Abstract
Ein Verfahren zum Gewinnen von Kohlenwasserstoffen aus Kunststoffabfällen, insbesondere polyolefinreichen Abfällen, mittels rein thermolytischen Crackens ohne Verwendung von Katalysatoren, umfasst Aufschmelzen der Kunststoffabfalle in zwei Heizvorrichtung (3) und (4), wobei den geschmolzenen Kunststoffabfällen aus Heizvorrichtung (3) aus dem Crackreaktor (5) stammender, in einem Separator-System (8,9) entschlackter Rückführstrom beigemischt wird. Der gemischte Kunststoffström wird in der zweiten Heizvorrichtung (4) weiter erhitzt und von dort in den Crackreaktor (5) geleitet, wo die Kunststoffe gecrackt und mittels nachfolgender Destillation in Diesel und Leichtsieder aufgetrennt werden. Ein spezielles Eintrag-System ermöglicht die vorgängige Abtrennung von Wasser und sauren Gasen, sowie die Einsparung von Inertgas. Eine Anlage zur Durchführung des Verfahrens wird ebenfalls beschrieben.
