驱动模块,包括:驱动电机,所述驱动电机输出端与海绵滚筒相连接;
垃圾收集模块,包括:垃圾盒和垃圾盒盖,所述机体外壳侧面上开有供垃圾盒插入的 放置口,所述垃圾盒设置于海绵滚筒后方且所述垃圾盒开口下方正对海绵滚筒处设置有铲条,所述垃圾盒上方还安装有垃圾盒盖,所述垃圾盒盖上还设置有一排毛刷,所述毛刷与海绵滚筒贴合,所述毛刷用于清洁海绵滚筒,所述垃圾盒内还设置有一次性垃圾盒;
控制模块,包括:PCB控制板,机体外壳内安装有PCB控制板,所述PCB控制板与驱动模块和水箱模块相连接,所述PCB控制板用于控制驱动模块和水箱模块开启或关闭;
电源模块,包括:电池,所述电池用于给驱动模块和控制模块供电。
相对于现有技术,本发明具有如下有益效果:
1)本发明通过驱动电机驱动海绵滚筒转动即可将地面垃圾清扫至设置在海绵滚筒后方的垃圾盒中,水箱模块供水装置启动后,净水箱中的水会释放至清洗槽中清洗海绵滚筒,洗净的海绵滚筒与地面摩擦即可完成拖地工作,实现干净的滚筒实时擦洗地面。本发明既可以对地面进行清扫,同时也能拖地,功能多样,使用方便,较传统扫地拖地效率更高,效果更好。
2)本发明将垃圾盒盖上设置有一排毛刷,毛刷与海绵滚筒相贴合,通过海绵滚筒的自转进行清理,避免了多处繁杂清理的问题。
3)本发明将垃圾盒内设置有可更换的一次性垃圾盒,使用后从封口盖处抽出一次性垃圾盒即可更换,不必反复清洗垃圾盒造成费时又费力,同时使用防水纸制成一次性垃圾盒成本低廉,实用性好。
4)本发明将污水进水口处设置防倒流装置,抽水装置启动后,污水箱内产生负压,污水推动挡水片往污水箱内扩展,污水进入,水满后,污水推动挡水片挡住污水进水口,使得污水不外流。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例来详细说明本发明的具体内容。
如图1-3所示,本实施例提供了一种手持式拖扫结构,包括:手柄1和机体外壳2,手柄1下方通过万向节3和机体外壳2相连接,所述机体外壳2内部设置有拖扫模块4、水箱模块5、驱动模块6、垃圾收集模块7、控制模块8和电源模块9;
拖扫模块4,包括:海绵滚筒41和水槽杆42,海绵滚筒41由固定在机体外壳2内部的驱动模块6驱动旋转,所述机体外壳2内部还设置有水槽杆42,所述水槽杆42与海绵滚筒41紧贴设置,水槽杆42与海绵滚筒41接触面形成有清洗槽43;
水箱模块5,包括:净水箱52、污水箱53、供水装置54、抽水装置55和中间连接器51,所述中间连接器51两端安装有净水箱52和污水箱53,净水箱52与中间连接器51外部设置的供水装置54相连,所述供水装置54用于抽离净水箱52中的净水至清洗槽43,污水箱53与中间连接器51外部设置的抽水装置55相连,所述抽水装置55用于抽取清洗槽43中的污水至污水箱53;
驱动模块6,包括:驱动电机61,所述驱动电机61输出端与海绵滚筒41相连接;
垃圾收集模块7,包括:垃圾盒71和垃圾盒盖73,所述机体外壳2侧面上开有供垃圾盒71插入的放置口711,所述垃圾盒71设置于海绵滚筒41后方且所述垃圾盒71开口下方正对海绵滚筒41处设置有铲条75,所述垃圾盒71上方还安装有垃圾盒盖73,所述垃圾盒盖73上还设置有一排毛刷74,所述毛刷74与海绵滚筒41贴合,所述毛刷74用于清洁海绵滚筒41,所述垃圾盒71内还设置有一次性垃圾盒72,海绵滚筒41转动时,毛刷74能够对海绵滚筒41表面进行清理。
控制模块8,包括:PCB控制板81,机体外壳2内安装有PCB控制板81,所述PCB控制板81与驱动模块6和水箱模块5相连接,所述PCB控制板81用于控制驱动模块6和水箱模块5开启或关闭;
电源模块9,包括:电池91,所述电池91用于给驱动模块6和控制模块8供电。
为了实现供水装置54能够快速将净水箱52的净水抽出,所述供水装置54包括:水泵进水管541、水泵542和清水出水管543,水泵进水管541和净水箱52相连通,清水出水管543和水泵进水管541之间设置有水泵542,所述清水出水管543设置在清洗槽43一端,启动水泵542能够将净水箱52中的水抽至清水出水管543中直至放入清洗槽43中浸湿海绵滚筒41。
为了实现抽水装置55能够将清洗槽43中的污水抽至污水箱53,所述抽水装置55包括:气泵进气管551、气泵552、气泵排气管553和污水进水管554,气泵进气管551和污水箱53相连通,气泵进气管551和气泵排气管553之间设置有气泵552,污水箱53还连接有污水进水管554,所述污水进水管554设置在清洗槽43背离清水出水管543的另一端处。气泵552启动后会抽出污水箱53内的空气使污水箱53内形成负压,污水进水管554中的污水会在气压作用下进入污水箱53。
为了避免抽出水箱时,污水箱53中的污水从污水进水管554倒流出来,所述污水进水管554与污水箱53的连接处设置有污水进水口531,所述污水箱53内还设置有防倒流装置532,所述防倒流装置532包括:支架5321和挡水片5322,所述挡水片5322为可弯折的轻质弹性片,所述支架5321用于将挡水片5322固定在污水进水口531处,且挡水片5322与污水进水口531之间留有间隙使得抽水装置55启动后污水进水管554中的水能够进入污水箱53,当抽水装置55关闭后挡水片5322能够覆盖住污水进水口531。抽水装置55启动后,污水箱53内产生负压,污水推动挡水片5322往污水箱53内扩展,污水进入,水满后,污水产生的水压推动挡水片5322挡住污水进水口531,使得污水不外流。
为了使一次性垃圾盒72具有更好的实用性,为了所述一次性垃圾盒72材质为防水纸。使用防水纸成本低廉,同时具有防止污水渗漏至机器内部的作用。
为了能够方便的清洗清洗槽43内的残余垃圾,同时能够取出海绵滚筒41进行清洗,所述机体外壳2包括上盖21和下盖22,上盖21表面设置有能够开闭的上翻盖211,所述上翻盖211位于清洗槽43正上方,所述机体外壳2的下盖22还设置有能够开闭的下翻盖221,所述下翻盖221位于海绵滚筒41正下方且下翻盖221打开后所述海绵滚筒41能从下翻盖处取出。需清理清洗槽内残留垃圾时只需打开上翻盖211,对清洗槽进行冲洗即可,需取出海绵滚筒清洗时,打开下翻盖221即可取出海绵滚筒41进行清洗。
为了避免机体外壳2与外界碰撞时会损伤设备,所述机体外壳2外部还设置有前挡板23,所述前挡板23通过若干组缓冲弹簧24与机体外壳2相连接。通过缓冲弹簧24减少 了撞击时的冲击力,避免设备因冲撞而产生损伤。
为了方便手持时控制设备启动或关闭,所述手柄1上设置有与PCB控制板81相连接的控制开关11。
为了使手持时推拉设备更加省力,同时设备具有更好的运动效果,所述机体外壳2下表面四周设置有可相对机体外壳2转动的辅助滚轮25。
通过驱动电机61驱动海绵滚筒41转动即可将地面垃圾清扫至设置在海绵滚筒41后方的一次性垃圾盒72中,水箱模块5供水装置54启动后,净水箱52中的水会释放至清洗槽43中清洗海绵滚筒41,洗净的海绵滚筒41与地面摩擦即可完成拖地工作。
最后说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明进行了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的宗旨和范围,其均应涵盖在本发明的权利要求范围当中。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种手持式拖扫结构,其特征在于,包括:手柄和机体外壳,手柄下方通过万向节和机体外壳相连接,所述机体外壳内部设置有拖扫模块、水箱模块、驱动模块、垃圾收集模块、控制模块和电源模块;
    拖扫模块,包括:海绵滚筒和水槽杆,海绵滚筒由固定在机体外壳内部的驱动模块驱动旋转,所述机体外壳内部还设置有水槽杆,所述水槽杆与海绵滚筒紧贴设置,水槽杆与海绵滚筒接触面形成有清洗槽;
    水箱模块,包括:净水箱、污水箱、供水装置、抽水装置和中间连接器,所述中间连接器两端安装有净水箱和污水箱,净水箱与中间连接器外部设置的供水装置相连,所述供水装置用于抽离净水箱中的净水至清洗槽,污水箱与中间连接器外部设置的抽水装置相连,所述抽水装置用于抽取清洗槽中的污水至污水箱;
    驱动模块,包括:驱动电机,所述驱动电机输出端与海绵滚筒相连接;
    垃圾收集模块,包括:垃圾盒和垃圾盒盖,所述机体外壳侧面上开有供垃圾盒插入的放置口,所述垃圾盒设置于海绵滚筒后方且所述垃圾盒开口下方正对海绵滚筒处设置有铲条,所述垃圾盒上方还安装有垃圾盒盖,所述垃圾盒盖上还设置有一排毛刷,所述毛刷与海绵滚筒贴合,所述毛刷用于清洁海绵滚筒,所述垃圾盒内还设置有一次性垃圾盒;
    控制模块,包括:PCB控制板,机体外壳内安装有PCB控制板,所述PCB控制板与驱动模块和水箱模块相连接,所述PCB控制板用于控制驱动模块和水箱模块开启或关闭;
    电源模块,包括:电池,所述电池用于给驱动模块和控制模块供电。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种手持式拖扫结构,其特征在于,所述供水装置包括:水泵进水管、水泵和清水出水管,水泵进水管和净水箱相连通,清水出水管和水泵进水管之间设置有水泵,所述清水出水管设置在清洗槽一端;
    所述抽水装置包括:气泵进气管、气泵、气泵排气管和污水进水管,气泵进气管和污水箱相连通,气泵进气管和气泵排气管之间设置有气泵,污水箱还连接有污水进水管,所述污水进水管设置在清洗槽背离清水出水管的另一端处。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种手持式拖扫结构,其特征在于,所述污水进水管与污水箱的连接处设置有污水进水口,所述污水箱内还设置有防倒流装置,所述防倒流装置包括:支架和挡水片,所述挡水片为可弯折的轻质弹性片,所述支架用于将挡水片固定在污水进水口处,且挡水片与污水进水口之间留有间隙使得抽水装置启动后污水进水管中的水能够进入污水箱,当抽水装置关闭后挡水片能够覆盖住污水进水口。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种手持式拖扫结构,其特征在于,所述一次性垃圾盒子 材质为防水纸。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种手持式拖扫结构,其特征在于,所述机体外壳包括上盖和下盖,上盖表面设置有能够开闭的上翻盖,所述上翻盖位于清洗槽正上方,所述机体外壳的下盖还设置有能够开闭的下翻盖,所述下翻盖位于海绵滚筒正下方且下翻盖打开后所述海绵滚筒能从下翻盖处取出。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种手持式拖扫结构,其特征在于,所述机体外壳外部还设置有前挡板,所述前挡板通过若干组缓冲弹簧与机体外壳相连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种手持式拖扫结构,其特征在于,所述手柄上设置有与PCB控制板相连接的控制开关。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种手持式拖扫结构,其特征在于,所述机体外壳下表面四周设置有可相对机体外壳转动的辅助滚轮。
