Abstract
본 발명에 따른 히스 감지 스네어 카테터는 두 개의 루멘이 형성된 듀얼 루멘 카테터에 스네어와 EP카테터를 삽입하여 심근의 전기신호를 감지하여 히스의 위치를 찾고, 히스를 통과한 서클라지 와이어를 스네어로 캡쳐하여 안전하게 체내로 유도하는 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 히스 감지 스네어 카테터는 내부에 제1루멘(lumen)과 제2루멘(lumen) 형성된 듀얼 루멘 카테터; 상기 제1루멘(lumen) 또는 상기 제2루멘에 삽입되며 심근의 전기 신호를 감지하는 전기 신호 감지 카테터; 상기 제1루멘 또는 상기 제2루멘(lumen)에 삽입되며 원위부에 1개 이상의 환형 와이어가 구비된 스네어;를 포함하되, 상기 전기 신호 감지 카테터와 상기 스네어는 서로 다른 상기 루멘에 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
