本发明涉及雾化器领域,具体来说,涉及一种雾化器。
背景技术
目前的雾化器中,通常将加热烧杯置于外壳内,清洁起来非常不便。除此之外,一些膏状的加热物料很难盛放,一般需要外置盒子和勺子进行挖取,这对于雾化器产品来说就造成了很大的使用不便,不能满足使用者的日常需求。
技术问题
因此,亟需一种使用更方便的雾化器。
技术解决方案
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种使用更方便的雾化器,包括:吸嘴组件、雾化芯组件、电池杆组件,所述雾化芯组件一端安装有吸嘴组件、另一端安装有电池杆组件,所述雾化芯组件的下端与所述电池杆组件的上端磁吸连接,且为可拆卸连接。
作为一种优选方案,所述雾化芯组件包括雾化芯外壳、设于所述雾化芯外壳内的上端开口的烧杯、设于所述烧杯内的发热丝,所述雾化芯外壳为铁或铁合金,相应的,所述电池杆组件的上端固定安装有磁铁,用于吸附所述雾化芯外壳。
作为一种优选方案,所述雾化芯外壳下表面设有第一顶针,与所述电池杆组件上端设有的第二顶针电连接,所述第一顶针和所述第二顶针至少其中之一为弹簧顶针。
作为一种优选方案,所述电池杆组件还包括下壳体、控制电路板和按键,所述按键、电池杆组件的电池、所述第二顶针,分别与所述控制电路板电连接,所述按键设于所述电池杆组件的下壳体外侧,所述电池、第二顶针、控制电路板均装设于所述下壳体内。

作为一种优选方案,所述吸嘴组件与所述雾化芯组件为可拆卸连接,所述吸嘴组件包括中空的挖勺,所述挖勺的上端连通外界空气,所述挖勺的下端连通所述雾化芯组件的加热腔。
作为一种优选方案,所述烧杯的边缘内侧设有台阶,或靠近所述烧杯的部件朝向所述烧杯设有台阶,用于将所述挖勺刮净。
作为一种优选方案,所述吸嘴组件还包括过滤网,所述过滤网一面连通所述吸嘴组件的吸嘴,另一面连通所述烧杯内部。
作为一种优选方案,还包括储料盒,所述储料盒通过卡扣连接或磁吸连接安装到所述电池杆组件的下端,用于储存待加热物料。
作为一种优选方案,所述储料盒安装于所述底座内,所述底座通过卡扣连接或磁吸连接安装到所述电池杆组件的下端,所述储料盒包括盒体及盖体。
有益效果
实施本发明,能够实现至少如下有益效果: 雾化芯组件下端和电池杆组件上端磁吸连接,易于拆卸,更使得雾化芯组件的内部易于清洗,使整个雾化器的使用方便。雾化芯外壳为铁或铁合金,与电池杆组件上端的磁铁相互吸附连接,相比在雾化芯外壳也设置磁铁的方案,采用面与点的结合,简化了结构,且使得吸力稳定。第一顶针和第二顶针更能够适应磁吸连接的场合,使得一接触就可以完成电源通断,使用方便。雾化芯组件还包括上盖,上盖的外沿将雾化芯外壳与烧杯间隔出一段空隙以便隔热。吸嘴组件的挖勺能够将待加热物料盛装入烧杯中,并且挖勺同时充当了过气管的作用,一个部件两种功能,简化了结构,并且特别针对膏状的待加热物料,使得使用方便。烧杯的边缘内侧设有台阶,或靠近烧杯的部件朝向烧杯内侧设有台阶,用于将挖勺刮净,从细节完善使用体验,也为了防止挖勺堵塞。过滤网一面连通吸嘴,另一面连通烧杯内部,起到过滤雾气的作用。储料盒用于存储待加热物料,和挖勺配合使得使用更方便,采用卡扣或磁吸连接,易拆卸。

本发明的实施方式
参考图1-3,本发明提供一种雾化器,包括顺次连接的吸嘴组件、雾化芯组件、电池杆组件,以及底座。其中吸嘴组件与雾化芯组件可拆卸连接,雾化芯组件与电池杆组件可拆卸连接,电池杆组件与底座可拆卸连接。
 雾化芯组件包括上端开口的雾化芯外壳6、设于雾化芯外壳6内的上端开口的烧杯7、设于烧杯7内的发热丝8,雾化芯外壳6为铁或铁合金材质,相应的,电池杆组件的上端固定安装有磁铁9,用于吸附雾化芯外壳6,使雾化芯组件与所述电池杆组件磁吸式连接。雾化芯外壳6下表面设有第一顶针11。雾化芯组件还包括上盖5,覆盖于烧杯7和雾化芯外壳6的上端,上盖5的外沿将烧杯7与雾化芯外壳6间隔出一段空隙以便隔热。
电池杆组件包括下壳体16、电池17、控制电路板18、第二顶针12和按键15,第二顶针12设于下壳体16的上端,与第一顶针11电连接,第一顶针11与第二顶针12至少其中之一为弹簧顶针。按键15、电池17、第二顶针12分别与控制电路板18电连接,控制电路板18与电池17电连接。按键15设于下壳体16外侧,电池17、第二顶针12、控制电路板18均装设于下壳体16内。
吸嘴组件包括中空的挖勺2,挖勺2的上端连通外界空气,挖勺2的下端连通雾化芯组件的加热腔(即烧杯7内部)。更具体地说,挖勺2的上端连通到雾化芯组件的上壳体3的进气孔24。也就是说,中空的挖勺2同样承担了过气管的作用,使外部空气穿过进气孔24和挖勺2进入烧杯7,再从上盖5的通孔穿过进入吸嘴1导出至口腔。
烧杯7的边缘内侧设有台阶(图中未显示)或上盖5朝向烧杯7设有微凸的台阶(图中未显示),用于将挖勺2刮净。
吸嘴组件还包括过滤网4,过滤网4一面连通吸嘴组件的吸嘴1,另一面连通烧杯7内部。本实施例中,过滤网4装配于连接件26,本实施例中的连接件26是一个多功能部件,具有两个通道,一个通道(即挖勺)连通进气孔24和烧杯7,另一个通道连通吸嘴1和烧杯7,其中过滤网4即安装在连通吸嘴1和烧杯7的通道上。
底座23通过卡扣连接或磁吸连接安装到电池杆组件的下端,底座23内设有储料盒,储料盒包括盒体22及盖体20。储料盒用于储存待加热物料。优选的,盒体22和盖体20均为硅胶材质,装配整体性好。
装配时,将过滤网4装配在连接件26上,将组装好的连接件26装配在吸嘴1上,形成吸嘴组件。挖勺2能够用于把储料盒内的物料放置于烧杯7内。将发热丝8装配于烧杯7中,将烧杯7放置于雾化芯外壳6中,将上盖5铆接在雾化芯外壳6上,绝缘橡胶13放在雾化芯外壳6中,第一顶针11压入绝缘橡胶13。雾化芯外壳6以磁吸的方式和电池杆组件的螺杆10连接,螺杆10内安装有磁铁9。按键15装配于下壳体16外侧,按键15附近安装有导光片14。盒体22放置于底座23内,盖体20装于底盖19内,硅胶圈21放置于底座23上,装好的底座23安装到电池杆组件的下端,盒体22可以反复使用,易清洁。
但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,如对各个实施例中的不同特征进行组合等,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。 

Claims (10)

  1. 一种雾化器,其特征在于,包括吸嘴组件、雾化芯组件、电池杆组件,所述雾化芯组件一端安装有吸嘴组件、另一端安装有电池杆组件,所述雾化芯组件的下端与所述电池杆组件的上端磁吸连接,且为可拆卸连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化芯组件包括雾化芯外壳(6)、设于所述雾化芯外壳(6)内的上端开口的烧杯(7)、设于所述烧杯(7)内的发热丝(8),所述雾化芯外壳(6)为铁或铁合金,相应的,所述电池杆组件的上端固定安装有磁铁(9),用于吸附所述雾化芯外壳(6)。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化芯外壳(6)下表面设有第一顶针(11),与所述电池杆组件上端设有的第二顶针(12)电连接,所述第一顶针(11)和所述第二顶针(12)至少其中之一为弹簧顶针。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述电池杆组件还包括下壳体(16)、控制电路板(18)和按键(15),所述按键(15)、电池杆组件的电池(17)、所述第二顶针(12),分别与所述控制电路板(18)电连接,所述按键(15)设于所述电池杆组件的下壳体(16)外侧,所述电池(17)、第二顶针(12)、控制电路板(18)均装设于所述下壳体(16)内。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化芯组件还包括上盖(5),覆盖于所述烧杯(7)和所述雾化芯外壳(6)的上端,所述上盖(5)的外沿将所述烧杯(7)与所述雾化芯外壳(6)间隔出一段空隙以便隔热。
  6. 如权利要求2-5任意一项所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述吸嘴组件与所述雾化芯组件为可拆卸连接,所述吸嘴组件包括中空的挖勺(2),所述挖勺(2)的上端连通外界空气,所述挖勺(2)的下端连通所述雾化芯组件的加热腔。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述烧杯(7)的边缘内侧设有台阶,或靠近所述烧杯(7)的部件朝向所述烧杯(7)设有台阶,用于将所述挖勺(2)刮净。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述吸嘴组件还包括过滤网(4),所述过滤网(4)一面连通所述吸嘴组件的吸嘴,另一面连通所述烧杯(7)内部。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的雾化器,其特征在于,还包括储料盒,所述储料盒通过卡扣连接或磁吸连接安装到所述电池杆组件的下端,用于储存待加热物料。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述储料盒安装于底座(23)内,所述底座(23)通过卡扣连接或磁吸连接安装到所述电池杆组件的下端,所述储料盒包括盒体(22)及盖体(20)。
