其中,锉刀是用碳素工具钢T12或T13经热处理后,再将工作部分淬火制成的,是一种小型生产工具。锉刀表面上有许多细密刀齿、条形,是用于锉光工件的手工工具,用于对金属、木料、皮革等表层做微量加工。
目前,市面上的锉刀种类繁多,按用途分有:普通钳工锉、木锉、什锦锉、专用锉刀;按剖面形状分有平锉、方锉、半圆锉、圆锉、三角锉、菱形锉和刀形锉等;按锉纹形式分单纹锉和双纹锉两种;此外,还有表面电镀金刚石粉的金刚石锉刀。但是这些各式各样的锉刀,在使用时导致锉削不光滑不平整时有发生,这是由于它们有一个通病,即单侧握柄;很多工人师傅在 使用锉刀时习惯双手握持,但是有一头握持的是锉刀部分而不是手柄,这就极易导致用力不均或刮伤手掌,或者需佩戴厚棉手套导致手上用力感觉失灵,因此市场上急需一种手持力度均匀的工业用锉刀来解决这些问题。

1.该手持力度均匀的工业用锉刀的两端均设置有刀柄,可以单手使用,也可以双手同时使用,双手使用时,该手持力度均匀的工业用锉刀可以令使用者更容易控制双手力度,解决了单握柄锉刀在使用时不能保证锉削工作用力均匀的问题,可以使对工件的加工更加精细,有利于提高产品质量。
2.该手持力度均匀的工业用锉刀的两端的刀柄分别设置有一个水平握边和一个倾斜握边,双手四指同时握持水平握边时,可以令锉刀水平工作,双手四指同时握持倾斜握边时,可以令锉刀与加工工件成一定角度工作,实用性更加广泛,且使用更偏向符合人体工学。

工作原理:使用时,双手的四指同时握持刀柄一2和刀柄二3的水平握边,拇指握持倾斜握边,即可令锉刀1水平工作,双手四指同时握持刀柄一2和刀柄二3的倾斜握边,即可令锉刀1与加工工件成一定角度工作,双手握持刀柄一2和刀柄二3时,可以使锉刀1的刀齿11更好的贴合待加工工件,并且提供较好的均匀力度,以提高加工质量。
