背景技术
万向轮能够绕竖直轴360°旋转,因此具有较高的灵活性。儿童推车的前轮一般使用万向轮,以便于推车转向。然而由于万向轮过于灵活,儿童推车在推行过程中通常都会出现前轮左右抖动的问题,给推行者和乘坐者带来非常不适的感觉,还会影响万向轮的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种车轮组件,其稳定性高,使用时不易产生左右抖动的问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种车轮组件,包括车轮架、与所述车轮架的下部相转动连接的滚轮,所述车轮架包括沿竖直方向延伸的连接轴,所述连接轴上套设有能够相对其转动的轴套,所述车轮组件还包括第二吸引件,所述第二吸引件设置在所述轴套上,所述连接轴上设置有能够和所述第二吸引件相互吸引的第一吸引件或所述连接轴为能够和所述第二吸引件相互吸引的第一吸引件,所述第一吸引件和所述第二吸引件构成用于对所述连接轴的转动产生阻尼的阻尼装置。
优选地,所述第一吸引件和第二吸引件通过磁力相互吸引,所述第一吸引件和第二吸引件都为磁铁,或者其中一个为导磁材料制成、另一个为磁铁。
进一步优选地,所述连接轴至少部分地为导磁材料制成,所述第一吸引件为所述连接轴的一部分、或者所述第一吸引件固定连接在所述连接轴上。
优选地,所述轴套上设置有安装槽,所述第二吸引件固定设置在所述安装槽中。
进一步优选地,所述安装槽设置在所述轴套的外侧。
进一步优选地,所述轴套设置有多个所述安装槽,各个所述安装槽与所述第一吸引件的距离不同。
优选地,所述第二吸引件设置在所述轴套的外周部。

本发明的另一目的是提供一种童车,该童车在推动时不易发生左右抖动。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种童车,所述童车包括车架,所述车架的底部安装有如前所述的车轮组件。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:阻尼装置利用吸引力挤压轴套,为连接轴的转动提供摩擦阻尼,避免连接轴过于灵活造成车轮组件在运行过程中出现左右抖动现象,提高儿童推车推行的稳定性,从而提高推行者和乘坐者的舒适性,而且轴套和连接轴之间的摩擦面积较大,摩擦效果较好,也不易对零件产生磨损,车轮组件的使用寿命较长。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例来对本发明的技术方案作进一步的阐述。
参见图1至图4所示,本实施例提供了一种车轮组件10及具有其的童车。车轮组件10包括车轮架1、与车轮架1的下部相转动连接的滚轮2,车轮架1包括沿竖直方向延伸的连接轴11,连接轴11上套设有轴套3,连接轴11和轴套3能够相对转动,车轮组件10还包括用于对连接轴11的转动产生阻尼的阻尼装置,该阻尼装置包括能够相互吸引的第一吸引件4和第二吸引件5,其中第一吸引件4设置在连接轴11上、第二吸引件5设置在轴套3上。车轮架1还包括与连接轴11连接的上支架12、以及连接有滚轮2的下支架13,上支架12和下支架13相对转动地连接,上支架12和下支架13之间设置有压簧14,压簧14能够为上支架12与下支架13之间的转动提供阻尼,对童车具有减震作用,提高童车在颠簸路面推行的舒适度。由于第一吸引件4和第二吸引件5相互吸引,导致轴套3和连接轴11之间的摩擦力 增大,限制了连接轴11转动的灵活度,因此能够防止车轮组件10左右抖动,车轮组件10工作时较为平稳。而且轴套3和连接轴11之间的摩擦面积较大,摩擦效果较好,也不易对零件产生磨损,车轮组件10的使用寿命较高。
具体地,第一吸引件4和第二吸引件5通过磁力相互吸引,两个可以都为磁铁,也可以一个为磁铁制成、另一个为导磁材料制成。童车至少包括车架20,车轮组件10设置在车架的底部。作为优选的实施方式,只需要童车的两个前轮为本发明的车轮组件10,两个后轮仍使用普通滚轮,该童车能够实现转向的同时且成本较低。
导磁材料包括铁、钴、镍等金属,或铁复合氧化物等可以被磁铁所吸引的材料。本实施例中连接轴11由铁制成,第一吸引件4即是连接轴11;也可以第一吸引件4为固定设置在连接轴11上零件,其由导磁材料制成,第二吸引件5为磁铁,第二吸引件5与连接轴11能够相互吸引。在其他的某些实施例中,第一吸引件4也可以为相对于连接轴11独立、并连接在连接轴11上的零件。
参见图2和图3所示,轴套3上设置有安装槽31,第二吸引件5固定设置在安装槽31中,因此第二吸引件5的安装也较为方便,车轮组件10的结构也较为紧凑。在本实施例中,安装槽31设置在轴套3的外侧,轴套3与连接轴11相互挤压,对连接轴11的转动起到阻尼作用,防止推动童车时,车轮组件10出现左右抖动,因此童车的推行更加稳定。
轴套3设置有多个安装槽31,因此一个车轮组件10上可以设置多个第二吸引件5,实现不同的阻尼效果,例如,可以通过增加第二吸引件5数量的方式,提高轴套3与连接轴11之间的摩擦力。在其他的某些实施例中,车轮组件中仅设置有一个第二吸引件5,各个安装槽31与第一吸引件4的距离不同,因此第二吸引件5设置在不同安装槽31内时,其与第一吸引件4之间的吸引力不同。当需要增加阻尼时,则将第二吸引件5安装在距离第一吸引件4较近的安装槽31内,当需要减小阻尼时,则将第二吸引件5安装在距离第一吸引件4较远的安装槽31内。由此可知,该车轮组件10的连接轴11与轴套3的摩擦力是可调的,摩擦力的调节既可以通过增减第二吸引件5的数量实现,也可以通过改变第二吸引件5的放置位置实现,且这两种调节方式都极为简单。
第二吸引件5可以设置在轴套3的任意位置。若第二吸引件5设置在轴套3的外周部(参见图2所示),不会增加车轮组件的高度,因此当希望儿童推车的重心较低时,可以采用该结构的车轮组件10。若第二吸引件5设置在轴套3的轴向端部(参见图3所示),车轮组件10的上部较为纤细,美观度较好。总之,可以根据儿童推车结构的需要,灵活布置第二吸引件5设置在轴套3上的位置,因此该车轮组件10能够应用于不同结构的童车。
