Description

一种信息校验方法及相关设备
本申请要求于2019年05月21日提交中国专利局、申请号为2019104231493、申请名称为“一种合同校验方法及相关设备”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及计算机领域,尤其涉及一种信息校验方法及相关设备。
背景技术
随着全球经济的一体化,企业的贸易领域越来越广,在与众多贸易关联方的贸易往来中往往需要签订很多合同。在传统的合同签订方式中,需要将待签订的借款合同的模板打印成纸质的借款合同模板,然后中小型企业与出资方在纸质的借款合同模板中签订合同,合同签订完成之后,再对签订完成的借款合同与授信合同进行人工校验核对,而人工校验在效率和准确度方面都较低。
申请内容
本申请实施例提供一种信息校验方法及相关设备,通过本申请可以提高合同信息校验的时效性和准确度。
本申请实施例第一方面提供了一种信息校验方法,包括:
根据预设的业务合同关联规则,获取与合同签订用户的待签订合同相关联的目标关联合同,所述待签订合同包含待签订合同栏目;
获取所述目标关联合同中比对合同栏目对应的比对栏目要素,所述比对合同栏目为预设的与所述待签订合同中待签订合同栏目有业务对应关系的栏目,所述比对栏目要素为所述比对合同栏目中的栏目值;
当接收到所述合同签订用户针对所述待签订合同栏目输入的待签订合同栏目要素图片时,通过光学字符识别技术获取所述待签订合同栏目要素图片中包含的待签订合同栏目要素;
根据所述比对栏目要素对所述待签订合同栏目要素进行校验;

通过本申请实施例,实现了在合同签订用户签订合同的过程中实时自动化地校验合同签订用户输入的待签订合同栏目要素,提高了合同信息校验的时效性和准确度。

下面将结合图1至图8,对本申请实施例提供的信息校验方法和相关设设备进行说明。
参见图1,图1为本申请实施例提供的一种信息校验方法的流程示意图,如图所示,所述方法可以包括:
S101,根据预设的业务合同关联规则,获取与合同签订用户的待签订合同相关联的目标关联合同。
这里,所述待签订合同可以包含多个待输入的空白合同栏目,其中,所述空白合同栏目包含所述待签订合同栏目,所述待签订合同栏目对应的要素为需要与其他具有业务合同关联规则的合同中的栏目要素进行比对的栏目,所述空白合同栏目还可以包含不需要与其他具有业务合同关联规则的合同中的栏目要素进行比对的栏目,可以仅对其对应的要素进行基本形式等的校验。一种实现方式中,步骤S101的执行可以在接收到合同签订用户针对所述待签订合同的合同签订请求后触发执行的,所述合同签订请求中可以携带所述待签订合同的合同种类以及所述合同签订用户的身份标识,根据预设的业务合同关联规则以及所 述待签订合同的合同种类,确定与所述待签订合同相关联的关联合同种类,从预设的已签订合同数据库中或预设的合同签订区块链上的合同记账节点中存储的所述关联合同种类的已签订合同中获取与所述身份标识匹配的目标关联合同。
所述待签订合同的合同种类可以根据具体的业务场景的不同而设定不同的种类,例如在供应链金融的业务场景中,所述合同种类可以包括授信合同种类、借款合同种类、贸易合同种类等。所述合同签订用户的身份标识可以为所述合同签订用户本人的姓名、身份证件标识等,也可以为所述合同签订用户所代表的合同主体的标识,例如所述身份标识可以是所述合同签订用户所代表的企业的企业名称、组织机构代码等。相应的,所述业务合同关联规则可以根据不同的业务场景而不同,例如在中小企业等融资方向出资方融资时,需要签订借款合同,所述业务合同关联规则可以为借款合同种类与授信合同种类互相关联;在出资方向中小企业授信时,需要签订授信合同,所述业务合同关联规则可以为授信合同种类与贸易合同种类互相关联。若获取的所述待签订合同的合同种类为借款合同种类,则根据预设的业务合同关联规则,与借款合同相关联的关联合同种类为授信合同种类。
另一种实现方式中,所述目标关联合同为所述合同签订用户自行上传的。
可以理解的是,所述待签订合同栏目可以包含多个,可以针对所述多个待签订合同栏目设定各自对应的目标关联合同。各个待签订合同栏目对应的目标关联合同可以相同,也可以不同。
S102,获取所述目标关联合同中比对合同栏目对应的比对栏目要素。
所述比对合同栏目为预设的与所述待签订合同中待签订合同栏目有业务对应关系的栏目,所述比对栏目要素为所述比对合同栏目中的栏目值。这里,可以根据预设的针对所述目标关联合同中所述比对栏目要素的位置标签或关键字标签,确定所述比对栏目要素在所述目标关联合同中的位置;根据所述比对栏目要素在所述目标关联合同中的位置,获取所述比对合同栏目中的比对栏目要素。
例如,所述待签订合同为借款合同,所述待签订合同栏目为甲方信息栏目,所述目标关联合同的比对合同栏目为授信合同中的甲方栏目,若授信合同中的甲方信息栏目对应的甲方信息的位置标签为“第1页第[001]段中第三个字符之后的各个字符”,根据所述甲方信息的位置标签从所述授信合同中确定甲方信息的位置,进而获取第一页第二段中的第三个字符之后的各个字符作为所述甲方信息栏目对应的甲方信息。若授信合同中的甲方信息栏目对应的甲方信息的关键字标签为“甲方:”,在所述授信合同中检索所述关键字标签“甲方:”后,将“甲方:”之后的连续字符串确定为所述甲方信息进而获取所述甲方信息,这里可以将所述连续字符串定义为没有标点符号、换行符或空格符分隔的字符串。
具体的,所述目标关联合同中所述比对合同栏目对应的比对栏目要素可以为图片存储在所述目标关联合同中,所述目标关联合同可以为以文档或图片等形式存储的,可以根据所述对比栏目要素在所述目标关联合同中的位置,获取所述对比合同栏目对应的比对栏目要素图片;通过光学字符识别技术识别所述比对栏目要素图片中的比对栏目要素。具体的,若所述目标关联合同以word文档格式存储,所述比对栏目要素图片以文档中插入的图片的 形式存储在所述目标关联合同中,可以在所述比对栏目要素在所述目标关联合同中的位置复制得到所述比对栏目要素图片;若所述目标关联合同以JPG等图片格式或PDF文档格式等图片形式存储的,可以在所述比对栏目要素在所述目标关联合同中的位置截取得到所述比对栏目要素图片。
具体的,若目标关联合同为以图片形式存储,根据所述比对栏目要素的位置标签确定的所述比对栏目要素在所述目标关联合同中的位置,为所述比对栏目要素对应的比对栏目要素图片的截取起始像素在所述目标关联合同中的位置,可以从所述截取起始像素在所述目标关联合同中的位置为起点,按照预设的图片截取方向截取预设尺寸的图片,得到所述比对栏目要素图片。例如,如图7所示,为一种比对栏目要素图片的确定方法的示意图,其中,S点为所述截取起始像素,预设的图片截取方向包括从S点先向下再向右截取,以及从S点先向右再向下截取,所述预设尺寸包括从S点先向下截取200个像素的长度,再向下截取400个像素的长度,和从S点先向右截取400个像素的长度,再向下截取200个像素的长度,即将区域M截取后得到所述比对栏目要素图片。
若目标关联合同为以图片形式存储,另一种实现方式中,所述截取起始像素可以为所述比对栏目要素的外围边框上的一个像素点,可以基于所述截取起始像素进行边缘检测,获取所述比对栏目要素的外围边框,进而沿所述比对栏目要素的外围边框进行截取,得到所述比对栏目要素图片。例如,如图8中所示,为另一种比对栏目要素图片的确定方法的示意图,其中T点为所述截取起始像素,通过边缘检测技术,确定所述比对栏目要素的外围边框,将比对栏目要素的外围边框围城的区域N截取后,得到所述比对栏目要素图片。
一种可选的实现方式中,在步骤S102之前,可以获取所述目标关联合同的关联合同签订者通过关联合同签订者的电子签章设备对所述目标关联合同的电子签名,所述目标关联合同的电子签名为所述关联合同签订者通过预设的第二电子签章设备私钥对所述目标关联合同进行哈希运算后得到的哈希值进行加密后得到的。获取所述目标关联合同的电子签名之后,通过预设的与所述第二电子签章设备私钥相对应的第二电子签章设备公钥对所述目标关联合同进行解密,并对所述目标关联合同进行哈希运算,在确定得到的哈希值与所述解密后的所述目标关联合同的电子签名一致的情况下,确定所述目标关联合同为有效目标关联合同,进而从所述有效目标关联合同中获取所述比对栏目要素。
S103,当接收到所述合同签订用户针对所述待签订合同栏目输入的待签订合同栏目要素图片时,通过光学字符识别技术获取所述待签订合同栏目要素图片中包含的待签订合同栏目要素。
这里,所述合同签订用户可以即时通过预设的手写屏幕针对所述待签订合同栏目进行书写输入所述待签订合同栏目要素图片,也可以是输入的预先存储针对所述待签订合同栏目的待签订合同栏目要素图片。当接收到所述待签订合同栏目要素图片后,立即执行通过光学字符识别技术获取所述待签订合同栏目要素图片中包含的待签订合同栏目要素,以及之后的步骤,以保证对用户输入的待签订合同栏目要素校验的时效性。
S104,根据所述比对栏目要素对所述待签订合同栏目要素进行校验。
具体的,根据所述比对栏目要素对所述待签订合同栏目要素进行校验的校验方式,根据所述待签订合同栏目要素对应的待签订合同栏目的不同而不同,可以预先针对不同的待签订合同栏目设置不同的校验方式,例如,若所述待签订合同栏目为合同签订方信息栏目,针对所述合同签订方信息栏目预设的校验方式为校验所述合同签订用户输入的合同签订方信息与从所述目标关联合同中获取的合同签订方信息是否一致,若不一致,则确定校验不通过;若所述待签订合同栏目为借款金额栏目,针对所述借款金额栏目预设的校验方式为校验所述合同签订用户输入的借款金额是否大于从所述目标关联合同中获取的授信额度,若是,则确定校验不通过。
S105,在校验不通过的情况下,返回针对所述待签订合同栏目的输入无效提示,所述输入无效提示用于提示所述合同签订用户重新输入针对所述待签订合同栏目的要素。
这里,在所述待签订合同包含多个空白合同栏目时,所述针对所述待签订合同栏目的输入无效提示可以在所述合同签订方签订输入完成所述待签订合同栏目后,输入所述空白合同栏目中所述待签订合同栏目以外的其他空白合同栏目对应的要素之前,向所述合同签订用户返回,使所述待签订合同用户针对所述待签订合同栏目输入满足校验通过条件的待签订合同栏目要素时,允许所述合同签订用户针对所述空白合同栏目中所述待签订合同栏目以外的其他空白合同栏目输入要素。也可以在所述合同签订用户完成签订后触发所述待签订合同的提交请求时,返回针对所述待签订合同栏目的输入无效提示,使所述合同签订用户针对所述待签订合同栏目输入满足校验通过条件的待签订合同栏目要素后,提交签订完成的所述待签订合同。实现了在所述合同签订用户签订合同的过程中校验针对所述待签订合同栏目输入的待签订合同栏目要素,并在确定校验不通过的情况下,及时返回输入无效提示,保证了待签订合同的签订和修正的时效性。
可选的,根据所述比对栏目要素对所述待签订合同栏目要素进行校验之前,还包括:校验所述待签订合同栏目要素是否符合预设的针对所述待签订合同栏目的输入格式规则;在确定所述待签订合同栏目要素符合所述输入格式规则的情况下,执行所述根据所述比对栏目要素对所述待签订合同栏目要素进行校验。例如,若所述待签订合同栏目要素包含合同金额大写栏目要素,对应的输入格式规则可以为所述合同金额大写栏目要素中的字符为壹、贰、叁、肆、伍、陆、柒、捌、玖、拾、佰、仟、万、亿、元、圆、角、分、零、整中的一个或多个。
可选的,在校验通过的情况下,允许合同签订用户针对所述待签订合同进行电子签章,具体实现中:接收所述合同签订用户的电子签章设备发送所述合同签订用户的签章图片;将所述合同签订用户的签章图片设置在所述待签订合同的指定签章区域并将所述当前系统时间显示在指定时间区域后,生成所述合同签订用户的已签订合同;将所述合同签订用户的已签订合同发送给所述合同签订用户的电子签章设备,以使所述合同签订用户的电子签章设备通过预设的第一电子签章设备私钥对所述合同签订用户的已签订合同进行哈希运算得到的哈希值进行加密,得到所述合同签订用户对所述合同签订用户的已签订合同的电子签名;接收所述合同签订用户的电子签章设备发送的所述已签订合同的电子签名,所述已 签订合同的电子签名被用于通过预设的第一电子签章设备公钥解密后,在验证对所述合同签订用户的已签订合同进行哈希运算得到的哈希值与所述解密后的所述已签订合同的电子签名一致时,确定所述合同签订用户的已签订合同为有效合同。
进一步可选的,在将所述合同签订用户的签章图片设置在所述待签订合同的指定签章区域并将所述当前系统时间显示在指定时间区域之前,还可以接收所述合同签订用户的电子签章设备发送的电子签章数字证书,所述电子签章数字证书为可信任的证书发布方组织对所述合同签订用户或所述合同签订用户所代表的合同主体进行身份认证后,颁布的代表所述合同签订方用户或所述合同签订用户所代表的合同主体的身份的数字证书;进而根据所述电子签章数字证书对所述合同签订用户的电子签章设备进行身份认证,在所述身份认证通过的情况下,将所述合同签订用户的签章图片设置在所述待签订合同的指定签章区域并将所述当前系统时间显示在指定时间区域。
这里,根据所述电子签章数字证书对所述合同签订用户的电子签证设备进行身份认证可以包括:对所述电子签章数字证书中包含的所述电子签章数字证的发布方的发布方信息进行验证,在根据所述发布方信息确认所述发布方为可信任发布机构的情况下,通过所述发布方对应的发布方公钥,对所述电子签章数字证书中包含的所述电子签章数字证书的数字签名进行解密,并将所述电子签证数字证书进行哈希运算,在确认对所述电子签章数字证书进行哈希运算得到的哈希值与解密后的所述电子签章数字证书的数字签名一致的情况下,确认所述电子签章数字证书为未被篡改的可靠电子签章数字证书;在确认所述电子签章数字证书为可靠电子签章数字证书之后,向所述电子签章数字证书发送身份测试随机消息,以使所述合同签订用户的电子签证设备返回通过所述预设的第一电子签章设备私钥对所述身份测试随机消息进行加密的加密身份测试随机消息;通过所述电子签章数字证书中包含的第一电子签章设备公钥对所述加密身份测试随机消息进行解密后,验证与向所述合同签订用户的电子签章设备发送的所述身份测试随机消息是否一致,在一致的情况下,确认根据所述电子签章数字证书对所述合同签订用户的电子签证设备进行的身份认证通过。
本申请实施例中,在根据预设的业务合同关联规则,获取与合同签订用户的待签订合同相关联的目标关联合同后,获取所述目标关联合同中比对合同栏目对应的比对栏目要素,在接收到合同签订用户针对所述待签订合同栏目输入待签订合同栏目要素时,通过光学字符识别技术获取所述待签订合同栏目要素图片中包含的待签订合同栏目要素,并根据所述比对栏目要素对所述待签订合同栏目要素进行校验,在校验不通过的情况下,返回针对所述待签订合同栏目的输入无效提示。实现了在合同签订用户签订合同的过程中实时自动化地校验合同签订用户输入的待签订合同栏目要素,提高了合同信息校验的时效性和准确度。
参见图2,图2为本申请实施例提供的另一种信息校验方法的流程示意图,如图所示,所述方法可以包括:
S201,接收合同签订用户的合同签订请求。
这里,所述合同签订请求中携带所述合同签订用户的待签订合同的合同种类和所述合 同签订用户的身份标识。所述待签订合同可以包含多个待签订合同栏目。
S202,根据所述待签订合同的合同种类,从预设的合同模板数据库中获取所述待签订合同的合同模板,并将所述待签订合同的合同模板显示在显示屏幕上。
具体的,预先针对不同的合同种类设定不同的合同模板,获取所述待签订合同的合同模板后,可以将所述待签订合同的合同模板显示在普通显示屏幕上,也可以显示在电容屏、电阻屏、电磁屏、数位屏或红外触摸屏等书写屏幕上。
S203,根据预设的业务合同关联规则、所述待签订合同的合同种类以及所述合同签订用户的身份标识,从已签订合同数据库中获取与所述合同签订用户的待签订合同相关联的目标关联合同。
具体获取方式请参阅图1对应的实施例中步骤S101的具体实现方式,此处不再赘述。
S204,通过光学字符识别技术从所述目标关联合同中获取与所述待签订合同栏目对应的比对合同栏目中的比对栏目要素。
S205,接收所述合同签订用户通过书写屏幕输入的包含针对所述待签订合同栏目的待签订合同栏目要素的待签订合同栏目要素图片。
若步骤S202中,所述待签订合同的合同模板显示在普通显示屏幕,所述书写屏幕可以为与所述普通显示屏幕相连接的书写屏幕,手写屏幕接收到所述合同签订用户输入的待签订合同栏目要素图片后,将其发送给所述普通显示屏幕。若步骤S202中,所述待签订合同的合同模板显示在书写屏幕上,本步骤中接收所述待签订合同栏目要素图片的书写屏幕与步骤S202中的书写屏幕为同一书写屏幕。具体的,所述手写屏幕接收所述合同签订用户输入的所述待签订合同栏目要素图片的界面示意图可以如图3所示,所述合同签订用户通过手指或屏幕手写笔在“甲方”后的包含光标的虚线框内针对“甲方”栏目输入,也可以如图4所示,所述合同签订用户通过手指或屏幕手写笔在图4中灰色阴影部分针对“甲方”栏目输入。
S206,通过光学字符识别技术识别获取所述待签订合同栏目要素图片中的待签订合同栏目要素。

本申请实施例中,在接收到合同签订用户的合同签订请求后,通过显示屏幕向用合同签订用户展示待签订合同的合同模板,并获取合同签订用户的待签订合同相关联的目标关联合同,从所述目标关联合同中获取与所述待签订合同栏目对应的比对合同栏目中的比对栏目要素,在接收到合同签订用户通过书写屏幕手写输入包含待签订合同栏目要素的待签订合同栏目要素图片时,通过光学字符识别技术识别获取所述待签订合同栏目要素,并根据从所述目标关联合同中获取的与所述待签订合同栏目对应的比对合同栏目中的比对栏目要素,对所述待签订合同栏目要素进行校验。实现了为用户提供了模拟纸质化的合同签订方式,同时在合同签订用户签订合同的过程中实时自动化地校验合同签订用户输入的待签订合同栏目要素,不仅提高了合同信息校验的时效性和准确度,而且避免了对签订完成的纸质合同进行校验发现校验不通过时,无效合同对纸质资源的浪费。
参见图5,图5为本申请实施例提供的一种信息校验装置的结构示意图,如图所示,所述信息校验装置50至少可以包括关联合同获取单元501、要素获取单元502、识别单元503、校验单元504和提示单元505,其中:
关联合同获取单元501,用于获取与合同签订用户的待签订合同相关联的目标关联合同,所述待签订合同包含待签订合同栏目;
要素获取单元502,用于获取所述目标关联合同中比对合同栏目对应的比对栏目要素,所述比对合同栏目为预设的与所述待签订合同中待签订合同栏目有业务对应关系的栏目,所述比对栏目要素为所述比对合同栏目中的栏目值;

校验单元504,用于当接收到所述合同签订用户针对所述待签订合同栏目输入的待签订合同栏目要素时,根据所述比对栏目要素对所述待签订合同栏目要素进行校验;
提示单元505,用于在校验不通过的情况下,返回针对所述待签订合同栏目的输入无效提示,所述输入无效提示用于提示所述合同签订用户重新输入针对所述待签订合同栏目的要素。
可选的,所述待签订合同栏目要素包含所述待签订合同的合同签订方信息,所述比对栏目要素包含所述目标关联合同的合同签订方信息;
所述校验单元504,具体用于:
判断所述待签订合同的合同签订方信息与所述目标关联合同的合同签订方信息是否一致;
在判断结果为否的情况下,确定根据所述比对栏目要素对所述待签订合同栏目要素进行校验不通过。
可选的,所述要素获取单元502具体用于:
根据预设的针对所述目标关联合同中所述比对栏目要素的位置标签或关键字标签,确定所述比对栏目要素在所述目标关联合同中的位置;
根据所述比对栏目要素在所述目标关联合同中的位置,获取所述比对合同栏目中的比对栏目要素。
可选的,所述要素获取单元502具体用于:
根据所述比对栏目要素在所述目标关联合同中的位置,获取所述对比合同栏目对应的比对栏目要素图片;

接收所述合同签订用户的电子签章设备发送的电子签章数字证书;
根据所述电子签章数字证书对所述合同签订用户的电子签章设备进行身份认证;
在所述身份认证通过的情况下,执行所述将所述合同签订用户的签章图片设置在所述待签订合同的指定签章区域并将所述当前系统时间显示在指定时间区域。
可选的,所述合同签订请求中携带所述待签订合同的合同种类以及所述合同签订用户的身份标识;
所述关联合同获取单元501,具体用于:
根据预设的业务合同关联规则以及所述待签订合同的合同种类,确定与所述待签订合同相关联的关联合同种类;
从合同签订区块链的合同记账节点存储的所述关联合同种类的已签订合同中,获取与所述身份标识匹配的目标关联合同。
具体实现中,所述信息校验装置可以通过其内置的各个功能模块执行如图1-图2的信息校验方法中的各个步骤,具体实施细节可参阅图1-图2对应的实施例中各个步骤的实现细节,此处不再赘述。
本申请实施例中,关联合同获取单元在根据预设的业务合同关联规则,获取与合同签订用户的待签订合同相关联的目标关联合同后,要素获取单元获取所述目标关联合同中比对合同栏目对应的比对栏目要素,识别单元在接收到合同签订用户针对所述待签订合同栏目输入待签订合同栏目要素时,通过光学字符识别技术获取所述待签订合同栏目要素图片中包含的待签订合同栏目要素,校验单元根据所述比对栏目要素对所述待签订合同栏目要素进行校验,提示单元在校验不通过的情况下,返回针对所述待签订合同栏目的输入无效提示。实现了在合同签订用户签订合同的过程中实时自动化地校验合同签订用户输入的待签订合同栏目要素,提高了合同信息校验的时效性和准确度。
参见图6,图6为本申请实施例提供的另一种信息校验装置的结构示意图,如图所示,所述信息校验装置60包括处理器601、存储器602以及通信接口603。处理器601连接到存储器602和通信接口603,例如处理器601可以通过总线连接到存储器602和通信接口603。
处理器601被配置为支持所述信息校验装置执行图1-图4所述的信息校验方法中相应的功能。该处理器601可以是中央处理器(Central Processing Unit,CPU),网络处理器(Network Processor,NP),硬件芯片或者其任意组合。上述硬件芯片可以是专用集成电路(Application-Specific Integrated Circuit,ASIC),可编程逻辑器件(Programmable Logic Device,PLD)或其组合。上述PLD可以是复杂可编程逻辑器件(Complex Programmable Logic Device,CPLD),现场可编程逻辑门阵列(Field-Programmable Gate Array,FPGA),通用阵列逻辑(Generic Array Logic,GAL)或其任意组合。
存储器602用于存储程序代码等。存储器602包括内部存储器,内部存储器可以包括 以下至少一项:易失性存储器(例如动态随机存取存储器(DRAM)、静态RAM(SRAM)、同步动态RAM(SDRAM)等)和非易失性存储器(例如一次性可编程只读存储器(OTPROM)、可编程ROM(PROM)、可擦除可编程ROM(EPROM)、电可擦除可编程ROM(EEPROM)。存储器602还可以包括外部存储器,外部存储器可以包括以下至少一项:硬盘(Hard Disk Drive,HDD)或固态硬盘(Solid-State Drive,SSD)、闪驱,例如高密度闪存(CF)、安全数字(SD)、微型SD、迷你型SD、极限数字(xD)、存储棒等。
所述通信接口603用于接收或发送数据。
处理器601可以调用所述程序代码以执行以下操作:
根据预设的业务合同关联规则,获取与合同签订用户的待签订合同相关联的目标关联合同,所述待签订合同包含待签订合同栏目;
获取所述目标关联合同中比对合同栏目对应的比对栏目要素,所述比对合同栏目为预设的与所述待签订合同中待签订合同栏目有业务对应关系的栏目,所述比对栏目要素为所述比对合同栏目中的栏目值;
当接收到所述合同签订用户针对所述待签订合同栏目输入的待签订合同栏目要素图片时,通过光学字符识别技术获取所述待签订合同栏目要素图片中包含的待签订合同栏目要素;
根据所述比对栏目要素对所述待签订合同栏目要素进行校验;
在校验不通过的情况下,返回针对所述待签订合同栏目的输入无效提示,所述输入无效提示用于提示所述合同签订用户重新输入针对所述待签订合同栏目的要素。
需要说明的是,各个操作的实现还可以对应参照图1-图2所示的方法实施例的相应描述;所述处理器601还可以用于执行上述方法实施例中的其他操作。
本申请实施例还提供一种计算机非易失性可读存储介质,所述计算机非易失性可读存储介质存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序包括程序指令,所述程序指令当被计算机执行时使所述计算机执行如前述实施例所述的方法,所述计算机可以为上述提到的信息校验装置的一部分。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流程,是可以通过计算机程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,所述的程序可存储于一计算机非易失性可读存储介质中,该程序在执行时,可包括如上述各方法的实施例的流程。其中,所述的计算机非易失性可读存储介质可为磁碟、光盘、只读存储记忆体(Read-Only Memory,ROM)或随机存储记忆体(Random Access Memory,RAM)等。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种信息校验方法,其特征在于,包括:
    根据预设的业务合同关联规则,获取与合同签订用户的待签订合同相关联的目标关联合同,所述待签订合同包含待签订合同栏目;
    获取所述目标关联合同中比对合同栏目对应的比对栏目要素,所述比对合同栏目为预设的与所述待签订合同中待签订合同栏目有业务对应关系的栏目,所述比对栏目要素为所述比对合同栏目中的栏目值;
    当接收到所述合同签订用户针对所述待签订合同栏目输入的待签订合同栏目要素图片时,通过光学字符识别技术获取所述待签订合同栏目要素图片中包含的待签订合同栏目要素;
    根据所述比对栏目要素对所述待签订合同栏目要素进行校验;
    在校验不通过的情况下,返回针对所述待签订合同栏目的输入无效提示,所述输入无效提示用于提示所述合同签订用户重新输入针对所述待签订合同栏目的要素。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述待签订合同栏目要素包含所述待签订合同的合同签订方信息,所述比对栏目要素包含所述目标关联合同的合同签订方信息;
    所述根据所述比对栏目要素对所述待签订合同栏目要素进行校验包括:
    判断所述待签订合同的合同签订方信息与所述目标关联合同的合同签订方信息是否一致;
    在判断结果为否的情况下,确定根据所述比对栏目要素对所述待签订合同栏目要素进行校验不通过。
  3. 如权利要求1~2任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取所述目标关联合同中比对合同栏目对应的比对栏目要素包括:
    根据预设的针对所述目标关联合同中所述比对栏目要素的位置标签或关键字标签,确定所述比对栏目要素在所述目标关联合同中的位置;
    根据所述比对栏目要素在所述目标关联合同中的位置,获取所述比对合同栏目中的比对栏目要素。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述比对栏目要素在所述目标关联合同中的位置,获取所述比对合同栏目中的比对栏目要素包括:
    根据所述比对栏目要素在所述目标关联合同中的位置,获取所述对比合同栏目对应的比对栏目要素图片;
    通过光学字符识别技术识别所述比对栏目要素图片中的比对栏目要素。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述目标关联合同为以图片形式存储的,所述比对栏目要素在所述目标关联合同中的位置为所述比对栏目要素对应的比对栏目要素图片的截取起始像素在所述目标关联合同中的位置;
    所述根据所述比对栏目要素在所述目标关联合同中的位置,获取所述对比合同栏目对应的比对栏目要素图片包括:
    从所述截取起始像素在所述目标关联合同中的位置为起点,按照预设的图片截取方向 截取所述比对栏目要素图片。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述截取起始像素为所述比对栏目要素的外围边框上的一个像素点;
    所述从所述截取起始像素在所述目标关联合同中的位置为起点,按照预设的图片截取方向截取所述比对栏目要素图片包括:
    基于所述截取起始像素进行边缘检测,获取所述比对栏目要素的外围边框;
    沿所述比对栏目要素的外围边框进行截取,得到所述比对栏目要素图片。
  7. 如权利要求1~3任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    在对所述待签订合同栏目要素的校验通过的情况下,接收所述合同签订用户的电子签章设备发送所述合同签订用户的签章图片;
    将所述合同签订用户的签章图片设置在所述待签订合同的指定签章区域并将所述当前系统时间显示在指定时间区域后,生成所述合同签订用户的已签订合同;
    将所述合同签订用户的已签订合同发送给所述合同签订用户的电子签章设备,以使所述合同签订用户的电子签章设备通过预设的第一电子签章设备私钥对所述合同签订用户的已签订合同进行哈希运算得到的哈希值进行加密,得到所述合同签订用户对所述合同签订用户的已签订合同的电子签名;
    接收所述合同签订用户的电子签章设备发送的所述已签订合同的电子签名,所述已签订合同的电子签名被用于通过预设的第一电子签章设备公钥解密后,在验证对所述合同签订用户的已签订合同进行哈希运算得到的哈希值与所述解密后的所述已签订合同的电子签名一致时,确定所述合同签订用户的已签订合同为有效合同。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述将所述合同签订用户的签章图片设置在所述待签订合同的指定签章区域并将所述当前系统时间显示在指定时间区域之前,还包括:
    接收所述合同签订用户的电子签章设备发送的电子签章数字证书;
    根据所述电子签章数字证书对所述合同签订用户的电子签章设备进行身份认证;
    在所述身份认证通过的情况下,执行所述将所述合同签订用户的签章图片设置在所述待签订合同的指定签章区域并将所述当前系统时间显示在指定时间区域。
  9. 如权利要求1~3或7任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述合同签订请求中携带所述待签订合同的合同种类以及所述合同签订用户的身份标识;
    所述获取与合同签订用户的待签订合同相关联的目标关联合同包括:
    根据预设的业务合同关联规则以及所述待签订合同的合同种类,确定与所述待签订合同相关联的关联合同种类;
    从合同签订区块链的合同记账节点存储的所述关联合同种类的已签订合同中,获取与所述身份标识匹配的目标关联合同。
  10. 一种信息校验装置,其特征在于,包括:
    关联合同获取单元,用于获取与合同签订用户的待签订合同相关联的目标关联合同,所述待签订合同包含待签订合同栏目;
    要素获取单元,用于获取所述目标关联合同中比对合同栏目对应的比对栏目要素,所 述比对合同栏目为预设的与所述待签订合同中待签订合同栏目有业务对应关系的栏目,所述比对栏目要素为所述比对合同栏目中的栏目值;
    识别单元,当接收到所述合同签订用户针对所述待签订合同栏目输入的待签订合同栏目要素图片时,用于通过光学字符识别技术获取所述待签订合同栏目要素图片中包含的待签订合同栏目要素;
    校验单元,用于根据所述比对栏目要素对所述待签订合同栏目要素进行校验;
    提示单元,用于在校验不通过的情况下,返回针对所述待签订合同栏目的输入无效提示,所述输入无效提示用于提示所述合同签订用户重新输入针对所述待签订合同栏目的要素。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,所述待签订合同栏目要素包含所述待签订合同的合同签订方信息,所述比对栏目要素包含所述目标关联合同的合同签订方信息;
    所述校验单元,具体用于:
    判断所述待签订合同的合同签订方信息与所述目标关联合同的合同签订方信息是否一致;
    在判断结果为否的情况下,确定根据所述比对栏目要素对所述待签订合同栏目要素进行校验不通过。
  12. 如权利要去10~11任一所述的装置,其特征在于,所述要素获取单元具体用于:
    根据预设的针对所述目标关联合同中所述比对栏目要素的位置标签或关键字标签,确定所述比对栏目要素在所述目标关联合同中的位置;
    根据所述比对栏目要素在所述目标关联合同中的位置,获取所述比对合同栏目中的比对栏目要素。

    根据所述比对栏目要素在所述目标关联合同中的位置,获取所述对比合同栏目对应的比对栏目要素图片;
    通过光学字符识别技术识别所述比对栏目要素图片中的比对栏目要素。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的装置,其特征在于,所述目标关联合同为以图片形式存储的,所述比对栏目要素在所述目标关联合同中的位置为所述比对栏目要素对应的比对栏目要素图片的截取起始像素在所述目标关联合同中的位置;
    所述要素获取单元具体用于:
    从所述截取起始像素在所述目标关联合同中的位置为起点,按照预设的图片截取方向截取所述比对栏目要素图片。

    在对所述待签订合同栏目要素的校验通过的情况下,接收所述合同签订用户的电子签章设备发送所述合同签订用户的签章图片;
    将所述合同签订用户的签章图片设置在所述待签订合同的指定签章区域并将所述当前 系统时间显示在指定时间区域后,生成所述合同签订用户的已签订合同;
    将所述合同签订用户的已签订合同发送给所述合同签订用户的电子签章设备,以使所述合同签订用户的电子签章设备通过预设的第一电子签章设备私钥对所述合同签订用户的已签订合同进行哈希运算得到的哈希值进行加密,得到所述合同签订用户对所述合同签订用户的已签订合同的电子签名;

    接收所述合同签订用户的电子签章设备发送的电子签章数字证书;
    根据所述电子签章数字证书对所述合同签订用户的电子签章设备进行身份认证;
    在所述身份认证通过的情况下,执行所述将所述合同签订用户的签章图片设置在所述待签订合同的指定签章区域并将所述当前系统时间显示在指定时间区域。
  18. 如权利要求10~12或16所述的装置,其特征在于,所述合同签订请求中携带所述待签订合同的合同种类以及所述合同签订用户的身份标识;
    所述关联合同获取单元,具体用于:
    根据预设的业务合同关联规则以及所述待签订合同的合同种类,确定与所述待签订合同相关联的关联合同种类;

  19. 一种信息校验装置,其特征在于,包括处理器、存储器以及通信接口,所述处理器、存储器和通信接口相互连接,其中,所述存储器用于存储计算机程序,所述计算机程序包括程序指令,所述处理器被配置用于调用所述程序指令执行:
    根据预设的业务合同关联规则,获取与合同签订用户的待签订合同相关联的目标关联合同,所述待签订合同包含待签订合同栏目;
