中国实用新型CN205758376U中所公开的一种破壁机,其包括有支架、搅拌杯、杯盖、加热盘体和耦合器,搅拌杯螺纹连接在支架的上方,加热盘体设在支架上并位于搅拌杯的底部,加热盘体包括发热管,加热盘体上设有温控器、保险丝、热敏电阻和耦合器,其中,加热盘体与温控器、保险丝以及耦合器串联连接,热敏电阻并联在弱电控制电路上。破壁机杯体采用这样的底部结构,不仅装配不便,而且加热盘体和支架之间、以及耦合器和支架连接处容易出现缝隙,防水性能较差,存在一定安全隐患。
技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供了一种破壁机杯体的底部组件,其结构简单,装配方便,具有更好的防水性能。
技术解决方案
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供了一种破壁机杯体的底部组件,包括加热盘体以及设置在加热盘体下端的底壳,所述加热盘体和底壳之间连接形成有容置腔,所述容置腔内设置有第一耦合器,所述底壳下端一体注塑形成有与第一耦合器耦合连接的第二耦合器,加热盘体和底壳外缘的连接处设置有密封圈。
有益效果
本实用新型的有益效果是:由于第二耦合器是一体注塑形成在底壳上的,与底壳之间不会出现缝隙,而且第一耦合器设置在加热盘体和底壳之间形成的容置腔中,加热盘体和底壳外缘之间通过密封圈进行密封连接,使液体不容易沿着缝隙进入到容置腔中,因而具有更好的防水性能。置于容置腔内的第一耦合器可与破壁机杯体上的热敏电阻、温控器等元器件接线连接,第二耦合器则能够与破壁机底座上的下耦合器进行连接,使得在对底壳进行拆卸时,直接将第一耦合器与第二耦合器分离即可将底壳取下,不会受到电线拉扯的限制,便于拆卸和检修。
进一步地,所述第二耦合器包括有开设于底壳下端的凹槽以及分布在凹槽中的若干插针,所述若干插针一体注塑成型在底壳上,所述若干插针的上端伸入容置腔中并与第一耦合器配合耦合连接。
采用上述技术方案的优点是:底壳下端凹槽及凹槽中若干插针的设置可用于与破壁机底座上的下耦合器配合插接电连,由于插针是通过注塑成型在底壳上的,第二耦合器与底壳之间不存在缝隙,因而具有更好的防水、防潮性能。插针伸入容置槽的上端部分可用于与第一耦合器可插拔电连接,通过耦合能够与杯体上的元器件相电连。

所述底壳2一侧一体注塑形成有与第一耦合器31配合接线的第三耦合器33,所述第三耦合器33向底壳2外侧方向水平伸出,第三耦合器33上耦合连接有第四耦合器34。
