Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé, un serveur et un système de commande de livraison. Le procédé comprend les étapes consistant : lorsque des informations de commande sont reçues en provenance d'un terminal utilisateur, à transmettre, par un serveur de commande de livraison, les informations de commande à un dispositif de magasin affilié compris dans les informations de commande ; lorsqu'un signal d'achèvement de livraison concernant un produit compris dans les informations d'ordre est reçu, à fournir, par le serveur de commande de livraison, un écran d'évaluation concernant une commande de livraison au terminal utilisateur ; et lorsque le terminal utilisateur entre un numéro de téléphone et un résultat d'évaluation dans l'écran d'évaluation, à vérifier le numéro de téléphone et à transmettre le numéro de téléphone au dispositif de magasin affilié par le serveur de commande de livraison. D'autres modes de réalisation sont également applicables.
