Abstract

本发明提供一种可折叠周转箱，包括底板，两块短侧板和两块长侧板，底板中间分成左右两块通过限位转轴连接，底板两侧长边分别和两块长侧板底部通过限位转轴连接，短侧板中间分成左右两块通过限位转轴连接，短侧板左右两侧和长侧板通过限位转轴连接。通过限位转轴对各个部位的连接，使每个部位可以翻转折叠，实现周转箱的折叠，解决了周转箱空箱体积大占地方的问题，简单方便。

本发明涉及周转箱领域，尤其涉及一种可折叠周转箱。
背景技术
现如今，在人们生活中和工业生产中很多地方都需要使用周转箱，但现有的周转箱都为一体式设计，空箱时需要占用很大的空间，存放、运输和携带都极为不方便。因此解决这个问题就变得很重要了。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种可折叠周转箱，底板、两块短侧壁、两块长侧壁通过限位转轴连接，实现周转箱的折叠，解决了存放、运输和携带的问题。
本发明提供一种可折叠周转箱，包括底板、两块短侧板和两块长侧板，底板中间分成左右两块通过限位转轴连接，底板两侧长边分别和两块长侧板底部通过限位转轴连接，短侧板中间分成左右两块通过限位转轴连接，短侧板左右两侧和长侧板通过限位转轴连接。
进一步改进在于：长侧板上端和顶盖通过限位转轴连接。
进一步改进在于：短侧板上端和下端分别设有活动卡扣，短侧板通过活动卡扣分别和顶盖、底板连接。
本发明的有益效果：通过限位转轴对各个部件进行连接，实现周转箱的折叠，有效的解决了周转箱体积大的问题。在短侧板和顶盖、底板之间设置活动卡扣，也确保了周转箱的稳定性。

如图1-2所示，本实施例提供一种可折叠周转箱，包括底板1、两块短侧板2和两块长侧板3，底板1中间分成左右两块通过限位转轴4连接，底板1两侧长边分别和两块长侧板3底部通过限位转轴4连接，短侧板2中间分成左右两块通过限位转轴4连接，短侧板2左右两侧和长侧板通过限位转轴4连接。长侧板3上端和顶盖5通过限位转轴4连接。短侧板2上端和下端分别设有活动卡扣6，短侧板2通过活动卡扣6分别和顶盖5、底板1连接。当周转箱需要折叠时，两侧短侧板2通过短侧板2中间的限位转轴4向外对折，通过和两侧长侧板3连接的限位转轴4向外伸出，底板1通过中间的限位转轴4向上对折，通过和长侧板3连接的限位转轴4向内折叠，顶盖5通过限位转轴4翻转到两侧，完成周转箱的折叠。

1.一种可折叠周转箱，包括底板（1），两块短侧板（2）和两块长侧板（3），其特征在于：底板（1）中间分成左右两块通过限位转轴（4）连接，底板（1）两侧长边分别和两块长侧板（3）底部通过限位转轴（4）连接，短侧板（2）中间分成左右两块通过限位转轴（4）连接，短侧板（2）左右两侧和长侧板（3）通过限位转轴（4）连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可折叠周转箱，其特征在于：长侧板（3）上端设置顶盖（5），长侧板（3）和顶盖（5）通过限位转轴（4）连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的可折叠周转箱，其特征在于：短侧板（2）上端和下端分别设有活动卡扣（6），短侧板（2）通过活动卡扣（6）分别和顶盖（5）、底板（1）连接。
