进一步的,双面胶6包括与固定部42形状相同的主胶体61及自主胶体61向凹槽平台52延伸且与凹槽平台52匹配的第三延伸部62,主胶体61及第三延伸部62与柔性电路板4完好贴合。在本实用新型实施例中,下盖板2具有与上盖板1的第一凸台511和第二凸台512组成开口的凹槽平台52,双面胶6的一面与柔性电路板4的固定部42和部分的连接部43粘贴,双面胶6的另一面与凹槽平台52中的表面粘贴,无需在靠近开口5前的腔内特意设置具有坡度阶梯特征的爬坡区,便使得柔性电路板4的固定部42和连接部43在垂直方向上与下盖板2中的凹槽平台52固定,以防止柔性电路板4的固定部42和连接部43在垂直方向上晃动,与开口5拍打而产生音差,该种固定方式在对柔性电路板4垂直方向上固定的同时可有效减少后腔的空间,更进一步的,双面胶6可有效弥补开口5,杜绝超声间隙对声学带来负面的效果,提高了声学的性能。
进一步的,补强板7为玻璃纤维补强板。补强板7主要应在建筑、机械设备、电子产品或工艺加工中,在本实用新型实施例中,补强板7采用的是玻璃纤维补强板(GLASS EPOXY),该玻璃纤维补强板又称为FR4,该材料为玻璃纤维环氧树脂复合,具有吸水率低、耐久性佳及弯强度好的特点,主要是应用于扬声器装置中辅助柔性电路板4,解决柔性电路板4的柔韧度性,提供柔性电路板的固定部42的强度,在水平方向上对柔性电路板4具有固定作用,以限制柔性电路板4的连接部43延伸在扬声器装置外部的长度,恰好与外部的电子产品端口连接;此外,还方便产品的整体组装,减少对后腔空间的占用,有效的改善了扬声器装置的后腔空间。
本实用新型的有益效果在于:提供一种扬声器装置,通过位于靠近收容腔内部的开口处的柔性电路板设置补强板和双面胶,以对柔性电路板进行水方向和垂直方向上的固定,无需在扬声器装置的后腔空间设置一些平面支撑结构来固定柔性电路板,可有效避免对后腔空间的占用,改善了扬声器装置的后腔空间。
以上的仅是本实用新型的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种扬声器装置,其包括:上盖板、与上盖板围成收容腔的下盖板、收容于所述收容腔内的发声单体及部分收容于所述收容腔内的柔性电路板,所述柔性电路板包含:与所述发声单体连接的主体部、与外部电路电连接的连接部及衔接所述主体部和所述连接部的固定部,其特征在于,所述上盖板与所述下盖板合并形成供部分所述固定部延伸至所述收容腔外的开口,所述固定部位于所述收容腔内靠近所述开口的一侧面设有与所述开口处的下盖板贴合固定的双面胶,所述固定部的另一侧面设置有与所述上盖板侧壁相抵接的补强板。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器装置,其特征在于,所述上盖板包括:上盖面及自所述上盖面向所述下盖板方向延伸的侧壁,所述上盖板与所述下盖板形成所述开口的所述侧壁处具有一固定侧壁,位于所述固定部的所述补强板与所述固定侧壁相抵接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器装置,其特征在于,所述固定部包括与所述主体部及所述连接部衔接的固定连接部,及自所述固定连接部分别向与所述固定侧壁平行方向延伸的第一延伸部和与所述第一延伸部反相延伸的第二延伸部;
    所述固定侧壁的两端分别包括向所述下盖板延伸且与所述第一延伸部抵接的第一凸台及向所述下盖板延伸且与所述第二延伸部朝向所述固定侧壁的面抵接的第二凸台,所述固定部的宽度大于所述第一凸台与所述第二凸台之间的距离。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的扬声器装置,其特征在于,所述补强板朝向所述固定部的表面形状,与所述固定部朝向所述补强板的表面的形状相同。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器装置,其特征在于,所述下盖板包含与所述固定侧壁形成所述开口的凹槽平台,所述双面胶位于所述凹槽平台与所述柔性电路板之间,所述双面胶将所述柔性电路板粘贴固定于所述凹槽平台的表面。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的扬声器装置,其特征在于,所述双面胶包括与所述固定部形状相同的主胶体及自所述主胶体向所述凹槽平台延伸且与所述凹槽平台匹配的第三延伸部,所述主胶体及所述第三延伸部与所述柔性电路板完好贴合。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器装置,其特征在于,所述补强板为玻璃纤维补强板。
