本公开实施例提供的防呆固定结构,通过将固定柱的外径设置为圆台形状,便于对固定柱与排水管进行定位,从而降低了排水管与固定柱的装配难度。
进一步的,所述固定柱为中空结构。
本公开实施例提供的防呆固定结构,通过将固定柱设置为中空结构,有利于降低空调器的重量,同时减少材料,降低制备成本。
进一步的,所述固定柱包括底端与顶端,所述底端与所述上底座固定连接;所述顶端位于所述固定柱上远离所述底端的一端;所述底端的壁厚大于所述顶端的壁厚。
本公开实施例提供的防呆固定结构,通过将固定柱设置为底端壁厚大于顶端壁厚的结构,有利于在对该固定柱制备完成时模具出模,从而降低了固定柱的制备难度。
进一步的,所述管接头包括凸筋,所述凸筋位于所述管接头的内壁上。
本公开实施例提供的防呆固定结构,通过在管接头内闭上设置凸筋结构,一方面增加管接头与固定柱之间的连接强度,另一方面有利于增加管接头与 固定柱之间的密封性。
进一步的,所述上底座包括上底座侧板,所述排水管固定结构与所述上底座侧板固定连接。
本公开实施例提供的防呆固定结构,通过将排水管固定结构与上底座侧板固定连接,一方面便于对拆卸下来的排水管进行固定,另一方面排水管与排水管固定结构相连时,会对中框的安装造成干涉,从而起到防呆作用。
进一步的,所述防呆固定结构还包括中框,所述中框包括中框端板;所述中框处于安装状态时,所述中框端板与所述上底座侧板相邻设置;当所述排水管与所述排水管固定结构相连时,所述排水管远离所述上底座侧板的一侧与所述上底座侧板之间的距离,大于所述中框处于安装状态时所述中框端板与所述上底座侧板之间的距离。
本公开实施例提供的防呆固定结构,通过对排水管安装结构的尺寸进行限定,一方面保证排水管复位时中框能够正常安装,另一方面保证在排水管未复位时,未复位的排水管对中框产生干涉,以起到防呆作用。
本公开实施例的又一目的在于提供一种空调器,所述空调器包括上述的防呆固定结构。
所述空调器与上述防呆固定结构相对于已知技术所具有的优势相同,在此不再赘述。

具体实施方式
为使本公开的上述目的、特征和优点能够更为明显易懂,下面结合附图对本公开的具体实施例做详细的说明。
为便于对空调器室内机进行清洗及维修,目前出现了上底座与下底座可拆卸的空调器,其中排水管可拆卸的安装于下底座上;需要对下底座进行拆卸时,需要先将排水管从下底座上拆卸下来,再将下底座与上底座分离;未拆卸前的排水管一端与下底座上的排水口相连,另一端伸出室外,以将室内机内产生的凝水排出室外;将排水管从下底座上拆下来后,由于无法对排水管进行固定,排水管位于室内的一端沿墙壁悬挂放置,无法固定。
为解决将排水管从下底座拆卸后无法固定的问题,本公开实施例提供一种固定装置,参见图1、图2所示,该固定装置包括排水管固定结构1与上底座3;其中排水管固定结构1与上底座3固定连接;通过排水管固定结构1对未复位的排水管2进行固定。
本公开实施例中未复位的排水管2指的是与下底座5处于分离状态的排水管2;将排水管2与下底座5上的排水口51拆卸分离后,与排水管固定结构1相连,通过排水管固定结构1对排水管2进行固定,以解决位于室内一端的排水管2无法固定的问题。
由于悬挂放置后,排水管位于室内一端的高度低于位于室外一端的高度,导致排水管内残留的水流入室内,对墙壁以及室内环境造成破坏。
为解决将排水管从下底座拆卸后排水管内残留的水流入室内的问题,本公开实施例提供一种防呆固定结构,参见图1、图2所示,该防呆固定结构包括固定装置与排水管2;其中固定装置包括排水管固定结构1与上底座3;排水管固定结构1与上底座3固定连接;排水管固定结构1用于对未复位的排水管2进行固定。
由于上底座3位于下底座的上方,将排水管固定结构1设置于上底座3上,能够保证排水管固定结构1的高度不低于下底座5上排水口51的高度,从而保证排水管2与排水管固定结构1相连时的高度,高于排水管2安装于下底座5上时的高度,从而保证排水管2位于室内一端的高度高于位于室外一端的高度,使排水管2通过排水管固定结构1固定时,排水管2中残留的水能够通过高度较低的位于室外的一端流出,从而将排水管2中残留的水排 出室外,避免因排水管2中的水流入室内而对墙壁或室内地板等造成破坏。
此外,根据空调器的结构,在上底座3与下底座5的外部,还设置有中框4;对空调器进行安装时,通常需要将下底座5与上底座3相连,然后将排水管2安装于下底座5上的排水口51,即将排水管2复位,再将中框4安装于上底座3与下底座5的外部。本公开实施例提供的防呆固定结构,通过将排水管固定结构1设置于上底座3上来对未复位的排水管2进行固定,在对空调器进行安装时,如果由于安装人员的疏忽,忘记对排水管2进行复位,此时与排水管固定结构1相连的排水管2会对中框4造成干涉,导致中框4无法顺利安装,从而提醒安装人员将排水管2复位后再对中框4进行安装,进而达到防呆的目的。
本公开实施例提供的防呆固定结构,通过在上底座设置用于对排水管进行固定的排水管固定结构,一方面对未复位的排水管进行固定,另一方面,避免排水管内残留的水流入室内;同时,还可起到防呆作用,避免在对空调器进行安装过程中忘记对排水管进行复位。
其中排水管固定结构1可采用多种结构形式,如该排水管固定结构1可以为挂钩或挂环,通过将排水管2挂于挂钩或挂环上而实现对排水管2的固定。
为便于将排水管2与排水管固定结构1相连,本公开实施例可选排水管固定结构1包括固定柱11,排水管2包括管接头21;固定柱11与管接头21相插接,以实现排水管固定结构1对排水管2的固定。
当排水管2处于安装状态,即与下底座5相连时,管接头2与排水口51相连;将排水管固定结构1设置为固定柱11,当排水管2从下底座5上拆卸下来后,管接头21与排水口51分离,此时,将管接头21与固定柱11相插接即可实现对排水管2的固定,结构简单,易于操作,且不需要对排水管2作结构上的改进即可实现与排水管固定结构1的连接。
本公开实施例提供的防呆固定结构,通过将排水管固定结构设置为固定柱,一方面可以通过排水管自身的结构即可实现与固定柱的连接,另一方面,固定柱结构简单,易于制备与操作,使用方便。
为提高固定柱11与排水管2之间的连接强度,本公开实施例提供的防呆固定结构中,固定柱11的外径与管接头21的内径相配合以实现固定柱11 与管接头21相插接。
由于通过固定柱11对排水管2进行固定时,需要将管接头21套于固定柱11的外部,即固定柱11插入管接头21内实现插接,因此,固定柱11的外径需小于管接头21的内径;为提高固定柱11与管接头21之间的连接强度,避免排水管2从固定柱11上脱落,本公开实施例中固定柱11的外径尺寸根据管接头21的内径而定,具体的,固定柱11的外径略小于管接头21的内径,以保证固定柱11能够插入管接头11内,同时,固定柱11插入管接头21内后,固定柱11的外壁与管接头21的内壁相接触,增加管接头21与固定柱11之间的摩擦力,从而避免管接头21从固定柱11脱落,增加排水管2与固定柱11之间的连接强度。
本公开实施例提供的防呆固定结构,通过将固定柱的外径设置为与管接头的内径相适配的尺寸,一方面便于将固定柱与管接头相连,另一方面有利于增加排水管与固定柱之间的连接强度,避免排水管脱落。
为进一步降低排水管2与固定柱11之间的装配难度,本公开实施例提供的防呆固定结构,进一步将固定柱11的外径设置为圆台形状。
具体的,参见图3所示,固定柱11包括底端111与顶端112,其中底端111与上底座3固定连接;顶端112位于固定柱11上远离底端111的一端;顶端112的截面积小于底端111的截面积。
将管接头21与固定柱11相连时,首先将固定柱11的顶端111插入管接头21,再进一步将固定柱11全部插入管接头21内;当固定柱11的外径为圆台形状,即顶端111的截面积小于底端112的截面积时,易于对固定柱11与管接头21进行定位,从而降低管接头21与固定柱11之间的装配难度,便于对未复位的排水管2进行固定。
本公开实施例提供的防呆固定结构,通过将固定柱的外径设置为圆台形状,便于对固定柱与排水管进行定位,从而降低了排水管与固定柱的装配难度。
为降低空调器的重量,本公开实施例提供的防呆固定结构,进一步将固定柱11设置为中空结构。
通过将固定柱11设置为中空结构,有利于降低空调器的重量,同时减少材料,降低制备成本。
为便于对固定柱11进行制备,进一步将中空结构的固定柱11设置为底端111的壁厚大于顶端112的壁厚,即固定柱11底端111的外壁直径大于顶端112的外壁直径,底端111的内壁直径小于顶端112的内壁直径。
通过将固定柱11设置为底端111的壁厚大于顶端112的壁厚的结构,使得固定柱11的底端111内部的空间小于顶端112内部的空间,从而有利于位于固定柱11内部的模具出模。
本公开实施例提供的防呆固定结构,通过将固定柱设置为底端壁厚大于顶端壁厚的结构,有利于在对该固定柱制备完成时模具出模,从而降低了固定柱的制备难度。
为增加管接头21与固定柱11之间的密封性,参见图4所示,本公开实施例中的管接头21包括凸筋211,该凸筋211位于管接头21的内壁上。
目前空调器中排水管2与管接头21的材质为橡胶材质,具有一定的弹性;通过在管接头21的内壁上设置凸起的凸筋211,使得管接头21与固定柱11相插接时,管接头21与固定柱11之间形成过盈配合,从而一方面增加管接头21与固定柱11之间的连接强度,避免管接头21与固定柱11松脱,另一方面增加管接头21与固定柱11之间的密封性,避免排水管2内残留的水从管接头21与固定柱11相连接处泄露。
凸筋211可以为点状、条状、板状等多种形式,本公开实施例可选凸筋211为沿管接头21内壁周向分布的条状结构,以使该条状的凸筋211能够更好的起到密封作用。
本公开实施例提供的防呆固定结构,通过在管接头内闭上设置凸筋结构,一方面增加管接头与固定柱之间的连接强度,另一方面有利于增加管接头与固定柱之间的密封性。
为便于对拆卸下来的排水管2进行固定,本公开实施例提供的防呆固定结构中,上底座3包括上底座侧板31,排水管固定结构1与上底座侧板31固定连接。
由于上底座侧板31上具有一定的容纳空间,且具有一定的强度,将中框4进行拆卸后,上底板侧板31裸露出来,将排水管固定结构设置于上底板侧板31上,一方面便于将排水管2与上底板侧板31相连,另一方面,排水管固定结构1的设置不会对上底座3的强度和其他结构产生影响。
由于排水管2处于安装状态时,与位于下底座侧板52上的排水口51相连;为便于对拆卸下来的排水管2进行固定,本公开实施例可选将排水管固定结构1设置于与排水口51所在的下底座侧板52处于空调器同侧的上底座侧板31上,以减小排水管固定结构1与排水口51之间的距离,便于对拆卸后的排水管2进行固定。
此外,将排水管固定结构1设置于上底座侧板31上,对排水管2进行拆卸后,通过排水管固定结构1将未复位的排水管2固定于上底座侧板31上,从而使未复位的排水管2远离上底座侧板31的一端突出于上底座3的外部,在排水管2未复位的情况下对中框4进行安装时,未复位的排水管2会对中框4产生干涉,使中框4无法安装,提醒安装人员对排水管2进行复位后再对中框4进行安装,从而起到防呆作用。
本公开实施例提供的防呆固定结构,通过将排水管固定结构与上底座侧板固定连接,一方面便于对拆卸下来的排水管进行固定,另一方面排水管与排水管固定结构相连时,会对中框的安装造成干涉,从而起到防呆作用。
为进一步增强防呆效果,参见图5所示,本公开实施例提供的防呆固定结构还包括中框4,该中框4包括中框端板41;中框4处于安装状态时,中框端板41与上底座侧板31相邻设置;当排水管2与排水管固定结构1相连时,排水管2远离上底座侧板31的一侧与上底座侧板31之间的距离,大于中框4处于安装状态时中框端板41与上底座侧板31之间的距离。
空调器处于安装状态时,中框4位于上底座3与下底座5的外部;中框端板41位于中框4的侧端,本公开实施例中的中框端板41指的是与排水口51处于空调器同侧的端板,即中框4处于安装状态时,中框端板41与安装有排水管固定结构1的上底座侧板31相邻设置。
为保证防呆固定结构的防呆作用,本公开实施例通过对排水管固定结构1的尺寸进行限定,一方面使得排水管2未与排水管固定结构1相连时,排水管固定结构1不会对中框4的安装产生干涉,以保证在排水管2处于复位情况下中框4能够正常安装;另一方面使得将排水管2与排水管固定结构1相连时,排水管2远离上底座侧板31的一侧与上底座侧板31之间的距离,大于中框4处于安装状态时中框端板41与上底座侧板31之间的距离,从而使在排水管2未复位的情况下对中框4进行安装时,排水管2会对中框4产 生干涉,使中框4无法进行安装,从而提醒安装人员对排水管2进行复位安装,起到防呆的作用。
其中排水管固定结构1的具体尺寸根据排水管2、上底座侧板31以及中框4的尺寸而定。
本公开实施例提供的防呆固定结构,通过对排水管安装结构的尺寸进行限定,一方面保证排水管复位时中框能够正常安装,另一方面保证在排水管未复位时,未复位的排水管对中框产生干涉,以起到防呆作用。
本公开实施例的另一目的在于提供一种空调器,该空调器包括上述的防呆固定结构。
本公开实施例提供的空调器,通过在上底座设置用于对排水管进行固定的排水管固定结构,一方面对未复位的排水管进行固定,另一方面,避免排水管内残留的水流入室内;同时,还可起到防呆作用,避免在对空调器进行安装过程中忘记对排水管进行复位。
虽然本公开披露如上,但本公开并非限定于此。任何本领域技术人员,在不脱离本公开的精神和范围内,均可作各种更动与修改,因此本公开的保护范围应当以权利要求所限定的范围为准。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种固定装置,其中,包括排水管固定结构(1)与上底座(3);其中所述排水管固定结构(1)与所述上底座(3)固定连接。
  2. 一种防呆固定结构,其中,包括固定装置与排水管(2);
    其中所述固定装置包括排水管固定结构(1)与上底座(3);
    所述排水管固定结构(1)与所述上底座(3)固定连接;
    所述排水管固定结构(1)用于对未复位的所述排水管(2)进行固定。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的防呆固定结构,其中,所述排水管固定结构(1)包括固定柱(11),所述排水管(2)包括管接头(21);所述固定柱(11)与所述管接头(21)相插接,以实现所述排水管固定结构(1)对所述排水管(2)的固定。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的防呆固定结构,其中,所述固定柱(11)的外径与所述管接头(21)的内径相配合以实现所述固定柱(11)与所述管接头(21)相插接。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的防呆固定结构,其中,所述固定柱(11)的外径为圆台形状。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的防呆固定结构,其中,所述固定柱(11)为中空结构。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的防呆固定结构,其中,所述固定柱(11)包括底端(111)与顶端(112),所述底端(111)与所述上底座(3)固定连接;所述顶端(112)位于所述固定柱(11)上远离所述底端(111)的一端;所述底端(111)的壁厚大于所述顶端(112)的壁厚。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的防呆固定结构,其中,所述管接头(21)包括凸筋(211),所述凸筋(211)位于所述管接头(21)的内壁上。
  9. 根据权利要求2~8任一项所述的防呆固定结构,其中,所述上底座(3)包括上底座侧板(31),所述排水管固定结构(1)与所述上底座侧板(31)固定连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的防呆固定结构,其中,所述防呆固定结构还包括中框(4),所述中框(4)包括中框端板(41);所述中框(4)处于安 装状态时,所述中框端板(41)与所述上底座侧板(31)相邻设置;当所述排水管(2)与所述排水管固定结构(1)相连时,所述排水管(2)远离所述上底座侧板(31)的一侧与所述上底座侧板(31)之间的距离,大于所述中框(4)处于安装状态时所述中框端板(41)与所述上底座侧板(31)之间的距离。
  11. 一种空调器,其中,所述空调器包括权利要求2~10任一项所述的防呆固定结构。
