该IC读卡器用于采集业主所持有的IC停车卡内的车辆的数量、车牌以及车辆颜色。该IC读卡器在本实施例中采用了庆通ICKing读写器厂生产的RF500系列IC读卡器。而所述的入场车辆牌识别装置,用于采集并识别进入停车场入口的车辆的车牌信息,本实施例中的入场车辆牌识别装置采用了海康威视所生产的DS-TMG400-ML型车辆识别器来实现。在本发明中的出场车辆牌识别装置和入场车辆牌识别装置为相同的海康威视所生产的DS-TMG400-ML型车辆识别器,其出场车辆牌识别装置用于对进入停车场出口的车辆的车牌进行采集并识别。
进一步地,该第一感应装置为地感线圈,该感应装置用于检测停车场入口是否有处理驶入,在车辆进入感应装置范围内时入场车辆牌识别装置被触发,入场车辆牌识别装置对进入车场道口内的车辆进行拍照,并将获取的车辆图像生成车辆模拟图像,也就是说入场车辆牌识别装置将获取的图像帧转换为与实际车辆图像一致的模拟图像,并从该模拟图像中提取车辆的车牌模拟图像,对其进行分析识别后得到车辆的车牌号,该入场车辆牌识别装置并将获得的车牌号发送给控制中心。
数据缓存器内存储有小区内所有业主的姓名和业主联系方式,同时存储有业主车辆车牌以及车辆颜色信息。该控制中心为计算机服务器,其用于接收入场车辆牌识别装置和出场车辆牌识别装置所采集的车牌信息。同时也用于接收 IC读卡器所传输的业主的所有车辆信息,该控制中心在接收到业主的所有车辆信息后,对入场车辆牌识别装置所获得的车牌信息与业主的所有车辆信息获得的业主的所有车辆信息以及存储模块中的车牌信息进行比对,以确定入场车辆是否为业主的IC停车卡所绑定的车辆,并从已生成的停车记录中调取与IC停车卡中相应的车牌信息,以便得到该业主目前的停车量。同时,控制中心则会自动生成所停车辆的停车计费对方框。
第二感应装置与第一感应装置为结构相同的地感线圈,该第二感应装置则用于检测停车场出口是否有处理驶出,在有车辆驶出时进入第二感应装置范围时,出场车辆牌识别装置被触发,该出场车辆牌识别装置对驶出车辆的车牌进行采集并识别,并将获得的车牌信息传输给控制中心,控制中心接收到出场车辆牌识别装置传输的车牌信息后,控制中心通过所生成的停车计费对方框,便能确定该出场车辆为临停车辆还是业主的IC停车卡所录入车辆,当出场车辆为临停车辆时,控制中心则会按照规定的完成对该车的收费放行;当该车为业主IC停车卡所录入处理时,控制中心便控制用于提取存储信息的缓存提取器工作,该缓存提取器为目前计算机所采用的IE缓存提取器,该缓存提取器用于提取数据缓存器中所存储的停车的车牌信息。该数据缓存器为程旭北京大学信息科学技术学院微处理器研究开发中心所研发的分离式数据缓存器,该缓存提取器从数据缓存器中提取该业主所持IC停车卡的停车记录信息,控制中心通过提取的IC停车卡的停车记录信息查看与该车相匹配的IC停车卡是不是有多辆车已入场,本发明中的多车指两辆,在实际情况中该多车可为两辆以上;在确定该车业主目前无其他车辆时,控制中心则会控制闸道开启放行。
当控制中心查询后确定该车的业主目前有多车停放时,控制中心则会查看该车所在IC停车卡所停车辆的停车时间,看该车是否为IC停车卡所停车辆中入场时间最短车辆,当该车为入场时间最短车辆时,控制中心便以临停计费的方式收取该车的停车费并开闸放行;当该车不是IC停车卡所停车辆中入场最短车辆时,这表明业主的月租车位使用车辆发生了变化,即业主需更换月租停车,此时,控制中心为了确定IC停车卡持卡人对更换月租停车的事件知晓,同时也 为了提高停车场管理质量,控制中心会通过无线网络给业主移动端发送换车确认信息。该用于接收和回复信息的业主移动端为手机或平板电脑。
更进一步地,在业主收到并回复确认换车的信息后,控制中心便控制电子数据交换器工作。该电子数据交换器为福建鸿飞达自动化科技有限公司生产的RS232RS422-485电子数据交换器,该电子数据交换器则在控制中心的控制下,将数据缓存器中的该业主的原月租位所停车辆的车牌与控制中心的停车计费对方框中的该业主的IC停车卡中入场最短的车牌进行交换,使数据缓存器中的该业主的IC停车卡中的原月租位所停车辆的车牌更新为IC停车卡中入场时间最短车辆的车牌,而控制中心的停车计费对方框中的该业主的IC停车卡中入场最短的车牌则被更新为该IC停车卡中原月租位所停车辆的车牌。因此,业主所驶出的原月租位车辆时,控制中心在对该车的计费为该业主入场最短处理的费用,而其入场最短的车辆停放在停车内,并以该业主的月租车计费。
从而本发明通过预先储存小区业主的所有车辆车牌信息和业主信息,且可将业主的多辆车牌信息录入一张IC停车卡中,并通过设置的数据缓存器与缓存提取器相结合实现对业主的停车信息的监管;最后通过电子数据交换器实现业主在停车场内的车辆交换与计费,从而本发明实现了既能确保业主的利益,又确保了停车场的合法权益不受损害,很好的满足了社会发展的需求。
如上所述,便可很好的实现本发明。

Claims (7)

  1. 场内换车计费方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    (1)预存业主车辆信息和业主信息,并将业主的车辆信息预录入IC停车卡;
    (2)采集入场车辆的车牌信息,获得入场车牌识别结果;
    (3)判断获得入场车牌识别结果是否为IC停车卡内录入车辆;否,记录入场车辆的车牌信息后开启道闸放行;是,采集入场车辆的IC停车卡信息,获得业主入场车辆信息后开启道闸放行;
    (4)采集出场车辆的车牌信息,获得车牌识别结果;
    (5)判断获得车牌识别结果是否为IC停车卡车辆;否,按临停车辆计费;是,判断获得车牌识别结果的IC停车卡是否为多车入场;否,开启道闸放行;是,判断该车牌是否为IC停车卡中车辆信息中入场时间最短车辆;是,按临停车辆计费;否,向业主发送确认换车信息;
    (6)获取业主确认换车信息后进行停车的车牌更新,并对出场车辆以后入场车辆计费放行。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的场内换车计费方法,其特征在于,所述业主车辆信息包括车辆数量、车牌号以及颜色;所述业主信息包括业主姓名和联系方式。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的场内换车计费方法,其特征在于,在步骤(3)中所述业主入场车辆信息包括停车数量、车牌号以及每车入场时间;在步骤(6)中所述车牌更新为将业主先入场的车牌号与后入场的车牌号进行互换。
  4. 场内换车计费控制系统,其特征在于,包括:控制中心,分别与控制中心连接的IC读卡器、入场车辆牌识别装置、出场车辆牌识别装置、存储模块、数据缓存器、缓存提取器和电子数据交换器,与入场车辆牌识别装置连接的第一感应装置,与出场车辆牌识别装置连接的第二感应装置、以及通过无线网络与控制中心连接的业主移动端;所述缓存提取器还与数据缓存器连接;
    IC读卡器,用于采集IC停车卡信息;
    第一感应装置,用于检测停车场入口范围内是否有车辆驶入;
    第二感应装置,用于检测停车场出口范围内是否有车辆驶入;
    入场车辆牌识别装置,用于采集并识别入场车辆的车牌信息;
    出场车辆牌识别装置,用于采集并识别出场车辆的车牌信息;
    存储模块,用于存储业主信息、业主车辆数量信息、业主车辆车牌信息以及进场车辆车牌信息;
    数据缓存器,用于存储停车的车牌信息;
    缓存提取器,用于提取存储的车牌信息;
    电子数据交换器,用于车辆的车牌信息转换;
    控制中心,用于将入场车辆的车牌信息和业主预存的车辆车牌信息比对,并根据比对结果得出业主所入场的车辆数量和车牌信息;同时将出场车辆的车牌信息与业主已入场车牌信息进行比对,根据比对结果获得业主换车信息,向业主移动端发送换车确认信息,并获取业主移动端反馈信息,根据获得的信息控制电子数据交换器,并给出转换后的车辆计费情况;
    业主移动端,用于接收车辆停车转换信息,并向控制中心反馈车辆停车转换确认信息。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的场内换车计费控制系统,其特征在于,所述出场车辆信息处理装置的结构与入场车辆信息处理装置的结构相同,且入场车辆牌识别装置和出场车辆信息处理装置均为DS-TMG400-ML型车辆识别器。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的场内换车计费控制系统,其特征在于,所述电子数据交换器为RS232RS422-485电子数据交换器。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的场内换车计费控制系统,其特征在于,所述第一感应装置和第二感应装置均为结构相同的地感线圈。
