如图1所示,为本发明实施例提供的一种网络直播间导购方法的流程示意图,所述方法包括如下步骤:
S101:开启直播,在直播过程中检测主播的脸部特征数据。
在S101中,所述脸部特征数据至少包括人脸轮廓特征数据集合,具体的,该人脸轮廓特征数据集合中至少包括嘴巴形变数据、眉毛形变数据、眼睛动作变化数据等人脸轮廓特征形变数据。
其中,所述人脸轮廓特征形变数据与人脸轮廓中具体的脸部特征形变之间的对应关系由主播根据实际情况进行设置。
S102:当在直播过程中识别到主播的当前脸部特征数据变更为第一预设脸部特征数据时,开启物品识别。
在S102中,所述第一预设脸部特征数据至少包括人脸轮廓特征数据集合。具体的,该人脸轮廓特征数据集合中至少包括嘴巴形变数据、眉毛形变数据、眼睛动作变化数据等人脸轮廓特征形变数据。
其中,人脸轮廓特征形变数据可以为一个具体数值或数据,也可以为一个形变数据范围。具体的形变数据范围可由主播根据实际情况进行设置。在直播过程中,实时监测所述主播的当前脸部特征数据,当监测到所述当前脸部特征数据与所述第一预设脸部特征数据相同时,则确定所述直播的当前脸部特征数据变更为所述第一预设脸部特征数据,并开启物品识别。
在具体实现中,假设所述第一预设脸部特征数据包括左眼眉毛上扬的具体弧度为15°~20°,嘴巴上扬的具体弧度为10°~30°。在直播过程中,识别到主播的当前脸部特征数据为左眼眉毛上扬弧度为16°,嘴巴上扬的弧度为20°。此时,当前脸部特征数据中的左眼眉毛上扬弧度为16°位于第一预设脸部特征 数据所包括的左眼眉毛上扬的具体弧度为15°~20°范围内,当前脸部特征数据中的嘴巴上扬弧度为20°位于第一预设脸部特征数据所包括的嘴巴上扬的具体弧度为10°~30°范围内。由此,则认为确定当前脸部特征数据变更为所述第一预设脸部特征数据,并开启物品识别。
基于上述示例可知,本发明实施例实际上可以认为是通过主播脸部表情的变化来开启物品识别,从而进入导购场景。
需要说明的是,上述具体实现过程仅仅用于举例说明。具体的人脸轮廓特征也可以是其他人脸轮廓特征,或者多个人脸轮廓特征的结合。
S103:确定位于识别区域内的物品的类型,若物品为导购商品,获取导购商品对应的导购链接。
在S103中,所述识别区域指的是直播场景内的任意位置,所述任意位置可以由经由主播调整摄像设备改变。
优选的,识别区域可以位于直播场景的中央位置,也可以是直播场景的左侧位置,也可以是直播场景的右侧位置等具体位置,本发明实施例不做限定。
需要说明的是,所述导购商品的相关信息,则通过建立产品表进行预先存储。具体的,所述主播将所有的导购商品及其相关信息预先存储于产品表,并将所述产品表上传于数据库中。所述产品表中至少包括各个导购商品的导购标识、导购链接、及导购标识和导购链接的对应关系等信息。
其中,所述导购标识用于区分在识别区域内的物品是否为导购商品。
优选的,所述导购标识可以为具体商品名称或商品的品牌等。例如,导购标识为商品名称“护手霜”,当在物品识别过程中,识别到位于识别区域内的物品上具有“护手霜”字样,则认为该物品为导购商品。
所述导购标识也可以是具体物品的物品特征。例如,导购标识为“香蕉”的特征数据,当在物品识别过程中,识别到位于识别区域内的物品具有“香蕉”的部分特征数据或全部特征数据,则认为该物品为导购商品。
通常情况下,若采用物品的物品特征作为导购标识,则并不需要识别到的物品的特征数据完全与预先存储的物品的特征数据全部吻合,可选的,满足一半及一半以上即认为属于同一物品。
在具体实现中,物品特征可以通过拍摄物品图片获取,也就是说,预先存储对应物品的图片作为导购标识。
需要说明的是,具体的导购标识可由主播根据实际情况进行设置,本发明 实施例不做限定。
需要说明的是,所述导购链接具有多种数据信息。
可选的,所述数据信息包括显示标识数据、所述导购商品在第三方平台的网络地址信息。所述显示标识数据与所述导购商品在第三方平台的网络地址信息关联。
所述显示标识数据的具体表现形式可以为通用的显示标识,如购物车标识。也可以是物品名称,也可以为物品名称和通用的显示标识的组合。具体的可以由主播自由设置。
在具体实现中,当观看者点击购物车标识时,可以基于显示标识数据与导购商品在第三方平台的网络地址信息关联,跳转到该导购商品在第三方平台的购物界面。
可选的,所述数据信息包括显示标识数据、所述导购商品在第三方平台的网络地址信息和所述导购商品对应的示例图片数据。所述显示标识数据与所述导购商品在第三方平台的网络地址信息关联。所述导购商品对应的示例图片数据也与所述导购商品在第三方平台的网络地址信息关联。
所述显示标识数据的具体表现形式可以为通用的显示标识,如购物车标识。也可以由主播自由设置。导购商品对应的示例图片数据的具体表现形式为所述导购商品的示例图片。
在具体实现中,显示标识和所述导购商品的示例图片同时显示。当观看者点击购物车标识和/或所述导购商品的示例图片时,可以基于显示标识数据与导购商品在第三方平台的网络地址信息关联,跳转到所述导购商品在第三方平台的购物界面。
可选的,所述数据信息中还可以包括导购商品的价格数据、所述导购商品的产品说明信息、所述导购商品的购买记录数据等相关数据信息,本发明实施例不做限定。
需要说明的是,所述第三方平台包括但不限于是所述导购商品进行销售的购物平台。

S104:将导购链接插入直播流,使导购链接显示于直播界面。
在S104中,使所述导购链接显示于直播界面。具体的,在直播界面上可以显示导购链接的部分数据信息或者全部数据信息。例如,参见表4,可在直播界面上显示所述导购链接中的显示标识和示例图片信息,或,在直播界面上显示所述导购链接中的显示标识、网络地址和示例图片信息。
优选的,在将所述导购链接插入所述直播流的同时,将所述导购链接的显示时间数据插入所述直播流中,使得所述导购链接按照对应的显示时长显示于直播界面中。
需要说明的是,所述显示时间数据预先由主播根据实际情况进行设置并与 导购链接具体关联。结合上述表1-表3。所述显示时间数据可以同时存储于产品表中。也可以采用单独设置时间的方式由主播进行设置。
在具体实现中,假设第一导购链接对应第一显示时间数据,所述第一显示时间数据对应的显示时长为10S。将所述第一导购链接插入直播流后,所述第一导购链接显示于直播界面中,直至10S后,所述第一导购链接不再显示于所述直播界面中。
需要说明的是,可以为所述产品表中归属于同一类型的多个导购商品所对应的导购链接设置通用的显示时间数据。
在具体实现中,假设第一导购链接和第二导购链接都归属于产品表中的食品类型,第三导购链接和第四导购链接都归属于产品表中的电子设备类型。其中,与归属于食品类型的导购链接关联的第一显示时间数据所对应的显示时长为20S,与归属于电子设备类型的导购链接关联的第二显示时间数据所对应的显示时长为15S。将所述第一导购链接、第二导购链接、第三导购链接和第四导购链接插入直播流后,所述第一导购链接显示于直播界面中,直至20S后,所述第一导购链接不再显示于所述直播界面中;所述第二导购链接显示于直播界面中,直至20S后,所述第二导购链接不再显示于所述直播界面中;所述第三导购链接显示于直播界面中,直至15S后,所述第三导购链接不再显示于所述直播界面中;所述第四导购链接显示于直播界面中,直至15S后,所述第四导购链接不再显示于所述直播界面中。

S201:在直播过程中,实时检测主播的脸部轮廓,并采集主播的当前脸部特征数据。
在S201中,通过人脸表情识别技术实时检测主播的脸部轮廓,并采集所述主播的当前脸部特征数据。在本发明实施例中,所述人脸表情识别技术可以采用ARKit技术。
在具体实现中,采用ARKit技术,实时检测主播的脸部轮廓,采集所述主播的嘴巴形变的数据、眉毛形变的数据、及眼睛动作变化的数据。
需要说明的是,上述具体实现过程仅仅用于举例说明,所述当前脸部特征数据具体涉及的详细人脸轮廓特征可由主播根据实际情况进行选择,本发明实施例不做限定。
S202:将当前脸部特征数据与第一预设脸部特征数据进行比对。
在S202中,将当前脸部特征数据中的各个人脸轮廓特征形变数据与所述第一预设脸部特征数据中对应的人脸轮廓特征形变数据进行比对。
在具体实现中,所述第一预设脸部特征数据包括为嘴巴形变数据,所述嘴巴形变数据具体为嘴巴上扬弧度范围10°~20°。由此,判断主播的当前嘴巴上扬的弧度是否位于所述第一预设脸部特征数据中嘴巴上扬弧度范围10°~20°之内,并根据判断结果执行后续步骤。

S203:若当前脸部特征数据与第一预设脸部特征数据相同,开启物品识别。
在S203中,结合S202的比对,若比对的结果是所述当前脸部特征数据与所述第一预设脸部特征数据相同,换而言之,所述主播当前的人脸轮廓特征形变数据分别位于第一预设脸部特征数据中的人脸轮廓特征形变数据之内,则开启物品识别。
在具体实现中,第一预设脸部特征数据中所设置的人脸轮廓特征形变包括眉毛上扬弧度范围10°~20°和嘴巴上扬弧度15°~30°。当检测到主播当前的眉毛上扬的弧度为15°,嘴巴上扬的弧度为25°。所述主播的当前的眉毛上扬的弧度15°位于所述第一预设脸部特征数据中眉毛上扬弧度范围10°~20°之内,所述主播的嘴巴上扬的弧度25°位于述第一预设脸部特征数据中嘴巴上扬弧度15°~30°范围内。由此,确定所述当前脸部特征数据与所述第一预设脸部 特征数据相同,并开启物品识别。

在具体实现中,假设导购标识包括“YYY牌”的特征数据、“西瓜”的特征数据,当前位于识别区域内的物品为贴有“YYY牌”贴标的西瓜。利用Inceptionv3物品识别技术进行物品监测识别,检测出所述位于识别区域内的物品具有“西瓜”的特征数据,且识别出所述物品上贴有的标签具有“YYY牌”的特征数据。由此,确定所述当前位于识别区域内的物品具有导购标识。
在具体实现中,假设第一导购标识包括“香蕉”的特征数据、“XXX牌”的特征数据,第二导购标识包括“香蕉”的特征数据、“ZZZ牌”的特征数据。当前位于识别区域内的物品为贴有“YYY牌”标签的西瓜。利用Inceptionv3物品识别技术对所述物品进行监测识别,检测出所述物品具有“西瓜”的特征数据,且识别出所述物品上贴有的标签具有“YYY牌”的特征数据。由此,确定所述当前位于识别区域内的物品不具有导购标识。

S302:确定物品为导购商品。
在S302中,导购商品都预先由主播设置对应的导购标识,所述物品具有对 应的导购标识,则确定所述物品为导购商品。
在具体实现中,假设当前位于识别区域内的物品为香蕉,所述物品上贴有“YYY牌”的标签。第一导购商品对应的第一导购标识包括“XXX牌”的特征数据、“香蕉”的特征数据,第二导购商品对应的第二导购标识包括“WWW牌”的特征数据、“香蕉”的特征数据。对所述物品进行监测识别,检测出所述物品具有“香蕉”的特征数据,且识别出所述物品上贴有的标签具有“YYY牌”的特征数据。由此,确定所述物品不是导购商品。
需要说明的是,上述具体实现过程仅仅用于举例说明。
S303:基于所述导购标识,在数据库中查找并获取所述导购标识对应的导购链接。
在S303中,所述数据库中至少预先存储有所述导购标识、所述导购链接,以及所述导购标识和所述导购链接之间的对应关系。

S501:确定各个导购链接之间的优先级。
在S501中,所述各个导购链接之间的优先级可由主播根据实际情况进行设置。在本发明实施例中,所述优先级可以根据导购商品的广告利润进行设置,所述广告利润越高的导购商品,对应的优先级越高。
需要说明的是,包含优先级的优先级数据可以同时存储于数据库的产品表中。也可以采用单独设置优先级的方式由主播进行设置。
在具体实现中,所述导购商品包括耳机、手机和电脑,其中,电脑价格为5000元,手机的价格为3000元,耳机的价格为1000元。根据导购商品的价格设置优先级,每增加1000元就提高一个优先级。由此,耳机的优先级为1,手机的优先级为3,电脑的优先级为5。
需要说明的是,上述具体实现过程仅仅用于举例说明。
S502:获取各个导购链接的数据信息。
在S502中,所述数据信息包括显示标识数据、所述导购商品在第三方平台的网络地址信息,或,所述数据信息包括显示标识数据、所述导购商品在第三方平台的网络地址信息和所述导购商品对应的示例图片数据。

在S503中,所述导购链接的显示方式与所述优先级相关。可选的,优先级越高,所述导购链接的显示方式越突出。
需要说明的是,所述显示方式预先由主播根据实际情况进行设置并与导购链接具体关联。结合上述表1-表3。所述显示方式可以同时存储于产品表中。也可以采用单独设置时间的方式由主播进行设置。
在具体实现中,假设第一导购链接的优先级为1,第二导购链接的优先级为2,第三导购链接的优先级为3。此外,每一个优先级对应的在直播界面中的显 示时间都不一样。由此可知,所述第三导购链接显示在所述直播界面的左下方,持续显示15S;所述第二导购链接显示在所述直播界面的左下方,持续显示10S;所述第一导购链接显示在所述直播界面的左下方,持续显示5S。各个导购链接在直播界面中的显示位置由上至下分别是:所述第三导购链接、所述第二导购链接、所述第一导购链接。所述直播界面如图5b所示。
假设第一导购链接的优先级为1,第二导购链接的优先级为2,第三导购链接的优先级为3。此外,每一个优先级对应的在直播界面中的显示画面大小都不一样。由此可知,所述第三导购链接显示在所述直播界面的左下方,对应的画面大小最大;所述第二导购链接显示在所述直播界面的左下方,对应的画面大小适中;所述第一导购链接显示在所述直播界面的左下方,对应的画面大小最小。各个导购链接在直播界面中的显示位置由上至下分别是:所述第三导购链接、所述第二导购链接、所述第一导购链接。所述直播界面如图5c所示。
需要说明的是,优先级越高的导购链接对应显示方式越显眼。例如,所述导购链接在所述直播界面所处位置的周边可以增加动画特效,所述导购链接在直播界面中处于正中间的位置。
在具体实现中,假设第一导购链接的优先级为1,第二导购链接的优先级为2,第三导购链接的优先级为3。首先,将所述第二导购链接插入所述直播流中,其次,将所述第三导购链接插入所述直播流中,最后,将所述第一导购链接插入所述直播流中。所述第三导购链接的显示在所述直播界面的左下方,所述第三导购链接在所述直播界面所处位置的周边增加有星星闪烁特效,所述第二导购链接的显示在所述直播界面的左下方,所述第一导购链接的显示在所述直播界面的左下方。各个导购链接在直播界面中的显示位置由上至下分别是:所述第三导购链接、所述第二导购链接、所述第一导购链接。所述直播界面如图5d所示。

在S605中,所述第二预设脸部特征数据至少包括人脸轮廓特征数据集合。具体的,该人脸轮廓特征数据集合中至少包括嘴巴形变数据、眉毛形变数据、眼睛动作变化数据等人脸轮廓特征形变数据。
其中,人脸轮廓特征形变数据可以为一个具体数值或数据,也可以为一个形变数据范围。具体的形变数据范围可由主播根据实际情况进行设置。在直播过程中,实时监测所述主播的当前脸部特征数据,当监测到所述当前脸部特征数据与所述第二预设脸部特征数据相同时,则确定所述直播的当前脸部特征数据变更为所述第二预设脸部特征数据,并关闭物品识别。
在具体实现中,假设所述第二预设脸部特征数据包括右眼眉毛上扬的具体弧度为5°~10°,嘴巴上扬的具体弧度为0°~5°。在直播过程中,识别到主播的当前脸部特征数据为右眼眉毛上扬弧度为6°,嘴巴上扬的弧度为2°。此时, 当前脸部特征数据中的右眼眉毛上扬弧度为6°位于第二预设脸部特征数据所包括的右眼眉毛上扬的具体弧度为5°~10°范围内,当前脸部特征数据中的嘴巴上扬弧度为2°位于第二预设脸部特征数据所包括的嘴巴上扬的具体弧度为0°~5°范围内。由此,则认为确定当前脸部特征数据变更为所述第二预设脸部特征数据,并关闭物品识别。
基于上述示例可知,本发明实施例实际上可以认为是通过主播脸部表情的变化来关闭物品识别,从而退出导购场景。
需要说明的是,上述具体实现过程仅仅用于举例说明。具体的人脸轮廓特征也可以是其他人脸轮廓特征,或者多个人脸轮廓特征的结合。
在本发明实施例中,当在直播过程中识别到主播的当前脸部特征数据变更为第一预设脸部特征数据时,开启物品识别;确定位于识别区域内的物品的类型,若所述物品为导购商品,获取所述导购商品对应的导购链接;将所述导购链接插入直播流,使所述导购链接显示于直播界面;当在直播过程中识别到主播的当前脸部特征数据变更为第二预设脸部特征数据后,关闭物品识别。基于本发明实施例,在直播过程中,无需主播手动启动推送程序,即可根据主播的脸部表情变化自动对所述主播中的物品进行导购,将对应的导购链接显示于直播界面中,降低主播的操作难度,提高整个导购的便捷性。

    当在直播过程中识别到主播的当前脸部特征数据变更为第一预设脸部特征数据时,开启物品识别;
    确定位于识别区域内的物品的类型,若所述物品为导购商品,获取所述导购商品对应的导购链接;
    将所述导购链接插入直播流,使所述导购链接显示于直播界面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述当直播过程中识别到主播的当前脸部特征数据变更为第一预设脸部特征数据,开启物品识别,包括:
    在直播过程中,实时检测主播的脸部轮廓,并采集所述主播的当前脸部特征数据;
    将所述当前脸部特征数据与第一预设脸部特征数据进行比对;
    若所述当前脸部特征数据与所述第一预设脸部特征数据相同,开启物品识别。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述确定位于识别区域内的物品的类型,若所述物品为导购商品,获取所述导购商品对应的导购链接,包括:
    实时监测位于识别区域内的物品是否具有导购标识;
    若检测到所述物品具有导购标识,确定所述物品为导购商品;
    基于所述导购标识,在数据库中查找并获取所述导购标识对应的导购链接,所述数据库中至少预先存储有所述导购标识、所述导购链接,以及所述导购标识和所述导购链接之间的对应关系。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,若所述数据库分类存储于所述导购标识和所述导购链接,所述基于所述导购标识,在数据库中查找并获取所述导购标识对应的导购链接,包括:
    确定所述导购标识的分类类别,并基于所述分类类别,遍历所述数据库存储该分类类别的存储区域查找并获取所述导购标识对应的导购链接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述将所述导购链接插入直播流,使所述导购链接显示于直播界面,包括:
    确定所述导购链接的数据信息,所述数据信息包括显示标识数据、所述导 购商品在第三方平台的网络地址信息,或,所述数据信息包括显示标识数据、所述导购商品在第三方平台的网络地址信息和所述导购商品对应的示例图片数据;
    将所述导购链接插入直播流,使所述导购链接在直播界面的预设位置上显示。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,若所述导购链接具有多个,所述将所述导购链接插入直播流,使所述导购链接显示于直播界面,包括:
    确定各个导购链接之间的优先级;
    获取所述各个导购链接的数据信息,所述数据信息包括显示标识数据、所述导购商品在第三方平台的网络地址信息,或,所述数据信息包括显示标识数据、所述导购商品在第三方平台的网络地址信息和所述导购商品对应的示例图片数据;
    基于所述各个导购链接之间的优先级,按照所述优先级由高至低的顺序,将所述各个导购链接插入所述直播流,使所述导购链接在直播界面的预设位置上显示,其中,所述导购链接的显示方式与所述优先级相关。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:

  8. 一种网络直播间导购系统,其特征在于,包括:
    启动单元,用于当在直播过程中识别到主播的当前脸部特征数据变更为第一预设脸部特征数据时,开启物品识别;
    获取单元,用于确定位于识别区域内的物品的类型,若所述物品为导购商品,获取所述导购商品对应的导购链接;
    显示单元,用于将所述导购链接插入直播流,使所述导购链接显示于直播界面。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的系统,其特征在于,所述启动单元包括:
    检测模块,用于在直播过程中,实时检测主播的脸部轮廓,并采集所述主播的当前脸部特征数据;
    比对模块,用于将所述当前脸部特征数据与第一预设脸部特征数据进行比对;
    启动模块,用于若所述当前脸部特征数据与所述第一预设脸部特征数据相同,开启物品识别。
  10. 一种处理器,其特征在于,所述处理器用于运行程序,其中,所述程序运行时执行如权利要求1-7中任一项所述的网络直播间导购方法。
