耳机作为播放音频设备的一种,能够有效的进行音频播放,实用性较高,已然成为用户居家生活的常用品。尤其是无线耳机,如蓝牙耳机,如其结构小巧,便于携带,受到广大用户的喜爱。然而,耳机的收纳问题日益凸显,严重影响用户使用体验。例如,在用户需要使用耳机时,有时只需要使用或佩戴一个耳机,只需要取出一个耳机。现有的耳机收纳盒较多都是上翻式,如在内部设置1个或两个耳机座,将上翻式的盖体打开,将无线耳机放置到耳机座内,再将盖体盖上。或者是通过卡扣或旋转的方式实现上盖与收纳盒主体的连接。整体操作相当复杂,不够灵巧。
发明内容
针对以上缺陷,本发明目的在于如何提升用户操作的灵巧性,改善用户体验。
为了解决以上问题,本发明提出了一种侧开无线耳机收纳盒,其特征在于包括收纳盒主体、至少包括一个侧开盖,所述侧开盖的底部通过旋转结构与收纳盒主体相连接,所述收纳盒主体在侧开盖的位置设有与侧开盖匹配的耳机收纳仓;侧开盖内侧都分别设有与无线耳机匹配的耳机收纳槽;所述旋转结构的下方在收纳盒主体和侧开盖上分别设有至少一对磁铁,提供将侧开盖的底部吸向收纳盒主体的打开状态吸力;所述旋转结构的上方在收纳盒主体和侧开盖上分别设有至少一对磁铁,提供将侧开盖的上部吸向收纳盒主体的关闭状态吸力。
所述的侧开无线耳机收纳盒,其特征在于在侧开盖打开状态时打开状态吸力大于关闭状态吸力;在侧开盖关闭状态时关闭状态吸力大于打开状态吸力。

本发明的技术方案采用侧开方式分别提供两个耳机的耳机收纳仓,通过旋转即可实现打开侧开盖,就可实现直接放置或取出耳机,同时还提供了通过简单增加2组磁体可实现打开和关闭状态的固定,操作简单方便,具有较好的用户体验。

图1是耳机收纳仓整体示意图;侧开无线耳机收纳盒主要包括收纳盒主体1、第一侧开盖2和第二侧开盖4;第一侧开盖和第二侧开盖分别设置在收纳盒主体两相对侧面,结构对称设置;两个耳机3可分别放置在打开的第一侧开盖2 和第二侧开盖4上,并可将第一侧开盖2和第二侧开盖4合上与收纳盒主体1合为一体,同时实现将耳机收纳在收纳盒主体内。
图2是耳机收纳仓分解示意图,侧开无线耳机收纳盒主要包括收纳盒主体1、第一侧开盖2和第二侧开盖4;所述第一侧开盖和第二侧开盖的底部通过旋转结构与收纳盒主体相连接,收纳盒主体在第一侧开盖和第二侧开盖的位置设有与第一侧开盖和第二侧开盖匹配的耳机收纳仓;耳机收纳仓上还设有与待收纳的耳机容置腔12;第一侧开盖和第二侧开盖的内侧都分别设有与无线耳机匹配的耳机收纳槽。第一侧开盖和第二侧开盖的底部分别设有转轴孔,收纳盒主体底部与转轴孔对应位置设有作为转轴的凸部11,将凸部安装在转轴孔上后,第一侧开盖和第二侧开盖可沿着转轴旋转分别实现从上部打开或关闭状态。第一侧开盖和第二侧开盖与收纳盒主体之间旋转连接可通过业内其它旋转方式实现,本实施例基于成本考虑,凸部和转轴孔可直接分别与收纳盒主体或第一侧开盖和第二侧开盖一体成型,装配时直接压入匹配位置即可。
收纳盒主体与第一侧开盖和第二侧开盖通过旋转结构可自由旋转,由于其可自由旋转,则在用户操作时其侧开盖的打开状态就存在不稳定,可能存在打开状态不稳定或者是关闭状态不稳定的问题。为解决该问题,可以采用类似阻尼轴、采用限位装置等方式来解决该问题,但可能带来结构更为复杂成本更高的问题,本发明采用了简单的增加两组磁铁既可以有效解决该问题。具体为旋转结构的上方在收纳盒主体和侧开盖上分别设有至少一对磁铁作为闭合定位磁体组13,提供将侧开盖的上部吸向收纳盒主体的关闭状态吸力;旋转结构的下方在收纳盒主体和侧开盖上分别设有至少一对磁铁作为打开定位磁体组14,提供将侧开盖的下部吸向收纳盒主体的打开状态吸力。在侧开盖打开状态时打开状态吸力大于关闭状态吸力;在侧开盖关闭状态时关闭状态吸力大于打开状态吸力。用户操作需要打开时,只需施加大于关闭状态吸力的力就可打开侧开盖,将其旋转到完全打开状态时,这个位置打开状态吸力大于关闭状态吸力,这时撤去外力,打开定位磁体组可将侧开盖稳定的固定在打开状态。如果需要关闭测开盖,则只需要施加大于打开状态吸力合并上侧开盖,在在侧开盖关闭状态时关闭状态吸力大于打开状态吸力,在无外力作用时,闭合定位磁体组可将侧开盖稳定的固定在关闭状态。用户操作简便,结构实现简单。
由于无线耳机需要独立供电,因此其必然有电池供电模块,因此为了进一步 提升收纳盒的用途,收纳盒主体内设有充电模块;耳机收纳仓在无线耳机充电端口位置设有弹性充电顶针;弹性充电顶针与充电模块相连接。因此可实现在收纳的状态下实现对无线耳机充电效果。
为了将收纳盒做得更加小巧,一种改进时将充电模块与收纳盒主体分别设置,收纳盒主体的侧面或底面设有充电端口,充电端口与外部适配器或充电底座相连接;弹性充电顶针与充电端口电连接。有需要充电时在连接外部适配器,或者将收纳盒主体放置在充电模块底座,而收纳盒只实现电信号连接。这样可进一步提升用户使用的灵便性。充电模块底座上设有充电模块,充电模块底座的上端面设有电连接触点;收纳盒主体的底面设有充电连接触点;收纳盒主体也充电模块底座通过卡扣或螺纹实现连接。
为了方便用户操作第一侧开盖和第二侧开盖的上部两侧面或上端分别设有突出收纳盒主体的凸耳,用于操作打开侧开盖。
进一步的第一侧开盖和第二侧开盖的边沿21与收纳盒主体的配合部采用过盈配合,保证第一侧开盖和第二侧开盖合上盖后具有较大的摩檫力,在无外力作用时可稳固的定位。
