  1. 一种拔毛装置,包括机身,所述的机身上设有夹毛支架(1)和驱动装置,其特征在于:所述的夹毛支架(1)上设有固定部转动的止位轴(3)和由所述的驱动装置驱动绕止位轴(3)转动的若干个定位架(2),所述的定位架(2)上沿止位轴(3)轴向设有多组随所设定位架(2)转动的夹毛组件单元,所述的夹毛组件单元呈钳型,所述的止位轴(3)上固套一定位轴(4),所述的定位轴(4)上部轴向分布有一列径向延伸的第一导向凸起轨段(41),第一导向凸起轨段(41)与夹毛组件单元下部对应配合,所述的夹毛组件单元随定位架(2)转动,通过定位轴(4)上的第一导向凸起轨段(41)对夹毛组件单元下方的挤压驱动,实现夹毛组件单元的上部夹嘴闭合夹紧动作。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的拔毛装置,其特征在于:所述的夹毛组件单元包括两夹毛片(6)和铰接件(7),所述的夹毛片(6)上部为可相对形成夹嘴的夹头(61)、中部设有与铰接件配合固定夹毛片用的铰接部(62)、下方叉脚(63)组成,第一导向凸起轨段(41)可对应配合于夹毛组件单元内的两夹毛片叉脚(63)之间,在作用时,第一导向凸起轨段(41)挤进两夹毛片叉脚(63)之间并打开夹毛组件单元内的两夹毛片叉脚(63),实现夹毛组件单元的上部夹嘴闭合夹紧动作。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的拔毛装置,其特征在于:所述的夹毛片中部的铰接部(62)朝夹毛组件单元外延伸,即铰接件(7)连接在相邻两夹毛组件单元的相邻两夹毛片铰接部(62)上。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的拔毛装置,其特征在于:所述的夹毛片中部的铰接部(62)朝夹毛组件单元内延伸,即通过铰接件(7)与夹毛组件单元内的两夹毛片中部铰接部(62)将该夹毛组件单元的两夹毛片铰接固定。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的拔毛装置,其特征在于:所述的定 位轴(4)下部轴向分布有一列径向延伸的第二导向凸起轨段(42),第一导向凸起轨段(41)与第二导向凸起轨段(42)在轴向位置上呈交错排列,第二导向凸起轨段(42)对应配合于相邻两夹毛组件单元间,通过定位轴(4)上的第二导向凸起轨段(42)挤进两夹毛组件单元之间,实现夹毛组件单元的上部夹嘴打开动作,所述的第一导向凸起轨段(41)两端上设有引导夹毛组件单元渐开合用并呈锥形的第一引导部(43),第二导向凸起轨段(42)两端上设有引导夹毛组件单元渐开合用并呈锥形的第二引导部(44)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的拔毛装置,其特征在于:所述的第一导向凸起轨段(41)的第一引导部(43)与第二导向凸起轨段(42)的第二引导部(44)在轴向位置上呈交错并列排列,即在定位轴(4)的径向位置上,第一导向凸起轨段(41)的第一引导部(43)的锥顶对应于第二导向凸起轨段(42)第二引导部(44)的锥底,第二导向凸起轨段(42)第二引导部(44)的锥顶对应于第一导向凸起轨段(41)的第一引导部(43)的锥底。
  7. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的拔毛装置,其特征在于:所述的夹毛组件单元下部还套设有导向块(10),夹毛组件单元通过导向块(10)与定位轴(4)作用配合。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的拔毛装置,其特征在于:所述的夹毛组件单元下部还套设有导向块(10),夹毛组件单元通过导向块(10)与定位轴(4)作用配合。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的拔毛装置,其特征在于:所述的夹毛组件单元下部还套设有导向块(10),夹毛组件单元通过导向块(10)与定位轴(4)作用配合。
  10. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的拔毛装置,其特征在于:所述的 夹毛组件单元内还设有助开弹性件(8)。
