本发明涉及物流运输领域,具体涉及一种物流筐。
背景技术
包装容器在各个行业中被广泛使用,针对各个行业采用的包装容器也不相同,例如散装液体包装行业采用的中型复合型容器、吨桶,商超零售行业采用的可带轮展示单元,生鲜果蔬行业采用的折叠筐、带盖箱等等。在这些起步早、规模大的行业里,包装容器形成了它们成系列的规格尺寸、外观工艺等,但对于一些起步晚、较为新兴的行业,包装容器有着它们特定的功能、规格需求。
通过多方调研,我们了解到目前国内的鲜花配送行业几乎全部以纸箱为容器包装产品。以插花类鲜花为例,这些鲜花采摘时长度大约需要60~80cm,堆码高度一般不超过50cm,纸箱的宽度在40~50cm之间,鲜花满箱的装载重量可以达到30KG以上。这就需要纸箱至少为6层瓦楞加硬纸板进行生产。成本非常之高!尤其是,鲜花属于绿植,自身不可避免的带有水汽,直接导致包装纸箱快速受潮,只能做一次性使用,不可再循环,浪费极大!特别地,对于一些长途周转的鲜花配送需求,为了保持鲜花的鲜活度,需要使用冷藏车将鲜花置于2~8℃的环境中进行运输,而纸箱本身强度有限,不可能大幅度增加通风孔使箱内及时达到指定温度,这导致鲜花的损耗率很高。
国外目前有若干款鲜花包装塑胶筐在使用,这些塑胶筐长宽大多分别为100cm和40cm,高度不超过40cm,可以适配标准1210型托盘,能够很好的解决纸箱包装鲜花带来的上述问题,但仍旧存在非常大的缺陷。鲜花为了更好的在容器中摆放以避免花苞部分受损,需要将花苞部分至少远离指向的侧壁10cm左右,然后逐层交 错堆码到超过容器口部,纸箱通过盖板、塑料筐通过上层堆叠的筐底将鲜花压实,以将鲜花固定到容器内,阻止鲜花运输过程中窜动而导致花苞部分撞击侧壁出现损伤。但这种通过压实来固定鲜花的做法本身对鲜花就是一种损伤,因为花苞部分一般的都大于花茎,通过盖板或底部来压迫鲜花时,几乎作用力都是处于上层的花苞上,而且盖板容易丢失,开关操作不便。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种物流筐,以解决上述现有技术中存在的问题。
为了解决上述问题,根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种物流筐,包括底座和四块侧板,所述物流筐还包括盖体,所述盖体与至少一块所述侧板连接,所述至少一块侧板的外侧面设有与所述盖体配合的避让结构,所述盖体开启时位于所述避让结构内。

具体实施方式
以下将结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细说明,以便更清楚理解本发明的目的、特点和优点。应理解的是,附图所示的实施例并不是对本发明范围的限制,而只是为了说明本发明技术方案的实质精神。
在下文的描述中,出于说明各种公开的实施例的目的阐述了某些具体细节以提供对各种公开实施例的透彻理解。但是,相关领域技术人员将认识到可在无这些具体细节中的一个或多个细节的情况下来实践实施例。在其它情形下,与本申请相关联的熟知的装置、结构和技术可能并未详细地示出或描述从而避免不必要地混淆实施例的描述。

在以下描述中,为了清楚展示本发明的结构及工作方式,将借助诸多方向性词语进行描述,但是应当将“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“外”、“内”、“向外”、“向内”、“上”、“下”等词语理解为方便用语,而不应当理解为限定性词语。
本发明总体上涉及一种物流筐,该物流筐通常包括四块侧板和底座,四块侧板位于底座之上并与围成一个筐体,在筐体的上部设有盖体,盖体通常由两部分组成,该两部分分别与相对的两块侧板连接。盖体与侧板优选通过铰接的方式连接,需要开启盖体时,分别向上旋转该两部分270度,使得该两部分分别悬挂于相对的两块侧板的外侧面上。其中,在该两块侧板的外侧面上设有避让结构,当该两部分向外翻转270度后配合于该避让结构内,使得盖体的下表面(此时位于外侧)不超过连接该盖体的两块侧板的外侧面,从而盖体打开时并不会额外占用空间,整个物流筐在打开盖体后整体所占据的空间与没有设置盖体时相同,从而使得物流筐即可以很好实现对筐体内物品的保护,同时又不会额外占据空间。
在本发明的另一实施例中,盖体也可以为一体结构,此时盖体与一块侧板连接,优选为铰链,盖体开启时旋转270度并悬挂于连接该盖体的侧板的外侧面,该侧板的外侧面上的避让结构与盖体配合,使得盖体的下表面(此时为外表面)并不会凸出侧板的外侧面。这种方式同样不会占用额外的空间,同时也起到保护筐体内的物品的作用。
在本发明的物流筐可以是侧板可相对于底座折叠的物流筐,也可以是侧板不能相对于底座折叠的物流筐。在物流筐的侧板可相对于底座折叠的实施例中,侧板折叠后盖体位于侧板外表面的避让结构内,使得折叠后的物流筐占用的空间更小。
在一个实施例中,该侧板可以相对于底座折叠,从而在未装载货物时容易收纳,节省运输空间,而在需要装载货物时,再将侧板从底座上竖起,操作简单方便。在另外的实施例中,本发明的物流筐的侧板也可以与底座固定连接,此时侧板不能相对于底座折叠,这种情况在一定程度上也可以实现本发明的目的。
本发明的一些实施例中,侧板分为长侧板和短侧板,即整个物流筐包括两块相对的长侧板和两块相对的短侧板,盖体与长侧板连接,优选为铰接。在两块相对的长侧板的外侧面上设置该避让结构,盖体旋转270度后悬挂于该长侧板的外侧面上并配合于该避让结构内。
下面参照附图以侧板可相对于底座折叠的实施方式对本发明的物流筐进行说明。
图1是本发明第一实施例的物流筐的立体图,其中盖体处于关闭状态。如图1所示,物流筐100包括底座10、一对相对布置的长侧板20、一对相对布置的短侧板30以及盖体40。长侧板20和短侧板30以相对于底座10可折叠的方式安装于底座10上。盖体40铰接于一对相对的长侧板20。
具体地,盖体40包括相互独立的第一部分41和第二部分42,在本实施例中,第一部份41和第二部分42的形状和结构完全相同,然而,本领域的技术人员可以理解,第一部分41和第二部分42的形状也可以不同。
在本实施例中,盖体40为半封闭式盖体,即当盖体40关闭时,第一部分41和第二部分42之间形成有一个开口43,开口43沿盖体的长度方向延伸,并且开口43在两端的宽度小于中部的宽度。
图2是物流筐100的另一立体图,其中盖体处于打开状态。图3是图2的物流筐100的侧视图。如图1-3所示,长侧板20的外侧面21设有避让结构23,当盖体40打开时,盖体40旋转270度悬挂于长侧板20的外侧面21上并配合于避让结构23内。参见图3,此时盖体40的下表面410(在盖体40处于打开状态时下表面410位于外侧)不超出长侧板20的外表面21。
从图3中可以清楚看出,盖体40的第一部分41位于左侧的长侧板20的外表面21的避让结构23内,盖体40的第二部分42位于右侧的长侧板20的外侧面21的避让结构23内,从而当整个盖体40打开并悬挂于外侧板20的外侧面后,盖体40不会再额外占据空间。换句话说,加装盖体40后与未安装盖体40之前,物流筐100占据的整体空间并没有变化。
因此,本实施例的方案不仅可以更好地保护物流筐100内的物品,而且并不会额外占据空间,便于物流筐100的运输、堆放以及储存。
继续参照图3,长侧板20的外侧面21设有多条强筋,避让结构23为减少高度的加强筋。然而,本领域的技术人员可以理解,避让结构也可以采用将侧板20的外表面设置凹槽等的方式。
图4是本实施例物流筐100的立体图,其中长侧板20和短侧板30都折叠到底座10上。折叠时,先将短侧板30向内折叠到底座10上,再将长侧板20向内折叠到短侧板30上,盖体40位于长侧板20的避让结构23内。可以看出,盖体40并不会额外占据堆叠空间,整个物流筐折叠后结构紧凑,占用空间小。
继续参照图4,底座10的安装长侧板20的两侧设有一体伸出的侧部11,长侧板20的底部与侧部11可转动连接,短侧板30则直接可转动地连接于底座10的另外相对两侧,折叠时先将短侧板30折叠到底座10上,再将长侧板40折叠到短侧板30上,并且当短侧板30和长侧板40都折叠到底座10上后,长侧板20和盖体10的上表面位于侧部11的高度范围内。整个物流筐折叠后,占据的位置与底座10占据的空间相同,不会额外占据空间。
综上,无论侧板是处于折叠状态还是处于竖立状态,盖体40都不会额外占据放置空间,从而增加单位空间对物流筐的安放数量,便于节省物流成本。
图5是盖体40的第一部分41的立体图,图6是图5的A部分的放大图,图7是长侧板20的立体图,图8是图7的B部分的放大图,图9是短侧板30的立体图,图10是图9的C部分的放大图。
如图5-9所示,盖体40的第一部分41和第二部分42分别通过铰链与相对的两块长侧板20连接。盖体40的第一部分41的侧部设有多个伸出部44,长侧板20的顶部设有与盖体40的多个伸出部44配合的多个凹槽24,铰链包括设置于伸出部44上的铰链销441以及设置于凹槽24内的铰链孔241。
参见图5-6,伸出部44从盖体40的边缘一体向外伸出并向上凸出,确保盖体 40翻转270时可以紧贴侧板20的外侧面。伸出部44的两端设有弹性壁442,铰链销441从弹性壁442一体沿伸出部44的长度方向伸出形成,弹性壁442与伸出部44的主体之间设有弹性壁凹槽443。将盖体40安装于长侧板22上时,可以将弹性壁442朝向弹性壁凹槽443按压,使得弹性壁442朝向弹性凹槽443退让,从而有助于将铰链销441安装于铰链孔241内。
参见图7-8,凹槽24形成于长侧板20的顶部,凹槽24的侧壁242上设有弧形开口243,铰链孔241设置于弧形开口243内。弧形开口243的底部为圆弧形,以与铰链销441的形状匹配。胶料441的形状参见下文描述。
返回参见图6,铰链销441具有底表面4410和顶表面4412,底表面4410为平面并朝向盖体40的下表面,顶表面4412为弧形曲面并朝向盖体40的上表面。铰链销441的弧形曲面4412与长侧板20的凹槽24内的弧形开口243配合,使得铰链销441通过弧形开口243伸入铰链孔241内。
返回参照图5,盖体40的第一部分41的两侧还设有配合结构45,在本实施例中,该配合结构为至少一个搭接部45,搭接部45与设置于短侧板顶部的配合部配合,盖体关闭时搭接部45与短侧板上的配合部相互配合以将盖体40与短侧板30连接,下文将描述设置于短侧板30顶部的配合部。
参照图9-10,短侧板30的顶部设有与盖体40上的配合结构(即搭接部45)配合的配合部31,在本实施例中,配合部31为设置于短侧板30顶部的多个卡槽31。具体地,短侧板30的顶部设置有缺口32,卡槽31设置于缺口32的底部。卡槽31的内部还设有台阶部310,盖体40的搭接部45安装于卡槽31内并搭接于台阶部310上。台阶部310的后方是阻挡部312,搭接部45安装于卡槽31内并搭接于台阶部312上后,搭接部45的一部分被阻挡部312阻挡。当物流筐100内装载满物品时,如果外侧板20受力向外凸出,则会迫使短侧板30向内凹陷,从而阻挡部312将向内按压盖体40的搭接部45,搭接部45对阻挡部312施加朝向筐体外部的力以阻止短侧板30向内凹陷,从而也防止了外侧板20进一步向外凸出。
因此,本实施例通过在盖体和短侧板上设置相互配合的结构,从而使得盖体、短侧板以及长侧板形成一个整体,以防止物流筐产生局部受力过大的问题。
返回参见图7,长侧板20的顶部还设有扣手部25,通过扣手部25方便操作长侧板20。
图11是图1的物流筐100的俯视图,图12是图11的D部分的放大图。参照 图11-12并结合图9-10,在短侧板30的卡槽31内设有第一扎带孔313,盖体40的第一部分41和第二部分42的至少一个伸出部45上设有第二扎带孔451,第二扎带孔451与第一扎带孔313的位置对应,通过将扎带(图未示)穿入第一扎带孔313和第二扎带孔451并扎紧,可以将盖体40与短侧板30相互锁紧。作为一种示例,扎带上可以设置防盗标记。
图13是本发明的另一实施例的物流筐200的立体图,其中盖体处于关闭状态。图13所示的实施例与图1-12所示的实施例的区别在于盖体的形状,其他方面与图1-12所示实施例相同,请参照上文的相关描述。
如图13所示,盖体50为全封闭式盖体,当盖体50关闭时,盖体50的第一部分51和第二部分52之紧密配合,从而将物流筐200的顶部完全覆盖。
继续参见图13,第一部分51前边缘设有第一缺口511,第二部分52的前边缘设有第二缺口521,第一缺口511和第二缺口521的位置相互对应以及形状互相匹配,需要开启盖体40时,通过将手伸入第一缺口511和第二缺口521内,即可向上拉起箱盖40,方便对盖体40的操作。
在本实施例中,第一部分51和第二部分52的上表面还设有相互配合的附加扎带孔53,第一部分51和第二部分52的附加扎带孔53设置的位置对应并且形状匹配,从而通过将扎带伸入第一部分51和第二部分52上的附加扎带孔53内将盖体50的第一部分51和第二部分52相互锁紧。
具体地,第一部分51和第二部分52的上表面设有凸出部54,扎带孔53设置于凸出部54上。当盖体50关闭时,凸出部52的高度不凸出于短侧板30和长侧板20的顶部。
本发明的物流筐可以用于装载运输各种物品,但是尤其适用于作为鲜花筐以装载运输鲜花,作为鲜花框时,长侧板20、短侧板30以及盖体40上都可以设有多个通风孔26,以帮助物流筐作为鲜花筐运输鲜花时对鲜花进行通风。
以上已详细描述了本发明的较佳实施例,但应理解到,在阅读了本发明的上述讲授内容之后,本领域技术人员可以对本发明作各种改动或修改。这些等价形式同样落于本申请所附权利要求书所限定的范围。

Claims (30)

  1. 一种物流筐,包括底座和四块侧板,其特征在于,所述物流筐还包括盖体,所述盖体与至少一块所述侧板连接,所述至少一块侧板的外侧面设有与所述盖体配合的避让结构,所述盖体开启时位于所述避让结构内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的物流筐,其特征在于,所述盖体与所述避让结构设置成当所述盖体位于所述避让结构内时,所述盖体的下表面不突出于所述至少一块侧板的外表面。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的物流筐,其特征在于,所述盖体与所述至少一块侧板可转动连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的物流筐,其特征在于,所述侧板可折叠地安装于所述底座上。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的物流筐,其特征在于,所述盖体包括相互独立的第一部分和第二部分,所述第一部分和第二部分分别与两块相对布置的侧板连接,所述两块相对布置的侧板的外侧面分别设置有所述避让结构,所述盖体开启时所述第一部分和第二部分分别位于所述两块相对布置的侧板的避让结构内。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的物流筐,其特征在于,所述侧板包括两块相对布置的长侧板和两块相对布置的短侧板,所述盖体与所述长侧板连接,所述避让结构设置于所述长侧板的外侧面。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的物流筐,其特征在于,所述短侧板的顶部设置有配合部,所述盖体的侧部设置有配合结构,所述盖体关闭时所述配合部与所述配合结构相互配合以将所述盖体与所述短侧板连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的物流筐,其特征在于,所述配合部为设置于所述短侧板顶部的至少一个卡槽,所述配合结构为设置于所述盖体侧部的至少一个搭接部。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的物流筐,其特征在于,所述短侧板的顶部设置有缺口,所述卡槽设置于所述缺口内。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的物流筐,其特征在于,所述卡槽内设有台阶部,所述盖体的所述搭接部搭接于所述台阶部上。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的物流筐,其特征在于,所述卡槽内还设置有阻挡部,所述阻挡部设位于所述台阶部的后方,所述搭接部的至少一部分位于所述阻挡部 内。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的物流筐,其特征在于,至少一个所述卡槽内设置有第一扎带孔,至少一个所述搭接部上设置有第二扎带孔,所述第一扎带孔和所述第二扎带孔的位置相互对应。
  13. 根据权利要求6所述的物流筐,其特征在于,所述侧板可折叠地安装于所述底座上,所述侧板折叠到所述底座上时,所述长侧板位于所述短侧板的上方,所述盖体位于所述避让结构内。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的物流筐,其特征在于,所述底座的安装所述长侧板的两侧设有一体伸出的侧部,所述长侧板与所述侧部可转动连接,当所述短侧板和所述长侧板折叠到所述底座上后,所述长侧板和所述盖体的上表面位于所述侧部的高度范围内。
  15. 根据权利要求6所述的物流筐,其特征在于,所述盖体包括相互独立的第一部分和第二部分,所述第一部分和第二部分分别与所述两块相对布置的长侧板连接,所述两块相对布置的长侧板的外侧面分别设置有所述避让结构,所述盖体开启时所述第一部分和第二部分分别位于所述两块相对布置的长侧板的避让结构内。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的物流筐,其特征在于,所述盖体为半封闭式盖体,当所述盖体关闭时,所述第一部分与所述第二部分之间留有开口。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的物流筐,其特征在于,所述开口沿所述盖体的长度方向延伸且所述开口两端的宽度小于中部的宽度。
  18. 根据权利要求15所述的物流筐,其特征在于,所述盖体为全封闭式盖体,当所述盖体关闭时,所述第一部分和所述第二部分之间紧密配合以将所述物流筐的顶部完全覆盖。
  19. 根据权利要求15所述的物流筐,其特征在于,所述第一部分和所述第二部分的边缘设有相互配合的缺口,以方便开启所述盖体。
  20. 根据权利要求15所述的物流筐,其特征在于,所述第一部分和所述第二部分的上表面设有相互配合的附加扎带孔,通过所述附加扎带孔将所述第一部分和所述第二部分相互锁紧。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的物流筐,其特征在于,所述第一部分和所述第二部分的上表面设有凸出部,所述附加扎带孔设置于所述凸出部上。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的物流筐,其特征在于,所述盖体关闭时,所述凸出 部的高度小于所述短侧板和长侧板的高度。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的物流筐,其特征在于,所述盖体与所述侧板通过铰链连接。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述的物流筐,其特征在于,所述盖体的侧部设有伸出部,所述长侧板的顶部设有凹槽,所述铰链包括设置于所述伸出部上的铰链销以及设置于所述凹槽部内的铰链孔。
  25. 根据权利要求24所述的物流筐,其特征在于,所述伸出部的两端设有弹性壁,所述铰链销从所述弹性壁一体向外伸出形成。
  26. 根据权利要求24所述的物流筐,其特征在于,所述铰链孔设置于所述凹槽的侧壁上。
  27. 根据权利要求24所述的物流筐,其特征在于,所述凹槽的侧壁上设有弧形开口,所述铰链孔设置于所述弧形开口内。
  28. 根据权利要求24所述的物流筐,其特征在于,所述铰链销包括底表面和顶表面,所述底表面为平面并朝向所述盖体的下表面,所述顶表面为弧形曲面并朝向所述盖体的上表面。
  29. 根据权利要求1所述的物流筐,其特征在于,所述物流框为鲜花框,且所述盖体和侧板上设有多个通风孔。
  30. 根据权利要求1所述的物流筐,其特征在于,所述侧板的外侧面设有多条强筋,所述避让结构为减少高度的加强筋。
