再如图1、图2、图4和图5所示,所述的墙身罩体5由前面板500、后面板501、左侧板502、右侧板503和顶板504围合而成的底部为敞开且内部中空的方形罩体;所述墙身罩体5的顶板504与支撑架3的顶部固定连接,所述的连接孔506设置在前面板500上。顶板504上设有孔,支撑架3的顶部设有螺纹孔,采用螺丝自上而下穿过顶板上的孔与支撑架顶部的螺纹孔连接,使顶板连接在支撑架上。该墙身罩体5的结构设计使墙身罩体5呈方形的墙体状,在其升降时可遮挡内部的升降立柱200,使该电动升降媒体墙整体视觉感更好。
所述左侧板502、右侧板503和顶板504固定连接成一倒U字形的外框,所述的前面板500固定连接在外框的前端,所述的后面板501可拆式连接在外框的后端。左侧板502、右侧板503和顶板504之间均通过连接板连接而成的U字形的外框,前面板500通过螺丝固定连接在外框的前端。后面板501的可拆式设计用于在该产品后期的维修、更换零部件时,能方便拆开。
所述外框后端两侧的左侧板502和右侧板503上均设有至少一个沿外框高度方向分布的卡座8,所述后面板501的两侧均连接有与卡座8相配卡接的卡扣9,后面板501上的卡扣9自上而下卡接在外框后端两侧的卡座8上,用于使后面板501连接在外框的后端。该后面板501与外框的可拆式连接结构,使后面板501无需使用紧固件固定,只需将卡扣9自上而下卡接在卡座8上即可,拆卸时反向操作,无需使用手动工具,拆装非常方便,用户体验感好。
再如图5所示,所述外框两侧的左侧板502和右侧板503均横向向外延伸设有两个相平行的凸出壁,所述后面板501两侧的内壁上设有两个供凸出壁容置且与凸出壁滑动配合的导向槽,导向槽的下端贯穿后面板501的底部,导向槽的上端设置为封闭端;当后面板501两侧的卡扣9与外框两侧的卡座8卡接时,所述的凸出壁容置在导向槽内。导向槽一方面在后面板501拆装时起导向作用,便于快速拆装,另一方面,导向槽起到容置凸出壁的作用,使墙身罩体5的外侧不显示连接结构,整体性强。
所述墙身罩体5在升降立柱200下降至最低位置时,墙身罩体5的下端与底座1的底部相平齐。该墙身罩体5的设置,使该电动升降媒体墙内的部件如升降立柱200、驱动机构201、支撑架3等均能置于墙身罩体5内,在包装时,只需使用与墙身罩体5体积大小的包装盒即可包装,无需拆解分开包装,这样该产品用户购买后无需自己组装即可使用。
再如图1和图6所示,所述底座1的底部连接有至少两组支脚101,每组支脚101包括与底座1底部连接的支脚101座以及可转动连接在支脚101座上的两个支脚101,每个支脚101上设有弹性销102,所述的支脚101座上设有供弹性销102自由端卡入的定位孔103;当两个支脚101转动至展开状态时,所述支脚101上的弹性销102卡入支脚101座上的定位孔103内;当两个支脚101转动至折叠状态时,所述的两个支脚101处于底座1底部的容置槽100内。
再如图4所示,所述墙身罩体5的至少一个侧壁上设有与墙身罩体5内腔连通的开口505,所述的开口505内间隙配合一用于书写的白板6;所述开口505内侧的支撑架3上连接有上导轨600和下导轨601,所述白板6的上端滑动配合在上导轨600上,白板6的下端滑动配合在下导轨601上;所述的白板6可沿上导轨600及下导轨601滑动,使白板6处于展开状态或收缩状态,当白板6处于展开状态时,白板6从墙身罩体5的开口505向外滑出;当白板6处于收缩状态时,白板6缩进墙身罩体5的开口505内。该白板6的设置,增加该电动升降媒体墙具有白板6书写的功能,在公司会议或活动中,可将白板6拉出使用,使用完毕后缩回开口505内,满足人们的办公需求。
所述的升降立柱200为两个,且两个升降立柱200均连接有驱动电机,每个驱动电机的转轴与该驱动电机底部升降立柱200内的丝杠升降机构传动连接。本发明的驱动电机是连接在升降立柱的顶端;所述的升降机构一般为丝杠升降机构,该升降立柱200一般是由多个套管嵌套滑动组合而成的,该丝杠升降机构设置在内侧套管的中心孔内,本 发明不对该升降机构做详细说明,可参见公开号为CN108741625A中的丝杠升降机构。
所述的支撑架3包括横梁300、上支架301和下支架302,所述的横梁300设置在两个升降立柱200的上部,且两个升降立柱200顶端的驱动电机分别连接在横梁300的内侧壁上,所述的上支架301固定连接在横梁300的顶部,下支架302固定连接在横梁300的底部;所述上支架301的外侧壁上与墙身罩体5上连接孔506相对应的位置设有供连接件内端螺纹连接的连接座303。支撑架3的设置不仅提高了该电动升降媒体墙的承重能力,而且可进一步拓展使用,如在支撑架3上设置抽屉,安装不同的支架,如投影支架等,能进一步扩展该电动升降媒体墙的使用功能,为后期的技术开发提供基础。
再如图4所示,所述两个升降立柱200的外侧套设有一背面为敞开的保护框7,所述保护框7的内壁与升降立柱200的外侧壁固定连接;所述保护框7的背面敞开处可拆式连接一背板700,所述的背板700用于关闭或打开保护框7背面的敞开处。
所述保护框7敞开处的两侧均设有沿保护框7高度方向分布的卡座8,所述的背板700两侧设有均连接有与卡座8相配卡接的卡扣9,背板700上的卡扣9自上而下卡接在保护框7敞开处两侧的卡座8上,用于使背板700连接在保护框7敞开处,关闭保护框7的敞开处。该保护框7的设置一方面起到遮挡升降立柱200的作用,及墙身罩体5上升后会使升降立柱200裸露;另一方面起到减弱升降立柱200升降时的噪音的作用;该保护框7背面的敞开处的背板700可拆卸,从而便于后期对升降立柱200进行维护、保养;该保护框7也可以采用两个,即采用两个保护框7分别设置在两个升降立柱200的外侧,也即每个升降立柱200的外侧设有一个保护框7,可根据需要进行设置。
再如图7和图8所示,所述的卡座8包括连接部800及与连接部800呈L形设置的挂接部801,所述挂接部801的上端具有向下延伸的挂孔802;所述的卡扣9包括L形设置的卡扣9本体,所述卡扣9本体具有插块部900和插口部902,所述插块部900的侧壁上具有向插口部902延伸的挡块901,当卡扣9本体的插块部900插接在卡座8的挂孔802上时,所述的挡块901与挂孔802的底壁相抵且挂孔802外侧的挂接部801置于卡扣9本体的插口部902内。所述的连接部800和卡扣9本体上都具有四个孔,用于通过螺丝将连接部800和卡扣9本体固定;该卡座8及卡扣9的设置,使后面板501与左侧板502和右侧板503以及背板700与保护框7之间的拆装更加方便,且无需使用工具,操作简单。
所述保护框7的外侧壁上设有多个可转动的滑轮304,所述滑轮304的外缘与墙身 罩体5的内壁相贴合。保护框7的外侧壁上的滑轮304的设置,使墙身罩体5在升降时不会发生晃动,升降稳定性好。
如图9所示,它还包括设置在墙身罩体5外侧的至少一个升降腿10,所述升降腿10的顶部连接有横杆架1000,所述墙身罩体5上对应支撑架3的侧面上设有用于连接横杆架1000的安装孔,所述的横杆架1000用于供桌板连接,且横杆架1000远离升降腿10的一端与墙身罩体5内的支撑架3固定连接。该升降腿和横杆架的设置,使该电动升降媒体墙可作为办公桌使用,该升降腿也包括升降立柱及驱动升降立柱升降的驱动电机,驱动电机驱动升降立柱内的丝杠升降机构动作,使升降立柱发生升降。该电动升降媒体墙发生升降操作时,墙身罩体5内的两个升降立柱200以及升降腿同时在各自的驱动电机的带动下同步发生升降动作,使横杆架上的桌板及墙身罩体5均同步升降。
所述墙身罩体5的至少一个外侧壁上设有用于悬挂物品的悬挂装置508。该悬挂装置一般可采用在墙身罩体的外侧壁上连接挂钩或者外凸的挂柱,或者是在墙身罩体的外侧壁上设置挂孔等悬挂装置。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应以权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种电动升降媒体墙,其特征在于:它包括
    底座;
    升降组件;所述的升降组件包括至少一组升降立柱及驱动升降立柱升降的驱动机构,所述升降立柱的下端与底座连接;
    用于连接显示器安装架的支撑架,所述的支撑架连接在升降立柱上,并随升降立柱同步升降;
    墙身罩体,罩设在升降组件及支撑架的外侧,所述的墙身罩体与升降立柱或支撑架连接,并随升降立柱同步升降,所述的墙身罩体的相对两侧板的外表面为平面结构,其中至少一个外侧面上设有至少一组连接孔,该连接孔用于供连接显示器安装架的连接件自外向内穿设于墙身罩体内并与墙身罩体内的支撑架连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电动升降媒体墙,其特征在于:所述的墙身罩体由前面板、后面板、左侧板、右侧板和顶板围合而成的底部为敞开且内部中空的方形罩体,所述的连接孔设置在前面板上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电动升降媒体墙,其特征在于:所述左侧板、右侧板和顶板固定连接成一倒U字形的外框,所述的前面板固定连接在外框的前端,所述的后面板可拆式连接在外框的后端。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电动升降媒体墙,其特征在于:所述外框后端两侧的左侧板和右侧板上均设有至少一个沿外框高度方向分布的卡座,所述后面板的两侧均连接有与卡座相配卡接的卡扣,后面板上的卡扣自上而下卡接在外框后端两侧的卡座上,用于使后面板连接在外框的后端。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电动升降媒体墙,其特征在于:所述外框两侧的左侧板和右侧板均横向向外延伸设有两个相平行的凸出壁,所述后面板两侧的内壁上设有两个供凸出壁容置且与凸出壁滑动配合的导向槽,导向槽的下端贯穿后面板的底部,导向槽的上端设置为封闭端;当后面板两侧的卡扣与外框两侧的卡座卡接时,所述的凸出壁容置在导向槽内。
  6. 根据权利要求1~5任一权利要求所述的电动升降媒体墙,其特征在于:所述墙身罩体在升降立柱下降至最低位置时,墙身罩体的下端与底座的底部相平齐。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的电动升降媒体墙,其特征在于:所述底座的底部连接有至少两 组支脚,每组支脚包括与底座底部连接的支脚座以及可转动连接在支脚座上的两个支脚,每个支脚上设有弹性销,所述的支脚座上设有供弹性销自由端卡入的定位孔;当两个支脚转动至展开状态时,所述支脚上的弹性销卡入支脚座上的定位孔内;当两个支脚转动至折叠状态时,所述的两个支脚处于底座底部的容置槽内。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的电动升降媒体墙,其特征在于:所述墙身罩体的至少一个侧壁上设有与墙身罩体内腔连通的开口,所述的开口内间隙配合一用于书写的白板;所述开口内侧的支撑架上连接有上导轨和下导轨,所述白板的上端滑动配合在上导轨上,白板的下端滑动配合在下导轨上;所述的白板可沿上导轨及下导轨滑动,使白板处于展开状态或收缩状态,当白板处于展开状态时,白板从墙身罩体的开口向外滑出;当白板处于收缩状态时,白板缩进墙身罩体的开口内。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的电动升降媒体墙,其特征在于:所述的升降立柱为两个,且两个升降立柱均连接有驱动电机,每个驱动电机的转轴与该驱动电机底部升降立柱内的丝杠升降机构传动连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电动升降媒体墙,其特征在于:所述的支撑架包括横梁、上支架和下支架,所述的横梁设置在两个升降立柱的上部,且两个升降立柱顶端的驱动电机分别连接在横梁的内侧壁上,所述的上支架固定连接在横梁的顶部,下支架固定连接在横梁的底部;所述上支架的外侧壁上与墙身罩体上连接孔相对应的位置设有供连接件内端螺纹连接的连接座。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的电动升降媒体墙,其特征在于:所述两个升降立柱的外侧套设有一背面为敞开的保护框,所述保护框的内壁与升降立柱的外侧壁固定连接;所述保护框的背面敞开处可拆式连接一背板,所述的背板用于关闭或打开保护框背面的敞开处。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的电动升降媒体墙,其特征在于:所述保护框敞开处的两侧均设有沿保护框高度方向分布的卡座,所述的背板两侧设有均连接有与卡座相配卡接的卡扣,背板上的卡扣自上而下卡接在保护框敞开处两侧的卡座上,用于使背板连接在保护框敞开处,关闭保护框的敞开处。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的电动升降媒体墙,其特征在于:它还包括设置在墙身罩体外侧的至少一个升降腿,所述升降腿的顶部连接有横杆架,所述墙身罩体上对应支撑架的侧面上设有用于连接横杆架的安装孔,所述的横杆架用于供桌板连接,且横杆架远离升降腿的一端与墙身罩体内的支撑架上的安装孔固定连接。
  14. 根据权利要求4或12所述的电动升降媒体墙,其特征在于:所述的卡座包括连接部及与连接部呈L形设置的挂接部,所述挂接部的上端具有向下延伸的挂孔;所述的卡扣包括L形设置的卡扣本体,所述卡扣本体具有插块部和插口部,所述插块部的侧壁上具有向插口部延伸的挡块,当卡扣本体的插块部插接在卡座的挂孔上时,所述的挡块与挂孔的底壁相抵且挂孔外侧的挂接部置于卡扣本体的插口部内。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的电动升降媒体墙,其特征在于:所述保护框的外侧壁上设有多个可转动的滑轮,所述滑轮的外缘与墙身罩体的内壁相贴合。
  16. 根据权利要求1所述的电动升降媒体墙,其特征在于:所述墙身罩体的至少一个外侧壁上设有用于悬挂物品的悬挂装置。
