Description

一种具有储料功能的雾化器 技术领域
本发明涉及雾化器领域,具体来说,涉及一种具有储料功能的雾化器。
背景技术
目前的雾化器中,有些需要加热散装物料,进行雾化。这种情况下通常需要使用者另外自备容器对待加热物料进行存储,非常不便,特别是一些固体和液体混合的膏状待加热物料,不容易存储,这对于雾化器产品来说就造成了很大的使用不便,不能满足使用者的日常需求。
技术问题
因此,亟需一种使用更方便的具有储料功能的雾化器。
技术解决方案
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种使用更方便的具有储料功能的雾化器,包括:吸嘴组件、雾化芯组件、电池杆组件,所述雾化芯组件上端安装有所述吸嘴组件、下端安装有所述电池杆组件,所述电池杆组件下端可拆卸地安装有储料盒组件,所述电池杆组件下端具有向下伸出的外壁,所述外壁内表面具有凹槽,所述储料盒组件通过储料盒组件侧壁上安装的硅胶圈与所述凹槽适配,使得所述储料盒组件通过插拔的方式完成与所述电池杆组件的装卸。
作为一种优选方案,所述储料盒组件包括底座、底盖、塞入所述底座内的硅胶盒,所述底座上端开口,所述底盖覆盖于所述底座的上端开口。
作为一种优选方案,所述底盖与所述硅胶盒之间还设有硅胶盖,用于密封所述硅胶盒。
作为一种优选方案,所述底盖内层具有硅胶层,用于密封所述硅胶盒。
作为一种优选方案,所述雾化芯组件包括雾化芯外壳、设于所述雾化芯外壳内的上端开口的烧杯、设于所述烧杯内的发热丝,所述雾化芯外壳为铁或铁合金,相应的,所述电池杆组件的上端固定安装有磁铁,用于吸附所述雾化芯外壳。
作为一种优选方案,所述雾化芯外壳下表面设有第一顶针,与所述电池杆组件上端设有的第二顶针电连接,所述第一顶针和所述第二顶针至少其中之一为弹簧顶针。
作为一种优选方案,所述电池杆组件还包括下壳体、控制电路板和按键,所述按键、电池杆组件的电池、所述第二顶针,分别与所述控制电路板电连接,所述按键设于所述电池杆组件的下壳体外侧,所述电池、第二顶针、控制电路板均装设于所述下壳体内。
有益效果
实施本发明,能够实现至少如下有益效果:储料盒组件通过硅胶圈的摩擦力与电池杆组件外壁的凹槽适配,能够方便地实现插拔,并且雾化器自带储料盒,省去了使用者另备容器的麻烦,也使得向雾化芯组件放入物料更为方便,不容易遗忘,能够满足使用者的日常需求。储料盒组件包括底座、底盖、硅胶盒,硅胶盒塞入底座,能够进一步密封,防止盛装的膏体泄露。底盖与所述硅胶盒之间还设有硅胶盖,或者在底盖内层设硅胶层,用于密封所述硅胶盒,防止盛装的膏体泄露。雾化芯外壳为铁或铁合金,与电池杆组件上端的磁铁相互吸附连接,相比在雾化芯外壳也设置磁铁的方案,采用面与点的结合,简化了结构,且使得吸力稳定。第一顶针和第二顶针更能够适应磁吸连接的场合,使得一接触就可以完成电源通断,使用方便。

本发明的实施方式
参考图1-4,本发明提供一种具有储料功能的雾化器,包括顺次连接的吸嘴组件、雾化芯组件、电池杆组件,以及储料盒组件。其中吸嘴组件与雾化芯组件可拆卸连接,雾化芯组件与电池杆组件可拆卸连接,电池杆组件与底座可拆卸连接,储料盒组件可拆卸地安装到电池杆组件下端。
电池杆组件下端具有向下伸出的外壁28,外壁28内表面具有凹槽29,储料盒组件通过储料盒组件侧壁上安装的硅胶圈21与凹槽29适配,使得储料盒组件通过插拔的方式完成与电池杆组件的装卸。具体地说,储料盒组件包括底座23、底盖19、硅胶盒22、硅胶盖20,硅胶盒22塞入底座23内紧配,硅胶盖20覆盖于硅胶盒22上端开口,底盖19覆盖于硅胶盖20之上,与底座23适配。在其他实施例中,也可以在底盖19内层设置硅胶层,以替代单独的硅胶盖20,也属于本发明的保护范围。
 雾化芯组件包括上端开口的雾化芯外壳6、设于雾化芯外壳6内的上端开口的烧杯7、设于烧杯7内的发热丝8,雾化芯外壳6为铁或铁合金材质,相应的,电池杆组件的上端固定安装有磁铁9,用于吸附雾化芯外壳6,使雾化芯组件与所述电池杆组件磁吸式连接。雾化芯外壳6下表面设有第一顶针11。雾化芯组件还包括上盖5,覆盖于烧杯7和雾化芯外壳6的上端,上盖5的外沿将烧杯7与雾化芯外壳6间隔出一段空隙以便隔热。
电池杆组件包括下壳体16、电池17、控制电路板18、第二顶针12和按键15,第二顶针12设于下壳体16的上端,与第一顶针11电连接,第一顶针11与第二顶针12至少其中之一为弹簧顶针。按键15、电池17、第二顶针12分别与控制电路板18电连接,控制电路板18与电池17电连接。按键15设于下壳体16外侧,电池17、第二顶针12、控制电路板18均装设于下壳体16内。外壁28是下壳体16的延伸。
吸嘴组件包括中空的挖勺2,挖勺2的上端连通外界空气,挖勺2的下端连通雾化芯组件的加热腔(即烧杯7内部)。更具体地说,挖勺2的上端连通到雾化芯组件的上壳体3的进气孔24。也就是说,中空的挖勺2同样承担了过气管的作用,使外部空气穿过进气孔24和挖勺2进入烧杯7,再从上盖5的通孔穿过进入吸嘴1导出至口腔。
烧杯7的边缘内侧设有台阶(图中未显示)或上盖5朝向烧杯7设有微凸的台阶(图中未显示),用于将挖勺2刮净。
吸嘴组件还包括过滤网4,过滤网4一面连通吸嘴组件的吸嘴1,另一面连通烧杯7内部。本实施例中,过滤网4装配于连接件26,本实施例中的连接件26是一个多功能部件,具有两个通道,一个通道(即挖勺)连通进气孔24和烧杯7,另一个通道连通吸嘴1和烧杯7,其中过滤网4即安装在连通吸嘴1和烧杯7的通道上。
装配时,将过滤网4装配在连接件26上,将组装好的连接件26装配在吸嘴1上,形成吸嘴组件。挖勺2能够用于把储料盒内的物料放置于烧杯7内。将发热丝8装配于烧杯7中,将烧杯7放置于雾化芯外壳6中,将上盖5铆接在雾化芯外壳6上,绝缘橡胶13放在雾化芯外壳6中,第一顶针11压入绝缘橡胶13。雾化芯外壳6以磁吸的方式和电池杆组件的螺杆10连接,螺杆10内安装有磁铁9。按键15装配于下壳体16外侧,按键15附近安装有导光片14。组装好的储料盒组件安装到电池杆组件的下端,硅胶盒22可以反复使用,易清洁。
但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,如对各个实施例中的不同特征进行组合等,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
 

Claims (7)

  1. 一种具有储料功能的雾化器,其特征在于,包括吸嘴组件、雾化芯组件、电池杆组件,所述雾化芯组件上端安装有所述吸嘴组件、下端安装有所述电池杆组件,所述电池杆组件下端可拆卸地安装有储料盒组件,所述电池杆组件下端具有向下伸出的外壁(28),所述外壁(28)内表面具有凹槽(29),所述储料盒组件通过储料盒组件侧壁上安装的硅胶圈(21)与所述凹槽(29)适配,使得所述储料盒组件通过插拔的方式完成与所述电池杆组件的装卸。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的具有储料功能的雾化器,其特征在于,所述储料盒组件包括底座(23)、底盖(19)、塞入所述底座内的硅胶盒(22),所述底座(23)上端开口,所述底盖(19)覆盖于所述底座(23)的上端开口。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的具有储料功能的雾化器,其特征在于,所述底盖(19)与所述硅胶盒(22)之间还设有硅胶盖(20),用于密封所述硅胶盒(22)。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的具有储料功能的雾化器,其特征在于,所述底盖(19)内层具有硅胶层,用于密封所述硅胶盒(22)。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的具有储料功能的雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化芯组件包括雾化芯外壳(6)、设于所述雾化芯外壳(6)内的上端开口的烧杯(7)、设于所述烧杯(7)内的发热丝(8),所述雾化芯外壳(6)为铁或铁合金,相应的,所述电池杆组件的上端固定安装有磁铁(9),用于吸附所述雾化芯外壳(6)。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的具有储料功能的雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化芯外壳(6)下表面设有第一顶针(11),与所述电池杆组件上端设有的第二顶针(12)电连接,所述第一顶针(11)和所述第二顶针(12)至少其中之一为弹簧顶针。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的具有储料功能的雾化器,其特征在于,所述电池杆组件还包括下壳体(16)、控制电路板(18)和按键(15),所述按键(15)、电池杆组件的电池(17)、所述第二顶针(12),分别与所述控制电路板(18)电连接,所述按键(15)设于所述电池杆组件的下壳体(16)外侧,所述电池(17)、第二顶针(12)、控制电路板(18)均装设于所述下壳体(16)内。
