综上,本申请实施例提供一种自助快递柜及快递邮寄方法,摆脱了传统将大量快递需要集中在大型安检中心进行安检,有效提高快递安检效率。本申请的自助快递柜通过在快递柜主体内设置检查装置使得本申请实施例的自助快递柜能够对快递进行自助邮寄并对待寄快递进行安全检查、对大量快递安检进行分流、有效提高快递的邮寄效率。进一步的,检查装置的接收端和输出端分别与寄件窗口和储物组件相对应,使得通过检查装置的待寄快递经过安检后直接进入储物组件中,从而避免用户对已检查的待寄快递进行调换、夹带等,有效保证用户邮寄物品的安全。

请参阅图1和图2,图1为本申请一个实施例的自助快递柜的横截面剖视图;图2是本申请第一个实施例的自助快递柜的整体结构示意图。根据本申请的实施例,自助快递柜包括快递柜主体2、人机交互装置1、检查装置3和至少一个储物组件41。其中,快递柜主体2包括寄件窗口21和容纳腔室,寄件窗口21与容纳腔室连通,寄件窗口21设置在快递柜主体2表面;人机交互装置1设置在快递柜主体2上,用于与用户进行信息交互;检查装置3设置在容纳腔室内能够对投放进容纳腔室内的待寄快递5进行安检,检查装置3具有接收端34和输出端35,至少部分接收端34位于寄 件窗口21的正向投影范围内,其中正向投影为垂直于寄件窗口21所在平面方向上的投影;储物组件41设置在容纳腔室内并与输出端35对应设置,以接收通过检查装置3的待寄快递5。
本申请的自助快递柜通过在快递柜主体2内设置检查装置3使得本申请实施例的自助快递柜能够对待寄快递5进行自助邮寄并对待寄快递5进行安全检查、对大量快递安检进行分流、有效提高快递的邮寄效率。进一步的,检查装置3的接收端34和输出端35分别与寄件窗口21和储物组件41相对应,使得通过检查装置3的待寄快递5经过安检后直接进入储物组件41中,从而避免用户对已检查的待寄快递5进行调换、夹带等,有效保证用户邮寄物品的安全。
本申请实施例中,人机交互装置1设置在快递柜主体2正面中间位置,包括显示屏、加密键盘、人脸识别模块、指纹识别模块、射频识别(Radio Frequency Identification,RFID)读卡器、条码打印机和扬声器中的任意一种或几种组合。当然,人机交互装置1中不限于所列举的组件,还可以包括用户交互的显示界面、刷卡口、投币口和找零口等。用户可以根据显示器的屏幕提示通过显示屏或智能设备客户端输入快递信息并打印物流订单条码贴纸、在待寄快递5通过检查装置3检查之后根据显示屏、扬声器的声音提示付费并取得物流凭证或取回异常快递51。同时快递员也可以根据显示器屏幕提示通过取货窗口进行揽收快递。
根据本申请的一个实施例,寄件窗口21设置在快递柜主体2的一侧,包括门体和滑块组件,门体与快递柜主体2的一者上设置有滑块,另一者上设置有滑轨,门体与快递柜之间通过滑块组件实现相对移动,进而实现门体的开启或关闭。
根据本申请的另一个实施例,寄件窗口21设置在快递柜主体2的一侧,寄件窗口21包括门体,门体与快递柜主体2之间通过枢接装置进行连接,以使门体与快递柜主体2之间实现相对转动,进而实现门体的开启或关闭。
进一步的,门体与快递柜主体2之间设置有电子锁具,该电子锁具能够在人机交互装置1的控制下进行自动锁定或自动解锁。可选择的,在门体与快递柜主体2之间还设置有检测门体位置的位置传感器,通过位置传 感器能够检测到门体相对于快递柜主体2的相对位置,便于人机交互装置1实时控制门体的位置。如果用户在操作完毕后没有将门体进行关闭,则人机交互装置1通过显示器生成提示信息,提示用户正确操作。
根据本申请的一个实施例,取件窗口22的结构与寄件窗口21结构相似,均包括门体、电子锁具等结构。快递员通过人机交互装置1或智能设备终端认证授权后可自动或手动开启门体,并可取走储物组件41内的待寄快递5。具体的,快递员可以通过移动储物组件41将待寄快递5依次移动至取件窗口22附近并进行取货,有效提高快递员的取货效率。
本申请实施例中的门体可以为自动门,通过设置自动门能够自动开启或关闭门体,以提高快递邮寄效率和安全性。可以理解的是,本申请实施例中的门体也可以为手动门,本申请对此不进行限制,只要门体能够开启或关闭保障快递的安全邮寄即可。可以理解的是,在本申请实施例中取件窗口22的结构与寄件窗口21的结构相似,不再赘述。
请参阅图1至图4,其中,图3是本申请第二个实施例提供的自助快递柜的整体结构示意图,图4是本申请第三个实施例提供的自助快递柜的整体结构示意图。自助快递柜进一步包括至少一个暂存单元6,暂存单元6包括多个储物格61,用于存放物品。暂存单元6包含多个储物格61,储物格61均匀分布于快递柜上,每个相应的储物格61均设置有门体、电子锁具和用于检测门体位置的位置传感器,其中门体和电子锁具等结构与寄件窗口21的门体和电子锁具结构相似,不再赘述。此外,暂存单元6还可以包括辅助照明设备,便于用户夜间使用。快递员可通过人机交互装置1或智能设备终端完成授权认证处理后自动开启储物格61的门体,放置投递快递,此时人机交互装置1自动关闭门体并向收货人发送派件信息;收货人可通过人机交互装置1或智能设备终端完成授权认证后自动开启储物格61上的门体,取出相应的快递。
根据本申请的一个方面,快递柜主体2上还设置有照明指示单元71、视频监控单元72、展示单元73、防雷接闪器74、信号天线组件75、包装材料存储单元76以及雨棚77中的任意一种或组合。其中,照明指示单元71包括设置在快递柜主体2上部的照明灯和状态指示灯,以供客户及快递 员在距离较远情况下了解设备的运行状态。视频监控单元72设置在快递柜主体2上部,可以记录客户收货过程或提供验货视频记录服务等。展示单元73包含灯箱和LED显示屏,用于利用影音图像发布相关内容或自助快递柜的可用容量情况,便于用户查看最新信息。信号天线组件75用于提供无线通讯连接,便于自助快递柜与外界设备的通讯连接。遮雨棚77和防雷接闪器74分别与柜体顶部相连,对自助快递柜进行保护,进一步提高自助快递快递柜的安全性和使用寿命。
请进一步参阅图4,包装材料存储单元76设置在快递柜主体2的底部,用于存储快递的包装纸箱或包装纸盒等材料,便于用户在邮寄快递时自主选择包装材料,可理解的是,包装材料存储单元76的位置也可以根据用户的需求进行设置。在用户邮寄快递时,通过人机交互装置1或智能设备终端完成授权认证后,选择相应的包装材料并通过人机交互装置1的显示屏的提示进行付费,用户付费成功后,人机交互装置1控制开启包装材料存储单元76的门体,用户取用相应的包装材料。

检查装置3包括输送组件31、射线组件32、探测器组件(图中未示出)和称重组件33,输送组件31由寄件窗口21向靠近快递传送装置4方向延伸,用于自动传输待寄快递5,射线组件32可以发射射线束,相应的,探测器组件能够接收透射过待寄快递5的射线束并生成探测信号,以对待寄快递5进行安检,可选择的,射线组件32设置在输送组件31上方,探测器组件与射线组件32相对设置,使得射线组件32发出的射线束能够穿过待寄快递5并更有效的被探测器组件接收。称重组件33设置在所检查装置3底部以对通过射线组件32的待寄快递5的重量进行检测。可选择的,输送组件31为皮带运输组件,皮带运输组件能够对待寄快递5进行平稳的传输。进一步的,检查装置3还包括壳体,壳体包括容纳空间和与容纳空间连通的开口,输送组件31贯穿壳体设置,射线组件32设置在壳体顶部, 以对经过检查装置3的待寄快递5进行安全检查。
称重组件33设置在输送组件31底部,称重组件33预先存储有输送组件31的重量,当待寄快递5投放在输送组件31上时,称重组件33测得输送组件31和称重组件33的整体重量,此时待寄快递5的重量为称重组件33测得的整体重量与预先存储的输送组件31的重量作差值处理。可以理解的是,称重组件33可以定期测量输送组件31的重量并将预先存储的数据进行更新,以准确测量待测快递的重量。通过准确测量待寄快递5的重量能够更准确得到待寄快递5的收费情况,进而有效提高自主快递柜的准确性。
检查装置3还包括设置在输送组件31上的体积传感器和物品状态传感器,体积传感器用于对待寄快递5的体积进行测量,物品状态传感器用于对输送组件31上的待寄快递5的状态进行检测。用户通过寄件窗口21将待寄快递5放置在输送组件31上,通过输送组件31上的体积传感器和物品状态传感器分别对待寄快递5的体积、重量以及安全性能进行检查。当待寄快递5的体积、重量及安检合格后,人机交互装置1会生成待寄快递5时效和费用信息供用户选择和支付,此处的待寄快递时效是指待寄快递5是否进行加急或邮寄时间的情况进行选择,不同的待寄快递时效对应相应的费用信息。检测异常的待寄快递5或预定时间付费失败的待寄快递5会通过输送组件31反向输送至寄件窗口21,人机交互装置1控制寄件窗口21上的门体开启,用户取回异常快递51。若客户长时间未取走异常快递51,异常快递51会由输送组件31输送至快递传送装置4上的特定的储物组件41内。
进一步的,本申请实施例中储物组件41的数量为多个,自助快递柜还包括快递传送装置4,多个储物组件41设置在快递传送装置4上,以使快递传送装置能够带动待寄快递5在快递柜主体2内沿固定轨迹运动。可选择的,快递柜主体2表面上还设置有取件窗口22,取件窗口22的正向投影位于待寄快递5的运动轨迹范围内。进一步的,在快递柜主体2上还设置有多个快递格26,用于用户存储物品或快递,快递格26的设置有效提高了自助快递柜的空间利用率。
根据本申请的一个实施例,请进一步参阅图5,快递传送装置4包括传送轨道42和支架43,多个储物组件41设置在支架43上,支架43设置在传送轨道42上并带动储物组件41沿传送轨道42运动,以使储物组件41带动待寄快递5在快递柜主体2内沿固定轨迹运动;其中,本申请实施例中的传送轨道42为回转轨道。储物组件41上还设置有第一快递识别定位装置,用于对储物组件41内的容量和储物组件41的位置进行检测。当待寄快递5通过检查装置3时,快递传送装置4依次把规则排列的储物组件41移动至输送组件31的输出端35(输送组件31上远离寄件窗口21的一端),输送组件31将待寄快递5投放至储物组件41中。若第一快递识别定位装置检测到储物组件41的容量若小于或等于储物组件41的总容量的预设值,则该储物组件41继续等到待寄快递5的投放,可选择的预设值为70%;若第一快递识别定位装置检测到储物组件41的容量若大于储物组件41的总容量的预设值,则该储物组件41通过驱动机构将下一个储物组件41移动至输送组件31的输出端35等待下一次待寄快递5的投放。本申请实施例中,多个储物组件41的其中一个或几个储物组件41可被标记为存储异常快递51,用于接收异常快递51或客户长时间未取走的异常快递51。
本申请实施例中,储物组件41与支架43的数量一一对应,储物组件41为储物袋,储物袋挂设在支架43上,支架43上固定设置有沿着传送轨道42行走的多个行走轮,通过行走轮在传送轨道42上的平稳移动,进而带动挂设在支架43上的多个储物袋在快递柜主体2内相对位置移动。同时,储物袋活动挂设在支架43上,可以保证储物袋正在随着行走轮运动过程中,储物袋的底端始终保持向下,防止储物袋内的快递溢出,同时储物袋也便于快递员从支架43上进行拆卸和更换。在本实施例中,取件窗口22靠近寄件窗口21设置,便于快递员在取件时快速了解寄件情况。在取件时,快递员通过人机交互装置1或智能设备终端认证授权后可自动或手动开启门体,并可取走投递区的货品,并通过循环运输机构将后续储物袋移至投递区内继续取货。
根据本申请的另一个实施例,请参阅图6,快递传送装置4包括可折叠支架44、控制组件和第二快递识别定位装置,可折叠支架44包括多个 相互连接的伸缩单元441,储物组件41为可伸缩储物组件41,每个伸缩单元441内设置至少一个储物组件41,储物组件41随着伸缩单元441沿图6中的水平方向做同步伸缩运动,可选择的,储物组件41为储物袋。可折叠支架44设置在输送组件31下方,控制组件可依次展开相互连接的伸缩单元441,并把固定在伸缩单元441上的储物组件41推动并至输送组件31的输出端35,输送组件31将待寄快递5投放至位于输送组件31输出端35的储物组件41中。第二快递识别定位装置检测储物组件41的容量,人机交互装置1通过第二快递识别定位装置检测到的储物组件41的容量情况,使得该储物组件41继续等待待寄快递5的投放或者通过支架43控制架构展开并推进下一个储物组件41移动至投放区域。
本申请实施例中,多个储物组件41的其中一个或几个储物组件41可被标记为存储异常快递51,用于接收异常快递51或客户长时间未取走的异常快递51。在本申请实施例中,取件窗口22靠近寄件窗口21设置,便于快递员在取件时快速了解寄件情况。在取件时,快递员通过人机交互装置1或智能设备终端认证授权后可自动或手动开启门体,取走投递区的货品,并通过控制组件折叠当前已经空置的储物袋相应的折叠单元并将后续储物袋展开移至投递区继续存储快递。
根据本申请的另一个实施例,请参阅图7,图7本申请第三个实施例的自助快递柜的横截面剖视图。多个储物组件41为沿第一方向(图中的垂直方向)往复运动的储物支架,多个储物支架沿第一方向依次设置在快递传送装置4上;其中,多个储物组件41沿第一方向的间隔距离不同,以供存放不同体积的待测快递,从而提高储物支架的存储空间利用率并提高待测快递的存储效率。可选择的,储物组件41包括传动带和传动轴,在传动带的周侧设置有挡板,用于对投放到储物支架上的待测快递进行保护,防止快递掉落、损坏等情况。多个储物组件41通过传动轴设置在快递传送装置4上,其中,快递传送装置4还包括通过沿第一方向往复移动的螺杆组件或气缸组件等,通过螺杆组件或气缸组件实现多个储物组件41沿第一方向往复运动,以使多个储物组件41依次与检查装置3的输出端35相对应,从而接收通过检查装置3的快递。
根据本申请的一个方面,自助快递柜进一步包括第一异常快递窗口23和第一异常快递通道24,其中:第一异常快递窗口23设置在快递柜主体2上,第一异常快递窗口23的正向投影位于第一异常快递通道24的范围内;第一异常快递通道24设置在快递柜主体2内部且与快递传送装置4相对设置,可选择的,第一异常快递通道24设置于输送组件31的接收端34(输送组件31上远离寄件窗口21的一端)以接收检查装置3检测到的异常快递51。进一步的,第一异常快递通道24由检查装置3的接收端34向靠近快递柜主体2底部位置延伸,检查装置3检测到的异常快递51通过第一异常快递通道24移动至第一异常快递窗口23区域。
第一异常快递窗口23包括门体和电子锁具,该门体和电子锁具与寄件窗口21上的门体和电子锁具类似,不在赘述。当检查装置3检测到待测快递异常时,检查装置3的输送组件31反向运转将待测快递移动至输送组件31的接收端34并把异常快递51推动至第一异常快递通道24内,异常快递51沿着第一异常快递通道24移动至第一异常快递窗口23区域,此时,人机交互装置1控制第一异常快递窗口23的门体自动开启,用户从第一异常快递窗口23内取走异常快递51。

在本申请实施例中,通过检查装置3检查后的合格快递和异常快递51均通过检查装置3的输送组件31投放到升降装置45上,对于合格的快递则依次按照体积和储物组件41的容量由升降装置45投递到相应的储物组件41上,储物组件41依次收纳快递;对于不合格快递则通过升降装置45 的皮带运输机投放到指定的储物组件41中,或皮带运输机反向旋转,将不合格快递投放到第二异常快递窗口25,可选择的,在第二异常快递窗口25附近设置有异常快递存储箱,第二异常快递窗口25的正向投影位于异常快递存储箱,第二异常快递窗口25位于寄件窗口21下方,包括门体和电子锁具等组件,快递员或用户可以通过人机交互装置1或智能设备终端认证授权后可自动或手动开启门体,并可取走投递区的货品。
在使用本申请实施例提供的自助快递柜进行投递快递时,所有待寄快递5均经过检查装置3进行检测,检测合格并且运单支付流程正常完成的的待寄快递5会通过检查装置3直接投放到储物组件41中,储物组件41中的快递仅可由通过授权认证的快递员通过取件窗口22取出,有效防止投寄人员对已检测合格包裹进行调换、夹带、加带等情况发生。
本申请的另一方面提供了一种自助快递柜的快递邮寄方法200,利用上述的自助快递柜进行快递邮寄,如图9所示,图9示出本申请一实施例提供的快递邮寄方法的流程图。快递邮寄方法200包括:

通过本申请实施例提供的快递邮寄方法能够有效提高用户的快递邮寄效率,有效提高邮寄的快递的安全性,而且,还可以有效避免邮寄快递过程中产生夹带、夹带或调换等情况。
在本申请的一个实施例中,当用户邮寄快递时,可以通过人机交互装置1接收寄件信号,人机交互装置1根据寄件信号输出反馈信息标签并控制寄件窗口21开启,用户可以通过寄件窗口21将待寄快递5放置在自助快递柜中,此时用户可以手动关闭寄件窗口21,或者人机交互装置1控制寄件窗口21自动关闭,在寄件窗口21关闭后,人机交互装置1基于关闭信号控制检查装置3对待寄快递5进行安全检查。具体的,检查装置3通 过射线组件32和探测器组件配合生成扫描图像,并将扫描图像发送给人机交互装置1,其中,扫描图像为由检查装置3采集的粘贴有反馈信息标签的待寄快递5的图像,若基于扫描图像确定待寄快递5通过安全检查,则人机交互装置1发送与反馈信息标签对应的快递揽件信息。
进一步的,基于扫描图像确定待寄快递5通过安全检查包括有发送扫描图像至判图端人员,以使判图端人员基于扫描图像确定待寄快递5通过安全检查;和/或,基于扫描图像和预先存储的判断模型确定待寄快递5通过安全检查。
具体的,通过将扫描图像发送给判图端人员对待寄快递5是否通过安全检查进行远程判断,判图端人员查看扫描图像中是否包含有危险物品或爆炸物品的信息以对待寄快递5进行安全检查。在基于扫描图像确定待寄快递5通过安全检查步骤中还可以通过人机交互装置1基于扫描图像和预先存储的判断模型确定待寄快递5通过安全检查,即人工智能(Artificial Intelligence,AI)判断,其中判断模型为爆炸物品或危险物品的数学模型或算法,可以理解的是,本申请实施例中的判断模型是本领域常用的安检判断模型,不再赘述。
在一个可选实施例中,基于扫描图像确定待寄快递5通过安全检查包括判图端人员远程判断和人工智能判断两种,其中,需要待寄快递5均通过判图端人员远程判断和人工智能判断后才能确定待寄快递5通过安全检查;若判图端人员远程判断和人工智能判断结果不一致时,需要对待寄快递5重新进行安检,即重新通过射线组件32和探测器组件生成更新的扫描图像,也可以更换判图端人员或人机交互装置1重新进行判断。
根据本申请的一个实施例,自助快递柜的快递邮寄方法200还包括若基于扫描图像确定待寄快递5未通过安全检查,控制检查装置3将待寄快递传送至异常快递窗口。
用户在利用本申请实施例的自助快递柜进行邮寄快递时需要对待寄快递5进行安全检查,具体的,根据本申请一个实施例提供的快递邮寄方法包括以下步骤:
步骤1,通过检查装置获取待寄快递的物品信息和重量信息。
步骤2,人机交互装置根据物品信息判断待寄快递是否通过检查装置的安全检查,如果判断为是,则执行步骤3;如果判断为否,则执行步骤4。
步骤3,根据重量信息和待寄快递信息,通过人机交互装置1生成收取快递费用的反馈信息。
步骤4,将待寄快递传送至异常快递窗口。
步骤5,针对通过安全检查的待寄快递,人机交互装置判断是否在预定时间内收到相应的快递费用,如果判断为是,则执行步骤6;如果判断为否,则执行步骤步骤7。
步骤6,通过检查装置将待寄快传送至快递传送装置的储物组件中。
步骤7,通过人机交互装置生成付费失败的反馈信息。
在上述步骤7中,用户根据人机交互装置提供的付费失败的反馈信息继续进行付费,若长时间没有付费成功,则人机交互装置会控制将待寄快递传送至异常快递窗口。通过上述快递邮寄方法邮寄快递时,可以对每一件邮寄的快递进行安全检查和质量检测,能够有效提高自助快递柜的准确性和安全性,有效避免异常或危险快递的邮寄。
其中,术语“第一”、“第二”、等之类的关系术语仅仅用来将一个实体或者操作与另一个实体或操作区分开来,而不一定要求或者暗示这些实体或操作之间存在任何这种实际的关系或者顺序。需要理解,如此使用的术语在适当的情况下是可以互换的,以使本文所描述的申请中的实施例,例如,能够按照除了本文说明的或其他方式描述的那些顺次而工作或排列。
本申请可以以其他的具体形式实现,而不脱离其精神和本质特征。因此,当前的实施例在所有方面都被看作是示例性的而非限定性的,本申请的范围由所附权利要求而非上述描述定义,并且,落入权利要求的含义和等同物的范围内的全部改变从而都被包括在本申请的范围之中。并且,在不同实施例中出现的不同技术特征可以进行组合,以取得有益效果。本领域技术人员在研究附图、说明书及权利要求书的基础上,应能理解并实现所揭示的实施例的其他变化的实施例。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种自助快递柜,其特征在于,包括:
    快递柜主体,包括寄件窗口和容纳腔室,所述寄件窗口与所述容纳腔室连通,所述寄件窗口设置在所述快递柜主体表面;
    人机交互装置,设置在快递柜主体上,用于与用户进行信息交互;
    检查装置,设置在所述容纳腔室内能够对投放进所述容纳腔室内的待寄快递进行安检,所述检查装置具有接收端和输出端,至少部分所述接收端位于所述寄件窗口的正向投影范围内;
    至少一个储物组件,设置在所述容纳腔室内与所述输出端对应设置,以接收通过所述检查装置的待寄快递。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的自助快递柜,其特征在于,所述检查装置包括输送组件、射线组件、探测器组件和称重组件,所述输送组件由所述寄件窗口向靠近所述储物组件的方向延伸,所述射线组件和所述探测器组件用于对待寄快递进行安检,所述称重组件用于检测所述待寄快递的重量。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的自助快递柜,其特征在于,所述储物组件数量为多个,以及所述自助快递柜进一步包括快递传送装置,多个所述储物组件设置在所述快递传送装置上,以使所述快递传送装置能够带动所述待寄快递在所述快递柜主体内沿固定轨迹运动。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的自助快递柜,其特征在于,所述快递柜主体表面上还设置有取件窗口,所述取件窗口的正向投影位于所述待寄快递的运动轨迹范围内。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的自助快递柜,其特征在于,所述快递传送装置包括传送轨道和支架,多个所述储物组件设置在所述支架上,所述支架设置在所述传送轨道上并带动所述储物组件沿所述传送轨道运动;
    其中,所述传送轨道为回转轨道。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的自助快递柜,其特征在于,所述快递传送装置包括可折叠支架,所述可折叠支架包括多个伸缩单元,所述储物组件为 可伸缩储物组件,每个所述伸缩单元内设置至少一个储物组件,所述储物组件随着所述伸缩单元做同步伸缩运动。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的自助快递柜,其特征在于,所述多个储物组件为沿第一方向往复运动的储物支架,所述多个储物组件沿所述第一方向依次设置在所述快递传送装置上;
    其中,所述多个储物组件沿所述第一方向的间隔距离不同。
  8. 根据权利要求5至7任一项所述的自助快递柜,其特征在于,所述自助快递柜进一步包括第一异常快递窗口和第一异常快递通道,其中:
    所述第一异常快递窗口设置在所述快递柜主体表面,所述第一异常快递窗口的正向投影位于所述第一异常快递通道的范围内;
    所述第一异常快递通道由所述接收端向靠近所述快递柜主体底部延伸,所述检查装置检测到的异常快递通过所述第一异常快递通道移动至所述第一异常快递窗口区域。
  9. 根据权利要求3所述的自助快递柜,其特征在于,所述快递传送装置包括升降装置,所述升降装置设置在所述检查装置和所述储物组件之间,所述升降装置可沿第一方向往复移动,多个所述储物组件沿所述第一方向依次固定设置在所述快递传送装置上;
    其中,所述快递柜主体表面还设置有第二异常快递窗口,所述升降装置可将异常快递输送至第二异常快递窗口。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的自助快递柜,其特征在于,所述自助快递柜进一步包括至少一个暂存单元,所述暂存单元包括多个储物格,用于存放物品。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的自助快递柜,其特征在于,所述快递柜主体上还设置有多个快递格、照明指示单元、视频监控单元、展示单元、防雷接闪器、信号天线组件、包装材料储存单元以及雨棚中的任意一种或组合。
  12. 一种自助快递柜的快递邮寄方法,其特征在于,包括:
    接收寄件信号;
    根据所述寄件信号输出反馈信息标签,并控制寄件窗口开启;
    接收所述寄件窗口的关闭信号,并基于所述关闭信号获取扫描图像,所述扫描图像为由检查装置采集的粘贴有所述反馈信息标签的待寄快递的图像;
    若基于所述扫描图像确定所述待寄快递通过安全检查,发送与所述反馈信息标签对应的快递揽件信息。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的自助快递柜的快递邮寄方法,其特征在于,所述基于所述扫描图像确定所述待寄快递通过安全检查,包括:
    发送所述扫描图像至判图端人员,以使所述判图端人员基于所述扫描图像确定所述待寄快递通过安全检查;
    和/或,
    基于扫描图像和预先存储的判断模型确定所述待寄快递通过安全检查。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的自助快递柜的快递邮寄方法,其特征在于,所述快递邮寄方法还包括:
    若基于所述扫描图像确定所述待寄快递未通过安全检查,控制所述检查装置将所述待寄快递传送至异常快递窗口。
