本发明公开了一种电力系统台区监控装置,包括电箱,所述电箱内开设有配电室,所述配电室面向开口一侧内壁固定安装有电表和空气开关,所述配电室顶壁固定安装有横梁,所述横梁内顶部设有收纳腔,所述收纳腔内装有信号屏蔽材料以及用于释放和收纳所述信号屏蔽材料的收放组件;本发明能很好的对台区内每一个用户的电表进行实时监控,并且能对多种偷电行为进行识别,并发送警报至电力部门,电力部门通过监控初步判断用户是否存在偷电行为,进而能远程控制封闭电表和电路,避免用户又重新将电表和线路复原。

本发明涉及电力系统领域,具体为一种电力系统台区监控装置。
背景技术
在电力系统中,通过一台变压器供电的区域称之为台区,而在台区范围内存在有大量的用户用电,因此对于用户用电管理非常困难,而在日常生活中,常常存在部分用户进行偷电行为,进而谋取不正当利益,现有的偷电方式有采用改变电路连接方式的手段,也有通过无线遥控改变电表读数的方式,而在电力部门对每户电表进行例行检查前,用户往往会提前将电路或电表恢复成原样,进而无法判断是否存在偷电行为,进而对于同一台区内的用户很难判断具体用户存在偷电行为。
发明内容
本发明需要解决的技术问题是提供一种电力系统台区监控装置。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采取的技术方案如下。
一种电力系统台区监控装置,包括电箱,所述电箱内开设有配电室,所述配电室面向开口一侧内壁固定安装有电表和空气开关;
所述配电室顶壁固定安装有横梁,所述横梁内顶部设有收纳腔,所述收纳腔内装有信号屏蔽材料以及用于释放和收纳所述信号屏蔽材料的收放组件,所述收纳腔底部开设有通口,所述通口内设有升降板,所述信号屏蔽材料一端固定连接于所述升降板顶端,所述升降板朝内一侧设有能滑动且用于拨动所述空气开关的伸缩板,所述伸缩板一侧设有用于锁定所述升降板的插销组件,所述插销组件与所述伸缩板之间设有连杆机构,通过所述连杆机构能带动所述伸缩板与所述插销组件同步动作;
所述横梁朝外一端固定安装有监控箱,所述监控箱内设有监控模块、音频模块以及信号连通模块,所述监控模块能对所述配电室内进行监控,所述音频模块能对声音进行识别,同时也能进行过录音,所述信号连通模块能将采集的视频和音频进行发送所述电力系统台区的负责部门进行进一步判断和处理;
所述监控模块靠近所述电箱一侧设有反光镜组件,所述监控模块能通过所述反光镜组件监控所述电箱外的画面,为判断是否存在偷电行为以及记录偷电者的体貌特征;
所述配电室开口处安装有封闭门。
优选的,所述信号屏蔽材料可采用导电橡胶等柔性材料,所述收放组件包括转动设置于所述收纳腔相对两侧壁之间的转轴,所述信号屏蔽材料卷绕于所述转轴外圆面,所述转轴外圆面且位于所述信号屏蔽材料两侧固定设有圆盘,所述圆盘远离所述信号屏蔽材料一端与所述收纳腔内壁之间固定连接有环绕于所述转轴的发条。
优选的,所述配电室相对两侧壁均固定设有正对所述横梁下方的滑轨,所述电箱顶部与所述横梁下端面固定连接,两侧所述滑轨内设有开口相对的滑槽,所述升降板两端能沿着两侧所述滑槽上下滑动,所述滑轨内底部固定设有锁块,所述插销组件能插入所述锁块下方进行锁定,所述滑槽内位于所述锁块上方固定安装有固定块,所述固定块与所述锁块上端面均设为斜面,且斜面方向为朝向所述滑槽开口方向且朝向上方。
优选的,所述固定块的位置可根据所述空气开关的具体位置进行高度调整,确保固定块的底部与所述空气开关拨动开关的中心水平面相齐平,进而在所述伸缩板向下拨动开关后,所述伸缩板能快速复位,避免所述伸缩板在不需要使用时与其他电器或线路触碰而导致故障,所述通口与所述滑轨同侧的两壁内均连通设有卡槽,所述卡槽用于所述插销组件将所述升降板锁定在所述横梁内。

由于采用了以上技术方案,本发明所取得技术进步如下。
本发明能很好的对台区内每一个用户的电表进行实时监控,并且能对多种偷电行为进行识别,并发送警报至电力部门,电力部门通过监控初步判断用户是否存在偷电行为,进而能远程控制封闭电表和电路,避免用户又重新将电表和线路复原,保护现场证据,同时能关闭该用户的空气开关,对该用户进行断电,当电力部门工作人员快速到达用户现场时,只有电力部门工作人员能打开并查看被封闭的电表和电路,通过现场确认是否存在偷电行为,进而能快速有效的对偷电行为进行发现和查处,并通过监控装置自动识别、人员监控识别、工作人员现场判断三重阶段,在确保能快速有效查处偷电行为的同时,避免因系统自动识别和人员监控识别判断错误而给用户带来长时间的断电困扰。

所述配电室12顶壁固定安装有横梁15,所述横梁15内顶部设有收纳腔16,所述收纳腔16内装有信号屏蔽材料17以及用于释放和收纳所述信号屏蔽材料17的收放组件,所述收纳腔16底部开设有通口18,所述通口18内设有升降板19,所述信号屏蔽材料17一端固定连接于所述升降板19顶端,所述升降板19下降时能将所述信号屏蔽材料17拉出,进而提高所述信号屏蔽材料17将所述电表13和所述空气开关14与外界隔开并进行信号屏蔽,同时保留修改后的线路,壁面修改后的线路又被重新修改回去,所述升降板19朝内一侧设有能滑动且用于拨动所述空气开关14的伸缩板20,当所述升降板19下降至所述空气开关14斜上方时,所述伸缩板20能伸出并随着所述升降板19同步下降而向下拨动所述空气开关14,进而将电路关闭,所述伸缩板20一侧设有用于锁定所述升降板19的插销组件,当所述升降板19位于所述横梁15内时,通过所述插销组件能将所述升降板19锁定在所述横梁15内,当所述升降板19下降至与所述配电室12底壁相抵时,所述插销组件能将所述升降板19锁定在底部,所述插销组件与所述伸缩板20之间设有连杆机构,通过所述连杆机构能带动所述伸缩板20与所述插销组件同步动作。
所述横梁15朝外一端固定安装有监控箱21,所述监控箱21内设有监控模块、音频模块以及信号连通模块,所述监控模块能对所述配电室12内进行监控,所述音频模块能对声音进行识别,同时也能进行过录音,所述信号连通模块能将采集的视频和音频进行发送所述电力系统台区的负责部门进行进一步判断和处理。

具体的,所述固定块28与所述锁块27上端面均设为斜面,且斜面方向为朝向所述滑槽26开口方向且朝向上方。
具体的,所述固定块28的位置可根据所述空气开关14的具体位置进行高度调整,确保固定块28的底部与所述空气开关14拨动开关的中心水平面相齐平,进而在所述伸缩板20向下拨动开关后,所述伸缩板20能快速复位,避免所述伸缩板20在不需要使用时与其他电器或线路触碰而导致故障。
具体的,所述通口18与所述滑轨25同侧的两壁内均连通设有卡槽29,所述卡槽29用于所述插销组件将所述升降板19锁定在所述横梁15内。
具体的,所述插销组件包括设于所述升降板19两端内且正对两侧所述卡槽29的滑槽30,所述滑槽30内滑动设有插销杆31,所述插销杆31朝向所述卡槽29一端铰接有能上下转动的铰接杆32,所述铰接杆32与所述插销杆31铰接处固定连接有扭簧33,所述扭簧33用于维持所述铰接杆32处于水平状态,所述铰接杆32顶部相抵的设有固定连接于所述插销杆31的上封板34,所述上封板34用于限制所述铰接杆32从水平状态向上翻转。
具体的,所述连杆机构包括连通设于两侧所述卡槽29之间的连接腔35,所述连接腔35内设有固定连接于所述伸缩板20的连接块36,所述连接块36靠近两侧所述滑槽30断面分别与两侧所述滑槽30之间交接有连接杆37,所述连接块36远离所述伸缩板20一端与所述连接腔35内壁之间固定连接有复位弹簧38。
具体的,所述连接块36为磁性材料,所述连接腔35远离所述伸缩板20一侧壁面内固定设有电磁铁39,所述电磁铁39通电后能产生与所述连接块36相同磁极的磁性。
具体的,所述升降板19朝向所述配电室12开口处一侧端面固定设有识别身份的读卡器40,所述读卡器40用于控制所述电磁铁39通断电,当工作人员将专用磁卡贴近所述读卡器40时,所述读卡器40识别工作人员信息,并控制所述电磁铁39通电。
具体的,所述监控模块包括开设于所述监控箱21下端面的斜槽41,所述斜槽41开口斜朝向所述电表13一侧,所述斜槽41内顶部固定安装有摄像头42,所述摄像头42通过所述斜槽41能很好的监控所述电表13上的读数以及所述空气开关14的线路连接情况,同时所述斜槽41向内倾斜的设置方式也能确保所述摄像头42不易受损害。
具体的,所述音频模块包括固定设于所述监控箱21内底部的麦克风43,通过所述麦克风43能将声音进行收集,并通过处理器进行判断,判断是否为跳闸或者人为操作的声音,同时将附近的声音进行采集。
具体的,所述信号连通模块包括固定设置于所述监控箱21内顶部的信号收发器44,所述信号收发器44能将所述摄像头42拍摄的视频以及所述麦克风43录入的音频通过无线信号发送出去,同时所述信号收发器44能接受信号并控制所述电磁铁39通电。
具体的,所述反光镜组件包括设于所述监控箱21内切位于所述斜槽41靠近所述横梁15一侧的镜片储藏室45,所述镜片储藏室45内能上下滑动的设有限位杆46,所述限位杆46底部固定设有反光镜47,所述反光镜47镜面朝向所述斜槽41一侧,所述镜片储藏室45底部开设有开槽49,所述反光镜47能在所述开槽49内上下滑动,所述升降板19靠近所述镜片储藏室45一端固定设有与所述反光镜47底部相抵的承托杆48,所述承托杆48能对所述反光镜47底部进行承托,当所述升降板19带动所述承托杆48同步下降时,所述反光镜47能通过重力自动掉落至所述限位杆46下降至与所述镜片储藏室45底壁相抵。
具体的,所述配电室12开口处安装有封闭门50。
本发明使用方法如下所述。
初始状态下,升降板19位于通口18内,铰接杆32插入卡槽29内,信号屏蔽材料17处于卷绕收纳状态,发条24处于扭紧状态,伸缩板20收缩于升降板19内,复位弹簧38处于放松状态,反光镜47收纳于镜片储藏室45内,摄像头42对电表13上显示的数字以及空气开关14上的线路连接进行拍摄,并且能对电表13显示的数字进行读取,通过摄像头42拍摄的视频和麦克风43录制的音频能实时通过信号收发器44发送至电力部门,便于电力部门进行监控抽查。
当有人私自改动电表的线路连接方式,进而进行偷电行为时,摄像头42能很好的对线路改动过程进行监控并记录,同时通过信号收发器44发送警报信息至电力部门,电力部门通过即使查看实时监控来人为判断是否存在偷电行为,当判断确实为偷电行为时,当偷电者将手拿出电箱11后,通过信号收发器44接受控制信号并给电磁铁39通电,进而通过通磁性相斥推动连接块36像远离电磁铁39方向移动并带动伸缩板20伸出升降板19,同时连接块36通过连接杆37带动插销杆31缩进连接腔35内,进而带动铰接杆32缩进滑槽30内,进而接触对升降板19的锁定,此时在发条24的弹力下带动圆盘23转动,进而将信号屏蔽材料17进行释放,进而带动升降板19向下移动,此时电磁铁39断电,伸缩板20在复位弹簧38弹力下重新缩回升降板19内,进而壁面在升降板19下降的过程中,伸缩板20碰撞电表13和电路而导致故障,而当升降板19下降至铰接杆32与固定块28相抵时,此时升降板19正好临近于空气开关14上方,由于铰接杆32受上封板34的限制无法向上翻转,铰接杆32沿着固定块28的斜面一边下降一边缩回卡槽29内,进而通过连接杆37带动伸缩板20伸出升降板19,此时伸缩板20向下拨动空气开关14的开关,进而进行断电,而当铰接杆32与固定块28脱离相抵时,此时伸缩板20缩回升降板19内,进而接触伸缩板20与空气开关14的相抵,而当铰接杆32继续向下移动至与锁块27相抵时,铰接杆32同样缩进滑槽30内,当铰接杆32与锁块27脱离相抵时,铰接杆32插入锁块27底部进行锁定,由于锁块27底部与所述配电室12底壁之间的间距不足以使得铰接杆32发生翻转,进而无法轻易向上拉动升降板19,进而通过信号屏蔽材料17将电表13与空气开关14进行封闭,避免电力部门在进行上门检查前,电路又被复原,避免电力监管部门丢失部分证据,在升降板19下降的过程中,承托杆48脱离与反光镜47底部的承托,此时反光镜47在重力下自由掉落,此时摄像头42正好能拍摄到反光镜47中反射出的景象,进而能对偷电者的体貌进行拍摄。
当有人采用电信号对电表13的读数进行变动时,提高摄像头42对电表13上读书的读取和判断,判断有人进行偷电行为,同样发送警报至电力部门,并对电表读数进行进一步核实,当确定为偷电行为时,同样按上述过程启动电磁铁39,进而完成断电工作以及对电表13和空气开关14的封闭工作,此时通过信号屏蔽材料17将电信号进行屏蔽,避免电表上的读数被重新调整为正常,避免电力监管部门丢失部分证据。
当电力部门工作人员上门核实时,需要工作人员通过工作磁卡贴近读卡器40,读卡器40识别到磁卡信息为工作人员时,控制电磁铁39通电,进而带动铰接杆32缩回卡槽29内并接触锁定,通过手动向上提起升降板19至通口18内时,信号屏蔽材料17重新卷绕回转轴22上,此时电磁铁39断电,铰接杆32重新卡紧卡槽29内进行锁定,此时工作人员通过现场判断进行再次确认,判断是否为盗电行为,进而能很好的进行偷电行为的监控管理。

Claims (8)

1.一种电力系统台区监控装置,包括电箱,其特征在于:所述电箱内开设有配电室,所述配电室面向开口一侧内壁固定安装有电表和空气开关;
所述配电室顶壁固定安装有横梁,所述横梁内顶部设有收纳腔,所述收纳腔内装有信号屏蔽材料以及用于释放和收纳所述信号屏蔽材料的收放组件,所述收纳腔底部开设有通口,所述通口内设有升降板,所述信号屏蔽材料一端固定连接于所述升降板顶端,所述升降板朝内一侧设有能滑动且用于拨动所述空气开关的伸缩板,所述伸缩板一侧设有用于锁定所述升降板的插销组件,所述插销组件与所述伸缩板之间设有连杆机构,通过所述连杆机构能带动所述伸缩板与所述插销组件同步动作;
所述横梁朝外一端固定安装有监控箱,所述监控箱内设有监控模块、音频模块以及信号连通模块,所述监控模块能对所述配电室内进行监控,所述音频模块能对声音进行识别,同时也能进行录音,所述信号连通模块能将采集的视频和音频进行发送所述电力系统台区的负责部门进行进一步判断和处理;所述监控模块靠近所述电箱一侧设有反光镜组件,所述监控模块能通过所述反光镜组件监控所述电箱外的画面,为判断是否存在偷电行为以及记录偷电者的体貌特征;
所述配电室开口处安装有封闭门。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电力系统台区监控装置,其特征在于:所述信号屏蔽材料可采用导电橡胶等柔性材料,所述收放组件包括转动设置于所述收纳腔相对两侧壁之间的转轴,所述信号屏蔽材料卷绕于所述转轴外圆面,所述转轴外圆面且位于所述信号屏蔽材料两侧固定设有圆盘,所述圆盘远离所述信号屏蔽材料一端与所述收纳腔内壁之间固定连接有环绕于所述转轴的发条。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种电力系统台区监控装置,其特征在于:所述配电室相对两侧壁均固定设有正对所述横梁下方的滑轨,所述电箱顶部与所述横梁下端面固定连接,两侧所述滑轨内设有开口相对的滑槽,所述升降板两端能沿着两侧所述滑槽上下滑动,所述滑轨内底部固定设有锁块,所述插销组件能插入所述锁块下方进行锁定,所述滑槽内位于所述锁块上方固定安装有固定块,所述固定块与所述锁块上端面均设为斜面,且斜面方向为朝向所述滑槽开口方向且朝向上方。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种电力系统台区监控装置,其特征在于:所述固定块的位置可根据所述空气开关的具体位置进行高度调整,确保固定块的底部与所述空气开关拨动开关的中心水平面相齐平,进而在所述伸缩板向下拨动开关后,所述伸缩板能快速复位,避免所述伸缩板在不需要使用时与其他电器或线路触碰而导致故障,所述通口与所述滑轨同侧的两壁内均连通设有卡槽,所述卡槽用于所述插销组件将所述升降板锁定在所述横梁内。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种电力系统台区监控装置,其特征在于:所述插销组件包括设于所述升降板两端内且正对两侧卡槽的滑槽,所述滑槽内滑动设有插销杆,所述插销杆朝向所述卡槽一端铰接有能上下转动的铰接杆,所述铰接杆与所述插销杆铰接处固定连接有扭簧,所述扭簧用于维持所述铰接杆处于水平状态,所述铰接杆顶部相抵的设有固定连接于所述插销杆的上封板。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种电力系统台区监控装置,其特征在于:所述连杆机构包括连通设于两侧所述卡槽之间的连接腔,所述连接腔内设有固定连接于所述伸缩板的连接块,所述连接块靠近两侧所述滑槽断面分别与两侧所述滑槽之间铰 接有连接杆,所述连接块远离所述伸缩板一端与所述连接腔内壁之间固定连接有复位弹簧,所述连接块为磁性材料,所述连接腔远离所述伸缩板一侧壁面内固定设有电磁铁,所述电磁铁通电后能产生与所述连接块相同磁极的磁性。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种电力系统台区监控装置,其特征在于:所述升降板朝向所述配电室开口处一侧端面固定设有识别身份的读卡器,所述读卡器用于控制所述电磁铁通断电。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种电力系统台区监控装置,其特征在于:所述监控模块包括开设于所述监控箱下端面的斜槽,所述斜槽开口斜朝向所述电表一侧,所述斜槽内顶部固定安装有摄像头;所述音频模块包括固定设于所述监控箱内底部的麦克风;所述信号连通模块包括固定设置于所述监控箱内顶部的信号收发器;所述反光镜组件包括设于所述监控箱内切位于所述斜槽靠近所述横梁一侧的镜片储藏室,所述镜片储藏室内能上下滑动的设有限位杆,所述限位杆底部固定设有反光镜,所述反光镜镜面朝向所述斜槽一侧,所述镜片储藏室底部开设有开槽,所述反光镜能在所述开槽内上下滑动,所述升降板靠近所述镜片储藏室一端固定设有与所述反光镜底部相抵的承托杆,所述承托杆能对所述反光镜底部进行承托。
