Abstract

Description
본 발명은 안테나 결합 모듈 및 이를 포함하는 디스플레이 장치에 관한 것이다. 보다 상세하게는, 안테나 패턴 및 센서 전극들을 포함하는 안테나 결합 모듈 및 이를 포함하는 디스플레이 장치에 관한 것이다.
최근 정보화 사회가 발전함에 따라 와이 파이(Wi-Fi), 블루투스(Bluetooth) 등과 같은 무선 통신 기술이 디스플레이 장치와 결합되어, 예를 들면 스마트폰 형태로 구현되고 있다. 이 경우, 안테나가 상기 디스플레이 장치에 결합되어 통신 기능이 수행될 수 있다.

하나의 디스플레이 장치 내에 안테나 및 터치 센서가 함께 공존함에 따라 예를 들면, 상호 신호 간섭에 의해 안테나의 바람직한 게인 특성이 저하될 수 있으며, 원하는 주파수 수신을 위한 임피던스 특성이 교란될 수 있다. 또한, 예를 들면 모바일 폰 형태로 디스플레이 장치가 구현되는 경우, 안테나가 실장될 수 있는 공간이 감소되며 터치 센서의 전극들과 중첩되는 경우 사용자에게 전극이 시인되는 현상이 심화될 수 있다.
예를 들면, 한국공개특허 제2003-0095557호는 휴대용 단말기에 내장되는 안테나 구조를 개시하고 있으나, 터치 센서와 같은 다른 전기 소자와의 정합성을 고려하지 못하고 있다.
본 발명의 일 과제는 향상된 신호 송수신 신뢰성 및 광학적 특성을 갖는 안테나 결합 모듈을 제공하는 것이다.

일부 실시예들에 있어서, 센서 기재층(100) 상에 터치 센서 전극층(110)을 덮는 보호층 혹은 인캡슐레이션 층이 더 형성될 수도 있다. 터치 센서 전극층(110)의 구성 및 구조에 대해서는 도 4를 참조로 보다 상세히 후술한다.
터치 센서 전극층(110) 상에는 안테나 층(150)이 배치된다. 예시적인 실시예들에 따르면, 안테나 층(150)은 터치 센서층(120)과는 분리 또는 독립된 별개의 층 또는 별개의 필름으로 터치 센서 전극층(110) 상에 적층될 수 있다. 일부 실시예들에 있어서, 안테나 층(150)은 제1 점접착층(80)을 통해 터치 센서층(120)과 결합 또는 접합될 수 있다.
안테나 층(150)은 유전층(130) 및 유전층(130) 상에 배치된 안테나 패턴층(140)을 포함할 수 있다.

일부 실시예들에 있어서, 유전층(130)은 실리콘 산화물, 실리콘 질화물, 실리콘 산질화물, 글래스 등과 같은 무기 절연 물질을 포함할 수 있다.
유전층(130)은 실질적으로 단일 층으로 제공될 수 있으며, 유전층(130)은 적어도 2층 이상의 복층 구조를 포함할 수도 있다.
유전층(130) 내에서 정전용량(capacitance) 또는 인덕턴스(inductance)가 형성되어, 안테나 패턴층(140)에 포함된 안테나 패턴이 구동 혹은 센싱할 수 있는 주파수 대역이 조절될 수 있다. 일부 실시예들에 있어서, 유전층(130)의 유전율은 약 1.5 내지 12 범위로 조절될 수 있다. 상기 유전율이 약 12를 초과하는 경우, 구동 주파수가 지나치게 감소하여, 원하는 고주파 혹은 초고주파 대역(예를 들면, 3G, 4G, 5G 또는 그 이상)에서의 구동이 구현되지 않을 수 있다. 바람직하게는 유전층(130)의 유전율은 약 2 내지 12 범위일 수 있다.
안테나 패턴층(140)은 예를 들면, 유전층(130)의 상면 상에 형성될 수 있다. 안테나 패턴층(140) 구성 및 구조에 대해서는 도 2를 참조로 보다 상세히 후술한다.
안테나 패턴층(140) 및 유전층(130)에 의해 예를 들면, 안테나 소자가 정의될 수 있다. 상기 안테나 소자는 예를 들면, 투명 필름 형태로 제작되는 마이크로스트립 패치 안테나(microstrip patch antenna)일 수 있다. 상기 안테나 소자는 예를 들면, 고주파 혹은 초고주파(3G, 4G, 5G 또는 그 이상) 이동통신을 위한 통신 기기 또는 디스플레이 장치에 적용될 수 있다.
일부 실시예들에 있어서, 유전층(130)의 저면 상에는 그라운드 층(미도시)이 배치될 수 있다. 일 실시예에 있어서, 상기 안테나 소자가 포함되는 디스플레이 장치의 도전성 부재가 상기 그라운드 층으로 제공될 수도 있다. 상기 도전성 부재는 예를 들면, 디스플레이 패널에 포함된 박막 트랜지스터(TFT)의 게이트 전극, 스캔 라인 또는 데이터 라인과 같은 각종 배선, 또는 화소 전극, 공통 전극과 같은 각종 전극 등을 포함할 수 있다.
일 실시예에 있어서, 예를 들면 상기 디스플레이 패널 아래에 배치된 도전성 물질을 포함하는 각종 구조물들이 상기 그라운드 층으로 제공될 수도 있다. 예를 들면, 금속 플레이트(예를 들면, SUS 플레이트와 같은 스테인리스 스틸 플레이트), 압력 센서, 지문 센서, 전자파 차폐층, 방열 시트, 디지타이저(digitizer) 등이 상기 그라운드 층으로 제공될 수 있다.
일 실시예에 있어서, 안테나 패턴층(140) 및 상기 그라운드 층 사이의 거리(예를 들면, 유전층(130)의 두께)는 약 40 내지 1000㎛ 범위로 조절될 수 있다. 이 경우, 상술한 고주파 혹은 초고주파 통신이 효율적으로 구현될 수 있다.
일 실시예에 있어서, 안테나 층(150) 및 터치 센서층(120) 사이에 배치된 제1 점접착층(80)이 안테나 패턴층(140)의 유전층으로 제공될 수도 있다. 이 경우, 도 1에 도시된 별도의 유전층(130)은 생략될 수도 있다.

또한, 터치 센서 전극층(110)위에 안테나 패턴층(140)이 배치되므로 상기 안테나 패턴의 방사 특성, 임피던스 특성이 터치 센서 전극층(110)으로부터 간섭 또는 교란되지 않을 수 있다.
또한, 편광층(180)이 안테나 층(150)위에 배치되므로, 안테나 패턴층(140)에 의한 광반사를 감소시켜 상기 안테나 패턴이 사용자에게 시인되어 디스플레이 장치의 이미지 품질이 열화되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
도 2는 예시적인 실시예들에 따른 안테나 결합 모듈에서의 안테나 패턴층의 구조를 나타내는 개략적인 평면도이다.
도 2를 참조하면, 복수의 안테나 패턴들이 유전층(130) 상에 배열될 수 있다. 각 안테나 패턴은 방사 패턴(142), 전송 선로(144) 및 패드(145)를 포함할 수 있다. 패드(145)는 신호 패드(146) 및 그라운드 패드(148)를 포함할 수 있다.

예를 들면, 방사 패턴(142)의 테두리를 따라 형성된 분리 영역(143)에 의해 방사 패턴(142) 및 더미 패턴(147)이 서로 분리 및 절연될 수 있다.
방사 패턴(142) 및 더미 패턴(147)을 실질적으로 동일하거나 유사한 메쉬 구조를 포함하도록 형성함으로써, 상기 필름 안테나의 투과율을 향상시키면서 패턴 형상의 차이에 따른 방사 패턴(142)의 시인을 방지할 수 있다.
일부 실시예들에 있어서, 방사 패턴(142)으로부터 분기되는 전송 선로(144) 역시 메쉬 구조를 포함할 수 있다. 일 실시예에 있어서, 도 2에 도시된 패드(145)는 신호 속도 향상 및 저항 감소를 위해 속이 찬(solid) 패턴 구조를 가질 수 있다.

센서 기재층(100)은 활성 영역 및 주변 영역을 포함할 수 있다. 상기 활성 영역은 터치 입력이 검출되어 실질적으로 터치 센싱이 구현되는 영역일 수 있다. 센싱 전극들(103, 105)은 상기 활성 영역 상에 배치되고, 트레이스들(117, 119)은 상기 주변 영역 상에 배치될 수 있다.

제1 및 제2 트레이스들(117, 119)은 예를 들면, 터치 센서 전극층(110)의 패드 영역으로 집합되어 터치 센싱 집적 회로(IC) 칩(210)과 전기적으로 연결될 수 있다. 터치 센싱 IC 칩(210)을 통해 센싱 전극들(103, 105)에 의해 감지된 물리적 신호가 전기적 신호로 변환되어 터치 센싱이 구현될 수 있다.
안테나 패턴(141)은 도 2를 참조로 설명한 바와 같이, 방사 패턴(142), 전송 선로(144) 및 패드(145)를 포함할 수 있다. 복수의 안테나 패턴들(141)이 터치 센서 전극층(110) 위에 배치될 수 있다. 설명의 편의를 위해, 도 4에서는 안테나 패턴(141) 및 터치 센서 전극층(110)의 구조물들을 동일 평면 상에 함께 도시하였다.
예시적인 실시예들에 따르면, 안테나 패턴들(141)은 평면 방향에서 터치 센서 전극층(110)의 센싱 전극들(103, 105) 및 트레이스들(117, 119)과 중첩되지 않도록 배열될 수 있다. 예를 들면, 안테나 패턴들(141)은 상기 평면 방향에서 센싱 전극들(103, 105) 및 트레이스들(117, 119)과 오프셋(offset) 되거나 어긋나도록(staggered) 배치될 수 있다.
예를 들면, 안테나 패턴(141)은 평면 방향에서 상기 활성 영역 및 상기 주변 영역에 걸쳐 배치되며, 상기 활성 영역의 말단 영역에서 상기 센싱 전극들과 겹치지 않도록 이웃하는 상기 센싱 전극들 사이에 배치될 수 있다.
터치 센싱의 신호들이 생성 및 전송되는 센싱 전극들(103, 105) 및 트레이스들(117, 119)이 안테나 패턴(141)과 겹치지 않도록 배열됨에 따라, 터치 센싱 신호 경로가 안테나 패턴(141)에 의해 방해되지 않을 수 있다. 따라서, 터치 센싱 감도를 향상시키면서 안테나 패턴(141)에 의한 신호 교란을 억제할 수 있다.
또한, 안테나 패턴(141)을 터치 센서 전극층(110)과 이격되도록 터치 센서 전극층(110) 위로 배치함에 따라, 방사 효율 및 게인 특성이 증진될 수 있다. 또한, 미리 세팅된 안테나 패턴(141)의 임피던스 값이 터치 센서 전극층(110)에서의 전기 신호에 의해 교란되어 임피던스 미스매칭이 초래되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
안테나 패턴(141)에 포함된 패드들(145)은 안테나 구동 집적회로(IC) 칩(220)과 전기적으로 연결되어 급전 및 신호 전달이 수행될 수 있다. 예를 들면, 안테나 패턴들(141)은 연성 인쇄 회로 기판(FPCB)(미도시)을 통해 안테나 구동 IC 칩(220)과 전기적으로 연결될 수 있다.
예를 들면, 안테나 패턴층(140)을 통한 직진성, 방사 세기 향상을 위해 복수의 안테나 패턴들(141)이 어레이(array) 형태로 배열될 수 있다. 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이, 복수의 안테나 패턴들(141)이 행 방향을 따라 센싱 전극(103, 105) 및 트레이스들(117, 119)이 배열되지 않은 상기 안테나 결합 모듈의 주변 영역에만 선택적으로 배열될 수 있다.
일 실시예에 있어서, 복수의 안테나 패턴들(141)은 하나 혹은 복수의 안테나 구동 IC 칩(220)을 통해 독립적으로, 개별적으로 제어, 구동될 수 있다.
상술한 바와 같이, 안테나 패턴(141)의 방사 패턴(142) 주변에는 메쉬 구조를 포함하는 더미 패턴(147)(도 3 참조)이 형성될 수 있다. 일부 실시예들에 있어서, 더미 패턴(147)은 평면 방향에서 터치 센서 전극층(110)의 센싱 전극들(103, 105) 혹은 더미 전극들 (107)(도 6 참조)과 실질적으로 중첩될 수 있다.
터치 센싱 IC 칩(210) 및 안테나 구동 IC 칩(220)은 센서 기재층(100) 또는 안테나 결합 모듈의 주변 영역에 분리되어 배치될 수 있다. 예를 들면, 터치 센싱 IC 칩(210) 및 안테나 구동 IC 칩(220)은 상기 주변 영역 중 상기 열 방향으로의 양 단부들에 각각 배치될 수 있다. 이 경우, 터치 센싱 IC 칩(210) 및 안테나 구동 IC 칩(220)의 분리 거리 또는 이격 거리가 증가되어 상호 센싱/구동 교란, 간섭을 억제할 수 있다.
또한, 안테나 패턴들(141)이 트레이스들(117, 19)이 집합되는 터치 센서 전극층(110)의 상기 패드 영역과 반대 영역에 배치됨에 따라 터치 센서 전극층(110)에서의 신호 동작과의 상호 독립성이 효율적으로 확보될 수 있다.
도 5는 예시적인 실시예들에 따른 안테나 결합 모듈에서의 터치 센서 전극층 및 안테나 패턴의 상호 배치를 나타내는 개략적인 평면도이다. 도 1 내지 도 4를 참조로 설명한 바와 실질적으로 동일하거나 유사한 구성 및 구조에 대한 상세한 설명은 생략된다.
도 5를 참조하면, 안테나 패턴들(141) 및 안테나 구동 IC 칩(220)은 상기 주변 영역 중 상기 행 방향으로의 측부에 배치될 수 있다. 예를 들면, 상기 주변 영역 중 상기 행 방향의 제1 측부 및 제2 측부 중 적어도 일 측부에 안테나 패턴들(141) 및 안테나 구동 IC 칩(220)이 배치될 수 있다.
도 5에서는 상기 행 방향의 제1 측부 및 제2 측부 중 하나의 측부(예를 들면, 제1 측부)에 안테나 패턴들(141) 및 안테나 구동 IC 칩(220)이 배치되는 것으로 도시되었으나, 상기 제1 및 제2 측부들에 복수의 안테나 패턴들(141)이 분산 배치될 수 있다.
이 경우, 안테나 구동 IC칩(220)은 상기 제1 측부 상에 배치된 안테나 패턴들(141)과 연결되는 제1 안테나 구동 IC칩 및 상기 제2 측부 상에 배치된 안테나 패턴들(141)과 연결되는 제2 안테나 구동 IC칩을 포함할 수도 있다.
또한, 트레이스들(117, 119)은 안테나 패턴들(141)과 평면 방향에서 중첩되지 않도록 상기 행 방향으로의 양 측부(제1 측부 및 제2 측부)에 분산 배치될 수 있다.
도 6은 일부 예시적인 실시예들에 따른 안테나 결합 모듈에서의 터치 센서 전극층 및 안테나 패턴의 상호 배치를 나타내는 개략적인 부분 확대 평면도이다.
도 6을 참조하면, 상기 활성 영역의 외곽부에서 터치 센서 전극층(110)은 더미 전극(107)을 더 포함할 수도 있다. 예를 들면, 더미 전극(107)은 상기 활성 영역의 외곽부에서 이웃하는 센싱 전극들(103, 105) 사이에 배치될 수 있다.
더미 전극(107)들이 센싱 전극들(103, 105) 사이의 공간에 배치됨에 따라 상기 활성 영역에서의 전체적인 반사율, 전극 분포가 균일화, 평준화될 수 있다. 따라서, 국소적인 반사율 차이, 전극 배열 차이에 따른 전극 시인 현상을 억제할 수 있다.
상술한 바와 같이, 안테나 패턴들(141)은 터치 센서 전극층(110)과 이격되도록 터치 센서 전극층(110) 위에 배치되며, 센싱 전극들(103, 105)과 평면 방향에서 겹치지 않도록 배치될 수 있다.
도 6에 도시된 실시예에 있어서, 안테나 패턴(141)은 터치 센서층(120)의 더미 전극(107)과 적어도 부분적으로 중첩되도록 배치될 수 있다. 일 실시예에 있어서, 안테나 패턴(141)의 일부(예를 들면, 방사 패턴(142))가 터치 센서층(120)의 더미 전극(107)과 평면 방향에서 겹칠 수 있다.
더미 전극(107)은 실질적으로 터치 센싱이 구현되지 않는 전극이므로, 안테나 패턴(141)과 평면 방향에서 중첩되는 경우에도 터치 센서 전극층(110)에서의 터치 센싱에 영향을 주지 않을 수 있다. 따라서, 안테나 패턴(141)들의 배치 공간을 추가적으로 확보하면서 안테나 및 터치 센서 동작의 상호 독립성을 유지할 수 있다.
또한, 터치 센서층(120)의 더미 전극(107)이 상기 평면 방향에서 방사 패턴(142)과 유전층(130)을 사이에 두고 중첩됨에 따라, 더미 전극(107)이 실질적으로 안테나 패턴(141)의 그라운드 전극으로 제공될 수도 있다. 이에 따라, 방사 패턴(142)으로부터의 노이즈가 터치 센서층(120)의 더미 전극(107)에 의해 흡수될 수도 있다.
도 7 및 도 8은 예시적인 실시예들에 따른 디스플레이 장치를 설명하기 위한 개략적인 평면도들이다.
도 7을 참조하면, 디스플레이 장치(400)는 상술한 안테나 결합 모듈 및 디스플레이 패널(300)을 포함할 수 있다.
디스플레이 패널(300)은 패널 기판(305) 상에 배치된 화소 전극(310), 화소 정의막(320), 표시층(330), 대향 전극(340) 및 인캡슐레이션 층(350)을 포함할 수 있다.
패널 기판(305) 상에는 박막 트랜지스터(TFT)를 포함하는 화소 회로가 형성되며, 상기 화소 회로를 덮는 절연막이 형성될 수 있다. 화소 전극(310)은 상기 절연막 상에서 예를 들면 TFT의 드레인 전극과 전기적으로 연결될 수 있다.
화소 정의막(320)은 상기 절연막 상에 형성되어 화소 전극(310)을 노출시켜 화소 영역을 정의할 수 있다. 화소 전극(310) 상에는 표시층(330)이 형성되며, 표시층(330)은 예를 들면, 액정층 또는 유기 발광층을 포함할 수 있다.
화소 정의막(320) 및 표시층(330) 상에는 대향 전극(340)이 배치될 수 있다. 대향 전극(340)은 예를 들면, 화상 표시 장치의 공통 전극 또는 캐소드로 제공될 수 있다. 대향 전극(340) 상에 디스플레이 패널(300) 보호를 위한 인캡슐레이션 층(350)이 적층될 수 있다.
상기 안테나 결합 모듈은 상술한 바와 같이 순차적으로 적층된 터치 센서층(120), 안테나 층(150) 및 편광층(180)을 포함할 수 있다.
예를 들면, 제3 점접착층(60)을 통해 터치 센서층(120)이 디스플레이 패널(300) 쪽으로 접합될 수 있다. 예를 들면, 제3 점접착층(60)의 두께는 제1 및 제2 점접착층(80, 90) 각각의 두께보다 클 수 있으며, -20 내지 80
oC에서의 점탄성이 약 0.2MPa 이하일 수 있다. 이 경우, 디스플레이 패널(300)로부터의 노이즈를 차폐할 수 있고, 굴곡 시에 계면 응력을 완화할 수 있다. 일 실시예에 있어서, 상기 점탄성은 약 0.01 내지 0.15MPa일 수 있다.
편광층(180)은 디스플레이 장치(400)의 사용자의 시인 측으로 배치되고, 편광층(180) 상에는 윈도우 기판(260)이 적층될 수 있다. 예를 들면, 윈도우 기판(260)은 제4 점접착층(70)을 통해 편광층(180)과 접합될 수 있다.
도 8을 참조하면, 디스플레이 장치(400)는 표시 영역(410) 및 주변 영역(420)을 포함할 수 있다. 주변 영역(420)은 예를 들면, 표시 영역(410)의 너비 방향으로의 측부 및/또는 길이 방향으로의 단부에 해당될 수 있다. 주변 영역(420)은 예를 들면, 화상 표시 장치의 차광부 또는 베젤부에 해당될 수 있다. 주변 영역(420)은 상술한 안테나 결합 모듈의 주변 영역과 실질적으로 일치 또는 대응될 수 있다.
일부 실시예들에 있어서, 상술한 안테나 결합 모듈은 디스플레이 장치(400)의 표시 영역(410) 및 주변 영역(420)에 걸쳐 배치되며, 터치 센서 전극층(110)의 센싱 전극들(103, 105)은 표시 영역(410) 내에 배열될 수 있다.
도 4 내지 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이, 안테나 패턴들(141)은 상기 주변 영역(420)에 위치할 수 있다. 또한, 터치 센서 전극층(110)의 트레이스들(117, 119)이 주변 영역(420) 내에 배치될 수 있다.
또한, 주변 영역(420)에는 터치 센싱 IC 칩(210) 및 안테나 구동 IC칩(220)이 배치될 수 있다. 안테나 패턴(141)의 패드들(145)을 주변 영역(420) 내에서 안테나 구동 IC 칩(220)과 인접하도록 배치함으로써, 신호 송수신 경로를 단축시켜 신호 손실을 억제할 수 있다. 또한, 터치 센싱 IC 칩(210) 및 안테나 구동 IC칩(220)을 주변 영역(420) 내에서 서로 분리시켜 배치할 수 있다.
일부 실시예들에 있어서, 안테나 패턴(141)에 포함된 방사 패턴(142)의 적어도 일부는 표시 영역(410) 내에 배치될 수 있다. 이 경우, 방사 패턴(142)은 센싱 전극들(103, 105)과 어긋나게 배치되며, 터치 센서층(120)의 더미 전극(107)과는 겹치도록 배치될 수도 있다.
Claims (17)
- 복수의 센싱 전극들을 포함하는 터치 센서층;상기 터치 센서층 상에 독립된 층으로 적층되며 안테나 패턴들을 포함하는 안테나 층; 및상기 안테나 층 상에 적층된 편광층을 포함하는, 안테나 결합 모듈.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 터치 센서층은 상기 센싱 전극들이 배열되는 활성 영역 및 상기 활성 영역 주위의 주변 영역을 포함하고,상기 안테나 패턴들은 상기 주변 영역 중 적어도 일 영역과 평면 방향에서 겹치도록 배열되는, 안테나 결합 모듈.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 안테나 패턴들은 평면 방향에서 상기 센싱 전극들과 중첩되지 않도록 배열되는, 안테나 결합 모듈.
- 청구항 3에 있어서, 상기 안테나 패턴들은 평면 방향에서 상기 활성 영역 및 상기 주변 영역에 걸쳐 배치되는, 안테나 결합 모듈.
- 청구항 3에 있어서, 상기 터치 센서층은 상기 활성 영역의 말단 영역에서 이웃하는 상기 센싱 전극들 사이에 배치된 더미 전극을 더 포함하는, 안테나 결합 모듈.
- 청구항 5에 있어서, 상기 안테나 패턴은 상기 더미 전극과 평면 방향에서 적어도 부분적으로 중첩되도록 배열되는, 안테나 결합 모듈.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 터치 센서층은 상기 센싱 전극들로부터 분기되어 상기 주변 영역으로 연장하는 트레이스들을 더 포함하는, 안테나 결합 모듈.
- 청구항 7에 있어서, 상기 트레이스들과 전기적으로 연결되는 터치 센싱 집적 회로(IC) 칩을 더 포함하는, 안테나 결합 모듈.
- 청구항 8에 있어서, 상기 안테나 패턴들과 전기적으로 연결되며, 상기 주변 영역 중 상기 터치 센싱 IC 칩이 배치된 영역과 다른 영역에 배치되는 안테나 구동 IC 칩을 더 포함하는, 안테나 결합 모듈.
- 청구항 9에 있어서, 상기 터치 센싱 IC 칩 및 상기 안테나 구동 IC 칩은 상기 안테나 결합 모듈의 길이 방향으로의 양 단부들에 각각 배치되는, 안테나 결합 모듈.
- 청구항 9에 있어서, 상기 터치 센싱 IC 칩은 상기 안테나 결합 모듈의 길이 방향으로의 일 단부에 배치되고,상기 안테나 구동 IC 칩은 상기 안테나 결합 모듈의 너비 방향으로의 양 측부들 중 적어도 일 측부에 배치되는, 안테나 결합 모듈.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 안테나 패턴은 방사 패턴, 패드, 및 상기 방사 패턴 및 상기 패드를 전기적으로 연결시키는 전송 선로를 포함하는, 안테나 결합 모듈.
- 청구항 12에 있어서, 상기 패드는 상기 전송 선로와 연결되는 신호 패드, 및 상기 신호 패드와 이격되며 상기 전송 선로와 전기적으로 분리된 그라운드 패드를 더 포함하는, 안테나 결합 모듈.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 안테나 층은 상기 안테나 패턴들 및 상기 터치 센서층 사이에 배치되는 유전층을 더 포함하는, 안테나 결합 모듈.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 안테나 층 및 상기 터치 센서층 사이에 형성된 점접착층을 더 포함하는, 안테나 결합 모듈.
- 디스플레이 패널; 및상기 디스플레이 패널 상에 적층된 청구항 1의 안테나 결합 모듈을 포함하는, 디스플레이 장치.
- 청구항 16에 있어서, 상기 안테나 결합 모듈의 상기 터치 센서 층이 상기 디스플레이 패널을 향해 적층되며, 상기 편광층이 사용자의 시인측을 향해 배치되는, 디스플레이 장치.
