【具体实施方式】
下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性的劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
参阅图1和图2,图1是本申请提供的记账方法一实施例的流程示意图,图2是本申请提供的会计核算系统、账户系统以及交易系统的交互示意图,该方法包括:
步骤11:会计核算系统接收账户系统发送的请求记账信息。
账户系统和会计核算系统隶属于支付系统;交易系统在完成订单业务的处理后,发起账务请求,调用账户系统的记账接口进行账务处理,以使得账户系统进行单边记账;账户系统在完成单边记账后,发送请求 记账信息给会计核算系统,并调用会计核算系统的记账接口,以使得会计核算系统进行复式记账;该请求记账信息包括记账请求、交易类别或交易金额等。
步骤12:会计核算系统从请求记账信息中解析出交易类别,并利用交易类别得到交易代码。
会计核算系统在接收到请求记账信息后,对其进行解析,从中提取出交易类别,然后根据交易类别获取到交易代码,该交易代码为交易类别的编号。
步骤13:会计核算系统从预先存储的交易科目映射表中查询交易代码对应的记账科目。
该交易科目映射表包括至少一个交易代码以及与交易代码对应的记账科目,交易科目映射表存储在会计核算系统中;会计核算系统在交易科目映射表中进行查询,得到与交易代码相对应的记账科目。
步骤14:会计核算系统利用交易代码与记账科目生成会计分录表,以完成记账。
对账系统可以去银行系统下载银行的资金账单,然后将资金账单导入系统中与会计核算系统的数据进行资金数据的核对。
区别于现有技术,本实施例提供了一种记账方法,利用会计核算系统接收账户系统发送的请求记账信息,通过对其解析提取出交易类别,然后根据交易类别获取到交易代码,再利用交易代码与记账科目之间的关联性,得到与交易代码对应的记账科目,从而生成会计分录表,完成记账;解决了互联网支付系统的会计记账问题,记账方法为实时联机记账,对于账户系统发来的记账请求,能够实时在会计核算系统完成复式记账,可提高处理效率,且在会计核算系统进行记账的过程中,通过设置记账科目和交易代码,并将记账科目和交易代码关联起来,方便生成会计分录表,能够灵活应对互联网支付的系统复杂性和业务多变性。
参阅图3,图3是本申请提供的记账方法另一实施例的流程示意图,该方法包括:
步骤31:会计核算系统接收账户系统发送的请求记账信息。
步骤32:会计核算系统自动生成会计流水编号。
该会计流水编号为会计分录表对应的编号,在每接收到一个账户系统发送的请求记账信息之后,会计核算系统自动生成对应的会计流水编号。
步骤33:会计核算系统将解析出来的交易类别与预先建立的交易映射表进行匹配,得到交易类别对应的交易代码。
该交易映射表包括至少一个交易类别以及与其对应的交易代码,交易代码由多位数字组成,交易类别可如下表所示:

在一具体的实施例中,交易类别包括充值业务、提现业务、支付业务、转账业务或收款业务,每个业务包括一级业务和二级业务,二级业务为一级业务的明细业务,每个二级业务对应一个交易代码;交易代码和交易类别之间的交易映射表如下表所示:

在会计核算系统中,对于不同的交易业务配置一条交易代码,在交易系统完成交易完成后,会计核算系统在账户系统发起记账请求时,利用交易类别从交易映射表中查询到交易代码,根据交易代码进行记账。
步骤34:会计核算系统将交易代码与交易科目映射表进行匹配,查询到交易代码对应的记账科目和借贷方向。
该记账科目包括科目编码和科目层级信息,科目层级信息包括科目属性以及会计科目层级,科目属性包括资产类、负债类或共同类,会计科目层级包括一级科目、二级科目或三级科目。
会计科目层级为树状的层级,在一级科目下可设置若干二级科目,在二级科目下可设置若干三级科目,如图4所示。对于无下级的科目将其定义为叶子科目,叶子科目为会计科目的末级科目,所有的记账都发生在叶子科目下,非叶子科目下不允许记账;叶子科目下不允许新增下级科目,如果要新增,则将该叶子科目设置为非叶子科目。
在一具体的实施例中,科目编码以3位阿拉伯数字开头,资产类科目为1开头,负债类科目为2开头,共同类科目为4开头,下级科目的科目编码需向上继承上级科目的3位编码,形成的科目编码表如下所示:

其中,B2B(Business To Business)为企业对企业,B2C(Business To Customer)为企业对客户。
在分别设置完交易映射表和科目编码表后,进行分录的设置,即将交易代码与科目关联起来,以便于交易系统在处理完交易业务,请求记账时,向账户系统提供交易类别即可。
一笔交易至少会在账户系统中产生一条账户流水记录(明细账),同时会在会计核算系统中根据业务的需要产生一条或者多条会计分录流水。该交易科目映射表包括至少一个交易代码以及与交易代码对应的记账科目和借贷方向,借贷方向为借或贷;每个交易代码对应会计分录表中的至少两条会计分录流水,每个借方和贷方分别对应一条会计分录流水。
步骤35:会计核算系统根据交易代码确定与交易代码对应的分录模板。
分录模板预先存储在会计核算系统中,该交易代码与分录模板相对应,在会计核算系统获取到交易代码之后,根据交易代码和分录模板之间的相关性,获取到与该交易代码对应的分录模板。
步骤36:会计核算系统将交易类别、交易代码、记账科目、交易金额或借贷方向写入分录模板中,生成会计分录表。
交易类别、交易代码以及分录模板三者之间相互关联,会计核算系统事先配置好交易类别所属的分录模板,在交易发生后直接按照交易类别确定分录模板并写入会计分录表内。
在一具体的实施例中,在某个人客户使用工商银行快捷支付进行余额充值时,会计分录表如下所示:

该客户在支付系统上通过工商银行提供的快捷支付来向余额充值,比如充值100元,个人客户向支付系统充值100元,支付系统负债增加100元,同时备付金银行不会立即向支付机构的银行账户入账,所以只能将资金放入待清算科目,充值完成将会形成如下会计记账:
借:40101003-待清算充值款工行快捷   100元
贷:20101001-个人账户存款           100元
对账系统在某一天对该笔订单进行对账,如果对平,则会计分录表如下所示:

对账系统从银行获取资金账单,并与支付系统进行核对,如果该笔充值订单对平,支付系统会将待清算科目名下资金结转到备付金账户中,形成如下会计记账:
借:10101001-活期存款-工行收款           100元
贷:40101003-待清算充值款工行快捷        100元
步骤37:会计核算系统更新每个会计分账户的数据,并在预设时间段对所有会计分户账的数据进行合并,得到总账。
会计分账户的数据为会计分录表中的数据,会计核算系统可进行日终合并,将账目进行汇总。
区别于现有技术,本实施例提供了一种记账方法,预先设置交易代码以及记账科目,并将交易代码和记账科目进行关联,能够在接收到交 易类别时,查询到与交易类别对应的交易代码,再根据交易代码查询到分录模板以及记账科目,从而建立会计分录表;相比当前已有的汇总记账方法,采用联机记账的处理方法,使得每一笔交易处理完成后,都能够实时在会计核算系统中完成记账,具有及时性,提高了处理效率;通过设置科目、交易代码以及会计分录来完成记账,能够灵活应对复杂多变的多支付业务。
参阅图5,图5是本申请提供的记账方法又一实施例的流程示意图,该方法包括:
步骤51:账户系统接收交易系统发送的账务请求。
交易系统在处理完交易业务后,发送账务请求给账户系统,以请求账户系统进行记账。
步骤52:账户系统进行记账,并在记账完成后,向会计核算系统发送请求记账信息,以使得会计核算系统从请求记账信息中解析出交易类别,利用交易类别得到交易代码,从而生成会计分录表。
账户系统判断是否重复记账,若重复记账,则不执行此次记账操作;若未重复记账,则获取手续费,然后更新账户余额和账户流水,完成单式记账,并获取会计记账模式;会计记账模式有两种:批量记账和实时记账,为了及时处理账务,本实施例采用实时记账模式。
在记账完成后,账户系统请求会计核算系统进行记账,发送请求记账信息给会计核算系统,该请求记账信息包括记账请求、交易类别或交易金额,交易代码为交易类别的编号。
区别于现有技术,本实施例提供了一种记账方法,采用实时记账的模式,在交易系统每处理完一笔交易后,都能够实时在账户系统和会计核算系统中进行记账,能够及时处理记账业务。
参阅图6,图6是本申请提供的会计核算系统一实施例的结构示意图,会计核算系统60包括互相连接的存储器61和处理器62,其中,存储器61用于存储计算机程序,计算机程序在被处理器62执行时,用于实现上述实施例中的记账方法。
会计核算系统60是为了内部核算管理的需要而设立的,银行资金 清算与结转需要会计核算系统60的支撑,内部户与外部户的资金核算管理也需要会计核算系统60,会计核算系统60能够进行实时复式记账,提高处理效率。
参阅图7,图7是本申请提供的账户系统一实施例的结构示意图;账户系统70包括互相连接的存储器71和处理器72,其中,存储器71用于存储计算机程序,计算机程序在被处理器72执行时,用于实现上述实施例中的记账方法。
在交易系统发起账务请求后,账户系统70进行单式记账,提供余额和账务明细的查询,并发送记账请求给会计核算系统,使得会计核算系统能够进行实时复式记账。
参阅图8,图8是本申请提供的支付系统一实施例的结构示意图;支付系统80包括互相连接的账户系统81和会计核算系统82,其中,账户系统81为上述实施例中的账户系统,会计核算系统82为上述实施例中的会计核算系统。
通过灵活的系统配置即可完成互联网支付的会计记账,当交易处理完成后,先由账户系统81完成单边记账,再由会计核算系统82完成复式记账,账户系统81和会计核算系统82相互依赖,完成记账业务。
参阅图9,图9是本申请提供的存储介质一实施例的结构示意图,存储介质90用于存储计算机程序91,其中,计算机程序91在被处理器执行时,用于实现上述实施例中的记账方法。
其中,该存储介质90可以是服务端、U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
在本申请所提供的几个实施方式中,应该理解到,所揭露的方法以及设备,可以通过其它的方式实现。例如,以上所描述的设备实施方式仅仅是示意性的,例如,模块或单元的划分,仅仅为一种逻辑功能划分,实际实现时可以有另外的划分方式,例如多个单元或组件可以结合或者可以集成到另一个系统,或一些特征可以忽略,或不执行。
作为分离部件说明的单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作 为单元显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部单元来实现本实施方式方案的目的。
另外,在本申请各个实施方式中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理单元中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中。上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能单元的形式实现。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种记账方法,其特征在于,包括:
    会计核算系统接收账户系统发送的请求记账信息,其中,所述请求记账信息包括记账请求、交易类别或交易金额;
    所述会计核算系统从所述请求记账信息中解析出所述交易类别,并利用所述交易类别得到交易代码,其中,所述交易代码为所述交易类别的编号;
    所述会计核算系统从预先存储的交易科目映射表中查询所述交易代码对应的记账科目,其中,所述交易科目映射表包括至少一个所述交易代码以及与所述交易代码对应的所述记账科目;
    所述会计核算系统利用所述交易代码与所述记账科目生成会计分录表,以完成记账。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的记账方法,其特征在于,所述会计核算系统从所述请求记账信息中解析出所述交易类别,并利用所述交易类别得到交易代码的步骤,包括:
    所述会计核算系统将解析出来的所述交易类别与预先建立的交易映射表进行匹配,得到所述交易类别对应的所述交易代码;
    其中,所述交易映射表包括至少一个所述交易类别以及与所述交易类别对应的所述交易代码。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的记账方法,其特征在于,
    所述交易类别包括充值业务、提现业务、支付业务、转账业务或收款业务,每个业务包括一级业务和二级业务,所述二级业务为所述一级业务的明细业务,每个所述二级业务对应一个所述交易代码。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的记账方法,其特征在于,所述会计核算系统从预先存储的交易科目映射表中查询所述交易代码对应的记账科目的步骤,包括:
    所述会计核算系统将所述交易代码与所述交易科目映射表进行匹配,查询到所述交易代码对应的所述记账科目和借贷方向;
    其中,所述交易科目映射表包括至少一个所述交易代码以及与所述交易代码对应的所述记账科目和所述借贷方向。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的记账方法,其特征在于,
    所述借贷方向为借或贷,每个所述交易代码对应所述会计分录表中的至少两条会计分录流水。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的记账方法,其特征在于,所述会计核算系统利用所述交易代码与所述记账科目生成会计分录表,以完成记账的步骤,包括:
    所述会计核算系统根据所述交易代码确定与所述交易代码对应的分录模板,其中,所述分录模板预先存储在所述会计核算系统中;
    所述会计核算系统将所述交易类别、所述交易代码、所述记账科目、所述交易金额或所述借贷方向写入所述分录模板中,生成所述会计分录表。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的记账方法,其特征在于,所述会计核算系统从所述请求记账信息中解析出所述交易类别,并利用所述交易类别得到交易代码的步骤之前,还包括:
    所述会计核算系统自动生成会计流水编号;
    其中,所述会计流水编号为所述会计分录表对应的编号。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的记账方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述会计核算系统更新每个会计分账户的数据,并在预设时间段对所有所述会计分户账的数据进行合并,得到总账;
    其中,所述会计分账户的数据为所述会计分录表中的数据。
  9. 一种记账方法,其特征在于,包括:
    账户系统接收交易系统发送的账务请求;
    所述账户系统进行记账,并在记账完成后,向会计核算系统发送请求记账信息,以使得所述会计核算系统从所述请求记账信息中解析出交易类别,利用所述交易类别得到交易代码,从而生成会计分录表;
    其中,所述请求记账信息包括记账请求、交易类别或交易金额,所述交易代码为所述交易类别的编号。
  10. 一种会计核算系统,其特征在于,包括互相连接的存储器和处理器,其中,所述存储器用于存储计算机程序,所述计算机程序在被所述处理器执行时,用于实现权利要求1-8中任一项所述的记账方法。
  11. 一种账户系统,其特征在于,包括互相连接的存储器和处理器,其中,所述存储器用于存储计算机程序,所述计算机程序在被所述处理器执行时,用于实现权利要求9所述的记账方法。
  12. 一种支付系统,其特征在于,包括互相连接的会计核算系统和账户系统,其中,所述会计核算系统为权利要求10所述的会计核算系统,所述账户系统为权利要求11所述的账户系统。
  13. 一种存储介质,用于存储计算机程序,其特征在于,所述计算机程序在被处理器执行时,用于实现如权利要求1-9中任一项所述的记账方法。
