Description

信息获取方法、电器、系统、及存储介质
本申请要求于2019年06月27日提交中国专利局、申请号为201910566512.7、申请名称为“信息获取方法、电器、系统、及存储介质”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明属于家用电器技术领域,具体涉及一种信息获取方法、电器、系统、及存储介质。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的日益提高,洗衣机、冰箱、空调等电器已经逐渐成为人们家中必备的家电之一,极大的方便了人们的日常生活。
由于洗衣机、冰箱、空调等电器在使用过程中需要获取一些信息,例如洗衣机在洗衣服时,需要根据衣物的属性信息确定洗涤参数(例如洗涤模式、洗涤程序)等,如不同的衣物的材质、颜色、种类、款式等需要采用不同的洗涤参数进行洗涤。通常由用户自己决定洗涤参数,导致用户可能无法选择正确的洗涤参数、且选择过程可能较为繁琐,用户体验较差,因此自动识别衣物的洗衣机应运而生,同样市面上也存在一些其他的自动识别物体、获取物体信息的电器。其中一种识别物体、获取物体信息的电器(例如自动识别衣物的洗衣机),是在电器上安装标签阅读器,而预设物体上在出厂时带有RFID(Radio Frequency Identification,射频识别)电子标签,RFID电子标签中存储有物体信息,通过电器的标签阅读器即可读取物体信息,进而可根据读取到的物体信息自动获取电器的控制参数等。
现有技术中需要在电器上加装标签阅读器,读取物体上的RFID电子标签,从而获取物体信息,电器成本较高,不利于大面积推广应用。
发明内容
本发明提供一种信息获取方法、电器、系统、及存储介质,以降低电器自动识别预设物体、获取物体信息的成本,有利于大面积推广应用。
本发明实施例的第一方面是提供一种信息获取方法,所述方法包括:
通过电器上设置的发射源,激发预定范围内预设物体上的电子标签,以使所述电子标签将其存储的预设信息进行广播、并由基站接收并发送给服务端;
接收所述服务端发送的所述预设信息和/或电器参数信息,所述电器参数信息是根据所述预设信息获取的。
本发明实施例的第二方面是提供一种信息获取方法,应用于基站,所述方法包括:
接收预设物体上的电子标签广播的预设信息,其中所述电子标签通过电器上设置的发射源激发,所述预设物体处于所述电器的预设范围内;
将所述预设信息发送给服务端,以使所述服务端向所述电器发送所述预设信息和/或电器参数信息,其中所述电器参数信息是根据所述预设信息获取的。
本发明实施例的第三方面是提供一种信息获取方法,应用于服务端,所述方法包括:
接收基站发送的预设信息,其中所述预设信息为电器上设置的发射源激发预定范围内预设物体上的电子标签后,由所述电子标签将其存储的预设信息进行广播、并由基站接收的;
向所述电器发送所述预设信息和/或电器参数信息,其中所述电器参数信息是根据所述预设信息获取的。
本发明实施例的第四方面是提供一种电器,包括:
发射源,用于激发预定范围内预设物体上的电子标签,以使所述电子标签将其存储的预设信息进行广播、并由基站接收并发送给服务端
通信单元,用于接收所述服务端发送的所述预设信息和/或电器参数信息,所述电器参数信息是根据所述预设信息获取的。
本发明实施例的第五方面是提供一种基站,包括:
接收单元,用于接收预设物体上的电子标签广播的预设信息,其中所述电子标签通过电器上设置的发射源激发,所述预设物体处于所述电器的预设范围内;
发送单元,用于将所述预设信息发送给服务端,以使所述服务端向所述电器发送所述预设信息和/或电器参数信息,其中所述电器参数信息是根据所述预设信息获取的。
本发明实施例的第六方面是提供一种服务端,包括:
接收单元,用于接收基站发送的预设信息,其中所述预设信息为电器上设置的发射源激发预定范围内预设物体上的电子标签后,由所述电子标签将其存储的预设信息进行广播、并由基站接收的;
发送单元,用于向所述电器发送所述预设信息和/或电器参数信息,其中所述电器参数信息是根据所述预设信息获取的。
本发明实施例的第七方面是提供一种信息获取系统,包括:
电器,用于通过电器上设置的发射源,激发预定范围内预设物体上的电子标签,以使所述电子标签将其存储的预设信息进行广播
用于接收所述预设信息,并将所述预设信息发送给服务端;
服务端,用于向所述电器发送所述预设信息和/或电器参数信息,所述电器参数信息是根据所述预设信息获取的。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明提供的信息获取方法可适用于信息获取系统,其中信息获取系统具体可包括电器、基站及服务端,其中,电器用于通过电器上设置的发射源,激发预定范围内预设物体上的电子标签,以使所述电子标签将其存储的预设信息进行广播;基站用于接收所述预设信息,并将所述预设信息发送给服务端;服务端用于向所述电器发送所述预设信息和/或电器参数信息,所述电器参数信息是根据所述预设信息获取的。进一步的,信息获取系统还可包括移动终端,用于从所述服务端获取所述预设信息,并根据所述预设信息获取所述电器参数信息,并将所述电器参数信息发送给所述服务端或所述电器。
如图1所示,所述信息获取方法包括:S101、通过电器上设置的发射源,激发预定范围内预设物体上的电子标签,以使所述电子标签将其存储的预设信息进行广播、并由基站接收并发送给服务端;S102、接收所述服务端发送的所述预设信息和/或电器参数信息,所述电器参数信息是根据所述预设信息获取的。需要说明的是,本发明中的电器不限于洗衣机、冰箱、空调等家用电器。
作为示例,所述电器具体可以为洗衣机,以下以洗衣机进行详细阐释。如图2所 示的信息获取系统,所述信息获取系统具体包括:洗衣机11、基站12以及服务端13,其中洗衣机11上设置有发射源111,通过洗衣机11上设置的发射源111,激发洗衣机11内待洗涤的衣物上的电子标签15,以使所述电子标签15将其存储的衣物信息进行广播;基站12可接收所述衣物信息,并将所述衣物信息发送给服务端13,具体可通过有线通信或无线通信方式进行发送;服务端13可向所述洗衣机11发送所述衣物信息和/或洗涤参数信息,具体可通过无线通信方式进行发送,所述洗涤参数信息是根据所述衣物信息获取的。
进一步的,所述信息获取系统还可包括移动终端14,移动终端14可通过无线通信方式与服务端13连接,当然移动终端14也可通过无线通信方式与洗衣机11连接,移动终端14可从服务端13获取衣物信息,并根据衣物信息获取洗涤参数信息,并将洗涤参数信息发送给服务端13,再由服务端13发送给洗衣机11,或者移动终端14也可直接将洗涤参数信息送给洗衣机11。需要说明的是,基站也可将衣物信息直接发送给移动终端,则此时移动终端可相当于上述的服务端。
下面将结合具体实施例对信息获取方法进行详细阐述。
图3为本发明实施例提供的信息获取方法流程图。本实施例提供了一种信息获取方法,该方法具体步骤如下:
S201、通过洗衣机上设置的发射源,激发洗衣机内待洗涤的衣物上的电子标签,以使所述电子标签将其存储的衣物信息进行广播、并由基站接收并发送给服务端。
在本实施例中,在衣服上设置RFID电子标签,并在电子标签中存储衣物信息,其中衣物信息包括衣物的材质、颜色、种类、款式、重量、厂家、洗涤方式、洗涤注意事项等至少一项属性信息。由于RFID电子标签没有内部供电电源,其内部集成电路通过接收电磁波进行驱动,而通常的标签阅读器具有发射源和接收源,其中发射源即用于发射电磁波,使RFID电子标签中产生感应电流,进而RFID电子标签可根据其存储数据发出信号,由标签阅读器的接收源接收。而本实施例中仅在洗衣机上设置发射源,而由基站作为接收源,可以实现多个洗衣机共用一个基站,从而减少洗衣机上需要加装的设备,降低洗衣机的成本,也即降低洗衣机自动识别衣物、获取衣物信息的成本,有利于大面积推广应用。需要说明的是,本实施例中的基站可以采用5G基站或者其他基站,通过配置接收频段,即可接收由电子标签广播的衣物信息。考虑到电子标签的广播衣物信息的传输距离有限(例如可以达到一千米左右),因此基站距离洗衣机的距离要满足电子标签的传输距离,或者基站具有一定的分布密度。
本实施例中,可对洗衣机设置一识别模式,当用户将衣物放入洗衣机的洗涤桶内后,可以启动该识别模式,此时洗衣机的发射源开始工作,可激发洗衣机内待洗涤的衣物上的电子标签,也即为电子标签进行供电,以使电子标签将其存储的衣物信息进行广播。
更进一步的,在识别模式下,还可控制洗衣机洗涤桶旋转,以使所述发射源充分激发洗衣机内待洗涤的衣物上的电子标签。
本实施例中可控制洗涤桶以较低的转速进行旋转,使洗涤桶内的衣物均能被发射源所激发。此外,本实施例中还可设置识别模式的时间,在发射源启动后时间到该预设时间收,停止识别模式,具体的,预设时间可以为30秒~120秒,优选为60秒。
S202、接收所述服务端发送的所述衣物信息和/或洗涤参数信息,所述洗涤参数信息是根据所述衣物信息获取的。
在本实施例中,当基站接收到电子标签广播的衣物信息后,基站通过有线通信方式或无线通信方式将衣物信息发送给服务端,进而由服务端将衣服信息和/或洗涤参数信息发送给洗衣机。
具体的,可采用以下任意一种方式:
第一种方式:服务端直接将衣物信息发送给洗衣机,在洗衣机接收到衣物信息后,若未接收到洗涤参数信息,则需要由洗衣机根据衣物信息获取洗涤参数信息。
具体的,可在洗衣机本地存储不同衣物信息对应的洗涤参数信息,由洗衣机通过匹配过程可从其本地获取到洗涤参数信息。
第二种方式:服务端根据衣物信息获取洗涤参数信息,并将洗涤参数信息发送给洗衣机,当然也可同时将衣物信息也发送给洗衣机。
具体的,在服务端本地存储不同衣物信息对应的洗涤参数信息,由服务端通过匹配过程可从其本地获取到洗涤参数信息。
第三种方式:服务端将衣物信息发送给移动终端,由移动终端根据衣物信息获取洗涤参数信息,并将洗涤参数信息返回给服务端,由服务端将洗涤参数信息发送给洗衣机,当然也可同时将衣物信息也发送给洗衣机。
具体的,可在移动终端本地存储不同衣物信息对应的洗涤参数信息,由移动终端通过匹配过程可从其本地获取到洗涤参数信息。当然,移动终端也可将衣物信息展示给用户,由用户来设置洗涤参数信息。本实施例中,若移动终端和洗衣机能够直接通信,也可由移动终端直接将洗涤参数信息发送给洗衣机,当然也可同时将衣物信息也发送给洗衣机。
当然,若存在其他的方式能够实现洗衣机获取到洗涤参数信息(该洗涤参数是根据所述衣物信息获取的),也可作为本实施例的其他实现方式。
在上述实施例的基础上,当洗衣机获取到洗涤参数信息后,则可由洗衣机的控制单元根据所述洗涤参数信息,对洗衣机内待洗涤的衣物进行洗涤。
本实施例提供的信息获取方法,通过洗衣机上设置的发射源,激发洗衣机内待洗涤的衣物上的电子标签,以使所述电子标签将其存储的衣物信息进行广播、并由基站接收并发送给服务端;由服务端将所述衣物信息和/或洗涤参数信息发送给洗衣机,所述洗涤参数信息是根据所述衣物信息获取的。本实施例中仅需要在洗衣机上设置发射源,激发洗衣机内待洗涤的衣物上的电子标签即可,由基站作为接收源,而不需要在洗衣机上安装完整的标签阅读器,从而减少洗衣机上需要加装的设备,并且可以由多个洗衣机共用一个基站,降低洗衣机的成本,也即降低洗衣机自动识别衣物、获取衣物信息的成本,有利于大面积推广应用。
在上述任一实施例的基础上,在S201所述通过洗衣机上设置的发射源,激发洗衣机内待洗涤的衣物上的电子标签后,还包括:
通过所述发射源将洗衣机标识信息发送给所述电子标签,以使所述电子标签将其存储的衣物信息和所述洗衣机标识信息关联后进行广播。
在本实施例中,由于可能存在多台洗衣机共用一个基站的情况,因此衣物上的电子标签在广播衣物信息后,需要分辨出该衣物信息对应的衣物是位于哪一台洗衣机里,否则会出现混乱。本实施例中,在发射源激发洗衣机内待洗涤的衣物上的电子标签后,可通过发射源将洗衣机标识信息发送给电子标签,其中洗衣机标识信息可以为洗衣机的ID、发射源的ID等,然后由电子标签将其存储的衣物信息和所述洗衣机标识信息关联后进行广播,也即基站在接收到衣物信息时也能够获取到对应的洗衣机标识信息,进而可以使基站和/或服务端获知接收到的衣物信息位于哪一洗衣机里,或者获知某一洗衣机里面有哪些衣物。
需要说明的是,洗衣机的发射源激发电子标签的范围仅限于该洗衣机内的衣物,对于放置在洗衣机旁边的衣物、或者洗衣房里与本台洗衣机相邻多台洗衣机内的衣物,是需要无法触发的,因此需要严格控制洗衣机的发射源激发范围。
进一步的,S202所述接收所述服务端发送的所述衣物信息和/或洗涤参数信息,包括:
接收所述服务端根据所述洗衣机标识信息发送的所述衣物信息和/或洗涤参数信息。
在本实施例中,服务端在接收到基站发送的衣物信息和洗衣机标识信息后,可按照洗衣机标识信息将衣物信息进行分类,每一类的衣物信息具有同一洗衣机标识信息,也即位于同一洗衣机内,进而将同一洗衣机内的多个衣物信息发送给洗衣机标识信息对应的洗衣机,或者根据同一洗衣机内的多个衣物信息获取洗涤参数信息,再发送给洗衣机标识信息对应的洗衣机。
进一步的,由于洗衣机在激发衣物上的电子标签是在一预设时间内进行的,因此服务端在接收到该洗衣机的第一个衣物信息时起,将其后的一定时间段内接受到的该洗衣机的其他衣物信息作为与第一个衣物信息同一洗涤次数中的其他衣物的衣物信息。考虑到传输时延,该时间段可稍大于洗衣机激发时的预设时间,从而可以尽快的将衣物信息和/或洗涤参数信息发送给洗衣机,尤其是能够尽快的根据该洗涤次数中所有衣物信息获取洗涤参数信息,提高处理效率。
作为另一示例,所述电器具体还可以为冰箱,所述方法具体包括:
通过冰箱上设置的发射源,激发冰箱内食材上的电子标签,以使所述电子标签将其存储的食材信息进行广播、并由基站接收并发送给服务端;
接收所述服务端发送的所述食材信息和/或冰箱储藏参数信息,所述冰箱储藏参数信息是根据所述食材信息获取的。
在本示例中,在食材上设置电子标签,并在电子标签中存储食材信息,例如食材种类、生产日期、保质期、储存方式等,冰箱可通过发射源激发食材上的电子标签,电子标签将其存储的食材信息进行广播,由基站接收并发送给服务端,服务端可将食材信息直接发送给冰箱,进而使冰箱获知其内储藏的食材,可有冰箱根据食材信息获取冰箱储藏参数信息,例如温度控制参数等,当然冰箱也可根据食材信息获取食谱、自动下单采购等;或者由服务端根据食材信息获取冰箱储藏参数信息发送给冰箱,也可由服务端根据食材信息获取食谱、自动下单采购,并将食谱、订单等发送给冰箱; 或者服务端将食材信息发送给移动终端,由移动终端根据食材信息获取冰箱储藏参数信息,直接发送给冰箱或通过服务端发送给冰箱,也可由移动终端根据食材信息获取食谱、自动下单采购,并将食谱、订单等直接发送给冰箱或通过服务端发送给冰箱。具体实施方式可参考上述示例,此处不再赘述。
作为另一示例,所述电器具体还可以为空调,所述方法具体包括:
通过空调上设置的发射源,激发空调预定距离范围内用户穿着的衣物上的电子标签,以使所述电子标签将其存储的衣物信息进行广播、并由基站接收并发送给服务端;
接收所述服务端发送的所述衣物信息和/或空调控制参数信息,所述空调控制参数信息是根据所述衣物信息获取的。
在本示例中,在空调上设置发射源,可激发预定范围内用户穿着的衣物上的电子标签,电子标签中存储的衣物信息可包括衣物材质、类别、厚度等,电子标签在激发后将衣物信息进行广播,由基站接收并发送给服务端,服务端可将衣物信息发送给空调,进而使空调获知附近用户穿着什么衣物,进而根据衣物信息获取空调控制参数信息,例如温度、风速、扫风等;或者由服务端根据衣物信息获取空调控制参数信息发送给空调;或者服务端将衣物信息发送给移动终端,由移动终端根据衣物信息获取空调控制参数信息,直接发送给空调或通过服务端发送给空调。具体实施方式可参考上述示例,此处不再赘述。
图4为本发明实施例提供的电器的示意图。本实施例提供的电器可以执行信息获取方法实施例提供的处理流程,如图4所示,所述电器包括发射源和通信单元,而电器所具有其他部件此处不再赘述。
在一个示例中,所述电器为洗衣机;所述发射源具体用于激发洗衣机内待洗涤的衣物上的电子标签,以使所述电子标签将其存储的衣物信息进行广播、并由基站接收并发送给服务端;

本实施例提供的电器,通过电器上设置的发射源,激发预定范围内预设物体上的电子标签,以使所述电子标签将其存储的预设信息进行广播、并由基站接收并发送给服务端;接收所述服务端发送的所述预设信息和/或电器参数信息,所述电器参数信息是根据所述预设信息获取的。本发明实施例中仅需要在电器上设置发射源,激发预定范围内预设物体上的电子标签即可,由基站作为接收源,而不需要在电器上安装完整的标签阅读器,从而减少电器上需要加装的设备,并且可以由多个电器共用一个基站,降低电器的成本,也即降低电器自动识别预设物体、获取物体信息的成本,有利于大面积推广应用。
本发明实施例还提供一种基站,本实施例提供的电器可以执行上述信息获取方法实施例中基站侧的处理流程,所述基站包括接收单元和发送单元。
接收单元,用于接收预设物体上的电子标签广播的预设信息,其中所述电子标签通过电器上设置的发射源激发,所述预设物体处于所述电器的预设范围内;
发送单元,用于将所述预设信息发送给服务端,以使所述服务端向所述电器发送所述预设信息和/或电器参数信息,其中所述电器参数信息是根据所述预设信息获取的。

基站,用于接收所述预设信息,并将所述预设信息发送给服务端;

  1. 一种信息获取方法,其特征在于,包括:
    通过电器上设置的发射源,激发预定范围内预设物体上的电子标签,以使所述电子标签将其存储的预设信息进行广播、并由基站接收并发送给服务端;
    接收所述服务端发送的所述预设信息和/或电器参数信息,所述电器参数信息是根据所述预设信息获取的。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述电器为洗衣机,所述方法具体包括:
    通过洗衣机上设置的发射源,激发洗衣机内待洗涤的衣物上的电子标签,以使所述电子标签将其存储的衣物信息进行广播、并由基站接收并发送给服务端;
    接收所述服务端发送的所述衣物信息和/或洗涤参数信息,所述洗涤参数信息是根据所述衣物信息获取的。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述接收所述服务端发送的所述衣物信息后,还包括:
    若未接收到洗涤参数信息,则根据所述衣物信息获取洗涤参数信息。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述服务端发送的所述洗涤参数信息是由所述服务端根据所述衣物信息获取的;或者由与所述服务端连接的移动终端根据从所述服务端获取的所述衣物信息获取的。
  5. 根据权利要求2-4任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述通过洗衣机上设置的发射源,激发洗衣机内待洗涤的衣物上的电子标签后,还包括:
    通过所述发射源将洗衣机标识信息发送给所述电子标签,以使所述电子标签将其存储的衣物信息和所述洗衣机标识信息关联后进行广播;
    所述接收所述服务端发送的所述衣物信息和/或洗涤参数信息,包括:
    接收所述服务端根据所述洗衣机标识信息发送的所述衣物信息和/或洗涤参数信息。
  6. 根据权利要求2-5任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述通过洗衣机上设置的发射源,激发洗衣机内待洗涤的衣物上的电子标签时,还包括:
    控制洗衣机洗涤桶旋转,以使所述发射源充分激发洗衣机内待洗涤的衣物上的电子标签。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述电器为冰箱,所述方法具体包括:
    通过冰箱上设置的发射源,激发冰箱内食材上的电子标签,以使所述电子标签将其存储的食材信息进行广播、并由基站接收并发送给服务端;
    接收所述服务端发送的所述食材信息和/或冰箱储藏参数信息,所述冰箱储藏参数信息是根据所述食材信息获取的。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述服务端发送的冰箱储藏参数信息是由所述服务端根据所述食材信息获取的;或者由与所述服务端连接的移动终端根据从所述服务端获取的所述食材信息获取的。
  9. 根据权利要求7或8所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    根据所述食材信息获取食谱或者自动下单采购;或者
    接收所述服务端发送的食谱,其中所述食谱由所述服务端根据所述食材信息获取的、或者由所述服务端连接的移动终端根据从所述服务端获取的所述食材信息获取的;或者
    接收所述服务端发送的采购订单,其中所述采购订单由所述服务端根据所述食材信息下单后向所述冰箱发送的、或者由所述服务端连接的移动终端根据从所述服务端获取的所述食材信息下单后向所述冰箱发送的。

  11. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述服务端发送的空调控制参数信息是由所述服务端根据所述衣物信息获取的;或者由与所述服务端连接的移动终端根据从所述服务端获取的所述衣物信息获取的。
  12. 一种信息获取方法,其特征在于,应用于基站,所述方法包括:
    接收预设物体上的电子标签广播的预设信息,其中所述电子标签通过电器上设置的发射源激发,所述预设物体处于所述电器的预设范围内;
    将所述预设信息发送给服务端,以使所述服务端向所述电器发送所述预设信息和/或电器参数信息,其中所述电器参数信息是根据所述预设信息获取的。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于,所述电器为洗衣机,所述预设物体为待洗涤的衣物,所述预设信息为衣物信息。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于,所述电器为冰箱,所述预设物体为冰箱内食材,所述预设信息为食材信息。

    接收基站发送的预设信息,其中所述预设信息为电器上设置的发射源激发预定范围内预设物体上的电子标签后,由所述电子标签将其存储的预设信息进行广播、并由基站接收的;
    向所述电器发送所述预设信息和/或电器参数信息,其中所述电器参数信息是根据所述预设信息获取的。

    所述发射源具体用于,激发空调预定距离范围内用户穿着的衣物上的电子标签,以使所述电子标签将其存储的衣物信息进行广播、并由基站接收并发送给服务端;
    所述通信单元具体用于,接收所述服务端发送的所述衣物信息和/或空调控制参数信息,所述空调控制参数信息是根据所述衣物信息获取的。
  35. 根据权利要求34所述的电器,其特征在于,所述服务端发送的空调控制参数信息是由所述服务端根据所述衣物信息获取的;或者由与所述服务端连接的移动终端根据从所述服务端获取的所述衣物信息获取的。
  36. 一种基站,其特征在于,包括:
    接收单元,用于接收预设物体上的电子标签广播的预设信息,其中所述电子标签通过电器上设置的发射源激发,所述预设物体处于所述电器的预设范围内;
    发送单元,用于将所述预设信息发送给服务端,以使所述服务端向所述电器发送 所述预设信息和/或电器参数信息,其中所述电器参数信息是根据所述预设信息获取的。
  37. 根据权利要求36所述的基站,其特征在于,所述电器为洗衣机,所述预设物体为待洗涤的衣物,所述预设信息为衣物信息。
  38. 根据权利要求36所述的基站,其特征在于,所述电器为冰箱,所述预设物体为冰箱内食材,所述预设信息为食材信息。
  39. 根据权利要求36所述的基站,其特征在于,所述电器为空调,所述预设物体为用户穿着的衣物,所述预设信息为衣物信息。
  40. 根据权利要求36-39任一项所述的基站,其特征在于,所述基站为5G基站。
  41. 一种服务端,其特征在于,包括:
    接收单元,用于接收基站发送的预设信息,其中所述预设信息为电器上设置的发射源激发预定范围内预设物体上的电子标签后,由所述电子标签将其存储的预设信息进行广播、并由基站接收的;
    发送单元,用于向所述电器发送所述预设信息和/或电器参数信息,其中所述电器参数信息是根据所述预设信息获取的。
  42. 根据权利要求41所述的服务端,其特征在于,所述电器为洗衣机,所述预设物体为待洗涤的衣物,所述预设信息为衣物信息;
    则所述发送单元在向所述电器发送所述预设信息和/或电器参数信息时,用于:
    向所述洗衣机发送所述衣物信息和/或洗涤参数信息,所述洗涤参数信息是根据所述衣物信息获取的。
  43. 根据权利要求41或42所述的服务端,其特征在于,还包括处理单元,用于根据所述衣物信息获取所述洗涤参数信息;
    或者
    所述发送单元还用于,将所述衣物信息发送给与所述服务端连接的移动终端;
    所述接收单元还用于,接收由所述移动终端根据所述衣物信息获取的所述洗涤参数信息。
  44. 根据权利要求41所述的服务端,其特征在于,所述电器为冰箱,所述预设物体为冰箱内食材,所述预设信息为食材信息;
    则所述发送单元在向所述电器发送所述预设信息和/或电器参数信息时,用于:
    向所述冰箱发送所述食材信息和/或冰箱储藏参数信息,所述冰箱储藏参数信息是根据所述食材信息获取的。
  45. 根据权利要求44所述的服务端,其特征在于,还包括处理单元,用于根据所述食材信息获取所述冰箱储藏参数信息;
    或者
    所述发送单元还用于,将所述食材信息发送给与所述服务端连接的移动终端;
    所述接收单元还用于,接收由所述移动终端根据所述食材信息获取的所述冰箱储藏参数信息。
  46. 根据权利要求44所述的服务端,其特征在于,还包括处理单元,用于根据所述食材信息获取食谱,并发送给所述冰箱;
    或者
    所述处理单元还用于,根据所述食材信息下单采购;
    所述发送单元还用于,将采购订单发送给所述冰箱;
    或者
    所述发送单元还用于,将所述食材信息发送给与所述服务端连接的移动终端;
    所述接收单元还用于,接收由所述移动终端根据所述食材信息获取的食谱;
    或者
    所述发送单元还用于,将所述食材信息发送给与所述服务端连接的移动终端;
    所述接收单元还用于,接收所述移动终端根据所述食材信息下单采购后向所述服务端发送的采购订单。
  47. 根据权利要求41所述的服务端,其特征在于,所述电器为空调,所述预设物体上为用户穿着的衣物,所述预设信息为衣物信息;
    则所述发送单元在向所述电器发送所述预设信息和/或电器参数信息时,用于:
    向所述洗衣机发送所述衣物信息和/或空调控制参数信息,所述空调控制参数信息是根据所述衣物信息获取的。
  48. 根据权利要求47所述的服务端,其特征在于,还包括处理单元,用于根据所述衣物信息获取所述空调控制参数信息;
    或者
    所述发送单元还用于,将所述衣物信息发送给与所述服务端连接的移动终端;
    所述接收单元还用于,接收由所述移动终端根据所述衣物信息获取的所述空调控制参数信息。
  49. 一种信息获取系统,其特征在于,包括:
    电器,用于通过电器上设置的发射源,激发预定范围内预设物体上的电子标签,以使所述电子标签将其存储的预设信息进行广播;
    基站,用于接收所述预设信息,并将所述预设信息发送给服务端;
    服务端,用于向所述电器发送所述预设信息和/或电器参数信息,所述电器参数信息是根据所述预设信息获取的。
  50. 根据权利要求49所述的系统,其特征在于,还包括:
    移动终端,用于从所述服务端获取所述预设信息,并根据所述预设信息获取所述电器参数信息,并将所述电器参数信息发送给所述服务端或所述电器。
  51. 根据权利要求49或50所述的系统,其特征在于,所述电器为洗衣机;
    所述洗衣机具体用于,通过洗衣机上设置的发射源,激发洗衣机内待洗涤的衣物上的电子标签,以使所述电子标签将其存储的衣物信息进行广播;
    所述基站具体用于,接收所述衣物信息,并将所述衣物信息发送给所述服务端;
    所述服务端具体用于,向所述洗衣机发送衣物信息和/或洗涤参数信息,所述洗涤参数信息是根据所述衣物信息获取的。
  52. 根据权利要求51所述的系统,其特征在于,
    所述服务端还用于,根据所述衣物信息获取所述洗涤参数信息;或者
    所述服务端还用于,将所述衣物信息发送给与所述移动终端;
    所述移动终端还用于,根据所述衣物信息获取所述洗涤参数信息,并发送给所述 服务端。
  53. 根据权利要求49或50所述的系统,其特征在于,所述电器为冰箱;
    所述冰箱具体用于,通过冰箱上设置的发射源,激发冰箱内食材上的电子标签,以使所述电子标签将其存储的食材信息进行广播;
    所述基站具体用于,接收所述食材信息,并将所述食材信息发送给所述服务端;
    所述服务端具体用于,向所述冰箱发送所述食材信息和/或冰箱储藏参数信息,所述冰箱储藏参数信息是根据所述食材信息获取的。
  54. 根据权利要求53所述的系统,其特征在于,
    所述服务端还用于,根据所述食材信息获取所述冰箱储藏参数信息;或者
    所述服务端还用于,将所述食材信息发送给与所述移动终端;
    所述移动终端还用于,根据所述食材信息获取所述冰箱储藏参数信息,并发送给所述服务端。
  55. 根据权利要求53或54所述的系统,其特征在于,
    所述冰箱还用于,根据所述食材信息获取食谱或者自动下单采购;或者
    所述服务端还用于,向所述冰箱发送食谱,所述食谱为所述服务端根据所述食材信息获取的、或者由所述移动终端根据从所述服务端获取的所述食材信息获取的;或者
    所述服务端还用于,向所述冰箱发送采购订单,其中所述采购订单由所述服务端根据所述食材信息下单后向所述冰箱发送的、或者由所述移动终端根据从所述服务端获取的所述食材信息下单后向所述冰箱发送的。
  56. 根据权利要求49或50所述的系统,其特征在于,所述电器为空调;
    所述空调具体用于,通过空调上设置的发射源,激发空调预定距离范围内用户穿着的衣物上的电子标签,以使所述电子标签将其存储的衣物信息进行广播;
    所述基站具体用于,接收所述衣物信息,并将所述衣物信息发送给所述服务端;
    所述服务端具体用于,向所述空调发送所述衣物信息和/或空调控制参数信息,所述空调控制参数信息是根据所述衣物信息获取的。
  57. 根据权利要求56所述的系统,其特征在于,所述服务端还用于,根据所述衣物信息获取所述空调控制参数信息;或者
    所述服务端还用于,将所述衣物信息发送给与所述移动终端;
    所述移动终端还用于,根据所述衣物信息获取所述空调控制参数信息,并发送给所述服务端。
  58. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,其上存储有计算机程序;
    所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-11中任一项所述的方法。
