下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
实施例1
请参考图1、图2以及图3所示,本实施例1的汽车侧靠枕,包括:连接杆100,第一侧枕310、第二侧枕320、一安装部210、第二安装部220;
所述连接杆100两端设有枕面402(参见图7)相对的第一侧枕310、第二侧枕320;以及使所述汽车侧靠枕安装固定在汽车头枕两个插杆401(参见图7)上的第一安装部210、第二安装部220,所述第一安装部210、第二安装部220呈镜面对称设置;所述第一安装部210、第二安装部220活动连接于所述连接杆100上;所述连接杆100沿其轴线方向间隔设置有若干卡槽101;所述第一安装部21设置有与所述卡槽101相适配的第一卡合部211;所述第二安装部220设置有与所述卡槽101相适配的第二卡合部221;所述第一卡合部211、所述第二卡合部221具有与所述卡槽101卡合或分离的状态,所述第一卡合部211、所述第二卡合部(221)分别可与任一所述卡槽(101)卡合;使得所述第一安装部210、第二安装部220对应于所述插杆401的位置固定。
进一步地,结合图2所示,所述第一安装部210还包括第一活动部212,所述第一活动部212上设有第一通孔213;所述第二安装部220还包括第二活动部222,所述第二活动部222上设有第二通孔223;所述第一活动部212、第二活动部222分别通过所述第一通孔213、第二通孔223套设于所述连接杆100上,在所述第一活动部212、第二活动部222在所述安装杆100上滑动的同时带动所述第一安装部210、第二安装部220横向相互远离或相互靠近,本技术特征可以使得本发明可以适应不同型号的汽车座椅头枕的插杆401的距离。使用时,将本发明的连接杆朝向汽车座椅的正面,根据不同汽车型号的座椅头枕,将所述第一活动部212、所述第二活动部222往相互靠近的方向移动至两个汽车插杆401之间,将所述第一安装部210、所述第二安装部212伸入两个汽车插杆401之间,再次调整第一活 动部212和/或所述第二活动部222的位置,使得第一安装部210和第二安装部220安装在汽车插杆401上,本发明的汽车侧靠枕即可安装在汽车座椅头枕上。
进一步地,如图2所示,所述第一安装部210还包括:朝向所述卡槽101的一面设置的第一容置槽214;所述第一卡合部211容置于所述第一容置槽214内并与所述第一容置槽214的侧壁铰接;第一卡合部211通过铰接旋转具有与所述卡槽101卡合或分离的状态;所述第一卡合部211远离所述卡槽101的一面延伸出第一拨动部215,当所述第一拨动部215容置于所述第一容置槽214内时,所述第一卡合部211与所述卡槽101卡合;当所述第一卡合部211与所述卡槽101分离时,所述第一拨动部215与所述第一容置槽214之间呈直角;所述第二安装部220还包括:朝向所述卡槽101的一面设置的第二容置槽224;所述第二卡合部221容置于所述第二容置槽224内并与所述第二容置槽224的侧壁铰接;第二卡合部通过铰接旋转具有与所述卡槽卡合或分离的状态;所述第二卡合部221远离所述卡槽101的一面延伸出第二拨动部225,当所述第二拨动部225容置于所述第二容置槽224内时,所述第二卡合部221与所述卡槽101卡合;当所述第二卡合部221与所述卡槽101分离时,所述第二拨动部225与所述第二容置槽224之间呈直角;使用时,向上拨动第一波动部215、第二拨动部225,使得第一卡合部211、第二卡合部221与卡槽101分离,此时可以调节第一活动部212、第二活动部222;当调节好位置后,向下按下第一波动部215、第二拨动部225,由于第一卡合部211、第二卡合部221与卡槽101卡合,因此所述第一活动部211、第二活动部222被固定在连接杆100上,本技术特征的设置分别使得所述第一活动部211、第二活动部222在所述连接杆100上方便调节或固定位置。
在本实施例中,所述第一安装部210、第二安装部222为开口朝向所述插杆401、且所述开口相背的第一卡钩210、第二卡钩220,所述第一卡钩210和第二卡钩220设置于所述插杆401之间。
优选地,如图11所示,为了使得第一安装部210和/或第二安装部220安装时可以配合不同型号的汽车的插杆,第一安装部210和/或第二安装部220固定在插杆上更加牢固,第一安装部210和/或第二安装部220还设置有插杆套236;下面以第一卡钩210为例作为介绍,所述插杆套236与所述卡钩210相适配;请参见图2, 所述卡钩210靠近其端口的内壁上设置有卡接槽2312,所述插杆套236对应所述卡接槽2312的位置上设置有卡凸2361(参见图11),所述插杆套236通过所述卡凸2361与所述卡接槽2312的配合套接于所述卡钩210内。由于第一卡钩210和第二卡钩220呈镜像对称设置,因此不再对第二卡钩220做赘述。所述插杆套236的内径小于所述卡钩210的内径,实际使用时,可以配置不同内径的插杆套,使得第一安装部210和/或第二安装部220可以配适不同直径的插杆401,使得本发明的汽车侧靠枕使用方便,灵活通用。
进一步地,所述连接杆100为伸缩结构。所述伸缩结构具体如下:所述连接杆100包括第一连接杆110和第二连接杆120;所述第一连接杆110朝向所述第二连接杆120的端面延伸出卡块111,所述第二连接杆120朝向所述第一连接杆110的一面开设有与所述卡块111相适配的导槽121;所述导槽121内设有弹簧122,所述弹簧122两端分别抵接于所述导槽121的侧壁以及所述卡块111的端面;所述卡块111具有完全置于或伸出所述导槽121的状态以调节所述连接杆100的长度,使用时,可以先固定好所述第一活动部212和/或第二活动部222的位置,通过挤压弹簧122推动第一连接杆110和第二连接杆120相互靠近,将第一安装部210、第二安装部222放入两所述插杆401之间,第一安装部210、第二安装部222对准插杆401后释放弹簧122,第一安装部210、第二安装部222就能分别安装于所述插杆401上。所述第一安装部210位于两插杆401之间,因此,所述第一安装部210分别受到弹簧的弹力,以及插杆401的作用力,所述弹力与所述作用力均作用于所述第一安装部210上,且方向相反,因此所述第一安装部210就可以固定于所述插杆401上,进而使得本发明的汽车侧靠枕固定在汽车座椅上。
进一步地,如图4所示,所述导槽121的靠近第一连接杆110的槽口处设有限位块123,所述限位块123具体为相对设置的挡块,以使得所述弹簧122限位于所述导槽121内。本及时特征使得第一连接杆110和第二连接杆120形成可拆卸结构,使得汽车头枕方便安装以及收纳。
进一步地,所述卡块111的横截面呈“H”字型,对应地,所述限位块包括上下相对设置的第一挡块1231和第二挡块1232,所述第一挡块、以及第二挡块使得所述导槽121的槽口形成一个“H”型结构,以配合容置所述卡块111。本技术特征可 以增强第一连接杆110和第二连接杆120之间拉伸时的稳定度,“H”型的结构可以使得结构更加稳定,更加耐磨损,提高使用寿命。
结合图1和图7所示,所述第一侧枕310和/或第二侧枕320与所述连接杆100活动连接,具体地,所述第一侧枕310包括:第一枕部311以及第一连接部330,所述第一连接部330包括:设置于所述枕部311设置于所述第一连接杆110端面的第一凸部332以及设置于所述第一枕部311上的第一环形槽333;所述第一环形槽333朝向所述第一连接杆110设置,所述第一环形槽333的侧壁设有若干档位槽3332;所述第一连接杆110一端端面凸设有与所述第一环形槽333相适配的第一凸部332;所述第一环形槽333与所述第一凸部332相配合以使得所述第一枕部311可以绕所述第一环形槽333的轴线转动。所述第一凸部332上设置有镜像对称的弹片槽3321;所述弹片槽3321内设有弹片3322,所述弹片3322两端分别设有卡接部3324,所述卡接部3324卡合与所述弹片槽3321内,所述弹片3322中部弯折形成凸起3323,所述凸起3323凸出于所述凸部332的外侧壁并与所述档位槽3332抵接。所述第一凸部332中心处还设有第一凸柱335,所述第一凹部对应所述第一凸柱335的位置上还设有与所述第一凸柱相适配的第一柱孔334,以使得安装更加方便定位。本技术特征可以实现第一侧枕310实现360度旋转,可以根据不同乘客的身高、使用习惯调节侧枕的角度和位置,提升使用感,而且在不使用时可以将第一侧枕旋至汽车座椅后,不会占用空间。
由于第一侧枕310与第一侧枕320结构呈镜面对称,因此不再对第二侧枕的结构做赘述。
实施例2
此外,本发明还提供第二实施例,实施例2与实施例1的区别仅仅在于第一安装部210和/或第二安装部220的不同,其余结构完全一致,因此不再对实施例2的其余结构以及对应产生的有益效果作赘述。
实施例2请参照图7至图10所示,所述第一安装部210和/或第二安装部220包括:开口朝向所述插杆401的U型槽231,以及与所述U型槽231槽口相适配的紧固件232,所述U型槽231与所述紧固件232配合使得所述第一安装部和/或第二安装部固定于所述插杆401上。
具体地,所述U型槽231相对的两侧壁分别设有滑槽2311,所述紧固件232对应所述滑槽的两端分别设有滑轨2321,所述滑槽2311与所述滑轨2321相适配,以使得所述紧固件232固定于所述U型槽231上。本技术特征同样可以实现第一安装部或/和第二安装部的安装、拆卸更加方便。
进一步地,所述紧固件232上开设有通槽2321,所述通槽贯穿所述紧固件232,所述通槽2321内容置有拨动臂234,所述拨动臂234位于远离所述U型槽231的一面,所述拨动臂234与所述通槽2321侧壁铰接,所述通槽231内还设有抵接块233,所述抵接块位于靠近所述U型槽231的一面,所述抵接块233与所述通槽2321活动连接,使得所述抵接块233具有完全容置于或露出所述通槽2321的状态。所述拨动臂234靠近所述抵接块233的一端设有端块2340,所述端块2340呈长方体,即所述端块2340分别设有端面2341和与所述端面2341相邻的侧面2342。如图9所示,安装时,当所述拨动臂234容置于所述通槽2321内时,所述侧面2342与所述抵接块233抵接,此时,所述抵接块233在所述侧面2342的挤压下,露出所述通槽2321,所述抵接块233露出所述通槽2321的部分挤压所述插杆401,进而将本发明的汽车侧靠枕固定在所述插杆401上;当需要拆下汽车侧靠枕时,如图10所示,拨动所述拨动臂234,使其旋转与所述通槽2321的槽口呈预设角度,如90度,此时所述端面2341与所述抵接块233对应,所述抵接块233不再受到拨动臂234的挤压,因此所述抵接块完全容置于所述通槽2321内,所述抵接块233不再挤压所述插杆401,便可以将汽车侧靠枕从插杆401上取下。本技术特征的可以增强第一安装部和/或第二安装部的紧固作用,使得行车过程中汽车侧靠枕安装更加牢靠,使用更加牢固安全。
优选地,如图11所示,为了使得第一安装部210和/或第二安装部220安装时可以配合不同型号的汽车的插杆,第一安装部210和/或第二安装部220固定在插杆上更加牢固,第一安装部210和/或第二安装部220还设置有插杆套236,所述插杆套236与所述U型槽231相适配;所述U型槽231其靠近端口的内壁上设置有卡接槽2313(请参见图8),所述插杆套236对应所述卡接槽2313的位置上设置有卡凸2361,所述插杆套236通过所述卡凸2361与所述卡接槽2313的配合套接于所述U型槽内。所述插杆套236的内径小于所述U型槽的内径,因此实际使用时,可以配 置不同内径的插杆套,使得第一安装部210和/或第二安装部220可以配适不同直径的插杆401,使得本发明的汽车侧靠枕使用方便,灵活通用。
实施例3
此外,本发明还提供第二实施例,实施例3与实施例1的区别在于第一安装部210和/或第二安装部220的。以及连接杆100的不同,其余结构完全一致,因此不再对实施例2的其余结构以及对应产生的有益效果作赘述。
首先,相对于实施例1的所述第一安装部210和/或第二安装部220设置于所述安装杆100上,且使用时,第一安装部210和/或第二安装部220、第一侧枕310和/或第二侧枕320分别设置于所述连接杆100的同一侧,而在本实施例中,第一安装部210和/或第二安装部220、第一侧枕310和/或第二侧枕320分别设置于所述连接杆100的两侧,请对比参照图1以及图12,具体而言,实施例1在进行安装时,所述第一安装部210和/或第二安装部220是从汽车座椅的前面安装,所述连接杆100安装完成是设置于插杆401的前面,而实施例3在进行安装时,所述第一安装部210和/或第二安装部220是从汽车座椅的后面安装,所述连接杆100安装完成是设置于插杆401的后面。
其次,本实施例3的连接杆100相对与实施例1的连接杆100还设置有一弯曲部;具体地,所述第一连接杆110上靠近所述第一侧枕310的一端设置有第一弯曲部112,所述第二连接杆120上靠近所述第二侧枕320的一端设置有第二弯曲部122。由于本实施例3的连接杆100是设置于汽车座椅的后方,因此,第一侧枕310、以及第二侧枕320会相对实施例1往后,头部无法完全枕于第一枕部311或第二枕部(图未示)上,因此有必要连接杆100做出改进,所述第一弯曲部112,所述第二弯曲部122的设置可以使得第一侧枕310、所述第二侧枕320的位置相对往前移动,可以更好地贴合头部侧靠的位置,使得本实施例的结构更加合理,使用更加舒适。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例,并非因此限制本发明的专利范围,凡是在本发明的实用新型构思下,利用本发明说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构变换,或直接/间接运用在其他相关的技术领域均包括在本发明的专利保护范围内。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种汽车侧靠枕,包括:连接杆(100),所述连接杆(100)两端设有枕面(402)相对的第一侧枕(310)、第二侧枕(320);以及使所述汽车侧靠枕安装固定在汽车头枕两个插杆(401)上的第一安装部(210)、第二安装部(220),所述第一安装部(210)、第二安装部(220)呈镜面对称设置;所述第一安装部(210)、第二安装部(220)活动连接于所述连接杆(100)上;其特征在于,所述连接杆(100)沿其轴线方向间隔设置有至少两个卡槽(101);所述第一安装部(210)设置有与所述卡槽(101)相适配的第一卡合部(211),所述第一卡合部(211)与所述卡槽(101)卡合;所述第二安装部(220)设置有与所述卡槽(101)相适配的第二卡合部(221),所述第二卡合部(221)与所述卡槽(101)卡合;使得所述第一安装部(210)、第二安装部(220)对应于所述插杆(401)的位置固定。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的汽车侧靠枕,其特征在于,第一安装部(210)、第二安装部(220)与所述连接杆(100)滑动连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的汽车侧靠枕,其特征在于,
    所述第一安装部(210)还包括第一活动部(212),所述第一活动部(212)上设有第一通孔(213);
    所述第二安装部(220)还包括第二活动部(222),所述第二活动部(222)上设有第二通孔(223);
    所述第一活动部(212)、第二活动部(222)分别通过所述第一通孔(213)、第二通孔(223)套设于所述连接杆(100)上。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的汽车侧靠枕,其特征在于,所述第一安装部(210)还包括:朝向所述卡槽(101)的一面设置的第一容置槽(214);所述第一卡合部(211)容置于所述第一容置槽(214)内并与所述第一容置槽(214)的侧壁铰接;第一卡合部(211)通过铰接旋转具有与所述卡槽(101)卡合或分离的状态;
    所述第二安装部(220)还包括:朝向所述卡槽(101)的一面设置的第二容置槽(224);所述第二卡合部(221)容置于所述第二容置槽(224)内并与所述第二容置槽(224)的侧壁铰接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的汽车侧靠枕,其特征在于,所述连接杆(100)为伸缩结构。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的汽车侧靠枕,其特征在于,所述连接杆(100)包括第一连接杆(110)和第二连接杆(120);
    所述第一连接杆(110)朝向所述第二连接杆(120)的端面(2341)延伸出卡块(111),所述第二连接杆(120)朝向所述第一连接杆(110)的一面开设有与所述卡块(111)相适配的导槽(121);
    所述导槽(121)内设有弹簧(122),所述弹簧(122)两端分别抵接于所述导槽(121)的侧壁以及所述卡块(111)的端面(2341)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的汽车侧靠枕,其特征在于,所述第一安装部(210)和/或第二安装部(220)为开口朝向所述插杆(401)的卡钩,且所述第一安装部(210)和第二安装部(220)置于两个所述插杆(401)之间。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的汽车侧靠枕,其特征在于,所述第一安装部(210)和/或第二安装部(220)包括:开口朝向所述插杆(401)的U型槽(231),以及与所述U型槽(231)槽口相适配的紧固件(232),所述U型槽(231)与所述紧固件(232)配合使得所述第一安装部(210)和/或第二安装部(220)固定于所述插杆(401)上。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的汽车侧靠枕,其特征在于,所述U型槽(231)相对的两侧壁分别设有滑槽,所述紧固件(232)对应所述滑槽的两端分别设有滑轨,所述滑槽与该滑轨相适配。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的汽车侧靠枕,其特征在于,所述紧固件(23 2)上开设有通槽(2321)以及拨动臂(234),所述拨动臂(234)与所述通槽(2321)侧壁铰接,所述通槽(2321)内还设有抵接块(233),所述抵接块(233)位于靠近所述U型槽(231)的一面,所述抵接块(233)活动设置于所述通槽(2321)内;所述抵接块(233)与所述拨动臂(234)活动连接。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的汽车侧靠枕,其特征在于,所述拨动臂(234)靠近所述抵接块(233)的一端设有端块(2340),所述端块(2340)分别设有端面(2341)和与所述端面(2341)相邻的侧面(2342);
    所述端块(2340)容置于所述通槽(2321)内时,所述侧面(2342)与所述抵接块(233)抵接;
    所述拨动臂(234)与所述通槽(2321)的槽口呈预设角度,所述端面(2341)与所述抵接块(233)对应,且所述抵接块(233)不受挤压,所述抵接块(233)完全容置于所述通槽(2321)内。
  12. 根据权利要求6所述的汽车侧靠枕,其特征在于,所述导槽(121)的槽口处设有限位块(123),所述弹簧(122)限位于所述导槽(121)内。
  13. 根据权利要求6所述的汽车侧靠枕,其特征在于,所述卡块(111)呈“H”字型。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的汽车侧靠枕,其特征在于,所述第一侧枕(310)、所述第二侧枕(320)与所述安装杆铰接。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的汽车侧靠枕,其特征在于,所述第一侧枕(310)和/或第二侧枕(320)包括:枕部(311)以及连接部(330),所述连接部(330)设置于所述枕部(311)的一端;
    所述连接部(330)朝向所述连接杆(100)的一面设有环形槽(333),所述环形槽(333)的侧壁设有若干档位槽(3331);所述连接杆(100)一端端面(2341)凸设有与所述环形槽(333)相 适配的凸部(332);
    所述环形槽(333)与所述凸部(332)相配合。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的汽车侧靠枕,其特征在于,所述凸部(332)设置有镜像对称的弹片槽(3321);
    所述弹片槽(3321)内设有弹片(3322),所述弹片(3322)两端分别设有卡接部,所述卡接部卡合与所述弹片槽(3321)内,所述弹片(3322)中部弯折形成凸起(3323),所述凸起(3323)凸出所述凸部(332)的外侧壁并与所述档位槽(3331)抵接。
  17. 根据权利要求1所述的汽车侧靠枕,其特征在于,
    所述第一安装部(210)还包括第一活动部(212),所述第一活动部(212)上设有第一通孔(213);
    所述第二安装部(220)还包括第二活动部(222),所述第二活动部(222)上设有第二通孔(223);
    所述第一活动部(212)、第二活动部(222)分别通过所述第一通孔(213)、第二通孔(223)套设于所述连接杆(100)上。
  18. 根据权利要求2所述的汽车侧靠枕,其特征在于,所述连接杆(100)为伸缩结构。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的汽车侧靠枕,其特征在于,所述连接杆(100)包括第一连接杆(110)和第二连接杆(120);
    所述第一连接杆(110)朝向所述第二连接杆(120)的端面(2341)延伸出卡块(111),所述第二连接杆(120)朝向所述第一连接杆(110)的一面开设有与所述卡块(111)相适配的导槽(121);
    所述导槽(121)内设有弹簧(122),所述弹簧(122)两端分别抵接于所述导槽(121)的侧壁以及所述卡块(111)的端面(2341)。
