本申请涉及厨房电器技术领域,具体涉及一种蒸烤组合机。
随着生活水平的提高,许多人对家庭用品的要求也在不断提高,相关技术中,厨房电器通常功能单一,不同烹饪过程需要更换不同的烹饪电器,影响用户烹饪体验。
因此需要提供一种蒸烤组合机。
发明内容
为了解决厨房电器功能单一的问题,本申请提供了一种蒸烤组合机。
一种蒸烤组合机,包括:壳体,所述壳体内部设置有烧烤区和蒸制区,所述壳体上设置有供蒸汽流入的蒸汽流入孔;器皿,设置在所述蒸制区内部,所述器皿的侧壁上设置有供蒸汽进入的进汽孔,所述进汽孔与所述蒸汽流入孔相对设置;所述器皿上的所述进汽孔与所述壳体的所述蒸汽流入孔之间设置有蒸汽进气管,所述蒸汽进气管用以将蒸汽带入所述器皿内部;烤盘,设置在所述烧烤区内部,所述壳体内与所述烤盘相对应的位置设置有发热管,用以对位于所述烤盘内部的食材进行烤制;其中,所述进汽孔靠近所述器皿的底壁位置设置。
在一实施例中,所述蒸汽进气管包括可拆卸安装在所述器皿上的第一进气管,以及可拆卸安装在所述壳体上的第二进气管,所述第一进气管可拆卸地连接在所述第二进气管上。

本申请提供的蒸烤组合机,器皿上设置有供蒸汽流出的排气孔。通过设置排气孔,当器皿内部的蒸汽压力过高时,能够进一步稳定器皿的压力。同时,从器皿内部流出的蒸汽对烤盘进行补偿,烤盘中的食材经过蒸汽补偿后,可以获得更好的口感。

为了便于理解本申请,下面将参照相关附图对本申请进行更全面的描述。附图中给出了本申请的较佳的实施例。但是,本申请可以以许多不同的形式来实现,并不限于本文所描述的实施例。相反地,提供这些实施例的目的是使对本申请的公开内容的理解更加透彻全面。
本申请提供一种蒸烤组合机,如图1和图2所示,包括:壳体1,其内部设置有烧烤区1b和蒸制区1a,所述壳体1上设置有供蒸汽流入的蒸汽流入孔11;器皿2设置在所述蒸制区1a内部,所述器皿2的侧壁上设置有供蒸汽进入的进汽孔21,所述进汽孔21与所述蒸汽流入孔11相对设置;所述器皿2上的所述进汽孔21与所述壳体1的所述蒸汽流入孔11之间设置有蒸汽进气管4,所述蒸汽进气管4用以将蒸汽带入所述器皿2内部;烤盘3,设置在所述烧烤区1b内部,所述壳体1内与所述烤盘3相对应的位置设置有发热管7,用以对位于所述烤盘3内部的食材进行烤制;其中,如图1所示,所述进汽孔21靠近所述器皿2的底壁位置设置。
在一些实施例中,通过设置器皿2,将容纳腔分割成蒸制区1a和烧烤区1b,蒸制区1a和烧烤区1b独立工作,在蒸制区1a内部进行蒸制工作,在烧烤区1b进行烤制工作。通过上述的设置方式,在蒸制区1a和烤制区同时对两种不同的食材进行同时加工,从而有效地解决了烹饪用具烹饪功能单一、导致工作效率低的缺陷。通过设置蒸汽进气管4,能够将蒸汽尽可能全部打入到器皿2内部,从而有利于提高蒸汽的使用效率,同时确保器皿2工作的稳定性。此外,通过设置器皿2,能够防止蒸汽直接上升到位于容纳腔上部的烧 烤区1b内部,从而对烧烤区1b中的发热管7造成损伤。
在一些实施例中,器皿2和壳体1采用金属材质制成;在另一些实施例中,器皿2和壳体1采用塑料材质制成,在此对材质不进行过多限制。
在一些实施例中,为了实现将蒸汽引入到器皿2内部,如图1所示,本申请的蒸烤组合机还包括蒸汽发生装置6,所述蒸汽发生装置6通过输入管9连接所述蒸汽流入孔11。同时,在蒸汽流入孔11上设置有蒸汽进气管4,输入管9中的蒸汽通过蒸汽进气管4流入到器皿2内部。
在一些实施例中,如图3所示,所述蒸汽进气管4包括可拆卸安装在所述器皿2上的第一进气管41,以及可拆卸安装在所述壳体1上的第二进气管42,所述第一进气管41可拆卸地连接在所述第二进气管42上。通过第一进气管41与第二进气管42的配合,能够分别对第一进气管41和第二进气管42进行安装然后连接。分体设置的蒸汽进气管4提高了整个蒸汽进气管4的装配效率。
在一些实施例中,如图3所示,所述第二进气管42密封连接在所述第一进气管41的内壁上。同时,如图3所示,在第一进气管41靠近所述第二进气管42的一端的内壁上设置有倒角411。通过设置倒角411,当需要将第二进气管42插入第一进气管41内部时,倒角411的存在方便了第二进气管42的端部插入到第一进气管41内部,提高装配过程的便利性。
在一些实施例中,第一进气管和第二进气管采用硬质金属材料制成。为了实现密封效果,在一些实施例中,在第一进气管或第二进气管内壁上设置有密封圈。
在另外一些实施例中,第一进气管41套接在第二进气管42的内壁上。此时倒角411将设置在第二进气管42的内壁位置。
在一些实施例中,为了实现第一进气管41和第二进气管42的安装,如图3所示,在第一进气管41和第二进气管42的外壁上设置有螺纹。通过螺纹实现将第一进气管41和第二进气管42安装在器皿2和壳体1上,通过螺纹连接的方式便于进行拆装工作。
在一些实施例中,如图1所示,所述壳体1上设有供蒸汽流出的蒸汽流出孔12,所述器皿2的侧壁上设有供蒸汽流出的出汽孔22,所述出汽孔22与所述蒸汽流出孔12相对应,且所述出汽孔22与所述蒸汽流出孔12之间设置有蒸汽出气管5。
通过设置出汽孔22,能够将器皿2中多余的蒸汽排出至外界,保证器皿2内的压力与外界平衡,同时设置出汽孔22,避免蒸汽泄露到腔体里对烧烤造成影响。
在一些实施例中,如图1所示,所述壳体1上设有供蒸汽流出的蒸汽流出孔12,所述器皿2的侧壁上设有供蒸汽流出的出汽孔22,所述出汽孔22与所述蒸汽流出孔12相对应, 且所述出汽孔22与所述蒸汽流出孔12之间设置有蒸汽出气管5。通过设置出汽孔22,能够将器皿2中多余的蒸汽排出至外界,保证器皿2内的压力与外界平衡,同时设置出汽孔22,能够避免蒸汽泄露到腔体里对烧烤造成影响。
在一些实施例中,如图1、图5或图6所示,出汽孔22设置在所述进汽孔21的上方位置。通过上述的位置关系,蒸汽通过位于下方位置的进汽孔21流入到器皿2中,然后通过位于上述位置出汽孔22流出器皿2。进汽孔21与出汽孔22的设置位置与蒸汽的流动方向一致,提高了蒸汽在器皿2内部的利用率。
在一些实施例中,所述进汽孔21和所述出汽孔22设置在器皿2侧壁的对角线的两端位置处。
在一些实施例中,蒸汽出气管5上连接有输出管8,用以将多余的蒸汽从器皿2内部进行导出。同时,本实施例中所述蒸汽出气管5与所述蒸汽进气管4结构一致。在其它一些实施例中,蒸汽出气管5之间采用一根直管,在本实施例中不进行过多描述。
在一些实施例中,如图4-6所示,所述器皿2包括:底座23,其上设置有所述进汽孔21和所述出汽孔22;以及,盖子24,扣设在所述底座23上,与所述底座23形成封闭空间。
所述器皿2内部设置有蒸盘25,所述蒸盘25用以放置食材,所述进汽孔设置在蒸盘的下方,出汽孔设置在蒸盘的上方。蒸盘25本体上设置有开孔,以方便蒸汽通过开孔上升到蒸盘25上方。
在一些实施例中,所述蒸盘25与底座23一体成型。在其它的一些实施例中,如图5所示,蒸盘25与底座23之间分体设置。
在一些实施例中,在器皿2与所述烤盘3相对应的部位、和/或所述烤盘3与所述器皿2相对应的部位设置有隔热层,用以防止所述器皿2和所述烤盘3之间发生热交换。进而避免烤盘3中的热量传递至器皿2内部、高温对器皿2内部的蒸汽造成影响。
同时,在其它实施例中,为了进一步提高隔热效果,在器皿2与烤盘3之间设置有隔热板。隔热层和隔热板均采用常用的隔热材料制成,在此不进行过多描述。
在一些实施例中,如图6所示,所述器皿2上设置有供蒸汽流出的排气孔26。排气孔26用于当器皿2内部的蒸汽压力过高时,进一步稳定器皿2的压力。同时,从器皿2内部流出的蒸汽能够对烤盘3进行补偿,烤盘3中的食材经过蒸汽补偿后,可以获得更好的口感。
显然,上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明所作的举例,而并非对实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变 动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而由此所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本申请的保护范围之中。
Claims (14)
- 一种蒸烤组合机,其特征在于,包括:壳体(1),其内部设置有烧烤区(1b)和蒸制区(1a),所述壳体(1)上设置有供蒸汽流入的蒸汽流入孔(11);器皿(2),设置在所述蒸制区(1a)内部,所述器皿(2)的侧壁上设置有供蒸汽进入的进汽孔(21),所述进汽孔(21)与所述蒸汽流入孔(11)相对设置;所述器皿(2)上的所述进汽孔(21)与所述壳体(1)的所述蒸汽流入孔(11)之间设置有蒸汽进气管(4),所述蒸汽进气管(4)用以将蒸汽带入所述器皿(2)内部;烤盘(3),设置在所述烧烤区(1b)内部,所述壳体(1)内与所述烤盘(3)相对应的位置设置有发热管(7),用以对位于所述烤盘(3)内部的食材进行烤制;所述进汽孔(21)靠近所述器皿(2)的底壁位置设置。
- 根据权利要求1所述的蒸烤一体机,其特征在于,所述蒸汽进气管(4)包括可拆卸安装在所述器皿(2)上的第一进气管(41),以及可拆卸安装在所述壳体(1)上的第二进气管(42),所述第一进气管(41)可拆卸地连接在所述第二进气管(42)上。
- 根据权利要求2所述的蒸烤一体机,其特征在于,所述第二进气管(42)密封连接在所述第一进气管(41)的内壁上。
- 根据权利要求3所述的蒸烤一体机,其特征在于,所述第一进气管(41)靠近所述第二进气管(42)的一端的内壁上设置有倒角(411)。
- 根据权利要求2-4任一所述的蒸烤一体机,其特征在于,所述第一进气管(41)和/或所述第二进气管(42)的外壁上设置有螺纹。
- 根据权利要求2-4任一所述的蒸烤组合机,其特征在于,所述壳体(1)上设有供蒸汽流出的蒸汽流出孔(12),所述器皿(2)的侧壁上设有供蒸汽流出的出汽孔(22),所述出汽孔(22)与所述蒸汽流出孔(12)相对应,且所述出汽孔(22)与所述蒸汽流出孔(12)之间设置有蒸汽出气管(5)。
- 根据权利要求6所述的蒸烤组合机,其特征在于,所述出汽孔(22)设置在所述进汽孔(21)的上方位置。
- 根据权利要求6或7所述的蒸烤组合机,其特征在于,所述蒸汽出气管(5)与所述蒸汽进气管(4)结构一致。
- 根据权利要求6或7所述的蒸烤组合机,其特征在于,所述器皿(2)包括:底座(23),其上设置有所述进汽孔(21)和所述出汽孔(22);以及,盖子(24),扣设在所述底座(23)上,与所述底座(23)形成封闭空间。
- 根据权利要求9所述的蒸烤组合机,其特征在于,所述器皿(2)内部设置有蒸盘(25),所述蒸盘(25)用以放置食材,所述进汽孔(21)设置在所述蒸盘(25)的下方,所述出汽孔(22)设置在所述蒸盘(25)的上方。
- 根据权利要求1-4,7,10任一所述的蒸烤组合机,其特征在于,所述器皿(2)与所述烤盘(3)相对应的部位、和/或所述烤盘(3)与所述器皿(2)相对应的部位设置有隔热层,用以防止所述器皿(2)和所述烤盘(3)之间发生热交换。
- 根据权利要求1或11所述的蒸烤组合机,其特征在于,所述器皿(2)与所述烤盘(3)之间设置有隔热板。
- 根据权利要求1-4,7,10任一所述的蒸烤组合机,其特征在于,还包括蒸汽发生装置(6),所述蒸汽发生装置(6)通过输入管连接所述蒸汽流入孔(11)。
- 根据权利要求1-4,7,10任一所述的蒸烤组合机,其特征在于,所述器皿(2)上设置有供蒸汽流出的排气孔(26)。
