Abstract
L'invention concerne un cathéter qui comprend : une partie de cylindre interne qui comporte un cylindre interne ayant une lumière de fil de guidage ; et une partie de cylindre externe qui a un trou latéral dans sa surface circonférentielle externe, à travers laquelle est insérée la partie de cylindre interne de telle sorte que la partie de cylindre interne est apte à effectuer un mouvement relatif. Au niveau d'une partie d'extrémité de pointe, le cylindre interne a une ouverture qui communique avec la lumière de fil de guidage. Au niveau d'une surface circonférentielle externe, le cylindre interne a un trou de communication qui communique avec la lumière de fil de guidage. Le cylindre interne a également une surface inclinée qui s'étend depuis une surface interne de la lumière de fil de guidage vers le trou de communication et qui est fixée à l'intérieur du cylindre interne. Une extrémité de pointe de la surface inclinée est plus proche du côté d'extrémité de pointe du cylindre interne qu'une extrémité de base de la surface inclinée.
