本发明的有益效果是:本发明的手拉启动的发动机通过支撑启动拉盘的拉盘支架及支撑启动杯的启动杯支架的设计,利于解决针对不同型号的启动器和启动杯的通用性问题,同时避免了启动拉盘和启动杯高度拉伸后强度不够的问题,利于弥补发动机飞轮上的安装位置不统一的缺陷及提高发动机启动器的通用性,启动杯和启动拉盘均可配置现有产品规格,利于满足客户对不同启动拉盘及不同手柄方向的多重需求,性价比高,适用性广;且拉盘支架和启动杯支座上均可根据实际需求设置散热孔,及利于散热及满足大排量发动机的冷却需求。

图1为本发明的结构示意图,图2为本发明的启动杯支座结构示意图,图3为本发明的另一启动杯支座结构示意图,图4为本发明的安装后示意图,如图所示:本实施例的手拉启动的发动机,包括发动机本体、启动拉盘1、启动杯3;所述启动拉盘1内设置有与启动杯3配合传动的棘爪,棘爪的多个爪牙扣住启动杯3用于动力输出,启动拉盘1通过其上的棘爪带动启动杯3传动,传动的启动杯3再通过启动杯支座3将动力输出至发动机的飞轮6及曲轴等传动部件,利于发动机的手起动,在拉动起动手柄11后,通过启动拉盘1的棘爪带动启动杯3高速转动,转动的启动杯3再通过启动杯支座4带动发动机的飞轮6及曲轴高速转动,从而实现发动机的手起动;所述启动杯3和启动拉盘1的选择属于现有技术,本技术领域的技术人员完全能够根据不同发动机型号选择适用的启动杯3和启动拉盘1,在此不再赘述;同时,利于不同型号的现有规格的启动杯3的使用,提高启动杯3的使用通用性;同时通过启动杯支座4的设置不用将启动杯高度增加,避免了启动杯拉伸后强度不够的问题。
本实施例中,如图1、图2所述启动杯支座4顶部固定连接启动杯3,轴向向底部延伸形成多条沿圆周方向分布的支撑腿45,所述支撑腿45向外翻边形成传动连接部,所述传动连接部与发动机的飞轮联接固定;所述启动杯支座4顶部设置有用于安装启动杯3的安装孔43,利于启动杯3与启动杯支座4的固定连接;所述启动杯支座4的设置利于将启动杯3的动力传至发动机的飞轮上;所述支撑腿45的数量根据实际使用需求设计,以实现对启动杯3的稳定固定为宜;所述启动杯支座4可通过螺栓或其他可拆卸连接件固定于飞轮上,所述启动杯支座4与飞轮的连接属于现有技术,在此不再赘述;所述启动杯3可通过螺栓或其他可拆卸连接件固定于启动杯支座4上,所述启动杯支座4与启动杯3的连接属于现有技术,在此不再赘述;
所述多条支撑腿45向外翻边形成的传动连接部均设置有支座安装孔42,用于将启动杯支座4固定联接于发动机的飞轮6上;所述多条支撑腿45的翻边处还设置有多个加强肋41,利于提高启动杯支座4的结构稳固性,利于对启动杯3的稳固支撑及利于提高启动杯3带动飞轮6转动的稳定性;所述启动杯支座4 与多条支撑腿45的交界处设置有多个加强肋44,所述多个加强肋44朝向启动杯支座4的内侧设置,利于提高启动杯支座4的结构稳固性,尤其是多条支撑腿45的弯折与启动杯支座4顶部的交界处的结构稳固性;此处的内侧是指启动杯支座4靠近起动杯转动轴心的一侧。
本实施例中,如图3所示,所述启动杯支架座4为带环形帽檐的帽子形结构,启动杯支座顶部46为帽子顶部固定连接启动杯3,启动杯支座4底向外延伸成环形帽檐形成底部安装部47,所述底部安装部47沿圆周方向分布有用于连接飞轮相应位置的连接孔42。所述启动杯支座顶部46设置有用于安装启动杯3的安装孔43,利于启动杯3与启动杯支座4的固定连接,所述启动杯3可通过螺栓或其他可拆卸连接件固定于启动杯支座4上,所述启动杯支座4与启动杯3的连接属于现有技术,在此不再赘述;所述启动杯支座4可通过螺栓或其他可拆卸连接件固定于飞轮上,所述启动杯支座5与飞轮的连接属于现有技术,在此不再赘述;

本实施例中,所述拉盘支架2的锥顶向内翻边形成外罩安装座22,所述外罩安装座22上沿圆周方向分布有用于连接启动盘外罩12的外罩安装孔24,所述外罩安装孔24的数量足够多且均匀分布;利于通过多个外罩安装孔24与启动拉盘1上的安装孔对位固定连接将启动拉盘1稳定固定于拉盘支架2上;所述启动拉盘1和拉盘支架2可通过螺栓或其他可拆卸连接件进行固定连接,属于现有技术,在此不再赘述。

  1. 一种手拉启动的发动机,包括发动机本体、启动拉盘、启动杯,所述启动拉盘通过一启动杯传递启动动力,其特征在于:所述启动杯通过启动杯支座将动力输出到发动机。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的手拉启动的发动机,其特征在于:所述启动杯支座顶部固定连接启动杯,轴向底部向外延伸形成多条沿圆周方向分布的支撑腿,所述支撑腿向外翻边形成传动连接部,所述传动连接部与发动机的飞轮联接固定。
    3.根据权利要求1所述的手拉启动的发动机,其特征在于: 所述启动杯支架座为带环形帽檐的帽子形结构,启动杯支座顶部为帽子顶部固定连接启动杯,启动杯支座底向外延伸成环形帽檐形成环形底部安装部,所述底部安装部沿圆周方向分布有用于连接飞轮相应位置的连接孔。
    4.根据权利要求1至3任一所述手拉启动的发动机,其特征在于:所述启动拉盘的外罩通过拉盘支架固定于发动机的风扇罩上。
    5.根据权利要求4所述的手拉启动的发动机,其特征在于:所述拉盘支架为空心锥形结构,锥底用于与发动机风扇罩固定连接,锥顶用于固定连接启动拉盘的外罩。
    6.根据权利要求5所述的手拉启动的发动机,其特征在于:所述拉盘支架上分布有多个通风孔,使得拉盘支架形成网格结构。
    7.根据权利要求6所述的手拉启动的发动机,其特征在于:所述通风孔为沿圆周方向的条形孔。
    8.根据权利要求5所述的手拉启动的发动机,其特征在于:所述拉盘支架的锥底向外翻边形成底部连接部,底部连接部沿圆周方向分布有用于连接于发动机风扇罩的连接孔。
    9.根据权利要求8所述的手拉启动的发动机,其特征在于:所述拉盘支架的锥顶向内翻边形成外罩安装座,所述外罩安装座上沿圆周方向分布有用于连接启动盘外罩的外罩安装孔,所述外罩安装孔的数量足够多且均匀分布。
    10.根据权利要求9所述的手拉启动的发动机,其特征在于:所述拉盘支架的锥面靠近底部连接部处变形加工形成与底部连接孔对应的安装让位凹槽,用于安装螺栓穿入时让位;所述外罩安装座与外罩安装孔对应处形成向内平滑凸出的安装凸缘,所述外罩安装孔位于安装凸缘。
