本实施例提供的五金安装结构,在安装时,主要包括以下几个步骤:将该五金安装结构竖直放入型材100的凹槽内;通过安装工具插入连接轴22的第二连接孔221内,将旋转件2在基座1上转动,旋转件2带动卡止片21一起转动,卡止片21的两端伸出容置槽11外,以与型材100的凹槽卡接;安装于第一凸台12上的弹性片3的一端压在卡止片21的上面,在卡止片21的转动过程中,弹性片3在自身弹性作用力下,弹性片3的一端逐渐变为与卡止片21的侧面抵接,以限制卡止片21的转动,该结构起到自锁的作用。
可理解的是,所述五金安装结构可用于实现将部件安装于型材100的凹槽处。举例而言,可以在一个部件上固定所述基座1,并使卡止片21处在所述五金安装结构背对所述部件的一侧;使基座1的底面朝向型材100的凹槽,将卡止片21伸入型材100的凹槽;通过卡止片21的转动,使所述五金安装结构卡接于型材100的凹槽内,这样实现了所述部件与型材100之间的连接。
本实施例提供的五金安装结构操作方便,结构简单,安装效率高,结构稳固,具备自锁功能。
本申请提供的五金安装结构,在安装时,将该五金安装结构放置于框体型材或扇体型材的凹槽内,将旋转件在基座上转动,旋转件带动卡止片一起转动, 卡止片的两端伸出容置槽外,以与型材的凹槽卡接,完成安装;同时,安装于第一凸台上的弹性片的一端压在卡止片的上面,在卡止片的转动过程中,弹性片在自身弹性作用力下,弹性片的一端逐渐变为与卡止片的侧面抵接,以限制卡止片的转动,该结构起到自锁的作用。本申请提供的五金安装结构操作方便,结构简单,安装效率高,结构稳固,具备自锁功能。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种五金安装结构,包括:
    基座(1),设置有容置槽(11)和第一凸台(12);
    旋转件(2),设置于所述容置槽(11)内,并与所述基座(1)转动连接,所述旋转件(2)包括卡止片(21),所述旋转件(2)转动时,所述卡止片(21)的两端能够伸出所述容置槽(11)外;
    弹性片(3),所述弹性片(3)的第一端安装于所述第一凸台(12)上,所述弹性片(3)的第二端能够与所述卡止片(21)的侧面抵接,以限制所述卡止片(21)的转动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的五金安装结构,其中,所述基座(1)设置有第一连接孔(13),所述旋转件(2)还包括与所述第一连接孔(13)配合的连接轴(22),所述卡止片(21)设置于所述连接轴(22)的一端。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的五金安装结构,其中,所述卡止片(21)背向所述连接轴(22)的一侧设置有第二凸台(211),所述第二凸台(211)的侧面可与所述弹性片(3)抵接。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的五金安装结构,其中,所述连接轴(22)内设置有第二连接孔(221)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的五金安装结构,其中,所述第二连接孔(221)的横截面为正六边形。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的五金安装结构,其中,所述弹性片(3)通过连接板(31)安装于所述第一凸台(12)上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的五金安装结构,其中,所述第一凸台(12)设置有卡凸(121),所述连接板(31)设置有与所述卡凸(121)配合的第三连接孔(311)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的五金安装结构,其中,所述卡止片(21)的宽度小于或等于所述容置槽(11)的宽度。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的五金安装结构,其中,所述基座(1)设置有用于减轻所述基座(1)重量的通孔(14)。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的五金安装结构,其中,所述容置槽(11)和所述第一凸台(12)均设置于所述基座(1)的底面。
