Description

流量压力传感器 技术领域
本发明涉及软水机,尤其是一种用于软水机控制阀的流量压力传感器。
背景技术
软水机可以去除水内的钙镁离子,将水质进行软化,从而降低水的硬度。软水机的核心部件为控制阀,而流量传感器在控制阀中起到测量出水流量的作用,是控制阀关键部件之一。流量传感器的性能直接影响软水机的功能。流量计通常采用涡轮方式,在水流通过时推动叶轮旋转,带动安装在叶轮上的磁钢一同转动,在磁钢与流量检测霍尔元件间产生磁场脉冲,进而实现水流量信号输出,但仅能测量流量不能反映水路内的压力值。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明目的是提供一种用于软水机控制阀的流量压力传感器,该流量压力传感器基于现有控制阀流量传感器结构设计,在测量水流的瞬时流量时同步测量水流的瞬时压力。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下的技术方案:一种流量压力传感器,包括流量计支架,流量计支架安装于软水机控制阀的阀体上,流量计支架设有叶轮轴、流量计支架内腔,叶轮轴伸入软水机控制阀的出水口内并安装叶轮组件,流量计支架内腔设有流量检测霍尔元件、PCB组件,流量检测霍尔元件靠近叶轮组件并连接PCB组件,流量计支架内腔的开口端设有流量计支架盖;
所述流量计支架内腔设有压力检测元件安装槽,流量计支架设有水流通道孔,压力检测元件安装槽通过水流通道孔连通软水机控制阀的出水口,压力检测元件安装槽设有压力检测元件,压力检测元件连接PCB组件。
进一步的,所述压力检测元件设有压力检测元件口,压力检测元件口正对水流通道孔,压力检测元件口内设有压力敏感元件。
进一步的,所述PCB组件中部设有压力检测元件插接口,压力检测元件输出端子插入压力检测元件插接口并焊接固定。
进一步的,所述流量计支架盖内侧与压力检测元件安装槽相对应的位置设有压紧圆柱,通过压紧圆柱使压力检测元件和压力检测元件安装槽压紧贴合。
进一步的,所述压力检测元件安装槽与压力检测元件相贴合的位置设有环槽,环槽设有内密封圈。
进一步的,所述流量计支架内腔还设有导槽,PCB组件前部插入导槽内,PCB组件 前端设有流量检测霍尔元件插接口,流量检测霍尔元件输出端子插入流量检测霍尔元件插接口内并焊接固定。
进一步的,所述流量计支架盖内侧与导槽相对应的位置还设有PCB卡槽,PCB组件尾端部插入PCB卡槽内。
进一步的,所述流量计支架盖端部设有卡勾,流量计支架内腔的开口端设有与卡勾相匹配的卡槽。
进一步的,所述流量计支架外侧设有外密封圈。
有益效果:采用本发明流量压力传感器,可以在测量水流的瞬时流量时同步测量水流的瞬时压力。

如图1至3所示,本发明的一种流量压力传感器,包括流量计支架2,流量计支架2安装于软水机控制阀的阀体14上,流量计支架2设有叶轮轴9、流量计支架内腔2-4,叶轮轴9伸入软水机控制阀的出水口15内并安装叶轮组件,叶轮组件包括叶轮6、宝石轴承7、流量计轴套8、轴套10、磁钢11。流量计支架内腔2-4设有流量检测霍尔元件12、PCB组件13,流量检测霍尔元件12靠近叶轮组件并连接PCB组件13,流量计支架内腔2-4的开口端设有流量计支架盖1。
所述流量计支架内腔2-4设有压力检测元件安装槽2-5,流量计支架2设有水流通道孔2-1,压力检测元件安装槽2-5通过水流通道孔2-1连通软水机控制阀的出水口15,压力检测元件安装槽2-5设有压力检测元件3,压力检测元件3连接PCB组件13。
本实施例中,所述压力检测元件3设有压力检测元件口3-1,压力检测元件口3-1正对水流通道孔2-1,压力检测元件口3-1内设有压力敏感元件。
所述PCB组件13中部设有压力检测元件插接口,压力检测元件3输出端子插入压 力检测元件插接口并焊接固定。
所述流量计支架盖1内侧与压力检测元件安装槽2-5相对应的位置设有压紧圆柱1-1,通过压紧圆柱1-1使压力检测元件3和压力检测元件安装槽2-5压紧贴合。
所述压力检测元件安装槽2-5与压力检测元件3相贴合的位置设有环槽2-2,环槽2-2设有内密封圈4。防止压力检测元件3与压力检测元件安装槽2-5之间出现液体渗漏。
所述流量计支架内腔2-4还设有导槽2-3,PCB组件13前部插入导槽2-3内,安装时,通过导槽2-3对PCB组件13进行定位。PCB组件13前端设有流量检测霍尔元件插接口,流量检测霍尔元件12输出端子插入流量检测霍尔元件插接口内并焊接固定。
所述流量计支架盖1内侧与导槽2-3相对应的位置还设有PCB卡槽1-2,PCB组件13尾端部插入PCB卡槽1-2内。安装时,通过PCB卡槽1-2压紧固定PCB组件13。
所述流量计支架盖1端部设有卡勾1-3,流量计支架内腔2-4的开口端设有与卡勾1-3相匹配的卡槽。安装时,流量计支架盖1端部卡勾1-3卡入流量计支架内腔2-4开口端的卡槽内。
所述流量计支架2外侧设有外密封圈5。防止流量计支架2与阀体14出现液体渗漏。
该流量压力传感器在安装时,先装配叶轮组件,再装配PCB线路板,最后安装PCB线路板。
叶轮组件装配顺序如下:
A:先将两个磁钢压装在叶轮6内;
B:将宝石轴承7安装在流量计轴套8内,在将流量计轴套8压装到叶轮6的内台阶处;
C:将轴套10压装到叶轮6外端台阶处,形成一个叶轮组件。将叶轮组件压装到叶轮轴9上;
PCB线路板装配顺序如下:
A:将压力检测元件3插接到PCB线路板13上后进行定位焊接;
B:将流量检测霍尔元件12插接到PCB板上后进行定位焊接;
PCB线路板安装步骤如下:
A:安装内密封圈4到压力检测元件安装槽2-5的环槽2-2处;
B:将PCB组件13插入到流量计支架2的导槽2-3内;
C:最后将流量计支架盖1进行扣合,使流量计支架盖1的压紧圆柱1-1压紧压力检测元件3,使流量计支架盖1内的PCB卡槽1-2与PCB线路板13对齐,将流量计支架盖1的卡勾1-3卡在流量计支架内腔2-4开口端的卡槽内。
软水控制阀出水口有水流运动时,水流作用在叶轮6的叶片上推动叶轮6进行旋转同时磁钢11是内嵌在叶轮6内的同步绕叶轮轴9进行旋转,磁钢11与流量检测霍尔元件12产生霍尔效应,流量检测霍尔元件12产生信号通过PCB线路板13传递给主控板进行计量水流的瞬时流量。
软水控制阀出水口有水流时,水流经水流通道孔2-1进入到压力检测元件口3-1处,压力检测元件3将水流产生的力转换为压力信号通过PCB线路板13输送给主控板进行计量水流的瞬时压力。
