服务器接收接警终端在与报警终端建立通话后发送的会议触发请求,在一个实施场景中,通信会议为在服务器预先创建的,例如服务器预先创建通信会议C1、通信会议C2、通信会议C3等等,每一通信会议具有一个会议号码,例如通信会议C1具有会议号码7001、通信会议C2具有会议号码7002、通信会议C3具有会议号码7003等等。每个接警终端绑定一个会议号码,例如接警终端A1绑定会议号码7001、接警终端A2绑定会议号码7002、接警终端A3绑定会议号码7003等等,也就是说,接警终端A1关联通信会议C1、接警终端A2关联通信会议C2、接警终端A3关联通信会议C3。例如,在服务器未接收到接警终端A1的会议触发请求时,与该接警终端A1关联的通信会议C1处于空闲状态,当服务器接收接警终端A1和报警终端通话后发送的会议触发请求(该会议触发请求包含接警终端A1预先绑定的会议号码7001)时,服务器基于该会议号码7001触发与接警终端A1关联的通信会议C1,将接警终端A1和报警终端之间的通话接入至该通信会议C1中,此时通信会议C1处于被占据状态。

步骤S31:发送派接问询消息至与至少一个警力终端连接的网关,其中,派接问询消息包含对至少一个与报警终端的位置信息匹配的警力终端的第二选择信息。

在一个实施场景中,采用上述计算机电信集成技术,PSTN或PLMN网络端的报警终端将其位置信息通过电信交换机(或排队机)发送至接警调度设备。接警调度设备收到该报警终端的位置信息后,根据预设圈选规则圈选出符合圈选规则的警力终端,例如,距离报警终端200米范围内的警力终端B1、B2或B1、B2所处的群组D1与该报警终端的位置信息匹配。其中,距离报警终端的距离范围还可以是500米、800米等等,本实施方式不限制具体的数值范围。
第二选择信息表示至少一个与报警终端的位置信息匹配的警力终端,例如在报警终端200米范围内的警力终端B1、B2。在一个实施场景中,第二选择信息还可以表示预先与警力终端关联的群组,例如,B1、B2预先关联群组D1,则第二选择信息表示群组D1。
步骤S32:接收网关反馈的派接响应消息,其中,派接响应消息包含第二选择信息对应的警力终端是否能够接受本次派接的结果。
网关收到服务器发送的派接问询消息后,查询该派接问询消息中包含的第二选择信息所对应的警力终端是否处于空闲状态,并将查询结果形成与派接问询消息对应的派接响应消息,例如网关查询到第二选择信息对应的警力终端B1、B2处于空闲状态,则向服务器发送对应的派接响应消息。在一个实施场景中,网关查询到第二选择信息所对应的警力终端处于空闲状态,将警力终端关联的群组信息形成与派接问询消息对应的派接响应消息,例如网关查询到第二选择信息对应的警力终端B1、B2处于空闲状态,则向服务器发送与警力终端B1、B2关联的群组D1的信息形成派接响应消息。服务器接收网关反馈的该派接响应消息,其中该派接响应消息包含第二选择信息对应的警力终端是否能够接受本次派接的结果。
步骤S33:将派接响应消息发送至接警调度设备,以使得接警调度设备基于派接响应消息中的结果而确定派接请求中的第一选择信息。其中,接警调度设备与接警终端预先绑定。
服务器将派接响应消息发送给至接警调度设备,以使得接警调度设备基于派接响应消息中的结果而确定派接请求中的第一选择信息,例如派接响应消息中的结果为警力终端B1、B2为空闲状态可以接受派接,进而确定向服务器发送的派接请求中的第一选择信息为警力终端B1、B2的信息,或者派接响应消息中的派接结果为警力终端B1、B2关联的群组D1为空闲状态可以接受派接,进而确定向服务器发送的派接请求中的第一选择信息为警力终端B1、B2关联的群组D1的信息。
其中,在一个实施方式中,上述步骤S12之后,本申请报警呼叫处理方法还包括:接收第一选择信息对应的警力终端、报警终端和接警终端中至少两者 之间的第一通话数据;发送第一通话数据至接警调度设备和与第一选择信息对应的警力终端关联的警力调度设备。
默认状态下,在建立第一选择信息对应的警力终端、报警终端和接警终端之间的通信之后,报警终端和接警终端处于全双工通信状态,警力终端处于半双工通信状态,警力终端默认状态下收听报警终端和接警终端之间的通话。具体而言,服务器接收第一选择信息对应的警力终端、报警终端和接警终端中至少两者之间的第一通话数据,而后,服务器发送第一通话数据至接警调度设备和与第一选择信息对应的警力终端关联的警力调度设备,例如警力终端B1、B2关联的警力调度设备E1属于警务站E,此时接警终端A1、报警终端、警力终端B1、B2之间至少两者之间的第一通话数据被服务器发送至该警务站E的警力调度设备E1和接警终端A1关联的接警调度设备A。

S401:接警终端接收报警终端的呼叫,以建立接警终端与报警终端之间的通话。
在一个实施场景中,接警终端通和与其对应的接警调度设备通过计算机电信集成(CTI,Computer Telecommunication Integration)技术接入公共交换电话网络(PSTN,Public Switched Telephone Network)和/或公共陆地移动网络(PLMN,Public Land Mobile Network)。具体而言,通过电信交换机(或排队机)接入PSTN和/或PLMN网络,且电信交换机(或排队机)与服务器通信连接。本实施方式不限制其具体的网络结构。
S402:服务器接收接警终端发送的会议触发请求,其中会议触发请求包含接警终端预绑定的会议号码。
在一个实施场景中,服务器内预先设置了至少一个通信会议,每个通信会议具有一个会议号码,每个接警终端绑定了与其关联的通信会议的会议号码。
S403:服务器基于会议号码触发接警终端关联的通信会议,将接警终端和报警终端之间的通话接入至通信会议。

在接警终端和报警终端之间的通话接入该通信会议后的瞬间,接警终端对应的接警调度设备接收到报警终端的位置信息,在一个实施场景中,该位置信息可以为报警终端的GPS芯片采集到的报警终端所在位置的经纬度,也可以是报警终端通过公网基站定位获得的报警终端所在位置的经纬度,还可以是报警终端结合GPS芯片以及公网基站综合获得的报警终端所在位置的经纬度。
S405:接警调度设备基于报警终端的位置信息圈选与位置信息匹配的警力终端,并形成与该警力终端对应的第二选择信息。
接警调度设备基于报警终端的位置信息圈选报警终端所在位置周边符合预设圈选规则的警力终端,例如报警终端所在位置周围200米、500米、800米范围内。在一个实施场景中,接警调度设备基于报警终端的位置信息圈选报警终端所在位置周边符合预设圈选规则的警力终端所属的群组。接警调度设备基于圈选的警力终端形成对应的第二选择信息。在另一个实施场景中,接警调度设备基于圈选的警力终端所属的群组形成对应的第二选择信息。
S406:接警调度设备向服务器发送派接问询消息,该派接问询消息包含第二选择信息。

S409:服务器将接收的派接响应消息发送至接警调度设备。

为使接警终端关联的接警调度设备和警力终端关联的警力调度设备能够收到报警终端、接警终端、警力终端至少两者之间的第一通话数据,服务器将第一通话数据发送至上述警力调度设备和接警调度设备。
通过上述实施方式,本申请报警呼叫处理方法能够在接警终端和报警终端通话时,与接警终端的位置匹配的警力终端加入接警终端和报警终端通话,以建立接警终端、报警终端和警力终端之间的通信,减少了接警终端将警情下发至警力终端的二次沟通成本,缩短了警情下发时长。

步骤S51:接收网关发送的由第一选择信息对应的警力终端发出的话权申请请求。
第一选择信息对应的警力终端为此时在通信会议中收听接警终端和报警终端之间通话的警力终端。在一个实施场景中,警力终端为对讲机,当其PTT(Push To Talk)按键被按下时,表示警力终端所属的警员需要在接警终端和报警终端通话的过程中插话,因此,由于默认状态下,警力终端处于半双工通信方式,因此需要取得话权方可插话。警力终端向网关发送话权申请请求,网关向服务器转发该警力终端的话权申请请求。
步骤S52:根据话权申请请求将话权下发至发出话权申请请求的警力终端。
服务器根据话权申请请求将话权下发至发出话权申请请求的警力终端。
步骤S53:接收网关发送的由获得话权的警力终端发出的第二通话数据。
第二通话数据是与接警终端和报警终端在同一通信会议中的警力终端对于接警终端和报警终端之间的第一通话数据进行回话而产生的通话数据。具体而言,发出话权申请请求的警力终端在获得话权后,将第二通话数据通过网关转发至服务器,服务器接收该第二通话数据,从而使得在同一个通信会议中的接 警终端和报警终端收听到该第二通话数据。
通过上述实施方式,本申请报警呼叫处理方法中警力终端可以在实时收听接警终端和报警终端之间的通话的过程中,申请话权从而进行插话,进而使得警力终端所属的警员根据收听到的接警终端和报警终端之间的通话而进行插话。

在一个实施场景中,警力终端所属的警员在插话完成后,释放PTT按键,从而完成插话,释放话权,在释放PTT按键后,警力终端向与其相连的网关发送话权释放请求,从而在警力终端完成插话后,及时释放话权,将话权归还。服务器接收网关发的由获得话权的警力终端发出的话权释放请求,根据话权释放请求将发出话权释放请求的警力终端的话权释放,并将话权下发至接警终端,以使得接警终端继续与报警终端进行全双工通信方式的通话,进而警力终端接着收听报警终端与接警终端之间的通话。
其中,在又一个实施方式中,上述步骤S12之后,本申请报警呼叫处理方法还包括:将话权归属信息发送至接警调度设备和与第一选择信息对应的警力终端关联的警力调度设备。
在一个实施场景中,上述将话权归属信息发送至接警调度设备和与第一选择信息对应的警力终端关联的警力调度设备的步骤还可以发生在步骤上述S51、步骤S52、步骤S53之后。

网关收到服务器发送的派接问询消息后,查询该派接问询消息中包含的第二选择信息所对应的警力终端是否处于空闲状态,并将查询结果形成与派接问询消息对应的派接响应消息,例如网关查询到第二选择信息对应的警力终端B1、B2处于空闲状态,则向服务器发送对应的派接响应消息,服务器再将该派接响应消息转发至接警调度设备。在一个实施场景中,网关查询到第二选择信息所对应的警力终端处于空闲状态,将警力终端关联的群组信息形成与派接问询消息对应的派接响应消息,例如网关查询到第二选择信息对应的警力终端B1、B2处于空闲状态,则向服务器发送与警力终端B1、B2关联的群组D1的信息形成派接响应消息。服务器接收网关反馈的该派接响应消息,其中该派接响应消息包含第二选择信息对应的警力终端是否能够接受本次派接的结果。
在一个实施场景中,上述实施方式中步骤S83具体可以包括:
步骤S94:基于派接响应消息中的结果而确定至少一个警力终端的第一选择信息。
接警调度设备接收服务器转发的派接响应消息发后,接警调度设备基于该 派接响应消息中的结果而确定派接请求中的第一选择信息,例如派接响应消息中的结果为警力终端B1、B2为空闲状态可以接受派接,进而确定向服务器发送的派接请求中的第一选择信息为警力终端B1、B2的信息,或者派接响应消息中的派接结果为警力终端B1、B2关联的群组D1为空闲状态可以接受派接,进而确定向服务器发送的派接请求中的第一选择信息为警力终端B1、B2关联的群组D1的信息。
步骤S95:发送包含第一选择信息的派接请求至服务器。
在确定至少一个警力终端的第一选择信息之后,接警调度设备发送包含第一选择信息的派接请求至服务器,以便服务器根据所述派接请求建立所述至少一个警力终端、所述报警终端和所述接警终端之间的通信。
请参阅图10,图10为本申请报警呼叫处理设备一实施方式的框架示意图。具体而言,包括通信电路1010、处理器1020和存储器1030,处理器1020分别耦接于通信电路1010、存储器1030,通信电路1010、处理器1020、存储器1030工作时可实现上述第一方面或第二方面中报警呼叫处理方法任一实施方式的步骤。
通过上述实施方式,本申请能够在接警终端和报警终端通话时,与接警终端的位置匹配的警力终端加入接警终端和报警终端通话,以建立接警终端、报警终端和警力终端之间的通信,减少了接警终端将警情下发至警力终端的二次沟通成本,缩短了警情下发时长。
其中,在一个实施方式中,本申请报警呼叫处理设备还可以至少包括派接模块、呼叫模块等两个功能模块,派接模块用于接收接警调度设备在接警终端与报警终端通话时发送的派接请求,呼叫模块用于根据派接请求,建立第一选择信息对应的警力终端、报警终端和接警终端之间的通信,具体而言,呼叫模块用于呼起第一选择信息对应的警力终端,以使得通信会议中的报警终端、接警终端、第一选择信息对应的警力终端之间建立通信。本申请报警呼叫处理设备还可以包括GPS模块,用于从网关处获得警力终端的位置信息,并将该位置信息发送给接警调度设备和/或警力调度设备,以及当前组模块,用于获得警力终端当前所在通信组的信息并发送至接警调度设备和/或警力调度设备。
请参阅图11,图11为本申请计算机可读存储介质1100一实施方式的框架示意图。本申请计算机可读存储介质1100上存储有计算机程序1101,计算机程序1101被处理器执行时,可实现上述第一方面或第二方面中的报警呼叫处理方法任一实施方式的步骤。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种报警呼叫处理方法,其中,所述方法包括:
    在接警终端与报警终端通话时接收派接请求,其中,所述派接请求包含至少一个警力终端的第一选择信息,所述至少一个警力终端与所述报警终端的位置信息匹配;
    根据所述派接请求,建立所述第一选择信息对应的所述警力终端、所述报警终端和所述接警终端之间的通信。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述根据所述派接请求,建立所述第一选择信息对应的所述警力终端、所述报警终端和所述接警终端之间的通信,包括:
    根据所述派接请求,将所述第一选择信息对应的所述警力终端加入所述接警终端关联的通信会议中,其中,所述接警终端和所述报警终端已预先作为所述通信会议的成员;
    呼起所述第一选择信息对应的所述警力终端,以使得所述通信会议中的所述报警终端、所述接警终端、所述第一选择信息对应的警力终端之间建立通信。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    接收在所述接警终端和所述报警终端建立通话后发送的会议触发请求,其中所述会议触发请求包括所述接警终端预绑定的会议号码;
    基于所述会议号码触发所述接警终端关联的所述通信会议,且将所述接警终端和所述报警终端之间的通话接入至所述通信会议中。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述在接警终端与报警终端通话时接收派接请求之前,所述方法还包括:
    发送派接问询消息至与至少一个所述警力终端连接的网关,其中,所述派接问询消息包含对至少一个与报警终端的位置信息匹配的警力终端的第二选择信息;
    接收所述网关反馈的派接响应消息,其中,所述派接响应消息包含所述第二选择信息对应的警力终端是否能够接受本次派接的结果;
    将所述派接响应消息发送至接警调度设备,以使得所述接警调度设备基于所述派接响应消息中的所述结果而确定所述派接请求中的第一选择信息;
    其中,所述接警调度设备与所述接警终端预先绑定。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,在所述建立所述第一选择信息对应的所述警力终端、所述报警终端和所述接警终端之间的通信之后,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述第一选择信息对应的警力终端、所述报警终端和所述接警终端中至少两者之间的第一通话数据;
    发送所述第一通话数据至所述接警调度设备和与所述第一选择信息对应的警力终端关联的警力调度设备。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述警力终端与所述接警终端、所述报警终端之间的通信为半双工通信;
    在所述建立所述第一选择信息对应的所述警力终端、所述报警终端和所述接警终端之间的通信之后,所述方法还包括:
    接收网关发送的由所述第一选择信息对应的所述警力终端发出的话权申请请求;
    根据所述话权申请请求将话权下发至发出所述话权申请请求的所述警力终端;
    接收所述网关发送的由获得所述话权的所述警力终端发出的第二通话数据。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述根据所述话权申请请求将话权下发至发出所述话权申请请求的所述警力终端之后,所述方法包括:
    接收所述网关发送的由获得话权的所述警力终端发出的话权释放请求;
    根据所述话权释放请求将发出所述话权释放请求的所述警力终端的所述话权释放,并将所述话权下发至所述接警终端。
  8. 根据权利要求6或7所述的方法,其中,所述建立所述第一选择信息对应的所述警力终端、所述报警终端和所述接警终端之间的通信之后,所述方法还包括:
    将所述话权归属信息发送至所述接警调度设备和与所述第一选择信息对应的所述警力终端关联的警力调度设备。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,在所述建立所述第一选择信息对应的所述警力终端、所述报警终端和所述接警终端之间的通信之后,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述接警终端在与所述报警终端结束通话时发送的挂断指令。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,在所述建立所述第一选择信息对应的所述警力终端、所述报警终端和所述接警终端之间的通信之后,所述方法还包括:
    在检测到满足预设挂断条件时,发送第一挂断通知至所述接警终端,以通知即将断开所述第一选择信息对应的警力终端与所述接警终端、报警终端之间的通信,并执行断开所述第一选择信息对应的警力终端与所述接警终端、报警终端之间的通信。
  11. 根据权利要求9-10任一项所述的方法,其中,在所述接收所述接警终端在与所述报警终端结束通话时发送的挂断指令之后,或在检测到满足预设挂断条件时,所述方法还包括:
    发送第二挂断通知至所述第一选择信息对应的警力终端,以通知即将断开 所述第一选择信息对应的警力终端与所述接警终端、报警终端之间的通信。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,
    所述接警终端与所述报警终端之间的通话通过公网实现,所述警力终端与所述接警终端和/或所述报警终端之间的通话通过专网实现。
  13. 一种报警呼叫处理方法,其中,所述方法包括:
    在报警终端呼叫时确定所述报警终端的位置信息;
    根据所述报警终端的位置信息确定用于处理所述报警终端报告的警情的至少一个警力终端;
    向服务器发送派接请求以便服务器根据所述派接请求建立所述至少一个警力终端、所述报警终端和所述接警终端之间的通信,所述派接请求包含所述至少一个警力终端的第一选择信息。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的方法,其中,
    所述根据所述报警终端的位置信息确定用于处理所述报警终端报告的警情的至少一个警力终端包括:
    基于所述位置信息确定与所述报警终端的距离小于一预设值的所述至少一个警力终端,并形成第二选择信息;
    所述根据所述报警终端的位置信息确定用于处理所述报警终端报告的警情的至少一个警力终端之后,包括:
    发送派接问询消息至所述服务器,以便所述服务器将所述派接问询消息转发至与所述至少一个警力终端连接的网关,其中,所述派接问询消息包括所述第二选择信息。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:接收所述服务器转发的派接响应消息,其中,所述派接响应消息是所述网关基于所述派接问询消息而反馈的,所述派接响应消息包含所述第二选择信息对应的警力终端是否能够接受本次派接的结果;
    所述向服务器发送派接请求包括:
    基于所述派接响应消息中的所述结果而确定所述至少一个警力终端的第一选择信息;
    发送包含所述第一选择信息的派接请求至所述服务器。
  16. 一种报警呼叫处理设备,其中,所述报警呼叫处理设备包括:
    通信电路、处理器和存储器,所述处理器分别耦接于所述通信电路、所述存储器,所述通信电路、所述处理器、所述存储器工作时可实现权利要求1-12或权利要求13-15任一项所述的方法。
  17. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其中,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时可实现权利要求1-12或权利要求13-15任一项所述的方法。
