Abstract
본 발명은 폐기물을 재활용하기 위해 바이오매스, 폐합성수지 등의 폐기물을 열분해하여 오일을 얻는 장치 및 공정에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은, 1차 열분해장치(200); 1차 열분해장치(200) 보다 열분해 온도가 높은 2차 열분해 장치(400); 1차 열분해장치(200)와 상기 2차 열분해장치(400) 사이에 설치된 상단이송장치(300); 상단이송장치(300)의 상부에 설치되어, 탄소수가 다양한 열분해 가스로부터 고비점 왁스 성분을 분리하는 왁스분리기(310, 320, 330); 및 왁스분리기(310, 320, 330)와 연결되고 열분해가스를 응축하여 오일을 분리하는 오일분리장치(600);를 포함하고, 상단이송장치(300)는, 상부에 열분해가스가 흐르면서 상기 열분해가스를 왁스분리기(310, 320, 330)로 이송시키고, 그리고 하부에는 정역 회전 가능한 스크류가 설치되어 고형 잔사물을 상기 1차 열분해장치(200) 또는 상기 2차 열분해장치(400)로 이송시키며, 왁스분리기는 분리된 고비점 왁스 성분이 하단을 통해 상단이송장치(300)로 떨어지도록 구성된다.
