背景技术
越来越多的用户较为青睐大屏幕终端设备,随之而来的是,越来越多的终端设备的屏幕占比越来越大。考虑到终端设备的便携性,如何在终端设备整机尺寸确定的前提下进一步增大终端设备的屏幕占比,是生产厂商研发的主要方向。
为了增大终端设备的屏幕占比,较多的终端设备将功能器件设计成能够升降的结构或者将终端设备调整为滑盖式终端设备,进而以将功能器件布设在滑盖上。这些结构的终端设备均通过改变功能器件的位置来避免对显示屏所在板面的占用,进而变相来增加显示屏的面积。
同样为了增大屏幕占比,请参考图1和图2,相关技术中涉及的终端设备将功能器件101设计成翻转式结构,在工作的过程中,相应的驱动机构能够驱动功能器件101从终端设备的背侧翻转至朝向终端设备的前侧的位置,从而能够朝向终端设备的前侧进行工作,功能器件的翻转过程如图3-图7所示。由于终端设备的显示屏设置在前侧的板面上,因此此种结构同样能够避免功能器件对显示屏所在的板面空间的占用,能够增大终端设备的屏幕占比。当然,功能器件101还能复位到壳体102的凹陷中。
为了实现功能器件101能够从朝向终端设备的背侧翻转至朝向终端设备的前侧,壳体102的中框1021需要开设豁口1022,豁口1022的存在能够避让功能器件101的翻转运动。但是豁口1022会破坏中框1021的整体性,会导致中框1021的强度减弱,同时还会影响终端设备的外观性能。
发明内容
本公开公开一种终端设备,以解决终端设备为了实现功能器件的翻转需要在中框上开设豁口,而导致中框强度较弱的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本公开采用下述技术方案:
一种终端设备,包括:
壳体,所述壳体开设有容纳槽;
显示屏,所述显示屏位于所述壳体的第一表面,所述容纳槽的槽口所在的表面背离所述第一表面;
支架,所述支架转动地安装于所述壳体;
被驱动器件,所述被驱动器件转动地连接于所述支架,所述容纳槽用于容纳所述支架和所述被驱动器件;
第一驱动机构,所述第一驱动机构与所述支架相连,所述第一驱动机构驱动所述支架转动,以带动所述被驱动器件进出所述容纳槽;
第二驱动机构,所述第二驱动机构与所述被驱动器件相连,所述第二驱动机构驱动所述被驱动器件转动,以改变所述被驱动器件的朝向。
本公开采用的技术方案能够达到以下有益效果:
本公开公开的终端设备中,由于支架能够带动被驱动器件相对于壳体发生转动,而且被驱动器件能够相对于支架发生转动,进而能够使得被驱动器件的朝向发生改变,此种情况下,支架无需转动过大的角度,支架带动被驱动器件从容纳槽中转出即可,接着可以由第二驱动机构驱动被驱动器件转动,进而能够使得被驱动器件朝向显示屏所在的一侧,由于支架无需转向朝向显示屏所在的一侧,也就无需在壳体上开设豁口来避让支架的运动,也就不会存在壳体由于开设豁口导致的强度较弱以及终端设备的外观性能较差的问题。

当需要被驱动器件400工作时,第一驱动机构500驱动支架300转动,支架300会带动被驱动器件400从容纳槽111中转出,如图9所示,然后第一驱动机构500停止工作,接着第二驱动机构600可以带动被驱动器件400继续转动,进而能够使得被驱动器件400朝向继续改变,最终能够朝向终端设备的显示屏200所在的一侧,如图10所示。
当被驱动器件400完成工作时,第二驱动机构600驱动被驱动器件400复位,接着第一驱动机构500带动支架300和被驱动器件400一起复位,最终在第一驱动机构500的驱动下,支架300和被驱动器件400均收拢在容纳槽111中,如图8所示。
通过上述工作过程可知,本公开的一些实施例公开的终端设备中,由于支架300能够带动被驱动器件400相对于壳体100发生转动,而且被驱动器件400能够相对于支架300发生转动,进而能够使得被驱动器件400的朝向发生改变,进而能够使得被驱动器件400朝向显示屏200所在的一侧,此种情况下,支架300无需转动过大的角度,支架300带动被驱动器件400从容纳槽111中转出即可,接着可以由第二驱动机构600驱动被驱动器件400转动至朝向显示屏200所在的一侧,支架300无需转向朝向显示屏200所在的一侧,也就无需在壳体100上开设豁口来避让支架300的运动,也就不会存在壳体由于开设豁口导致的强度较弱以及终端设备的外观性能较差的问题。
在本公开的一些实施例中,壳体100的结构可以有多种,壳体100可以包括中框110、电池盖120和围板130,电池盖120与显示屏200相背设置。围板130设置在中框110内,围板130与中框110围成容纳槽111的侧壁,电池盖120安装于中框110背离显示屏200的一侧,进而对中框110的内部结构进行封盖。具体的,中框110的内部还可以设置有底板,底板可以封堵在围板130与中框110围成的空间的一端,从而形成容纳槽111的底壁,当然,也可以是,壳体100还可以包括主板上盖,主板上盖封堵在围板130与中框110围成的空间的一端,从而形成容纳槽111的底壁,本公开的一些实施例不限制容纳槽111的具体形成方式。所述的底壁,指的是容纳槽111内朝向容纳槽111的槽口的内壁。
电池盖120开设有避让豁口121,避让豁口121与容纳槽111的槽口相对设置,进而能够避免对容纳槽111的遮挡。中框110具有一定的厚度,而且是壳体100的主要支撑支架,而容纳槽111具有一定的深度,因此在中框110内形成容纳槽111,具有容易成型的优点。
如上文所述,支架300的转动,能够将被驱动器件400带出容纳槽111,然后再通过被驱动器件400自己的转动,实现被驱动器件400工作角度的调节。基于此,在更为可选的方案中,在支架300从容纳槽111转出的方向上,中框110的内壁可以与支架300配合以限位,从而避免支架300过度转动。
在可选的方案中,在支架300与中框110的内壁处于限位接触的状态下,支架300可以与显示屏200相垂直,如图9所示,第一驱动机构500驱动支 架300转动到与显示屏200相垂直的位置,方便被驱动器件400在后续的转动过程中位置的调整。此过程中,支架300转过的角度通常为90°。
在被驱动器件400朝向显示屏200所在的一侧的状态下,被驱动器件400可以与支架300相垂直。此驱动过程中,第二驱动机构600只需要驱动被驱动器件400相对于支架300再转动90°,即可实现被驱动器件400朝向显示屏200所在的一侧。
通常情况下,支架300相对于壳体100转动的轴线为第一轴线,被驱动器件400相对于支架300转动的轴线为第二轴线,第一轴线可以与第二轴线相平行,此种情况更有利于使得支架300与被驱动器件400实现更规整的运动。
本公开的一些实施例公开的终端设备中,第一驱动机构500用于驱动支架300转动,而支架300转动的安装在壳体100上。第一驱动机构500可以安装在壳体100上,也可以安装在支架300上。
在可选的方案中,支架300可以通过第一连接轴700与壳体100转动配合,第一连接轴700可以与壳体100固定相连,支架300与第一连接轴700转动连接,第一驱动机构500可以包括第一驱动电机510,第一驱动电机510可以安装在支架300上,第一驱动电机510的动力输出轴可以与第一连接轴700固定相连,此种情况下,由于第一驱动电机510的动力输出轴与固定在壳体100的第一连接轴700固定相连,因此第一驱动电机510在工作的过程中,第一驱动电机510的电机主体会与支架300一起绕第一驱动电机510的动力输出轴转动,进而达到支架300相对于壳体100转动的目的。
通常情况下,第一驱动机构500还可以包括第一减速器520,第一驱动电机510与第一减速器520传动相连,第一减速器520的动力输出轴与第一连接轴700固定相连,第一减速器520能够调节转速,此种情况下,第一驱动电机510和第一减速器520的减速器主体会一起带着支架300,相对于第一减速器520的动力输出轴和第一连接轴700进行转动,进而实现相对于支架300的转动。
请参考图12-图14,本公开的一些实施例中,第一连接轴700可以通过第一固定架710固定在壳体100上。具体的,第一固定架710通过螺钉固定 在中框110上,电池盖120安装在中框110上,能够实现对第一固定架710的遮挡,避免第一固定架710以及螺钉的外露而影响终端设备的外观。
在可选的方案中,支架300可以包括支架壳,第一驱动机构500可以设置在支架壳内,此种装配方式无疑能够使得装配结构更加紧凑,同时还能提升终端设备的外观性能。
请再次参考图12-图14,本公开的一些实施例公开的终端设备中,第二驱动机构600用于驱动被驱动器件400转动,而被驱动器件400与支架300转动相连。第二驱动机构600可以安装在支架300上,也可以安装在被驱动器件400上。
在可选的方案中,被驱动器件400可以通过第二连接轴与支架300转动配合,具体的,第二连接轴可以与支架300固定相连,被驱动器件400与第二连接轴转动连接。第二驱动机构600可以包括第二驱动电机610,第二驱动电机610安装在被驱动器件400上,第二驱动电机610的动力输出轴可以与第二连接轴固定相连,此种情况下,由于第二驱动电机610的动力输出轴与固定在支架300上的第二连接轴固定相连,因此在第二驱动电机610转动的过程中,第二驱动电机610的电机主体会与被驱动器件400一起绕第二驱动电机610的动力输出轴转动,进而达到相对于支架300转动的目的。此种情况下,第二驱动电机610与被驱动器件400集成在一起,有利于提高结构的紧凑性。
通常情况下,第二驱动机构600还可以包括第二减速器620,第二驱动电机610与第二减速器620传动相连,第二减速器620的动力输出轴与第二连接轴固定相连,第二减速器620能够调节转速,此种情况下,第二驱动电机610和第二减速器620的减速器主体会一起带着被驱动器件400,相对于第二减速器620的动力输出轴和第二连接轴进行转动,最终实现相对于支架300的转动。
本公开的一些实施例中,在支架300包括支架壳的前提下,第二连接轴可以通过第二固定架和螺钉固定在支架壳内。
在可选的方案中,被驱动器件400也可以为壳状结构件,具体的,被驱动器件400可以包括器件壳体410和器件主体420,器件主体420设置在器 件壳体410之内。第二驱动机构600可以设置在被驱动器件400的内腔中,此种装配方式无疑能够使得装配结构更加紧凑,同时还能提升终端设备的外挂性能。
本公开的一些实施例公开的终端设备可以是手机、平板电脑、电子书阅读器、游戏机、可穿戴设备(例如智能手表)等终端设备,本公开的一些实施例不限制终端设备的具体种类。
本公开上文实施例中重点描述的是各个实施例之间的不同,各个实施例之间不同的优化特征只要不矛盾,均可以组合形成更优的实施例,考虑到行文简洁,在此则不再赘述。
以上所述仅为本公开的实施例而已,并不用于限制本公开。对于本领域技术人员来说,本公开可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本公开的精神和原理之内所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本公开的权利要求范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种终端设备,包括:
    壳体,所述壳体开设有容纳槽;
    显示屏,所述显示屏位于所述壳体的第一表面,所述容纳槽的槽口所在的表面背离所述第一表面;
    支架,所述支架转动地安装于所述壳体;
    被驱动器件,所述被驱动器件转动地连接于所述支架,所述容纳槽用于容纳所述支架和所述被驱动器件;
    第一驱动机构,所述第一驱动机构与所述支架相连,所述第一驱动机构驱动所述支架转动,以带动所述被驱动器件进出所述容纳槽;
    第二驱动机构,所述第二驱动机构与所述被驱动器件相连,所述第二驱动机构驱动所述被驱动器件转动,以改变所述被驱动器件的朝向。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的终端设备,其中,所述壳体包括中框和电池盖,所述中框内设置有围板,所述围板与所述中框围成所述容纳槽的侧壁,所述电池盖安装于所述中框背离所述显示屏的一侧,所述电池盖开设有与所述容纳槽的槽口相对设置的避让豁口。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的终端设备,其中,在所述支架从所述容纳槽转出的方向上,所述中框的内壁与所述支架配合以限位。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的终端设备,其中,在所述支架与所述中框的内壁处于限位接触的状态下,所述支架与所述显示屏相垂直。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的终端设备,其中,在所述被驱动器件朝向所述显示屏所在一侧的状态下,所述被驱动器件与所述支架相垂直。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的终端设备,其中,所述支架通过第一连接轴与所述壳体转动配合,所述第一连接轴与所述壳体固定相连,所述第一驱动机构包括第一驱动电机,所述第一驱动电机安装在所述支架上,所述第一驱动电机的动力输出轴与所述第一连接轴固定相连。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的终端设备,其中,所述支架包括支架壳,所述第一驱动电机安装在所述支架壳内。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的终端设备,其中,所述被驱动器件通过第二连接轴与所述壳体转动配合,所述第二连接轴与所述支架固定相连,所述第二驱动机构包括第二驱动电机,所述第二驱动电机安装在所述被驱动器件上,所述第二驱动电机的动力输出轴与所述第二连接轴固定相连。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的终端设备,其中,所述被驱动器件包括器件壳体和设置在所述器件壳体上的器件主体,所述第二驱动电机设置于所述器件壳体之内。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的终端设备,其中,所述被驱动器件包括摄像头、闪光灯、受话器和指纹识别模组中的至少一者。
