S1步骤可以用模具卷边;S2步骤的压平可以用模具压平,压合例如可以用超声波压合或热压压合等物理性压合。
不同的组装方法就可以形成两种纸杯盖。第一种纸杯盖可以形成内外卡式纸杯盖,由于纸杯盖本体嵌入纸质锥体杯环内部,在纸杯盖本体和纸质锥体杯环之间的空隙用于夹住杯子的杯口,从而形成内外卡式纸杯盖;第二种纸杯盖 可以形成内卡式纸杯盖和外卡式纸杯盖,外卡式纸杯盖利用纸质锥体杯环内表面在第一弧形卷的顶端处卡接住杯子的杯口;内卡式纸杯盖利用纸杯盖本体的外表面在第二弧形卷的顶端处卡接住杯子的杯口。
从而本发明的纸杯盖具有两种组装方法,形成两种纸杯盖,两种纸杯盖具有三种用法,有内卡式、外卡式和内外卡式。
需要说明的是,在本发明的描述中,术语“顶端”、“底端”等指示的方位,是基于附图1所示的方位而进行的描述,仅是为了更方便的描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的部件或元件必须具有特定的方位,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。附图3-4、6的纸杯盖本体相对于附图1中的纸杯盖本体旋转了180°,附图7的纸质锥体杯环相对于附图1的纸质锥体杯环旋转了180°,为了叙述的需要和表述的术语一致性,附图3-4、6对纸杯盖本体的第一弧形卷的顶端和底端仍然与基于附图1表述的第一弧形卷的顶端和底端对应一致,附图7的纸质锥体杯环的第二弧形卷的顶端和底端仍然与基于附图1表述的第二弧形卷的顶端和底端对应一致。这应当不影响本发明的保护范围。
上述的纸质锥体杯环中的锥体形状,并不局限于数学意义上的严格的锥体形状,包括于此而不局限于此,其也包括大体上呈现锥体的纸质锥体杯环,例如在纸质锥体杯的内表面或外表面上设有用于卡扣住杯子杯口的凹槽。
上文所列出的一系列的详细说明仅仅是针对本发明的可行性实施例的具体说明,它们并非用以限制本发明的保护范围,凡未脱离本发明技艺精神所作的等效实施例或变更均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (7)

  1. 具有不同组装关系的纸杯盖,其特征在于,包括纸杯盖本体和纸质锥体杯环,所述纸杯盖本体的位于顶端的圆形边缘从下往上向外卷起形成第一弧形卷;所述纸质锥体杯环的位于顶端的圆形边缘从上往下向内弧形卷起形成第二弧形卷,所述纸杯盖本体和纸质锥体杯环的组装关系有两种,任选其一:
    第一种:所述纸杯盖本体嵌入所述纸质锥体杯环内部,所述第一弧形卷的底端和所述第二弧形卷的顶端卡接并压合固定;
    第二种:所述纸杯盖本体位于所述纸质锥体杯环外部,所述第一弧形卷的底端和所述第二弧形卷的底端卡接并压合固定。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的具有不同组装关系的纸杯盖,其特征在于,
    对于第一种:所述第一弧形卷的底端压平形成平面环状的第一连接面;所述第二弧形卷的顶端压平形成平面环状的第二连接面,所述第一连接面和所述第二连接面卡接并压合固定;
    对于第二种:所述第一弧形卷的底端压平形成平面环状的第一连接面;所述第二弧形卷的底端压平形成平面环状的第三连接面,所述第一连接面和所述第三连接面卡接并压合固定。
  3. [根据细则26改正28.02.2020] 
    根据权利要求1所述的具有不同组装关系的纸杯盖,其特征在于,所述纸杯盖本体包括纸盖板和中空的锥 形纸盖体,所述锥形纸盖体的位于顶端的圆形边缘从上往下向内弧形卷起形成所述第一弧形卷,所述锥形纸盖体的位于底端的圆形边缘从下往上向外卷起形成第三弧形卷,所述纸盖板的平面边缘与所述第三弧形卷压合固定。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的具有不同组装关系的纸杯盖,其特征在于,所述第三弧形卷的顶端压平形成平面环状的第四连接面,所述纸盖板的平面边缘与所述第四连接面压合固定。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的具有不同组装关系的纸杯盖,其特征在于,所述纸质锥体杯环的位于底端的圆形边缘从下往上向外弧形卷起形成第四弧形卷。
  6. 权利要求1所述的具有不同组装关系的纸杯盖的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
    S1.将纸杯盖本体的位于顶端的圆形边缘从下往上向外卷起形成第一弧形卷;将纸质锥体杯环的位于顶端的圆形边缘从上往下向内弧形卷起形成第二弧形卷;
    S2.纸杯盖本体和纸质锥体杯环的组装方法有两种,任选其一:
    第一种:将纸杯盖本体嵌入所述纸质锥体杯环内部,然后将第一弧形卷的底端和第二弧形卷的顶端卡接并压合固定;
    第二种:将纸杯盖本体位于所述纸质锥体杯环外部,然后将第一弧形卷的底端和第二弧形卷的底端卡接并压合固定。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的具有不同组装关系的纸杯盖的制备方法,其特征在于,
    对于第一种:将第一弧形卷的底端用模具压平,形成平面环状的第一连接面;将第二弧形卷的顶端压平,形成平面环状的第二连接面;然后将第一连接面和第二连接面卡接并压合固定;
    对于第二种:将第一弧形卷的底端用模具压平,形成平面环状的第一连接面;将第二弧形卷的底端用模具压平,形成平面环状的第三连接面,然后将第一连接面和第三连接面卡接并压合固定。
