,当所述吸管单元的一端收纳在所述第一管槽时,所述吸管单元的一端覆盖出风口,并且所述磁体吸住所述被吸引件。
  11. 一种吸尘器,其特征在于,所述吸尘器包括:
    壳体,所述壳体包括相对的上端面和下端面;设置在壳体内用于产生吸力的电机单元;设置在壳体上的用于收集吸入颗粒的尘杯;为所述吸尘器供电的电池;位于上端面上方的手柄;
    具有存储状态的吸管单元,在存储状态时,所述吸管单元至少部分绕设过所述上端面;
    所述电机单元和所述尘杯位于同一直线方向上;所述电池设置在所述壳体的侧方;
    所述吸尘器的长度范围是150mm~200mm,宽度范围是160mm~200mm,高度范围是220mm~250mm,所述吸尘器的吸入功率范围是15W~50W。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的吸尘器,其特征在于,所述手柄相对于上端面的高度范围是20mm~40mm。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的吸尘器,其特征在于,所述壳体与尘杯的高度比例范围是1.5∶1~2.5∶1。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的吸尘器,其特征在于,所述吸管单元相对于壳体侧壁外露的宽度范围是12mm~35mm。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的吸尘器,其特征在于,所述吸管单元的直径与尘杯的直径或尘杯的长度或尘杯的宽度的比值范围是0.3∶1~0.4∶1。
  16. 根据权利要求11所述的吸尘器,其特征在于,所述电机单元的电机功率范围是130W~220W。
  17. 根据权利要求11所述的吸尘器,其特征在于,所述吸尘器的真空度范围是8Kpa~20Kpa。
  18. 根据权利要求11所述的吸尘器,其特征在于,所述吸尘器的流量范围是10L/S~25L/S。
  19. 根据权利要求11所述的吸尘器,其特征在于,所述尘杯的有效容积范围是0.1L~0.5L。
  20. 根据权利要求11所述的吸尘器,其特征在于,所述吸管单元包括硬管及至少部分能收缩在硬管内的软管,所述软管的长度范围是240mm~400mm,所述软管的工作半径范围是0.9m~1.6m。
