Abstract
Description
本出願は、2019年6月5日出願の日本出願第2019-105327号に基づく優先権を主張し、前記日本出願に記載された全ての記載内容を援用する。
光ファイバの融着接続工事において、作業の進捗や接続品質等を管理者が把握することは極めて重要である。作業の遅れや低品質に伴う作業のやり直し等が生じると、工期が延び、コスト増に繋がるからである。そこで、従来より、作業の進捗や接続品質等に関する報告を管理者が作業者から受け、その内容を集計することで作業の進捗や接続品質等を把握している。しかしながら、このような作業は手間を要し、また進捗等を把握するタイミングに遅れが生じるという問題がある。
本開示によれば、作業の進捗や接続品質等を管理者が把握する際の手間を軽減し、且つ把握するタイミングをより早くすることができる融着接続システム、サーバ、融着接続機、情報端末、及びプロジェクト管理方法を提供することが可能となる。
最初に、本開示の実施形態を列記して説明する。一実施形態に係る融着接続システムは、光ファイバの融着接続を行う融着接続機と、サーバとを備える。サーバは、融着接続機と通信可能な情報端末または融着接続機から、前記融着接続に関連する融着接続データを通信網を介して受信する。融着接続データには、前記融着接続が関連付けられたプロジェクトを特定するための第1の特定情報が含まれる。サーバは、予め登録された登録プロジェクトに関する第2の特定情報を保持する。サーバは、第1の特定情報と第2の特定情報とを比較して合致した場合に、第2の特定情報が示す登録プロジェクトに前記融着接続データを関連付ける。
本開示の融着接続システム、サーバ、融着接続機、情報端末、及びプロジェクト管理方法の具体例を、以下に図面を参照しつつ説明する。なお、本発明はこれらの例示に限定されるものではなく、特許請求の範囲によって示され、特許請求の範囲と均等の意味及び範囲内でのすべての変更が含まれることが意図される。以下の説明では、図面の説明において同一の要素には同一の符号を付し、重複する説明を省略する。
図1は、本発明の一実施形態に係る融着接続システム1Aの構成を概略的に示す図である。この融着接続システム1Aは、融着接続機10Aと、情報端末20,30と、サーバ40とを備える。融着接続機10Aは、光ファイバの融着接続を行う装置である。情報端末20は、融着接続機10Aを使用する作業者が所持するものである。情報端末20は、例えばスマートフォンなどの携帯型無線通信端末である。融着接続機10Aは、例えば無線接続により情報端末20と通信可能に構成されている。情報端末30は、融着接続機10Aを使用するプロジェクトの管理者が扱うものである。情報端末30は、例えばスマートフォンなどの携帯型無線通信端末、または通信可能なパソコン等の固定通信端末である。プロジェクトは、例えば工事プロジェクトである。
図13は、本発明の別の実施形態に係る融着接続システム1Bの構成を概略的に示す図である。この融着接続システム1Bと上記実施形態との相違点は、融着接続機の構成と、情報端末20の有無である。すなわち、本変形例の融着接続システム1Bは、融着接続機10Bと、情報端末30と、サーバ40とを備えるが、情報端末20を備えていない。そして、融着接続機10Bが情報通信網50を介してサーバ40と通信可能となっている。なお、下記の説明を除く他の構成は、上記実施形態と同様である。

- 光ファイバの融着接続を行う融着接続機と、
前記融着接続機と通信可能な情報端末または前記融着接続機から、通信網を介して前記融着接続に関連する融着接続データを受信するサーバと、
を備え、
前記融着接続データには、前記融着接続が関連付けられたプロジェクトを特定するための第1の特定情報が含まれ、
前記サーバは、予め登録された登録プロジェクトに関する第2の特定情報を保持しており、前記第1の特定情報と前記第2の特定情報とを比較し、合致した場合に前記第2の特定情報が示す前記登録プロジェクトに前記融着接続データを関連付ける、融着接続システム。 - 前記第1の特定情報は前記融着接続機又は前記情報端末の位置情報であり、
前記第2の特定情報は前記登録プロジェクトに属する位置情報である、請求項1に記載の融着接続システム。 - 前記第1の特定情報は前記融着接続機を扱う作業者の識別情報であり、
前記第2の特定情報は前記登録プロジェクトに属する作業者の識別情報である、請求項1に記載の融着接続システム。 - 前記第1の特定情報は前記融着接続機の識別情報であり、
前記第2の特定情報は前記登録プロジェクトに属する融着接続機の識別情報である、請求項1に記載の融着接続システム。 - 前記サーバは、前記融着接続データをプロジェクト毎に集計した集計データを前記情報端末とは別の情報端末に送信し、
前記別の情報端末は、前記集計データを表示する表示部を有する、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の融着接続システム。 - 光ファイバの融着接続を行う融着接続機と通信可能な情報端末または前記融着接続機から、前記融着接続に関連する融着接続データであって前記融着接続が関連付けられたプロジェクトを特定するための第1の特定情報を含む前記融着接続データを通信網を介して受信する通信部と、
予め登録された登録プロジェクトに関する第2の特定情報を保持する記憶部と、
前記第1の特定情報と前記第2の特定情報とを比較し、合致した場合に、前記第2の特定情報が示す前記登録プロジェクトに前記融着接続データを関連付ける照合部と、
を備える、サーバ。 - 前記第1の特定情報は前記融着接続機又は前記情報端末の位置情報であり、
前記第2の特定情報は前記登録プロジェクトに属する位置情報である、請求項6に記載のサーバ。 - 前記第1の特定情報は前記融着接続機を扱う作業者の識別情報であり、
前記第2の特定情報は前記登録プロジェクトに属する作業者の識別情報である、請求項6に記載のサーバ。 - 前記第1の特定情報は前記融着接続機の識別情報であり、

前記融着接続に関連する融着接続データを生成するデータ生成部と、
通信網を介してサーバに前記融着接続データを送信する通信部と、
を備え、
前記融着接続データは、前記融着接続が関連付けられたプロジェクトを特定するための第1の特定情報を含み、
前記サーバは、予め登録された登録プロジェクトに関する第2の特定情報と前記第1の特定情報とを比較して合致した場合に、前記第2の特定情報が示す前記登録プロジェクトに前記融着接続データを関連付ける、融着接続機。 - 前記第1の特定情報は前記融着接続機の位置情報であり、
前記第2の特定情報は前記登録プロジェクトに属する位置情報である、請求項10に記載の融着接続機。 - 光ファイバの融着接続を行う融着接続機と通信可能な情報端末であって、
前記融着接続に関連する融着接続データを、通信網を介してサーバに送信する通信部を備え、
前記融着接続データは、前記融着接続が関連付けられたプロジェクトを特定するための第1の特定情報を含み、
前記サーバは、予め登録された登録プロジェクトに関する第2の特定情報と前記第1の特定情報とを比較して合致した場合に、前記第2の特定情報が示す前記登録プロジェクトに前記融着接続データを関連付ける、情報端末。 - 光ファイバの融着接続を行う融着接続機の前記融着接続に関連する融着接続データを集計した集計データをサーバから受信する通信部と、
前記集計データを表示する表示部と、
を備え、
前記集計データは、前記融着接続が関連付けられたプロジェクトを特定するために前記融着接続データに含められた第1の特定情報と、予め登録された登録プロジェクトに関する第2の特定情報との比較により、前記融着接続データがプロジェクト毎に集計されたものである、情報端末。 - 光ファイバの融着接続を行う融着接続機と通信可能な情報端末または前記融着接続機から、前記融着接続に関連する融着接続データであって前記融着接続が関連付けられたプロジェクトを特定するための第1の特定情報を含む前記融着接続データを通信網を介して受信する工程と、
予め登録された登録プロジェクトに関する第2の特定情報と前記第1の特定情報とを比較し、合致した場合に、前記第2の特定情報が示す前記登録プロジェクトに前記融着接続データを関連付ける工程と、
を含む、プロジェクト管理方法。 - 前記第1の特定情報は前記融着接続機又は前記情報端末の位置情報であり、
前記第2の特定情報は前記登録プロジェクトに属する位置情報である、請求項14に記載のプロジェクト管理方法。
